Abstract

成对锯片中第一锯片(1)适宜在第一方向上环绕一条旋转轴线(r)旋转,而第二锯片(2)适宜在与第一方向相反的第二方向上环绕同一旋转轴线(r)旋转。其中第一锯片(1、2)各有一个锯片体(3、4)和设在锯片体(3、4)周边上的切割元件(5、6),并且两个锯片在旋转时适宜互相平行地靠近。有一伸出到两个锯片(1、2)之间空隙内的间隔设施(7)被连结到至少一个锯片(2)的体(4)上,为的是在切割时支撑它自己并可沿另一个相对锯片的周边部滑动。

Description

成对锯片
技术领域
本发明涉及一对锯片,其中第一锯片适宜在第一方向上环绕一条旋转轴线旋转,而第二锯片适宜在与所说第一方向相反的第二方向上环绕同一旋转轴线旋转。其中每一锯片各有一个锯片体和设在锯片体周边上的切割元件,并且两个锯片在旋转时适宜互相平行地靠近。
现有技术的状态
为了使本权利要求前言中所说的两个锯片能够合作,重要的是在两个锯片体之间须有空隙存在。传统上这个空隙是相对于具有切割元件的周边切削掉对面锯片体相邻侧的一部分制成的,留下一个沿着周边的圆环。这个环包括锯片体未被切削的部件以及所说切削元件。
现有技术状态的缺点
一个缺点是工人在切削时必须注意不要让车刀接触到切割元件,因为否则或是车刀或是切割元件都可能被损坏。另外车削能在锯片内产生应力。另一个缺点是工人在磨砺切割元件时必须注意避免磨轮和锯片体的接触,因为锯片体的材料较软,否则磨轮有被填塞的危险。
本发明的目的
本发明的目的是要在使用一对锯片时免除现有技术的一些缺点。
本发明的综述
按照本发明,上述目的可在本发明权利要求前言中所说的一对锯片上达到,办法是有一延伸到两个锯片之间空隙内的间隔设施被连结到至少一个锯片体上,为的是支撑它自己并可沿着另一个相对锯片的周边部滑动。
将间隔设施连结在至少一个锯片体上便能容易地提供必要的空隙而可不必车削掉一部分主锯片体。另外间隔设施可导致整个主锯片体位在一个水平面上而顾及位在切割元件下面的锯片的面,使这些切割元件可被机加工而锯片体不会受影响。
按照本发明的一个实施例,切割元件为由硬金属制成的锯齿,间隔设施最好包括所说一个锯片的锯齿的一部分,所说部分在朝向该锯片旋转轴线的方向上被延长。
这个解决方案很容易做到,不需要采取比这些锯齿正常时所需更多的措施,即只需将锯齿钎焊在锯片体上,随后磨砺锯齿即可。
按照本发明另一个实施例,切割元件为覆盖金刚砂的弧段。
在本文中所谓弧段包括在锯片体的周边内切开而截然互相分开的弧段以及由金刚砂覆盖层本身内的沟槽形成的弧段。
按照一个特别适合于金刚砂覆盖弧段的解决方案当然也适合于锯齿的解决方案的实施例,间隔设施包括至少一个胶粘在所说一个锯片体上而对称于该锯片的旋转轴线的扁带部。
这个解决方案的优点是很容易做到并且扁带部能够使用多种材料制成如金属片、塑料或陶瓷。
按照本发明还有一个实施例,间隔设施包括至少一个扁带部,该扁带部胶粘在所说一个锯片的主锯片体上而对称于该锯片的旋转轴线。
这个解决方案的优点是很容易做到并且很适合具有成本效率的大量生产。
附图的简要说明
下面将结合附图说明本发明的较优实施例。
图1、2和3均为横截面图,分别示出按照本发明的第一、第二和第三实施例的成对锯片的一部分。
三个实施例的说明
图1中的成对锯片供锯切木材和金属之用,包括两个锯片1、2,其中第一锯片可环绕一条旋转轴线r在第一方向上旋转,第一方向在本例为朝向画面,用一空心圈表示。另一个锯片可环绕同一条旋转轴线在与所说第一方向相反的第二方向上旋转,第二方向为走出画面的方向,用一圆中心加一点来表示。
两个锯片1、2各有一个由钢片制成并向锯片的周边延伸的锯片体3、4。沿着两个锯片的周边各设有由硬金属制成的锯齿。如从图可见,与第一锯片的锯齿相比,第二锯片2的锯齿6在朝向所说旋转轴线r的方向上有一延长部7。
如图锯齿5、6那样,部分7被适当地磨削,即其表面是加工过的,因此造成一个供对置的第一锯片1的周边锯片体支承用的光滑的支承表面8,支承表面8在第二锯片的锯片体4上的高度被这样选定,使当支承表面8与第一锯片的锯片体3对接时能使两个锯片1、2的锯片体3、4保持一个所需的距离。
如同图1中的实施例那样,图2中的实施例也涉及一对供锯切木材和金属用的锯片,并用与图1中实施例相同的方式示出,因此这里只示出两个实施例的不同之处。
第二实施例的不同之处在于,两个锯片1、2的锯齿10、11都具有相等的长度,第二锯片2的锯齿不再有伸长的部分,取而代之的是在锯片2的锯片体周边上设有分开而胶粘的扁带件12。这种扁带件12被合适地由金属如不锈钢制成,但也能用其他材料如塑料或陶瓷制成。
如同图1和2中的实施例那样,图3中的实施例也涉及一对供锯切木材和金属用的锯片,并用与图1中实施例相同的方式示出,因此这里只指出它与图1中实施例的不同之处。
第三实施例与第二实施例一样,两个锯片1、2的锯齿13、14具有相等的长度,第一实施例中第二锯片的锯齿伸长部被敷设在第二锯片的锯片体的周边上的表面镀层部15所取代。表面镀层部15可以是一个以溶剂为基的层、一个由双组分材料构成的层,或以电解方式敷设的层,如NEDOX,它能足够耐久地用于此目的,并足够地硬,可确保两个锯片1、2的锯片体3、4互相保持正确的距离。
显示上述锯片1、2的实施例能在本权利要求的范围用各种不同方式进行改变,例如能将上述间隔设施布置在两个锯片上,在两个锯片上可以使用硬金属锯齿以外的切割元件。

Claims (9)

1.成对锯片中第一锯片(1)适宜在第一方向上环绕一条旋转轴线(r)旋转,而第二锯片(2)适宜在与第一方向相反的第二方向上环绕同一旋转轴线(r)旋转,其中每一锯片(1、2)各有一个锯片体(3、4)和设在锯片体(3、4)周边上的切割元件(5、6;10、11;13、14),并且两个锯片(1、2)在旋转时适宜互相平行地靠近,其特征为,有一伸出到两个锯片(1、2)之间空隙内的间隔设施(7;12;15)被连结到至少一个锯片(2)的锯片体(4)上,为的是在切割时支撑它自己并可沿着另一个相对锯片(1)的周边部滑动。
2.根据权利要求1的成对锯片,其特征为,切割元件(5、6;10、11;13、14)为由硬金属制成的锯齿。
3.根据权利要求2的成对锯片,其特征为,间隔设施包括所说锯片(2)的锯齿(6)的一部分,所说部分在朝向该锯片(2)旋转轴线的方向上延长。
4.根据权利要求1的成对锯片,其特征为,切割元件为覆盖金刚砂的弧段。
5。根据权利要求1、2或4的成对锯片,其特征为,间隔设施包括至少一个扁带部(12),该扁带部被胶粘在所说一个锯片(2)的锯片体(4)上且对称于该锯片(2)的旋转轴线。
6.根据权利要求4的成对锯片,其特征为,扁带部(12)由金属片制成。
7.根据权利要求4的成对锯片,其特征为,扁带部(12)由塑料制成。
8.根据权利要求4的成对锯片,其特征为,扁带部(12)由陶瓷制成。
9.根据权利要求1、2或4的成对锯片,其特征为,间隔设施包括至少一个表面镀层部(15),该镀层部被敷设在所说一个锯片(2)的锯片体(4)上且对称于该锯片(2)的旋转轴线(r)。
