Abstract

本发明提供一种车用发动机的能量回收机构,所述车用发动机的能量回收机构通过带有离心离合器(13)、并收纳在传动箱(25)内的传动机构,将发动机输出动力传送至驱动轮,其特征在于,在所述车用发动机的能量回收机构中,在上述离心离合器(13)的外周面和传动箱(25)的离心离合器收纳部(25a)的内表面之间,配置着可将驱动力传送至上述驱动轮,并藉由该驱动轮的旋转进行发电的驱动、发电用马达(26)。本发明的车用发动机能量回收装置可大力控制成本的提高,同时,可减少上述燃料费及废气排放量。

Description

车用发动机能量回收机构
技术领域
本发明是关于一种适用于诸如小型摩托车等采用的V型皮带无级变速传动机构车辆用的发动机能量回收机构。
背景技术
在近来的车辆中,从期望降低燃料费的提高和减少废气排放量的观点出发,给汽油机配备供给辅助动力用马达的混合型车颇受人注目。像这样的混合型车被认为适用于小型摩托车等机动二轮车。
然而,上述这样的混合型车有必要对车辆整体予以改进。另一方面,诸如小型摩托车等因价低而具魅力的车辆需大力控制成本的提高才有望实现上述的混合型车。
鉴于上述状况,本发明的课题在于,提提供一种车用发动机能量回收装置,所述车用发动机能量回收装置可大力控制成本的提高,同时,可减少上述燃料费及废气排放量。
发明内容
本发明的第1方面系一种车用发动机的能量回收机构,所述车用发动机的能量回收机构通过收纳在传动箱内的动力传动机构,将发动机输出动力传送至驱动轮,其特征在于,在所述车用发动机的能量回收机构中,在构成上述动力传递机构的旋转部件的外面和传动箱的内表面之间,配置着可将驱动力传送至上述驱动轮,并可藉由该驱动轮的旋转进行发电的驱动、发电用马达。
本发明的第2方面的特征在于,在所述第1方面的车用发动机的能量回收机构中,所述动力传递机构具有离心离合器,在所述离心离合器旋转部件的外面和传动箱的内表面之间,配置着上述驱动、发电用马达。
本发明的第3方面的特征在于,在所述第2方面的车用发动机的能量回收机构中,上述驱动、发电用马达具有设置在上述离心离合器的离合器分离板的外周面上的转子、及在上述离心离合器收纳部的内周面上与上述转子对向配置、卷绕有线圈的定子。
本发明的第4方面的特征在于,在所述第3方面的车用发动机的能量回收机构中,在与上述离心离合器相邻配置的从动皮带轮上,形成了能从上述传动箱外侧吸入空气,并生成通过上述驱动、发电用发达的空气流的冷却叶片。
本发明的第5方面的特征在于,在所述第3方面的车用发动机的能量回收机构中,在上述离合器分离板的侧面形成了能从传动箱外侧吸入空气并生成通过上述驱动、发电用马达的空气流的冷却叶片。
本发明的第6方面的特征在于,在所述第3-5方面之任一项所述的车用发动机的能量回收机构中,在上述传动箱的上述离心离合器收纳部的外面形成了散热翅片。
本发明的第7方面的特征在于,在所述第1方面的车用发动机的能量回收机构中,所述动力传递机构具有V型皮带式无级变速机构,并设有与所述无级变速机构的从动侧皮带轮同时旋转的旋转部件,在所述旋转部件的外面和传动箱内表面之间,配设有上述驱动、发电用马达。

具体实施方式
以下参照本发明实施形态的附图加以说明。
图1-3为本发明实施形态之一小型摩托车用发动机组的能量回收机构说明图。图1为系统构成图,图2为发动机组的平面图,图3为主要部分的平面图。
图中,1为装在车体机架上、可上下摇动的发动机组,由发动机本体2、支承、驱动后轮3上并驱动其运转的减速驱动机构4、及能将发动机本体2的输出动力传送至减速驱动机构4的CVT动力传动机构5组成。
上述发动机本体2为水冷式四冲程单缸型,其大致结构为:活塞6可在其中自由滑动的插入配置在汽缸2a内,并由连杆7与曲轴8相连。
上述曲轴8的右端安装着飞轮式永磁发电机9,可传送图中没有示出的启动马达的旋转、上轴曲轴8的左端安装上述传动机构5的驱动皮带轮10,该驱动皮带轮10由V型皮带11与从动皮带轮12相连。
上述从动皮带轮12通过自动离心离合器13与减速驱动机构4的驱动轴14相连。而该驱动轴14通过中间轴15与后轮轴16相连,该后轮轴16上固定着上述后轮3。上述驱动轴14右侧有2处通过轴承14a、14a,被支承在减速驱动机构4的壳体4a上,同时,其左侧前端通过轴受14b被支承在后述的离心离合器收纳部25a上。上述自动离心离合器13由驱动轴14的轴承14b-14a变部分支承。
上述从动皮带轮12,由半个固定的皮带轮部分12a和半个可动的皮带轮部分12b构成。半个固定的皮带轮部分12a固定在驱动筒体18的图示左端,驱动筒体18藉由上述驱动轴14,通过滚针轴承17a及滚珠轴承可自如旋转被支承。半个可动的皮带轮部分12b固定于滑块19的图示右端。推力轴承19安装在上述驱动体18上可作轴向移动。
18a为固定于上述驱动筒体18上的扭矩凸轮。该扭矩凸轮18a的上侧突出部分可在滑块19上斜面形成的扭矩槽19这儿停止滑动。当行驶负荷增大时,扭矩凸轮18a和扭矩槽19可共同使用使可动的半个皮带12b向图示右方移动,当该从动皮带轮有效直径增大,则驱动力也就增大。
此外,上述驱动筒体18的图示左端部上由花键嵌合螺母21,紧固、固定着作为上述自动离心离合器13的驱动部零件的内板20。而上述内板20的外周上设置了由支承销子20a支承的重块23,并使其能自由摇动。这个内板20和上述可动的半个皮带轮12b之间夹着压缩弹簧22。通过它的作用可使上述可动的半个皮带轮12b向着增大皮带轮有效直径的方向移动。
在所述驱动轴14的上述驱动筒体18的左侧,安装着作为上述自动离心离合器13的从动侧零件的离合器分离板24。这个离合器分离板24作成底壁24a的外周缘竖立形成外周壁24b的浅碟状,该离合器分离板24使固定于上述底板24a的中心部的的刻花筒体24c花键嵌合于上述驱动轴14上,并用螺母24d固定于其上。
上述离合器分离板24的周壁24b,其位置应能覆盖住上述重块23。当上述内板20的转速,也即离心力增大时,该重块23能使上述支承销20a在中心处向外摇动,并与上述周壁24b的内表面相接触,从而将从动皮带轮12的旋转从内板20传送至驱动轴14。
上述传动箱25中收纳上述自动离心离合器13的离心离合器的收纳部25做成与上述碟状离合器分离板24相对应的碟状且向外凸出的形状,该离心离合器收纳部25a的周壁25b位于其形状能从外侧将上述离合器分离板24的周壁24b包围住。
又,在上述离合器分离板24的周壁24b的外表面与上述离心离合器收纳部25a的周壁25b的内表面之间,配置了能将辅助驱动力传送至上述后轮3且减速时可由该后轮3的旋转发电的驱动·发电(直流无刷)马达26。该驱动·发电马达26具有固定配置在上述离合器分隔板24的周壁24b的外面的转子(永磁铁)26a,和配置在上述离心离合器收纳部25a的周壁25b内表面、与上述转子26a对向而置的绕有线圈的定子26b。
上述从动皮带轮12的半个可动的皮带轮12b的离心离合器13的壁面外周形成冷却叶片12c。冷却叶片12c通过置于离合器收纳部25a的吸气管27,从外侧吸入空气,在该离合器收纳部25a内生成空气流。另外,图中没有示出,上述吸气管27是由吸气软管接至空气净化器的二次(净化入口)侧。
上述驱动·发电马达26通过交直流变换用的变换器28接至驱动蓄电池29。这个驱动蓄电池29接至上述发动机侧的发电机9。且该发电机9又被接至充电用蓄电池30。
31为能对驱动·发电马达进行驱动控制的ECU,对该ECU输入检测操纵手柄32的风门手柄32a开度的风门传感器33的检测信号,及输入检测后轮轴16上的驱动扭矩的扭矩传感器34的检测信号,并根据这些检测信号控制由上述驱动·发电马达26所产生的辅助动力的发生状况。
在诸如全开、加速、上坡等车辆行驶负荷较大的运转状态时,蓄电池29向上述驱动·发电马达26供电,该马达26的旋转力由驱动轴14通过中间轴15传递至后轮轴16。另一方面,减速及制动时的减速及再生能量也由上述驱动·发电马达26吸收。
具体地说,处在上述行驶负荷大的运转范围时,上述ECU31根据来自风门传感器33的检测信号求得风门开度和风门打开速度,再算出必需的驱动扭矩。另一方面,由扭矩传感器34的检测信号求得实际发生的驱动扭矩,根据这些要求的和产生的驱动扭矩的差算出给上述驱动·发电马达26的供电量,使该马达26产生必要的驱动扭矩(辅助动力)。
另外,减速时,由后轮3的旋转带动离心离合器13的离合器分离板24旋转,再由离合器分离板24旋转带动上述驱动·发电马达26发电,所产生的电力通过变换器28向驱动蓄电池29充电。
这里,上述自动离心离合器13的离合器分离板24,因为具有这样的结构:使配置在内侧的重块23在离心力作用下向外侧摇动、抵解于其内表面,从而传递旋转力,所以其直径不得不作成大直径。在本实施形态中,这个大直径的离合器分离板24的外周面上固定配置着转子26a,围着其外侧形成的离合器收纳部25a的周壁25b的内表面上固定配置着定子26b。由此,可以将上述转子26a,定子26b做成大直径,减速时可有效回收能量,行驶负荷大时可以产生较大的辅助力。
又,因为在上述从动皮带轮12的半个可动的皮带轮12b的侧面形成冷却叶片12c,该冷却叶片12c可从外侧将空气吸入离合器收纳部25a内,并在在该收纳部25a内产生通过上述驱动·发电马达26的空气流,所以,可将驱动·发电马达26运转产生的热量向离合器收纳部25a外排出,防止该驱动·发电马达26过热。
又,在本实施形态中,因为是利用以往的小型摩托车发动机组所具有的离合器分离板24的周壁24b的外周面及离心离合器收纳部25a的周壁25b的内周面配置驱动·发电马达26的,所以,只需对以往的发动机组略加改造即可配置该马达26,且几乎无需增加必要的配置空间。另外,因为是用轴承14b支承驱动轴14的前端的,因此与用驱动轴14的悬臂部分支承离心离合器13的情况相比,可提高支承刚度。
在上述实施形态中,虽然是在从动皮带轮12上形成冷却叶片12c的,但该冷却叶片的形成位置并不局限于此。例如,如图4所示,也可在离合器分离板24的底壁24a处形成冷却叶片24e。
如上所述,在驱动·发电马达26是由DC无刷马达构成时,由于从绕有线圈的定子26b一侧放出热量,因此,可以如图4所示,在离心离合器收纳部25b围绕上述定子26b的部分上有效地一体形成散热翅片25d。这时,可高效向外放出定子26b产生的热量,其结果,可将冷却叶片12c做成小型化,并可由此减少相应的机械损失。
图5、图6为用于说明本发明的第2实施形态的图,与图-图4相同的符号表示相同或相当的部分。
在第2实施形态中,从动轮10一侧设置有离合器机构41,而不用从动轮12一侧的离心离合器13。在从动轮12的驱动筒体18上固定有具有如同上述离合器分离板24同样形状的旋转部件42,在该旋转部件42的外周面和传动箱25的旋转部件收纳部25a之间,配设有上述驱动·发电马达26。
在第2实施形态中,如同第1实施形态,在高负荷时供给辅助动力,在减速时回收所产生的能量。
在第2实施形态中,驱动·发电马达26是配置在从动轮12的车轴方向的外侧,但也可配置于从动轮12的车轴方向的内侧。
根据第1方面的发明,由于在旋转部件的外周面和传动箱的离心离合器收纳部内表面之间,配置了可将驱动力传送到上述驱动轮并通过该驱动轮的旋转进行发电的驱动、发电用马达,因此不必对原先所配备的动力传递部件的旋转部件及传动箱进行大幅度改造即可配置驱动、发电用马达,在负荷高时供给辅助动力,在减速时回收所产生的能量。
根据第2方面的发明,由于在离心离合器旋转部件的外周面和传动箱的离心离合器收纳部内表面之间,配置了可将驱动力传送到上述驱动轮并通过该驱动轮的旋转进行发电的驱动、发电用马达,因此不必对原先所配备的离心离合器及离心离合器收纳部进行大幅度改造即可配置驱动、发电用马达,在负荷高时供给辅助动力,在减速时回收所产生的能量。
另外根据第3方面的发明,由于使上述驱动·发电用马达由在上述离心离合器的离合器分离板的外周配置着的转子,以及在上述离心离合器收纳部的内周面上与上述转子对向而置着卷绕了线圈的定子,因此可以利用原来所配备的离心离合器及其收纳部,增大驱动·发电用马达的容量,在高负荷时供给以较大的辅助动力,而在减速时有效回收所产生的能量。
根据第4,5方面的发明,由于从动皮带轮或离合器分离板侧面形成了冷却叶片,因而可从外部吸入空气,冷却驱动、发电用马达,以防止该马达的过热。
根据第6方面的发明,由于离心离合器收纳部的外壁面形成了散热翅片,因此可以可靠地散发由于驱动·发电用马达工作而产生的热量,防止该驱动、发电用马达的过热。这时与冷却叶片合用可将冷却叶片缩小,砬少机械损失。
根据第7方面的发明,由于设置了与V型皮带式无级变速机构的从动轮同时旋转的旋转部件,在该旋转部件的外面和传动箱的内表面之间,配置了上述驱动、发电用马达,因此可以利用原先所配备的动力传递部件的从动轮及传动箱,而不必进行大幅度改造即可配置驱动、发电用马达,在高负荷时供给辅助动力,在减速时回收所产生的能量。

Claims (7)

1.一种车用发动机的能量回收机构,所述车用发动机的能量回收机构通过收纳在传动箱内的动力传动机构,将发动机输出动力传送至驱动轮,其特征在于,在所述车用发动机的能量回收机构中,在构成上述动力传递机构的旋转部件的外面和传动箱的内表面之间,配置着可将驱动力传送至上述驱动轮,并可藉由该驱动轮的旋转进行发电的驱动、发电用马达。
2.如权利要求1所述的车用发动机的能量回收机构,其特征在于,所述动力传递机构具有离心离合器,在所述离心离合器旋转部件的外面和传动箱的内表面之间,配置着上述驱动、发电用马达。
3.如权利要求2所述的车用发动机的能量回收机构,其特征在于,上述驱动、发电用马达具有设置在上述离心离合器的离合器分离板的外周面上的转子、及在上述离心离合器收纳部的内周面上与上述转子对向配置、卷绕有线圈的定子。
4.如权利要求3所述的车用发动机的能量回收机构,其特征在于,在所述车用发动机的能量回收机构中,在与上述离心离合器相邻配置的从动皮带轮上,形成了能从上述传动箱外侧吸入空气,并生成通过上述驱动、发电用发达的空气流的冷却叶片。
5.如权利要求3所述的车用发动机的能量回收机构,其特征在于,在所述车用发动机的能量回收机构中,在上述离合器分离板的侧面形成了能从传动箱外侧吸入空气并生成通过上述驱动、发电用马达的空气流的冷却叶片。
6.如权利要求3-5之任一项所述的车用发动机的能量回收机构,其特征在于,在上述传动箱的上述离心离合器收纳部的外面形成了散热翅片。
7.如权利要求1所述的车用发动机的能量回收机构,其特征在于,在所述车用发动机的能量回收机构中,所述动力传递机构具有V型皮带式无级变速机构,并设有与所述无级变速机构的从动侧皮带轮同时旋转的旋转部件,在所述旋转部件的外面和传动箱内表面之间,配设有上述驱动、发电用马达。
