Description

小型摩托车型车辆的物品收纳构造
本发明涉及小型摩托车型车辆的物品收纳构造。
在现有技术中,小型摩托车型车辆是用车身罩覆盖着车身的机动两轮车,另外,在车身罩的一部设物品收纳室,用可开闭的盖覆盖物品收纳室开口,在盖上设钥匙式锁定机构。由插入锁定机构钥匙孔的钥匙、使锁定爪摇动并锁定于车身罩,可将盖锁定。
这样以钥匙锁定盖的方式有2种方式:(1)以钥匙锁定盖,同时能边抽出钥匙边打开盖的方式,(2)将锁定盖的钥匙与用于打开盖的手动操作的摇摆捏手组合起来的方式。不管哪种方式,都是用钥匙使1个锁定爪摇动使之锁定于车身罩上,来锁定盖。
作为上述第一方式,比如,已知的有日专利特开平11-208551号公报“小型摩托车型车辆的物品收纳装置”(以下叫作“现有技术”)。
这一现有技术,如依该公报的图2与图6,在车身罩12(标号引用公报所记述的标号,下同)的护腿罩21上设第二物品收纳室24,以可开闭的盖25覆盖第二物品收纳室24的开口。可以由安装于盖25锁定装置埋入用凹部39的锁定装置(图中未示出)锁定盖25。
但是,在上述现有技术(1)、(2)中,随着物品收纳室容量增加,使盖变大,从车身罩设计考虑,往往将盖做成平板形。即使在这种情况一,最好是在不提高盖的刚性情况下仍可确保锁定。
可是上述现有技术(1)、(2)是通过使盖侧1个锁定爪止动于车身罩上而将盖锁定,在不提高盖的刚性的情况下仅以1个锁定爪来确实地进行锁定是有限度的。由于这样一点,曾考虑在盖上设多个锁定机构,但锁定操作麻烦,零件件数增加,非为上策。
因此,本发明的目的,就在于提供由1个锁定机构以简单的操作可确实地锁定大型平板状盖的技术。
为达到上述目的,权利要求1的小型摩托车型车辆的物品收纳构造,在小型摩托车型车辆的车身罩上设置物品收纳室,以可开闭的盖覆盖该物品收纳室开口,以可摇动的第一爪将该盖锁定于车身罩上,以锁定机构锁定该第一爪,并且由具有第一爪并可手动操作的摇摆捏手可开锁;其特征在于,在离开第一爪的位置设置锁定机构,并且还用从锁定机构的钥匙滚柱体延出的第二爪将盖锁定于车身罩上。
通过以钥匙操作1个锁定机构,可以用第一爪和位于离开第一爪位置的第二爪两个爪同时锁定盖。

而且,“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”,是按照从驾驶员看的方向;Fr表示前侧,Rr表示后侧,L表示左侧,R表示右侧。另外,图面是按符号指向看到的图。
图1是本发明的小型摩托车型车辆侧视图。
小型摩托车型车辆10由车身构架11、前叉13、前轮14、车座15、动力部件16、后轮17、后缓冲部件18、车身罩20构成;其中,前叉13与前轮14可自由操纵地安装于车身构架11前部的头管12上,车座15为开闭式,覆盖于图上未示出的安装于车身构架11后部的小件物品箱的上部,动力部件16配置车座15下方,后轮17安装于动力部件16的后部,后缓冲部件18用来将动力部件16的后端悬架于车身构架11后端,车身罩20用来覆盖车身构架(车身)11。
车身罩20由前罩21、内罩22、左右脚踏底板23、左右脚踏底板裙24、中心罩25与侧罩26构成;其中,前罩21覆盖头管12前部与前轮14上部,内罩22覆盖前罩21后部,左右脚踏底板23(图中只表示了跟前侧,下同)是驾驶员放脚用,左右脚踏底板裙24从左右脚踏底板23外缘向下方延伸,中心罩25从内罩22向后方延伸并覆盖车身构架11的长度中央,侧罩26从中心罩25向后方延伸并覆盖车身构架11后部两侧面。
图中,31是手柄,32是手柄罩,33是风挡玻璃,34是头灯,35是前挡泥板,36是主支架,37是尾灯,38是后挡泥板,39是收纳箱。
图2是本发明的内罩立体图,是表示从背面侧看的内罩22。
内罩22是具有覆盖后面要讲到的物品收纳室开口的盖43的车身罩。盖43呈与内罩22形状大致相对合的平板状,以与物品收纳室开口相合的横长的、比较大型的可开闭构件。这样的盖43,其下部通过左右铰链44、44安装在内罩22上,在上部的车宽中央具有摇摆捏手51,从摇摆捏手51向右或向左规定距离X的位置具有锁定机构60,65是锁定机构60的钥匙孔65。
图3是本发明的内罩、物品收纳室与盖的剖面图,表示了车宽中央的纵剖面构造。
物品收纳室41向背面侧开出开口42,它是一体设于车身罩20中的前罩21(参照图1)或内罩22上的树脂制箱体,开口42由盖43覆盖。盖43,将从其下端部延伸出来的铰链44可前后摇动地安装于内罩22的铰链托架45上,同时在盖内面重叠并用紧锁小螺钉等固定着内构件46。内构件46可有可无。
图4是本发明的盖及摇摆捏手周围的纵剖面图,在盖43上部形成捏手安装用凹部47,在该捏手安装用凹部47中用支承销52可前后摇动地安装着摇摆捏手51。
摇摆捏手51,从摇摆中心部向下方延伸出扣手部53,从摇摆中心部延伸出向前方可摇动的第一爪54,在第一爪54前端上部形成结合尖部55,它是可手动操作的捏手。结合突部55可止动于从内罩22向前方延伸出的结合片22a上。
为使摇摆捏手51向第一爪54的结合突部55结合于结合片22a的方向弹动,在盖43与第一爪54之间夹装有复位弹簧56。该复位弹簧56比如可以是扭弹簧或板簧。具体而言,将复位弹簧56的一端勾挂于盖43的一部分上,而将复位弹簧56另一端勾挂于第一爪54的下面。图中,57是止挡部,58是开口部密封用填料。
换摆捏手51具有通过连动机构70与锁定机构60连动(参照图3)的特征,连动机构70具有与盖43一体形成的销支承部71、可转动地支承于销支承部71上的连动销72、固定于连动销72上的锁定凸轮73。锁定凸轮73通过上推第一爪54的下面而将结合突部55锁定于结合片22a上。换句话说,可用锁紧凸轮73将第一爪54推向锁定于结合片22a的方向。
图5是本发明的盖及锁定机构周围的纵剖面图,在盖43上部形成锁定机构安装用凹部48,在该锁定机构安装用凹部48中安装着锁定机构60。
锁定机构60,是在现有的小型摩托车型车辆的物品收纳构造中用于盖的锁定的众所周知的圆柱锁,它具有安装于锁定机构安装用凹部48中的钥匙柱体61、内藏于钥匙柱体61的以插入钥匙孔的钥匙62转动的轴63、从轴63的前端部向柱体径向延伸的第二爪64。
该锁定机构60,通过将钥匙62插入钥匙孔而钥匙柱体61内的多个转轮(图中未示出)定位,通过转动插入的钥匙62来转动轴63,第二爪64也与该轴63一同转动而结合于内罩22的锁定用孔22b中,以此可以进行锁定。从而,由从锁定机构60的钥匙柱体61延伸的第二爪64,可将盖43固定于内罩22上。
而锁定机构60的特征在于,在第二爪64上用小螺钉75安装着连动机构70的连动凸轮74。连动凸轮74是围着锁定机构60的端部设置的大致成杯状的凸轮构件,在其圆周面上形成凸轮沟76。使连动销72的前端部72a抵接于该凸轮沟76。
图6(a)、(b)是表示本发明的摇摆捏手、锁定机构及连动机构关系的立体图,是从车身前方看的情况。
(a)表示锁定状态,在从摇摆捏手51的第一爪54向右或向左仅离开规定距离X的位置设置锁定机构60的第二爪64,将第二爪64勾挂止动于锁定用孔22b中,实施锁定。(b)是表示将第二爪64从锁定用孔22b中拔出的开锁状态。
连动销72的前端部22a,从支承于销支承部71上的转动中心P偏心规定距离。从而在连动凸轮74与第二爪64一起转动时,由于凸轮沟76摇动了连动销72的前端部72a,连动销72转动。而且,也可以像(a)所示那样,在用锁定凸轮73推压第一爪54下面的方向由复位弹簧弹动连动销72。
下边,再基于图6与图7说明上述构成之物品收纳构造的作用。
图7(a)~(d)是本发明的物品收纳构造的作用图。
(a)与(b)表示使锁定机构60成开锁状态,同时以手H将摇摆捏手51的扣手部53拉到跟前的状态。这时,锁定凸轮73倒伏,同时第一爪54的结合突部55从结合片22a脱出,故以手H拉扣手部53,可打开盖43。
另一方面,在(b)的状态下,如使手H从扣手部53离开,借助复位弹簧56的弹力,摇摆捏手51按图中顺时针方向摇动。其结果,结合突部55结合于结合片22a。
其次,如图6(b)所示,通过向锁定机构60的钥匙孔插入钥匙转动,使第二爪64按图中顺时针方向转动,同时连动凸轮74也向同一方向转动。连动凸轮74一转动,凸轮沟76的缘部76a即推动连动销72的前端部72a使其摇动。其结果,变成了图7(c)、(d)的状态。
图7(c)、(d)表示,用锁紧凸轮73向上方推压第一爪54而结合于结合片22a,可使盖43锁定于内罩22上,同时借使第二爪64锁定于锁定用孔22b中,可使盖43锁定于内罩22上。
这样本发明的特征在于,以第一爪54将盖43止动于内罩22,以锁定机构60将第一爪54锁定,同时也以锁定机构60的第二爪64使盖43锁定于内罩22上进行锁定。即,用第一爪54和离开第一爪54规定距离位置的第二爪64这样2个爪来锁定盖43。
从而,仅以钥匙操作1个锁定机构60,即可对盖43的左右2个部位同时锁定或开锁。因此,即使是大型盖43或平板状盖43,以由1个锁定机构60构成的简单操作,即可确实进行锁定或开锁。
由于以位于相互离开位置的第一爪54与第二爪64进行锁定,可使盖43的缘确实对合于物品收纳室41的开口42的缘。从而,可进一步提高小型摩托车型车辆的外观性。而且,在仅以1个爪锁定大型盖43或平板状盖43不提高盖43的刚性的情况下,可确实地进行锁定。
在上述本发明实施例中,物品收纳室41不限于设在内罩22上,只要设在车身罩20上即可。
另外,从第一爪54到锁定机构60的距离X也可以依照盖43的形状、尺寸、刚性适当设定。
本发明依上述之构成,可产生如下效果。
根据权利要求1,可以由可开闭的盖覆盖设于车身罩上的物品收纳室开口,用可摇动的第一爪将该盖锁定在车身罩上,以锁定机构锁定第一爪,并可用具有第一爪且可手动操作的摇摆捏手将其打开,在离开第一爪的位置设锁定机构,同时也可以从锁定机构的钥匙柱体延出的第二爪将盖锁定于车身罩上,故可以仅用钥匙操作1个锁定机构,可同时对盖的2部位进行锁定或开锁。因此,即使是大型盖或平板状盖,由1个锁定机构的简单操作可确实进行锁定与开锁。
另外,由于以位于相互离开位置的第一爪与第二爪进行锁定,可确保使盖缘对合物品收纳室的开口缘。从而,可进一步提高小型摩托车型车辆的外观性。而且,在缘仅以1个爪锁定大型盖或平板状盖那样地不提高盖的刚性的情况下可确保锁定。

1.一种小型摩托车型车辆的物品收纳构造,在这种小型摩托车型车辆的车身罩上设有物品收纳室,以可开闭的盖覆盖该物品收纳室开口,由可摇动的第一爪将该盖锁定于车身罩上,以锁定机构锁定该第一爪,并可用具有第一爪的可手动操作的摇摆捏手打开,其特征在于,在离开第一爪的位置设置前述锁定机构,并且还用从前述锁定机构钥匙柱体延出的第二爪使前述盖锁定于车身罩上。
