Abstract
本发明涉及用于制造塑料管的装置(3)和方法,在管的生产期间不中断生产过程地实现在连续的挤压过程中实现不同塑料管尺寸之间的完全受控的转变,其中外径和管壁厚按照顾客要求或标准一起校准。
Description
本申请是申请人于1999年8月24日提交的、申请号为99811201.1、发明名称为“用于制造塑料管的装置”的专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及用于制造塑料管的装置和方法。
背景技术
在塑料管的制造装置中存在的问题是,不同外径的管必须同时以不同的壁厚来制造。在现有技术中为此要求必须按照管的外径和要求的、通常根据外径规定的管的壁厚更换相应的工具。这导致机器的停产、工具更换的高劳动消耗和塑料的材料损失,直到可以重新拉制出新管为止。为了在现有的外径下能够制造较小壁厚的管,为此一次相应的拉制是不可能的,因为塑料的分子链被拉伸并由此定向,从而其使管的强度受到不利的影响,而要求收缩成形和折叠成形。
由构成同一类的DE 24 12 818已知一种用于从挤管机排出的热塑性塑料管的定径装置,其中在这种已知装置中朝管的生产方向相互接连地设置多个定径叶片。每一定径叶片具有一定径通口,其对所有的定径叶片都是相同的并且是不能改变的。每一定径叶片同一个可以向上取出的叶片扇形件相配合,叶片扇形件在生产的开始阶段可以取去,以便易于将离开挤塑机或管头部的管插入定径通口中。其中在生产过程中改变管直径是不可能的而且没有建议那样做。
由DE 35 21 321已知,多个金属波纹管设置在一定径站,通过伸展或压缩可以改变该金属波纹管的内径。借此可以使其符合于在冷却时出现的塑料材料的收缩而改变的外径,以便借此在冷却阶段和在一定情况下缩小的管外径时也能够将管满意地输送至定径站。
最后,由WO 95/27601已知,在不是同一类的制造塑料管的方法中成形工具设置在待成形的管之内部,该成形工具由多个辊构成,其中通过由成形工具决定的圆周的外径之或多或少的扩张可以改变管直径。但其中管可以借助一薄板来形成,该薄板环绕这个成形工具,其中薄板的两端边缘可以相互焊接在一起。特别的压辊对两薄板连接时产生的焊缝施加压力,使在外面应该不再能看出这个焊缝。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种装置和方法,以便在管的生产期间不中断生产运行就可在连续的挤塑过程中达到在多个塑料管尺寸之间的完全自动控制的转换,其中外径和管壁厚按照顾客要求或标准一起校准。
为实现上述目的,按本发明的一个方面,提供了这样一种用于制造塑料管的装置,其具有一挤塑机、一朝生产方向连接在挤塑机上的管头部和一定径站,其中定径工具贴紧在管的外壁上,其特征在于,在生产期间管头部的物料间隙是可调的并且在管头部的出口上连接一影响尚未硬化的管的外面的真空抽吸罩,通过真空抽吸罩将物料管线直径可受控地改变,此外在连接在真空抽吸罩上的定径站中在生产期间可校准不同的管直径并且设置一连接在定径站上的真空定径浴池,管在其中可被冷却和硬化并穿过设有一个自动校准到管直径的真空密封件的真空定径浴池出口离开真空定径浴池。
为实现上述目的,按本发明的另一方面,提供了一种用于制造塑料管的方法,利用一挤塑机、一朝生产方向连接在挤塑机上的管头部和一定径站,其中定径工具贴紧在管的外壁上,其特征在于,在生产期间调节管头部的物料间隙,在生产期间在一个定径站中校准不同的管直径,定径站与一个真空抽吸罩相连接,以及,在一连接在定径站上的真空定径浴池中,将管冷却和硬化。
在必要时已预定尺寸的物料管线可以按照本发明进入定径站,其中可以校准不同的管尺寸。

具体实施方式
图1中可见一可调整的管头部,其朝生产方向连接在一图中未示出的挤塑机上。在可调整的管头部1上连接一真空抽吸罩2,其配备有真空连接管5,并且其中设置了测量装置,其根据要求的管外径校准抽吸罩中控制的真空度,以便借此使管形熔化物流校准到、即吸收到要求的外径,其中在真空抽吸罩2中已经可以实现熔化管线的预冷。在真空抽吸罩2中可以与可调整的管头部相结合校准一精确的管壁厚,其中可以根据管外径改变管壁厚。
在真空抽吸罩2上连接一定径站3。其中通过机械式集中调整实现熔化管线的和已经部分硬化的管的外径之精确校准,在该定径站中对所有的可能选用的塑料都可使用。在该定径站中也可以用不同的壁覆盖层来校准多个尺寸。
在朝生产方向连接在定径站3上的真空定径浴池4随后通过喷水实现塑料管的冷却和硬化,其中在图1中可见一水入口6和一水出口7。此外,一真空连接管8连接在真空定径浴池4上并且位于真空定径浴池4中的管10沿各支承辊11移动,各支承辊11也可视为定径辊并且可以校准到要求的管直径。管10的外表面较硬并且管10穿过真空密封件9离开真空定径浴池4,真空密封件9或独立校准到管直径或根据在定径站3和/或在真空定径浴池4中校准过的管尺寸来校准。在真空密封件9中可以设置多个成形辊,其通过液压或机械弹簧操作,其中在管通过的同时可以输入用于润滑和密封的水。
图2和3示出通过定径站3的一个实施形式的剖面。可看出在定径站的外壁44内设置了许多叶片40,其沿管10的圆周布置并贴紧在管10的管外壁上。每个叶片40的贴紧的边缘41具有圆弧形,其符合管10可能的最大外径。由图2和图3可知许多叶片环42和43朝管的生产方向接连地设置。在图3的图中设置了45个叶片环并且按照图2每个叶片环42或43由六个叶片构成,但本发明对此决无限制。
在按照图2的实施形式中设置了许多伺服电机45,其共同操作而导致所有的叶片环的共同调整,其中在这里伺服电机45的调整也可以与抽吸罩2中的相应控制和定径浴池4一起实现集中控制。
图4示出一个实施形式,其中许多单辊50贴紧在待制造的管的外壁上,各辊由各杠杆51支承,各杠杆51借助于调节装置是可动的,以便借此可以校准要求的辊圆周形成的内径。调节装置52和杠杆51设置在一调节轮53上,使通过一机动装置可以使之旋转。
Claims (2)
1.用于制造塑料管的装置,其具有一挤塑机、一朝生产方向连接在挤塑机上的管头部(1)和一定径站(3),其中定径工具贴紧在管(10)的外壁上,其特征在于,在生产期间管头部(1)的物料间隙是可调的并且在管头部(1)的出口上连接一影响尚未硬化的管(10)的外面的真空抽吸罩(2),通过真空抽吸罩(2)将物料管线直径可受控地改变,此外在连接在真空抽吸罩(2)上的定径站(3)中在生产期间可校准不同的管直径并且设置一连接在定径站(3)上的真空定径浴池(4),管(10)在其中可被冷却和硬化并穿过设有一个自动校准到管直径的真空密封件(9)的真空定径浴池出口离开真空定径浴池(4)。
2.用于制造塑料管的方法,利用一挤塑机、一朝生产方向连接在挤塑机上的管头部和一定径站,其中定径工具贴紧在管的外壁上,其特征在于,在生产期间调节管头部的物料间隙,在生产期间在定径站中校准不同的管直径,定径站与一个真空抽吸罩相连接,以及,在一连接在定径站上的真空定径浴池中,将管冷却和硬化。
