Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的刮水臂。
DE 19735301 A1公知用板整体成形制造挡风玻璃刮水器的刮水杆的方法。该刮水杆在其自由端上具有一个U形的连接钩，该连接钩在其整个长度上都是由两层或三层叠合起来的板构成的。因此，该连接钩具有一个很大的结构高度，此高度对整个玻璃刮水器的空气阻力是有决定作用的。此外，该刮水臂距离待刮拭玻璃相当远。
本发明的任务是如此改进上述公知类刮水臂，使得能在保持承载能力不变的条件下减小其结构高度。
上述任务是通过权利要求1的特征加以解决的。本发明的核心在于：如此成形出由一个第一和一个第二钩片组成的连接钩，使得朝向待刮拭玻璃的钩片所具有的厚度小于背对玻璃的钩片所具有的厚度。
按权利要求2的结构形式的优点在于：背对玻璃的钩片的厚度大约是朝向玻璃的钩片的厚度的两倍，从而使得制作简单成为可能。
按权利要求3，该刮水杆与连接钩整体成形。其优点是该刮水臂的美观一致的构造和简易的制造。
按权利要求4，该第一和第二钩片基本上是彼此相平行地延伸的。其优点在于：用于固定刮水片的连接元件可以很容易地推入到该连接钩中。
按权利要求6，该刮水杆由一整块板件制造。其优点在于：能产生一种统一的美观的总印象。
按权利要求7或8，该第一钩片由两层板制作，该第二钩片由一层板制作。这样就能特别简单地实现该第二钩片的厚度减小。

汽车玻璃刮水装置用的刮水臂1，其具有一个经过容纳套3与一个安置在汽车上的传动轴2相连的固定臂4。在固定臂4的朝向容纳套3的一端上，经过一个铰接件7铰接连接的一个刮水杆6。刮水杆6在其自由端部位上具有一个连接钩8，该连接钩与一刮水片可拆卸地相连。
市场上可购得的固定臂4具有一种U形轮廓，并且是由板成形的。在固定臂4的端部5上和在刮水杆6的朝向固定臂4的端部上，设有彼此对准的轴承孔9，一个轴承销10被容纳这些轴承孔中，而且刮水杆6可围绕该轴承销相对于固定臂4转动。
刮水杆6具有一个从铰接件7延伸到刮水杆6的自由端的支承臂11，还具有连接在该支承臂上的、并与其整体成形的连接钩8。支承臂11具有U形横断面，带一个支承臂底部12及侧向与该支承臂底部相接的支承臂侧股13、14。侧股13、14的高度沿着刮水杆6的纵向15逐渐减小。在侧股13及14上分别设有轴承孔9之一。在侧股14的下棱边16上设有一个与底部12平行延伸的、朝向侧股13(突出)的支杆17，该支板与侧股4整体成形。在该支杆和轴承销10之间设置了一个张紧弹簧18，以之用来实现刮水杆6向待刮拭玻璃的力加载。
如图1所示，连接钩8具有U形横断面。该连接钩由下述部分构成：一个与支承臂11整体成形的上钩片19，一个与此钩片整体成形的弯曲的钩底部20以及一个与此钩底部20整体成形的、平行于上钩片19延伸的下钩片21。上钩片19的厚度为DA，下钩片21的厚度为DB。这两个厚度之比为：1.5≤DA/DB≤2.5，特别按本结构形式DA/DB≈2。按绝对数字表示，DA≈4mm，DB≈2mm。
钩片19以及钩底部20的直到过渡部分22的大部分都具有一个外接片23以及两个从两纵边叠合在该外接片上的内接片25，该两个内接片平行于此外接片延伸、在居中处由一个纵槽24加以分开。内接片25终止在过渡部分22的范围内。仅有外接片23继续延伸，并在过渡部分22的另一侧形成下钩片21。内接片25在连接钩8的逆着纵向15的端部上连续地过渡到侧股13及14中，而外接片23则过渡到底部12中。钩底部20相应于弯曲轴27而具有基本上相同的曲率。
刮水杆6的制作是从一块整体的板裁切部分开始的，其前端见图6中所示。内接片25经折叠线28与外接片23相连。在第一折叠过程中，将内接片25叠在外接片23上，形成一个纵槽24。与此同时，侧股13相对于底部12按90°加以弯曲，从而使之形成图7中所示的中间产品。随后将下钩片21和由内接片25与外接片23组成的双层结构的一部分围绕弯曲轴27加以弯曲，从而使之形成图3、4和8中所示的连接钩8。
刮水杆6用一块整体成形的钢板制造，其优点在于：产生了一种自成一体的美观的总印象。连接钩8的带有一个上钩片19和一个半厚度的下钩片21的结构具有如下优点：连接钩8的总高度H在钩开口29的高度A保持稳定的条件下可减小。在刮水过程中产生的剪力可以由上钩片19和钩底部20承受。下钩片21只用来将刮水片固定在朝待刮拭挡风玻璃的方向中，它与上钩片19相比，只须承受小得很多的力，所以下钩片21的结构具有上钩片19的一半厚度就足够了。由于高度H的减小，刮水杆6就可更靠紧待刮拭玻璃，所以出现的风阻力会减小，特别在汽车高速行驶时风阻力是至关紧要的。此外，刮水臂1由于贴紧在挡风玻璃上，所以外观就不很重要了。
Claims (10)
1.汽车用的刮水臂，其具有：
a)一个可以驱动的用于同汽车相连的固定臂(4)，和
b)一个铰接连接在固定臂(4)上的刮水杆(6)，其带有一个用于和一个刮水片相连的连接钩(8)，其中连接钩(8)具有：
i)一个第一钩片(19)，其厚度为DA，
ii)一个与第一钩片(19)相对置的、与第一钩片(19)相连的第二钩片(21)，其厚度为DB，
iii)其中这两个厚度的关系是：DB＜DA
2.按权利要求1所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：上述两个厚度DA与DB之比是：1.5≤DA/DB≤2.5，特别是DA/DB≈2。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：刮水杆(6)与连接钩(8)整体成形。
4.按以上权利要求中的任一项所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：第一钩片(19)基本上平行于第二钩片(21)延伸。
5.按以上权利要求中的任一项所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：刮水杆(6)由板成形。
6.按权利要求5所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：刮水杆(6)由一块金属镶板成形。
7.按权利要求5或6所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：第一钩片(19)由一个两层相叠的板成形。
8.按权利要求5至7中任一项所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：第二钩片(21)由一层板成形。
9.按以上权利要求中的任一项所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：连接钩(8)具有一个连接第一钩片(19)和第二钩片(21)的钩底部(20)。
10.按权利要求9所述的刮水臂，其特征在于：钩底部(20)相应于弯曲轴(27)具有一个基本上恒定的曲率。
