Abstract

负载钛系催化剂的活性炭,其特征在于该负载在活性炭上的催化活性组分为纳米二氧化钛,以钛为基准计算,活性炭与钛的重量比为100∶0.1~10,原料活性炭的比表面积为800~1100m2/g,总孔容积为0.6~1.0ml/g,并采用下述方法制备:将原料活性炭加入含纳米二氧化钛的悬浮液中于70~110℃浸渍加热处理,浸渍时间为16~24hr;将浸渍的炭料沥干于150℃以下的温度干燥;将干燥炭料放入锻烧炉中于无氧环境下进行锻烧,锻烧温度为200~700℃,锻烧时间为6~12hr。本发明产品能快速富集、降解各种环境空气、水和废水中PPm级微量有机污染物,净化安全彻底,原材料成本较低,可实现大规模工业化净化处理。

Description

负载钛系催化剂的活性炭及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及负载钛系催化剂的活性炭及其制备方法,特别是用于各种环境空气、水和废水中有机物净化处理的负载纳米级钛化物催化剂的活性炭及其制备。
背景技术
目前在化工、染料、制药等行业产生大量的工业废气、废水达不到国家规定的排放标准,如工业有机难降解废水国家规定排放中的化学耗氧量COD值应低于100,强无机酸废水无统一排放标准,经净化如COD值高就用石灰沉淀处理,且又造成二次污染;现有普通的空气净化炭与净水炭当吸附了一定量的有机污染物后活性炭孔隙就达到饱合不能继续吸附,要达到净化效果就必须更换活性炭;有尝试使用钌系等稀有贵金属作活性炭载体催化剂,但价格昂贵,如氧化铈售价达400元/kg,工业净化成本太高以至不能工业化应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种负载纳米级钛化物催化剂的活性炭以及制备工艺,采用本发明产品对各种环境空气、各种水质净化(杀菌、杀病毒)以及工业废水的净化处理,能够快速富集、降解空气或水中PPm(百万分之一)级的微量污染物,使污染物转化为无害二氧化碳、水和简单的无机物,活性炭不断原位再生,避免二次污染。
本发明结合活性炭和含钛化合物的特性,采用活性炭作为载体负载纳米级钛化物催化剂,利用活性炭的吸附性能对室内空气或水中的低浓度有机污染物进行快速吸附,达到污染物在活性炭载体上的富集,而加速催化反应速度,同时催化生成的微量中间副产物可以被活性炭吸附而难以扩散到空气或水中,使之继续在催化剂表面进行反应,直至完全转化为无害的二氧化碳、水和简单的无机物,使活性炭不断原位再生,无二次污染。本发明负载在活性炭上的催化活性组份为纳米二氧化钛,以钛为基准计算,活性炭与钛的重量比为100∶0.1~10,原料活性炭的比表面积为800~1100m2/g,总孔容积为0.6~1.0ml/g。
本发明负载钛系催化剂的活性炭采用下述方法制备:
1)将原料活性炭加入含纳米二氧化钛的悬浮液中于70~110℃浸渍加热处理,浸渍时间为16~24hr;
2)将浸渍的炭料沥干在低于150℃以下的温度干燥;
3)将干燥炭料放入锻烧炉中于无氧环境下进行锻烧,锻烧温度为200~700℃,锻烧时间为6~12hr。
本发明含钛化合物选用二氧化钛、钛酸二丁酯、四氯化钛、钛酸酯偶联剂;负载的二氧化钛等钛化物为纳米级。浸渍热处理时液相要浸过炭面,并保持到浸渍完毕,浸渍后锻烧温度控制在400~600℃为宜,锻烧环境是在氮气或真空条件下进行高温锻烧,再经冷却、筛分处理即得成品。
本发明钛化物载体炭可用于空气中有机气体(甲醛、苯、甲苯等)的净化分解、杀菌消毒,如本产品可作为空气净化器的核心材料,制作用于室内、车内及其它各种密闭场合的空气净化器;各种场合水质处理净化(杀菌、杀病毒、有机物质分解等),如在太阳光或纯紫外光源的作用下处理各种印染废水、制药废水、化工废水和水的超净化处理等。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、集活性炭吸附和纳米钛化物催化氧化的优点和特性,能快速富集、降解空气或水中PPm(百万分之一)级的微量的污染物,是其它材料所不具备的性能;
2、广泛的净化:对几乎所有污染物起作用,特别是对人们不易感知的细菌和病毒进行彻底分解;
3、实用的净化:常温下就可实现,只要污染物可以分解且无其它不可分解物干扰,该载体炭就可以永久使用,不存在饱和问题,原材料成本较低,可实现大规模工业化净化处理;
4、安全的净化:最终产物是CO2和H2O,对人体无害。
本发明制备的载体活性炭按以下检测质量指标表检测均符合环保净化要求。

Claims (3)

1、负载钛系催化剂的活性炭,其特征在于该负载在活性炭上的催化活性组份为纳米二氧化钛,以钛为基准计算,活性炭与钛的重量比为100∶0.1~10,原料活性炭的比表面积为800~1100m2/g,总孔容积为06~10ml/g,并采用下述方法制备:
a)将原料活性炭加入含纳米二氧化钛的悬浮液中于70~110℃浸溃加热处理,浸渍时间为16~24hr;
b)将浸渍的炭料沥干于150℃以下的温度干燥;
c)将干燥炭料放入锻烧炉中于无氧环境下进行锻烧,锻烧温度为200~700℃,锻烧时间为6~12hr。
2、按照权利要求1所述的负载钛系催化剂的活性炭,其特征是锻烧温度为400~600℃。
3、按照权利要求1所述的负载钛系催化剂的活性炭在净化处理空气或水中有机污染物中的用途。
