Abstract
一种车用滑动车顶设备,包括用于开启或者关闭位于车顶的开口部分的活动板,配备在沿开口部分宽度方向的两侧并沿车辆纵向方向延伸的一对导轨,由导轨引导并支撑活动板的操作机构,用于驱动操作机构的驱动设备,用于连接操作机构和驱动设备的正齿齿条带,其中驱动设备包括与正齿齿条带啮合的驱动齿轮,而且驱动齿轮沿着齿轮厚度方向形成可变的齿厚。
Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及用于车辆的滑动车顶设备或者天窗设备。
背景技术
日本专利申请公开说明书No.2002-154328公开了一种车用滑动车顶设备。该滑动车顶设备包括作为驱动设备向滑动机构传递作用的齿轮系统统,其中滑动机构可以开启或关闭滑板。正齿齿条带和正齿轮用作齿轮系统。正齿齿条带与滑动机构和正齿轮连接。
然而,如果正齿齿条带和正齿轮的尺寸精度不够,那么当操作滑板开启或关闭时,此类滑动车顶设备往往会在正齿齿条带和正齿轮之间的啮合区中产生噪音。特别是在正齿齿条带由树脂制成并提供于处于弯曲状态下的车顶设备中时。因为树脂带具有弹性,所以负载所引起的正齿齿条带的变形会使啮合精度进一步降低。这就使工作噪音变得更大。
因此对于滑动车顶设备就需要有效地降低啮合操作时所产生的噪音。
发明内容
如上所述,根据本发明的一个方面,车用滑动车顶设备包括用于开启或者关闭位于车顶开口部分的活动板,配备在开口部分宽度方向的两侧并且沿车辆的纵向方向延伸的一对导轨,由导轨引导并支撑活动板的操作机构,用于驱动操作机构的驱动设备和用于连接操作机构和驱动设备的正齿齿条带,其中驱动设备包括与正齿齿条带啮合的驱动齿轮,而且驱动齿轮的齿厚沿着齿轮厚度方向(沿着齿轮旋转轴的方向)可变。
驱动设备优选为梯形锥体。

具体实施方式
下文将参照附图对本发明的一个优选实施例进行详细描述。
首先,参照图1至图5说明本发明的一个实施例。如图1和图2所示,根据本发明的滑动车顶设备10(天窗设备)的功能与已知滑动车顶设备的功能相同。即,使用活动板21开启或者关闭位于车顶11的开口部分12。
在开口部分12宽度方向的两侧配备了沿车辆纵向延伸的一对导轨6。在每个导轨上都可动地支撑并引导一对操作机构8。一个滑板21被形成以遮盖开口部分12,并且滑板在左—右两端至车辆的前方由每个操作机构8支撑。操作机构8使滑板21可以移动,并配合导轨6以及已知的滑动车顶设备向上或者向下倾斜。
前壳16附着在开口部分12的前端并与每个导轨6的前端相连。前槽部分17位于与前壳16并列的方向上,并且支撑在前壳16的两端。
如图1和图3所示,两套由树脂制成的套管27和28沿前壳16布置并且形成中空的横截面。如图3和图5所示,套管27和28由多个上夹具部分16a和下夹具部分16b啮合至前壳16。正齿齿条带25、26彼此相反地插入每个套管27和28中。
驱动设备50包括通过固定在驱动设备的箱59上而连接的马达56。通过操作开关(未示出)可以使马达56正向和反向旋转。马达56的旋转被传送到减速齿轮机构57的蜗杆58(见图2)上,然后驱动包括与蜗杆58啮合的齿轮53在内的输出齿轮51旋转。另外,输出齿轮与正齿轮52(驱动齿轮)形成一个整体。
如图2、图3和图4所示,正齿轮52与两个正齿齿条带25和26啮合并且位于它们之间。每个套管27、28和输出齿轮51都置于箱59和前壳16之间,而且使用接合元件34(例如螺钉)与它们装配在一起。输出齿轮51的旋转轴54在旋转轴54的上端和下端分别由箱59和前壳1 6可旋转地支撑。每个正齿齿条带25和26的一端分别通过套管27、28引向每个导轨6,并且连接到由每个导轨6支撑的操作机构8上。当正齿轮52向一个方向旋转时,操作机构8的两条侧边可以向前滑动,而当使正齿轮52向另一个方向旋转时,操作机构8的两条侧边可以向后滑动。
如图2和图4所示,正齿轮52的外径沿着齿轮厚度方向(在图4中为上下方向)发生变化,在沿着与正齿轮52的旋转轴正交的方向(图2中为垂直于纸的方向)看时,正齿轮52的端面呈梯形锥形。即正齿轮52形成下面的形状:其下部的端面外径比上部的端面外径大,而且齿52a下部的齿厚(a)也厚于上部的齿厚。
此外,如图2所示,前壳16的内表面16c的横截面也形成锥形,且与呈梯形锥状的正齿轮52的边缘线平行。正齿齿条带25、26的背面与前壳16的内表面16c接触。即,正齿齿条带25、26受到前壳16的内表面16c的限制而保持处于正常的啮合位置。
滑动车顶设备10的工作原理与已知的滑动车顶设备的工作原理相同,即:通过操作开关(未示出),活动板21滑动并倾斜以开启和关闭开口部分12。
因为正齿齿条带25、26由树脂制成,并且套管27、28和正齿齿条带25、26之间形成了空隙,所以当滑动车顶设备10工作时,正齿齿条带25、26可以很容易地与呈梯形锥状的正齿轮52一起向上和向下倾斜。如图2所示,在直齿齿条带25、26的上端和下端,前壳16和箱59之间也形成了空隙。此外,如图5所示,直齿齿条带25、26的上端、下端和套管27、28之间也形成了空隙。因此,在因为直齿齿条带25、26和正齿轮52的制造尺寸偏差以及由树脂制成的直齿齿条带25、26因负载而引起的变形而造成正齿轮52每个齿和直齿齿条带25、26之间的空隙增大时,可以通过将直齿齿条带25、26向正齿轮52轻微下降的方式来消除空隙。直齿齿条带25、26总是以最小的空隙与呈梯形锥状的正齿轮52啮合。这就防止了在正齿轮52的每个齿和直齿齿条带25、26之间出现不匹配的啮合。因此就可以抑制啮合噪音。
因为前壳16的内表面16c呈锥形,所以上述配置还具有另外一个优点。在使用模制工序制造前壳16时,前壳16可以很容易地与模具分离,由此内表面16c可以准确地成型。
还有一些已知的和可选的不同成形方法可以作为齿厚沿着齿轮厚度方向(沿齿轮旋转轴的方向)发生改变的正齿轮52的方法,例如,锥齿轮成形方法或者沿齿厚方向改变齿条偏移系数的成形方法。

Claims (2)
1、一种车用滑动车顶设备,包括:
用于开启或者关闭位于车顶的开口部分的活动板;
配备在沿开口部分宽度方向的两侧并沿车辆纵向方向延伸的一对导轨;
由导轨引导并支撑活动板的操作机构;
用于驱动操作机构的驱动设备;以及
连接操作机构和驱动设备的正齿齿条带;
其中驱动设备包括与正齿齿条带啮合的驱动齿轮,而且驱动齿轮沿着齿轮厚度方向形成可变的齿厚。
2、如权利要求1所述的车用滑动门开启和关闭设备,其特征在于,所述驱动设备形成为梯形的锥体。
