技术领域
本发明涉及用于连接至电动机的碳刷布置,包括至少一个碳刷,碳刷通过设有塑料护套的连接导体连接至连接装置,连接装置设有塑料连接壳体。
背景技术
上述的碳刷布置用于在侵蚀环境中为电动机提供能量,在侵蚀环境中,连接导体不得不用塑料护套特别好地屏蔽掉腐蚀影响。例如,在油箱里用于驱动燃油泵的电动机正是如此。特别地,用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)作为材料生产用于碳刷连接导体的塑料护套在这种情况下已经证明是有利的,这是因为PTFE展示出了高的耐化学性和特别好的耐燃油性。虽然PTFE属于热塑性塑料,但实践证明PTFE的热塑性过程很难,即例如通过注射模塑将PTFE施加到连接导体上以形成塑料护套,这就是为什么DE19921540A1已经提议使用其它的耐燃油塑料,例如在连接导体注射涂上POM和PPS,即通过注射模塑形成塑料护套。为了在使用POM和PPS时达到期望的耐燃油性,塑料护套的壁厚是必须的,这会导致连接导体的高刚度。高刚度在EP2044661B1之前就已经被认为是劣势,因为连接导体的刚度违背了实践中连接导体需要足够的柔韧性,所述的柔韧性对于易损碳刷和电动机换向器之间的持久接触是必需的。
为了消除该劣势,因此EP 2 044 661 A1提议由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)形成连接导体的塑料护套,由于其与已知塑料相比具有更高的耐燃油性,这使有效的保护塑料护套能有更薄的壁厚。塑料护套的薄壁厚使连接导体能足够柔韧,使得电动机平稳运转所需的碳刷和电动机换向器之间的持久接触不受影响。
上述类型的碳刷布置在连接导体端有连接装置,该连接装置有由塑料制成的连接壳体,该连接壳体用于接收通常称为抑制器的电气布置,为了生产上述类型的碳刷布置,发现通过在电气布置上注射涂上热塑性塑料材料形成连接壳体,可能导致在至连接导体塑料护套的过渡区域内塑料护套的缺陷。除了其它方面之外,这归因于PTFE塑料护套的薄壁厚和PTFE普遍缺乏在注射模塑过程中加工的适合性。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提出上述类型的碳刷布置,一方面使塑料护套和连接壳体能通过注射模塑制造,另一方面确保有足够耐燃料性的碳刷布置的可靠操作的条件。
为了达到该目的,根据本发明的碳刷布置具有权利要求1的特征。
根据本发明,塑料护套至少在到连接壳体的过渡区域内由全氟烷氧基聚合物(PFA)构成。
和PTFE相比,PFA有更高的柔韧性,因此使塑料护套在注塑模塑过程中能形成较大的壁厚,同时仍然保持塑料护套充足的柔韧性以达到平稳运转所需的连接导体的移动性。此外,已经发现为了形成连接壳体,PFA塑料护套能注射涂上另一种热塑性塑料材料,而在注射模塑过程中形成的在连接壳体和塑料护套之间的过渡区域内不发生缺陷。
因此,优选地,连接壳体能由塑料材料形成,特别是热塑性塑料材料。已经证明PFA,POM和PPS特别适合于与连接导体的塑料护套结合。
在碳刷布置特别优选的实施例中,不只在塑料护套和连接壳体之间危险的过渡区域由PFA形成,而是,塑料护套在其整个在碳刷和连接壳体之间长度上都由PFA构成,因此不仅在过渡区域,而且跨越连接导体的整个长度上都能确保连接导体所期望的高柔韧性。

附图显示了导体框架10,在导体框架上布置有两个扼流圈11,12,所述扼流圈11,12的每个接触端13,14都连接至碳刷17,18的连接导体15,16,例如连接导体15,16实现为绞线。在手头这种情况下,连接导体15,16和碳刷17,18之间的连接通过填塞的触体19以这样一种方式实现:每个连接导体15,16的接触端21布置在碳刷17,18的连接孔22中,并通过压实在连接孔22中的填塞粉末23以电连接的方式连接至碳刷17,18。塑料护套24,25在连接导体15,16上从每个填塞的触体19延伸至扼流圈11,12的接触端13,14,塑料护套24,25由PFA形成并通过注射模塑施加到连接导体15,16。
导体框架10在其上布置有扼流圈11,12,电容器26与导体框架10的两个连接导体27,28互相连接,导体框架10与电容器26一起形成连接装置29,连接装置29能通过形成在连接导体27,28上的接触端30,31连接至电源。
通过在导体框架10上注射涂上另一种可以由PFA或POM或PPS形成的塑料材料,形成连接装置29的连接壳体32。如所阐明的,通过形成连接壳体32,即特别是当使用PFA时,通过在优选约240摄氏度的处理温度下注射涂层导体框架10或连接装置29,在连接导体15,16的塑料护套24,25和连接壳体32之间形成过渡区域33,34。
好的热塑性加工性能与相较于PTFE更高的柔韧性和足够高的耐温性一起,使连接导体15,16的PFA塑料护套24,25能通过注塑注射涂上另一种塑料材料,而不在通过注射涂层形成的在连接壳体32和塑料护套24,25之间的过渡区域33,34内形成缺陷。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于连接至电动机的碳刷布置,包括至少一个碳刷(17,18),碳刷(17,18)通过设有塑料护套(24,25)的连接导体(15,16)连接至连接装置(29),连接装置(29)设有塑料连接壳体(32),其特征在于:
塑料护套(24,25)至少在到连接壳体(32)的过渡区域(33,34)内由全氟烷氧基聚合物(PFA)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳刷布置,其特征在于,连接壳体(32)由塑料材料构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的碳刷布置,其特征在于,连接壳体(32)由热塑性塑料材料构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的碳刷布置,其特征在于,连接壳体(32)由PFA,POM或PPS构成。
5.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的碳刷布置,其特征在于,塑料护套(24,25)在其整个在碳刷(17,18)和连接壳体(32)之间的长度上由PFA构成。
