Abstract

本发明涉及耐火性和隔热性都优良,且生产率也优良的、具有可绕性的耐火隔热通道,用耐火性布或其它耐火性板状物包着玻璃纤维等的其它隔热材料的带状体,将此带状体卷成螺旋状而构成的。另外,在卷成螺旋状时,先行的带状体端部和后续的带状体端部在不损坏耐火性的范围下连接或通过耐火性的连接材料连接成一体。

Description

耐火隔热通道
本发明涉及具有耐火性和隔热性的耐火隔热通道。
配置在建筑物内,用于空调用、排气用、换气用等的通道,按照建筑标准和消防法要求是耐火结构。
以往,作为这种耐火通道,是在卷成螺旋状或环状的钢丝的外侧,将玻璃纤维卷成所需要的厚度,再用耐火板被覆在其外侧。
另外,在此申请的申请日前,在日本243155/1997号专利公开公报中公开了在钢板制螺旋管的外侧将玻璃纤维等的耐火隔热纤维卷成螺旋状,用板材被覆其外侧的耐火隔热通道。
可是,在上述以往的耐火隔热通道中,前者未必耐火性高,而且将玻璃纤维卷成满卷状,所以有生产率差,具有不能自由地得到任意长度的缺点。
另一方面,记载在后者公报中的,对于钢板制螺旋管没有可绕性,作为在建筑物内可拉伸旋转的通道,存在施工性差问题,另外,为了得到所需要的隔热性,必须在任何层都卷上隔热纤维,仍然有生产率差的缺点。
即,本发明的目的在于提供耐火性和隔热性都优良的、同时生产率好,且具有可绕性的耐火隔热通道。
本发明的另一目的在于提供用耐火性布或其它耐火性板状物包着隔热材料的的带状体卷成螺旋状,形成具有可绕性的通道,其结果,可通过心轴卷绕机等连续、自由地制作成任意长度的耐火隔热通道。
另外,本发明的又一目的在于提供通过包住玻璃纤维等的隔热材料,可单独地得到充分的隔热性,因此,不需要卷绕成多层而生产率优良的耐火隔热通道。
本发明的再一目的在于提供即使使用金属板等的连接部件时,由于此连接部件只是在长度方向间隔地卷成螺旋状,与钢板制螺旋管通道卷上耐热材料不同,所以在总体上不损坏可绕性的耐火隔热通道。
本发明上述以外的目的及由它得到的效果,参照附图及以下的说明可明确地理解。

图4是表示本发明的另一实施例的耐火隔热通道的一部分纵断侧面图。
在图1~3中,1是本发明的带状体,如图3所示,例如是用耐火性布或其它耐火性板状物3被覆由耐火的玻璃纤维构成的隔热材料2的周边,形成的断面大致为方形。在此带状体1的宽度方向的两端部的内侧的角部分,沿着长度方向设置与板状物3构成一体地伸出的翅片4。
5是本发明的连接部件,例如是由不锈钢等的金属板或其它的耐火性带状板材构成。此连接部件5的宽度方向的两端缘,在相同面侧折返成U字状,该折返部6侧的面与带状体1的内侧面相对,并与带状体1一起卷成螺旋状。
在卷绕时,是将先行的带状体1端部侧的翅片4卷入到其一方的折返部6内,将后续的带状体1端部侧的翅片4卷入到另一方的折返部6内,铆接这些折返部6,通过挟住或抱紧卷入的这些的翅片4,连接各带状体1的端部。
进而,对于此实施方案中,用连接部件5连接带状体1的内面侧,但不连接外面侧,因此为了防止此外面侧开离,用耐火性的粘结剂7粘结端面之间。此时,也可在带状体1的外周侧也设置翅片4,用连接部件5进行相同地连接。
在上述中,作为具有耐火性的隔热材料2,可举出玻璃纤维、石棉等,作为耐火性的板状物3,可以是铝玻璃布、铝箔、耐火处理了的树脂薄膜、玻璃纤维,可使用用硅树脂涂层填充细孔部分的、耐火处理了的无纺布、碳纤维、耐火处理了的混合织布、云母板等。特别是在玻璃纤维时,若使用纤维直径大的,由于损坏可绕性,另外在折曲时被折断,所以优选的是使用纤维直径较小的。
粘结剂7,作为耐火性的,例如可举出无机硅酸盐的等,但即使是耐火性低的有机系的,在不损坏整个通道的耐火性的范围内,可少量使用。
图4是不使用连接部件5,仅用粘结剂7相互连接带状体1的端部之间,此时,在不损坏耐火性的范围下,可少量使用有机系的粘结剂,但优选的是使用上述举出的无机系的耐火性粘结剂。
上述表示本发明的优选的实施例,但本发明不受这些限制,可进行各种改变,应该注意它也包含在本发明中。

Claims (8)

1.耐火隔热通道,其特征是将用耐火性布或其它耐火性板状物包着玻璃纤维等的隔热材料的带状体卷成螺旋状,将先行的带状体端部和后续的带状体端部在不损坏耐火性的范围下粘结。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐火隔热通道,其粘结剂是耐火性的粘结剂。
3.耐火隔热通道,其特征是将用耐火性布或其它耐火性板状物包着玻璃纤维等的隔热材料的带状体卷成螺旋状,将先行的带状体端部和后续的带状体端部用耐火连接部连接成一体。
4.如权利要求3所述的耐火隔热通道,其特征是将从先行的带状体端部和后续的带状体端部伸出的翅片向上述耐火性连接部件端缘的折返部卷入铆接成一体,连接这些带状体的端部。
5.耐火隔热通道,其特征是将用耐火性布或其它耐火性板状物包着玻璃纤维等的隔热材料的带状体卷成螺旋状,将先行的带状体端部和后续的带状体端部在不损坏耐火性的范围下连接,且通过耐火连接部件连接成一体。
6.如权利要求5所述的耐火隔热通道,其粘结剂是耐火性的粘结剂。
7.如权利要求5所述的耐火隔热通道,其特征是将从先行的带状体端部和后续的带状体端部伸出的翅片向上述耐火性连接部件端缘的折返部卷入铆接成一体,连接这些带状体的端部。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的耐火隔热通道,其隔热材料是玻璃纤维、石棉等的耐火性隔热纤维。
