Abstract

用于汽车燃油泵的插头用塑料浇注封装。除了电导线联接外,此种插头还与其他的电气结构元件相联。燃油中具有腐蚀性的成分侵蚀带有电气结构元件的插头的联接位置,则可能出现燃油泵的故障。新型的插头应该具有不再会被燃油侵蚀的联接位置。通过对插头的零件以塑料进行浇注封装,联接位置有效地加以保护防止燃油侵蚀。在塑料浇注封装内的空隙实现了,插头的零件进一步由燃油冲刷以利冷却,而插头危险的部分和燃油分开。

Description

用于汽车燃油泵的插头
本发明涉及一种用于汽车燃油泵的插头,用于燃油泵与电气导线的连通。此种燃油泵一般设置在汽车的燃油箱内,用于将燃油自油箱输送至内燃机。
已知的燃油泵具有一个或两个泵级,它们由一个电机驱动。已知的燃油泵如此构成,即在下端的泵级设置在一个燃油泵的结构支承内。电机联接在此泵级上并且一个支承座利用设置在燃油泵壳体外面的插头构成燃油泵的上部封闭。插头除用于插头联接的导电杆和用于电机的接头外,还包括一个接地端、感应线圈和用于去除干扰的电容以及用于电机的碳刷。设置在支承座的独立支承部分内的碳刷通过每根导线和插头保持联接。插头单个的组成部分,通过插头联接,焊接或钎焊点彼此联接在一起。由于燃油泵设置在燃油箱内,插头被燃油浸泡。燃油为具有腐蚀性的物质,它侵蚀插头的联接位置。特别是当燃油含有甲醇或乙醇时,联接位置以这种方式被侵蚀,即它长期被损坏并由此引起燃油泵的失效。
本发明的任务在于,实现一个用于设置在燃油箱内的燃油泵的插头,它在整个寿命期间不受所使用的燃油的影响。一个此种插头应该简单并且可以成本低廉地生产出来。
根据本发明,此任务利用权利要求1所述的特征实现。优选的结构形式在从属权利要求中说明。
此任务如此实现,即插头的各部分,特别是联接位置利用塑料浇注封装。由此可以实现,联接位置不再与燃油接触并且由此保护不受燃油中的腐蚀组分的长期腐蚀作用。符合本发明的插头的优点在于,利用塑料进行浇注封装成本非常低廉以及不用很大的花费就可实现插头的有效防护。
优越之处在于,仅浇注封装插头单独的部分。结果是浇注封装时的材料投入减少。由此插头的体积不必放大,如此则插头可以制作得相对较小。此外,燃油浸泡的插头的优点可以充分利用。感应线圈不浇注封装是有利的。由于燃油的浸泡,在燃油泵运转时,线圈的过度加热被避免。
同样,电容器也不是必须浇注封装,因为它已经使用了耐油的外皮。在另一种优选的结构形式中,电容器浇注封装。这使未包裹外皮并且因此较便宜的电容的使用成为可能。符合本发明的插头就可以以价廉的方式生产。
碳刷的导线和插头焊接在一起。为了保护联接位置,碳刷和导线的一部分同样利用塑料浇注封装。在浇注的过程中,塑料以很高的压力浇注,这是为了确保,为此过程而保持流动的塑料注满整个浇注模并且实现高的轮廓精确性。然而处于高压力下的塑料存在渗入导线的危险。由于渗入和硬化的塑料可能在导线的单根丝之间形成尖锐的棱边。由此产生一个较清晰的弯折点,而在弯折处对导线施以持续负荷则导致导线单根丝的切断。这种导线的损坏可能导致整个导线的破断。这种危险有利地通过如下方法避免,即导线在要浇注封装的范围内用机械方法压紧。利用此种压紧,可以实现减小在导线丝间的空隙,以便可以实现没有塑料渗入。
在另一个有利的结构形式中,若导线在塑料棱边的范围内由一个耐油的压紧元件环向固定,则导线不用机械方法压紧就浇注封装。此压紧元件例如可以是一个金属套。
然而令人惊异地发现,不用机械压紧和压紧元件就浇注封装导线也是足够的,因为导线主要仅在安装期间被移动并且在燃油泵的寿命期间,由于磨损伴随与之相连的碳刷的调整,仅需很小的活动可能性。
使用聚甲醛作为塑料材料用于浇注封装有特别的优点。
在另一种有利的结构形式中,被浇注的塑料如此构成,即其具有成形元件。此成形元件可以是卡槽和联接元件或插头联接的密封表面也可以是固定元件。此外借助这些成形元件,带有支承盖的插头的自动装配成为可能。
有利的是,接地触点为一个金属弹簧,它在其和插头的联接位置上同样用塑料浇注封装。
本发明在一个实施例中被详细阐述。图示如下:

在图1中显示的插头1由两个导电杆2,两个分别焊接在导电杆2上的线圈3和通过铜导线4与导电杆2相联的碳刷5。铜导线4同样与导电杆2焊接。另外一个未包裹的电容器6焊接在插头1上。为了在制造期间较好地操作插头1,导电杆2在其下部末端通过一个搭桥7联接。一个金属弹簧作为接地触点8焊在导电杆2之一上。
在图2中,图1中的导电杆2,线圈3,铜导线4,金属弹簧8和插头1的电容6的一部分由塑料浇注封装,其中作为塑料材料使用了POM9(聚缩醛)。图清楚地显示出,所有的联接位置都用POM9浇注包裹并且有效地对燃油的侵蚀加以保护。在线圈3的范围内,在POM9中以此种方式设置空隙,即线圈3的绕匝敞开放置。这样绕匝可以为了线圈3的冷却进一步由燃油冲刷。在浇注封装之后在导电杆2之间的搭桥7被断开,以便两个导电杆2可以彼此电气绝缘。
图3显示了一个燃油泵的支承盖10带有一个用于输送燃油的出口12。插头1在装配状态插在支承盖10上。金属弹簧8安置于支承盖10的边缘。随着支承盖10的装配,与燃油泵的金属壳体相联产生接地联接。碳刷5在支承盖10的容槽11内以此种方式可活动地被支承,即,在磨损时,通过未描述的、设置在支承盖10下的电机,可以向下运动。

Claims (12)

1.用于设置在汽车燃油箱内的燃油泵的插头,包括导电杆、通过联接位置与导电杆相联的电气构件,其特征在于,插头(1)的零件利用塑料(9)浇注封装。
2.如权利要求1所述的插头,其特征在于,电气构件(3,4,6,8)的联接位置利用塑料(9)浇注封装。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的插头,塑料(9)为聚甲醛。
4.如权利要求1至3所述的插头,其特征在于,构件为线圈(3)、导线(4)、一个电容器(6)和一个接地触点(8)。
5.如权利要求1至4所述的插头,其特征在于,间隙以此种方式设置在塑料(9)中,即线圈(3)在其绕线范围内活动放置。
6.如权利要求1至5所述的插头,其特征在于,导线(4)未经预处理就被浇注封装。
7.如权利要求1至5所述的插头,其特征在于,导线(4)在浇注封装之前,在浇注封装的范围内以机械方法被压紧。
8.如权利要求1至5所述的插头,其特征在于,环绕导线(4)、在浇注的范围内设置了一个压紧元件。
9.如权利要求8所述的插头,其特征在于,压紧元件为一个伸缩套管。
10.如权利要求4所述的插头,其特征在于,接地触点(8)为一个金属弹簧。
11.如权利要求1至10所述的插头,其特征在于,电容器(6)全部被浇注封装。
12.如权利要求11所述的插头,其特征在于,电容器(6)在浇注封装之前未被包裹外皮。
