Abstract
本发明涉及用于制造塑料管的装置,其包括一挤塑机、一朝生产方向连接于挤塑机的管头部(1)和一真空抽吸罩(2),真空抽吸罩(2)能够调整和校准挤塑过的物料的外径。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造塑料管的装置。
背景技术
在塑料管的制造装置中存在的问题是,不同外径的管必须同时以不同的壁厚来制造。在现有技术中为此要求必须按照管的外径和要求的、通常根据外径规定的管的壁厚更换相应的工具。这导致机器的停产、工具更换的高劳动消耗和塑料的材料损失,直到可以重新拉制出新管为止。为了在现有的外径下能够制造较小壁厚的管,为此一次相应的拉制是不可能的,因为塑料的分子链被拉伸并由此定向,从而其使管的强度受到不利的影响,而要求收缩成形和折叠成形。
在AT 401 031 B中描述了一种用于调整由热塑性塑料通过挤塑制造的管的壁厚之装置。在这种装置中挤塑过的管在一定径模具内通过在其内壁产生的负压区域中靠在其已冷却的内壁上。其中定径模具的内壁沿圆周方向互相分为各相邻部分或扇形件,它们可加热拆开,其中各个扇形件或部分配置了彼此独立的可调的调温装置。在须要制造不同的外径的管时,定径腔的内部装置必须完全更换并且用其他的具有另一种直径的装置取代,其中管外壁通过负压靠在定径室的内部装置上。
在DE 19 23 490 A1中也说明了一种定径室,其中设置了彼此独立的隔板,它们是冷却的,其中使在定径室中产生负压,通过负压管外壁靠在各隔板上。这里在要求不同的管外径时,也需要通过使用其他的隔板来转换定径室。各隔板的隔板开孔宽度是不可调的,而只可调整它们彼此间的距离。
由GB-A-21 82 603已知,采用一具有真空连接管的真空密封室作为真空抽吸罩。通过由拉拔工具排出的物料管线横向于管纵轴线的扩张可以达到产品沿圆周方面较好的纤维增强。
发明内容
相比之下,本发明的目的在于,提供一种装置,以便在管的生产期间不中断生产运行就可在连续的挤塑过程中达到在多个塑料管尺寸之间的完全自动控制的转换,其中外径和管壁厚按照顾客要求或标准一起校准。
为实现上述目的,按本发明提供了这样一种用于制造塑料管的装置,具有一挤塑机和一管头部,其具有一在管头部上朝生产方向连接的、由一具有一真空连接管的真空密封室构成的真空抽吸罩,其特征在于,测量工具位于该室内,其检测管形熔化管线的外径并且通过改变真空度调整地改变熔化管线的外径。
换言之,建议朝生产方向在管头部上连接一真空抽吸罩,其通过一真空密封室构成,在其上连接一真空连接管,其中在该室内测量工具检测暂时的熔化管线的外径并且相应地控制真空度。借此将熔化管线例如吸收到一较大的外径,以便随后将其输入用作熔化管线的进一步加工的装置中。
接着物料管线达到定径站,在其中可调整不同的管尺寸。虽然由WO96/36 457已知,在定径站中借助于楔效应可以对各个敞开的定径环的直径作微小的改变来进行微小的定径校准。但是利用这样的装置不能达到管外径的改变,而只能防止其收缩行为。随后定径站中尚未完全硬化的塑料管到达真空定径浴池,塑料管的支承辊可校准到要求的管外径。在该真空定径浴池中通过供水使管冷却并由此硬化并且穿过真空密封件离开该真空定径浴池,真空密封件例如通过弹簧装置或液压调整重新独立地校准到管直径地成形,其中也可以供水用以润滑和密封。
整个的生产线可以通过例如已控制的关于在真空抽吸罩中扩张的管之尺寸的校准加以自动控制,亦即这样,通过例如在真空抽吸罩中校准的预定,校准所有其他的适合于管的外径之定径支承装置和密封装置。
使用按照本发明的生产线在正常的管制造情况下还可以检测冷却后的管的实际值并且对偏差重新调整。

具体实施方式
图1中可见一可调整的管头部,其朝生产方向连接在一个图中未示出的挤塑机上。在可调整的管头部上连接一真空抽吸罩2,其配备有一真空连接管5,并且其中设置了测量装置,其根据要求的管外径校准抽吸罩中控制的真空度,以便借此使管形熔化物流校准到,即吸收到要求的外径,其中在真空抽吸罩2中已经可以实现熔化管线的预冷。在真空抽吸罩2中可以与可调整的管头部相结合校准一精确的管壁厚,其中可以根据管的外径改变管壁厚。
在真空抽吸罩2上连接一定径站3。在这里通过机械式集中调整实现熔化管线的和已经部分硬化的管的外径之精确校准,其中在定径站中对所有的可能选用的塑料都可使用。在该定径站中也可以用不同的壁覆盖层来校准多个尺寸。
随后在朝生产方向连接在定径站3上的真空定径浴池4中通过喷水完成塑料管的冷却和硬化,其中在附图中可见一水入口6和一水出口7。此外,一真空连接管8连接在真空定径浴池4上并且位于真空定径浴池4中的管10沿各支承辊11移动,各支承辊11也可视为定径辊并且可以校准到要求的管直径。管10的外表面较硬并且管10穿过真空密封件9离开真空定径浴池4,真空密封件9或独立校准到管直径或根据在定径站3和/或在真空定径浴池4中校准过的管尺寸来校准。在真空密封件9中可以设置多个成形辊,其通过液动或机械弹簧操作,其中在管通过的同时可以输入用于润滑和密封的水。
图2中示出抽吸罩2基本上由一真空密封室30构成,管形熔化管线10进入其中。该室30配备有一真空连接管5并且在该室内设置了附图中未示出的测量工具,其检测熔化管线的外径并且根据现在要求的熔化管线的扩张控制真空度,以便使真空度高一些或低一些。这就是说根据要求的管几何、即要求的管外径调节真空度。
Claims (5)
1.用于制造塑料管的装置,具有一挤塑机和一管头部(1),其具有一在管头部(1)上朝生产方向连接的、由一具有一真空连接管(5)的真空密封室(30)构成的真空抽吸罩(2),其特征在于,测量工具位于该室(30)内,其检测管形熔化管线的外径并且通过改变真空度调整地改变熔化管线的外径。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,测量工具借助贴紧在管外壁上的探测工具操作。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,测量工具非接触式检测管(10)的外径。
4.按照权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,测量工具借助声传感器或光传感器检测管(10)的外径。
5.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在生产期间管头部(1)的物料间隙是可调的并且设置了连接在真空抽吸罩(2)上的定径站用以校准管的外径,在定径站中在生产期间可以调整不同的管尺寸并且设置一连接在定径站(3)上的真空定径浴池(4),管(10)在其中被冷却和硬化并且穿过自动校准到管直径的真空密封件(9)离开真空定径浴池(4)。
