本发明公开一种后备箱地毯，包括地毯本体（4），所述地毯本体（4）一端设置有可活动挡板（11），以及连接地毯本体（4）和挡板（11）的扭簧（7），地毯本体（4）使用新型材料制成，降低了成本提高了地毯的韧性，可活动挡板（11）和扭簧（7）以及拉绳（9）结构可使用户方便的开启后备箱地毯，提高了便利性。

本发明涉及一种汽车技术领域，尤其设计一种汽车后备箱地毯。
背景技术
当前市面上的汽车后备箱地毯，材料上主要是纤维板和热固性聚氨酯复合板材，成本高无法回收利用，座椅翻转会影响到地毯的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明一种后备箱地毯，包括地毯本体4，所述地毯本体4一端设置有可活动挡板11。
所述挡板11设置有两块，包括左前挡板6和右前挡板5，两块挡板之间平行排列。
所述挡板11和地毯本体4用扭簧7连接。
所述左前挡板6设置有一个扭簧7，所述右前挡板5设置有两个扭簧7。
所述挡板11一端紧贴座椅后背，所述挡板11与座椅联动翻转。
所述挡板11上还设置有压条8，所述压条8将挡板11与地毯本体4压紧固定。
所述地毯本体4一端设置有拉绳9，所述拉绳9的一端与尾门槛饰板10连接。
所述地毯本体4使用PP蜂窝板材料制成，所述PP蜂窝板共三层。
本发明公开一种后备箱地毯，包括地毯本体4，所述地毯本体4一端设置有可活动挡板11，以及连接地毯本体4和挡板11的扭簧7，地毯本体4使用新型材料制成降低了成本提高了地毯的韧性，可活动挡板11和扭簧7以及拉绳9结构可使用户方便的开启后备箱地毯，提高了便利性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示的一种汽车转向管柱结构，包括地毯本体4，所述地毯本体4一端设置有可活动挡板11。
所述挡板11设置有两块，包括左前挡板6和右前挡板5，两块挡板之间平行排列。
所述挡板11和地毯本体4用扭簧7连接。
所述左前挡板6设置有一个扭簧7，所述右前挡板5设置有两个扭簧7。
所述挡板11一端紧贴座椅后背，所述挡板11与座椅联动翻转。
所述挡板11上还设置有压条8，所述压条8将挡板11与地毯本体4压紧固定。
所述地毯本体4一端设置有拉绳9，所述拉绳9的一端与尾门槛饰板10连接。
所述地毯本体4使用PP蜂窝板材料制成，所述PP蜂窝板共三层。
两块挡板分为左前挡板6和右前挡板5，两块挡板11与地毯本体4之间通过扭簧7连接在一起，挡板11的一端与座椅背部贴合，可与座椅之间实现联动翻转，当座椅放平时，挡板11由于紧贴座椅，使行李舱平整。座椅后翻至正常位置过程中，挡板11随着座椅运动，座椅正常位置时，挡板11有紧贴座椅靠背的扭力。为保证在挡板11运动过程中的平整，使用一个压条8将挡板11上的面料压在挡板11背面。地毯本体4尾端固定50mm长度的拉绳9，拉绳9与尾门槛饰板10连接在一起，拉绳9结构既保证了后备箱地毯毯面平整无痕，提升了行李舱感知，又能使用户方便地开启后备箱地毯，使用更加便利。
所述地毯本体4由PP蜂窝板材料制成，共分为三层，所述三层分别为PP蜂窝板底层1、PP蜂窝板中层2、PP蜂窝板上层3，该材料结构轻便，韧性好，同时可循环利用。
本发明公开一种后备箱地毯，包括地毯本体4，所述地毯本体4一端设置有可活动挡板11，以及连接地毯本体4和挡板11的扭簧7，地毯本体4使用新型材料制成降低了成本提高了地毯的韧性，可活动挡板11和扭簧7以及拉绳9结构可使用户方便的开启后备箱地毯，提高了便利性。

3.根据权利要求2所述的后备箱地毯，其特征在于：所述挡板（11）和地毯本体（4）用扭簧（7）连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的后备箱地毯，其特征在于：所述左前挡板（6）设置有一个扭簧（7），所述右前挡板（5）设置有两个扭簧（7）。
5.根据权利要求3所述的后备箱地毯，其特征在于：所述挡板（11）一端紧贴座椅后背，所述挡板（11）与座椅联动翻转。
6.根据权利要求5所述的后备箱地毯，其特征在于：所述挡板（11）上还设置有压条（8），所述压条（8）将挡板（11）与地毯本体（4）压紧固定。
7.根据权利要求6所述的后备箱地毯，其特征在于：所述地毯本体（4）一端设置有拉绳（9），所述拉绳（9）的一端与尾门槛饰板（10）连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的后备箱地毯，其特征在于：所述地毯本体（4）使用PP蜂窝板材料制成，所述PP蜂窝板共三层。
