一种在能够向前折叠到与座垫(6Lc、6Rc)相重叠状态的座椅靠背(6Lb、6Rb)的背面上安装加长垫子(13)，在座椅靠背向前折叠的状态下加长垫子与铺设在后部的载货室(3)的地板(1b)上的载货室垫子(11)实质上相连续的汽车加长垫子配设机构，使加长垫子(13)相对于座椅靠背(6Lb、6Rb)能够装卸，同时由此使该加长垫子(13)形成一个能够覆盖从座垫(6Lc、6Rc)的下部到其前部的乘员室(2)乘员放脚的地方的地板(1a)的很大的覆盖面。由此，在将容易弄脏地板的货物放置在乘员室(2)的地板(1a)上时，合理地利用后排座椅(6)的座垫(6Lc、6Rc)背面的加长垫子(13)能够防止弄脏上述地板。

Description

汽车的加长垫子配设机构
技术领域
本发明涉及在能够向前折叠到与座垫相重叠状态的座椅靠背的背面上安装加长垫子，在座椅靠背向前折叠的状态下加长垫子与铺设在后部的载货室的地板上的载货室垫子实质上相连续的汽车加长垫子配设机构的改进。
背景技术
以往的汽车加长垫子的配设机构，如日本专利特开2001-18730号公报所公开的那样，已经众所周知。
汽车一般在乘员室的地板上铺有地毯，当遇到需要在该地板上装载盆栽、折叠自行车等容易弄脏地毯的货物时，权宜之计只好在上述地毯上铺上报纸等东西以防止弄脏地毯，而当身边没有防止弄脏地毯的报纸这类东西时，没有办法只好将盆栽、折叠自行车直接置于地毯之上。
发明内容
本发明就是鉴于以往的情况，目的是提供在装载容易弄脏乘员室的地板的盆栽、折叠自行车等货物时，通过合理地利用上述加长垫子能够防止弄脏乘员室的地板的上述汽车加长垫子的配设机构。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的第一个特征是在能够向前折叠到与座垫相重叠状态的座椅靠背的背面上安装加长垫子，在座椅靠背向前折叠的状态下加长垫子与铺设在后部的载货室地板上的载货室垫子实质上相连续的汽车加长垫子配设机构中，使上述加长垫子相对于上述座椅靠背能够装卸，同时由此使该加长垫子形成一个能够覆盖从上述座垫的下部到前部的乘员室乘员放脚的地方的地板的很大的覆盖面。
依据第一特点，在座垫向后方立起或者取下将乘员室地板变成货物放置空间的情况下，通过从座椅靠背上把加长垫子取下来，将其铺在上述货物放置空间的地板上，由于货物放置空间的地板能够被加长垫子全部覆盖，从而能够防止地板被货物弄脏。
本发明的第二个特点是在第一个特点的基础上与分别被分割成左右两部分的上述座垫和座椅靠背相对应，将上述加长垫子分割成左侧垫子半体和右侧垫子半体，同时使两个垫子半体可以通过系固件互相连接。
依据第二个特点，由于加长垫子被分割成左右两个半体，即使在只有分割成左右的座垫的一方向后立起或者取下，将乘员室一侧的地板变成货物放置空间的情况下，通过只将左侧或右侧垫子半体的一方铺设在上述货物放置空间的地板上，能够不损坏美观地合理覆盖上述货物放置空间的比较窄的地板。
而在同时向后立起或者取下左右两个座垫将乘员室左右连成整体形成货物放置空间的情况下，通过用系固件将两个垫子半体连接在一起形成一整块大的加长垫子，将其铺在上述货物放置空间的地板上，能够完全地合理覆盖上述货物存放空间的比较宽的地板。
本发明的第三个特点是在第一、第二特点的基础上，用防水材料构成上述加长垫子。
依据第三特点，在加长垫子被弄脏时，可以极其简便地取出到车外用水清洗干净。
并且，上述乘员室及载货室的地板分别与下面将要讲述的实施例的低地板部分1a和高地板部分1b相对应。

具体实施方式
下面根据图1～图7所示的本发明的实施例说明本发明的实施形态。
首先，在图1中，图示的汽车为如小型客车或旅游车(RV)那样乘员室2和与其后部相连的载货室3共用一个车顶棚4覆盖。这类汽车的地板1由与乘员室2相对应的低地板部分1a和比低地板部分1a略高、与载货室3相对应的高地板部分1b构成，在低地板部分1a上前后并排安装着前排座椅5和后排座椅6。
如图2、图4、图6以及图7所示，与载货室3邻接的后排座椅6由分割成左右宽度的比为6比4、各自具有功能的左后座椅6L和右后座椅6R构成。左右后排座椅6L、6R的座垫6Lc、6Rc在前端下部安装有可折叠的支撑腿7，通常使用时，竖起支撑腿7固定在低地板部分1a上的固定座8上，同时将该座垫6Lc、6Rc的后端支承在高地板部分1b上。并且，在支撑腿7折叠时，座垫6Lc、6Rc能够分别移动到低地板部分1a上。
并且，左右后排座椅6L、6R的座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb通过支承臂9安装在高地板部分1b上能够向前折叠。
而各后排座椅6L、6R如图3、图4所示，能够向前放倒座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb与座垫6Lc、6Rc重叠，同时能够将座垫6Lc、6Rc移动到低地板部分1a上，在这种状态下，呈水平状态的座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb的背面与高地板部分1b的上平面实际上处于连续。这样，如果折叠左右后排座椅6L、6R中的任何一方或者两方，由于向前放倒的座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb的上部空间就成为将载货室3向前后方向扩充的延长部，载货室3加上向前放倒的座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb上部这部分空间，就是大型货物A′也能装载。
并且如图5～图7所示，如果将左右后排座椅6L、6R的任何一方或是两方的座垫6Lc、6Rc向后方立起叠向对应的座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb，同时折叠起支撑腿7，就能够形成从低地板部分1a至顶棚4的高度比高地板部分1b更大的货物放置空间S，因此这个空间S能够容得下类似于盆栽这种身长较高的货物B。
如图1所示，在与乘员室2对应的低地板部分1a上铺设地毯10，在与载货室3对应的高地板部分1b铺设由橡胶、合成树脂等防水材料制成的载货室垫子11。图中，符号12表示为了防止载货室垫子11移动而在高地板部分1b上安装的挂钩。
另一方面，在左右后排座椅6的各靠背6Lb、6Rb的背面安装有由与载货室垫子11同样的防水材料制成的加长垫子13。该加长垫子13分割成左半垫13L和右半垫13R，两半垫通过多个平面扣件14分别能够安装和拆卸地安装在左右座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb的背面上。各半垫13L、13R基本上覆盖了其对应的座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb的背面的全部，同时形成其后端与上述载货室垫子11重叠那样大的面积。在使这些半垫13L、13R的后端部与载货室垫子11相重叠时，将各半垫13L、13R配置在载货室垫子11的下侧并使之能够相对移动。
当将左右半垫13L、13R从座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb上取下时，为了将它们连成一体，在它们之间的相对边上安装有拉链15。如图6所示，两半垫13L、13R通过拉链连在一起形成的一大块加长垫子13形成一个很大的能够覆盖从左右座垫6Lc、6Rc的下部延伸到前部放脚的空间的低地板部分1a的面。
下面就该实施例的作用进行说明。
如图1、图2所示，加长垫子13平时用平面扣件14安装在左右后排座椅6L、6R的各座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb的背面，面临载货室3。因此，即使载货室3装载的货物A接触到座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb的背面，两半垫13L、13R也能够防止货物弄脏座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb。
如图3、图4所示，如果折叠左右后排座椅6L、6R中的任何一个或者两个扣入低地板部分1a处，向前放倒的座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb背面的各半垫13L、13R便处于水平状态，同载货室垫子11形成一个实质上连续的整体。因此，从载货室垫子11到加长垫子13的空间足可以搭载自行车等大型货物A′。这时，两半垫13L、13R有效防止了货物A′弄脏座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb。
当后排座椅6L、6R进行上述折叠并移动时，虽然两半垫13L、13R或多或少要前拉，但由于两半垫13L、13R与载货室垫子11相重叠的部分可以相对移动，因此即使在这样的情况下也能够防止两半垫13L、13R受到不合理拉力的作用。
下面如图5、图6所示，将左右后排座椅6L、6R的两个座垫6Lc、6Rc竖立起来，同时折叠两个支撑腿7，在低地板部分1a处形成了一个最高而且最宽的货物放置空间S。这时，从左右两个座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb上取下两半垫13L、13R，用拉链15将它们相互连在一起形成一张大型加长垫子13，将其铺设在上述最大的货物放置空间S的低地板部分1a上。如果这样，由于不仅是上述货物放置空间S的比较宽的低地板部分1a上的地毯10，而且就连全部的固定座8都被大块加长垫子13毫无缝隙地覆盖在里面，因此在其上装载货物B时，不但能有效防止货物B弄脏低地板部分1a即地毯10，而且能避免货物B与暴露在外的固定座8发生干涉。
并且，如图7所示，单独将左右座垫6Lc、6Rc中的任何一方向后竖立起来，同时折叠对应的支撑腿7，在低地板部分1a的左侧或者右侧形成货物放置空间S，这时从左右座椅靠背6Lb、6Rb对应的一方取下半垫13L或者13R，将其铺设在上述货物放置空间S的低地板部分1a上。如果这样，由于上述货物放置空间S的比较窄的低地板部分1a的地毯10以及露出的固定座8都能够被半垫13L或者13R漂亮地覆盖，因此即使在这样的情况下，也能够有效地防止装载在其上的货物B弄脏低地板部分1a即地毯10，并且能够避免货物B与暴露的固定座8发生干涉。此时，由于使用状态以外的后排座椅6L或6R仍然能够与上述货物B并排地乘坐乘员，因此能够将乘员使用空间的削减量控制在最小限度。
这样地，通过与乘员室2形成的货物放置空间S的宽度相对应只使用左右半垫13L或者13R中的任何一个，或者将两半垫13L、13R连在一起作为一个大型加长垫子13使用，既能合理地覆盖该货物放置空间S的低地板部分1a，又能总是保持货物放置空间S的美观。
而且，由于加长垫子13是由防水材料制成的，在其被弄脏时，可以将其从车里取出来，非常简便地用水冲洗干净。
本发明不限于上述实施例，在不脱离发明宗旨的范围内可以做出种种设计变更。例如，后排座椅6的左右分割比率可以自由地进行设定，比如采用5比5等。还可以用挂钩、按扣来替代拉链15。本发明同样适用于能将后排座椅6L、6R的各座垫6Lc、6Rc取下的情况。

Claims (3)

1.一种汽车的加长垫子配设机构，在能够向前折叠到与座垫(6Lc、6Rc)相重叠状态的座椅靠背(6Lb、6Rb)的背面上安装加长垫子(13)，在座椅靠背向前折叠的状态下所述加长垫子与铺设在后部的载货室(3)的地板(1b)上的载货室垫子(11)实质上相连续，其特征在于：
使上述加长垫子(13)相对于上述座椅靠背(6Lb、6Rb)能够装卸，同时由此使该加长垫子(13)形成一个能够覆盖从上述座垫(6Lc、6Rc)的下部到其前部的乘员室(2)乘员放脚的地方的地板(1a)的覆盖面。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车加长垫子配设机构，其特征在于，与分别被分割成左右两部分的上述座垫(6Lc、6Rc)和座椅靠背(6Lb、6Rb)相对应，将上述加长垫子(13)分割成左侧垫子半体(13L)和右侧垫子半体(13R)，同时使两个垫子半体(13L，13R)可以通过系固件(15)互相连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车加长垫子配设机构，其特征在于，用防水材料构成上述加长垫子(13)。
