本发明涉及一种预制板状防水膜层压片,该防水膜层压片具有可由放在或埋置于膜层压片结构内的一条或多条绳切割的一个剥离衬片。
使一种预制防水膜,例如橡胶化沥青层与一个承载支承层结合的技术在防水领域中已为人所知。承载支承层可包括许多材料,例如橡胶,塑料和/或金属。利用交叉层压塑料膜,例如高强聚乙烯,或毛毡或无纺片作为承载支承以提高膜的稳定性也是很理想的。这种预制防水膜层压片被认为是“片状”,因为它们具有足够的柔韧性,而且在制造后能够卷曲运送到工地,在工地上打开卷并安装在建筑表面上。
与十几年前的热敷防水相比,尽管这种防水膜在处理和安装时具有显著的改进,然而销售的膜通常是三英尺宽,这样使敷贴困难,因此,带来了一些问题。这种困难主要是由于防水粘合层的韧性。
防水膜的预制粘合层通常由一个剥离衬片保护,该剥离衬片由蜡纸和塑料制成,并且在敷贴时可从粘合层上剥掉。在防水领域中使用开缝或穿孔剥离片是公知的。例如,Rosenberg和Gaidis的美国专利4172830中公开了防水膜,其中剥离片穿孔以便片条从粘合层去掉,粘合层的暴露部分可叠加在相邻安装的膜的背面。这样大大便利膜的加工和安装。
开缝剥离片特别适合用于在细部区域例如屋顶排水沟上贴敷膜。当膜用作围绕窗和门的防水材料时,开缝剥离片也是十分有用的。这是因为一部分膜可固定就位,而膜的其余部分由剥离片覆盖,因此不会弄脏(粘到自身上)或过早地粘到表面上。
然而,在一些细部区域使用开缝剥离衬片很可能阻碍贴敷,因为如果贴敷人想马上暴露出粘合层的整个表面,以便将防水膜连接在一个表面上,他或她就必须处理两部分剥离片。预开缝剥离片要求贴敷人在平面(非细部)区域贴敷期间马上去掉两个开缝部分,这样很难控制和精确的布置。
考虑到已有技术的缺点,本发明人相信需要一种新颖的防水膜剥离衬片系统。
在克服已有技术的缺点期间,本发明提供一种改进的防水膜,它具有至少一条绳,该绳用于在贴敷区域切割一部分剥离衬片。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种防水膜,它能避免预开缝剥离衬片很难马上安装一个完全暴露粘合层的缺陷。
本发明另一个目的是使贴敷人能够在贴敷现场切割一部分剥离衬片,以便贴敷膜。在优选的实施例中,使用多于一条的绳,因此可以控制将要暴露的防水粘合面的区域。
本发明的另一个目的是提供在细部区域(例如非平面)以及围绕门,窗的区域和在建筑物表面和其它土木工程表面上的其它不连续部分上敷贴防水膜的便利和适应性。
因此,本发明的典型的改进的防水膜包括一个预制片状防水粘合层,该粘合层连接在一个可剥离的剥离衬片上,和至少一条绳,当该绳通过操作从所述粘合层向外牵拉时,切割所述剥离衬片,因此,所述切割出的剥离衬片的一部分可从所述粘合层上去掉。最好,防水粘合层还包括一个承载支承层,例如,连续的聚合物膜。这里,连续膜用作承载支承,一条或多条绳将布置在承载支承层和剥离衬片之间的膜层压片内,并且该绳通常全部或部分埋置在防水粘合层内。
本发明还提供了一种安装片状防水膜和制造这种膜的方法。
图1是本发明的典型的防水膜的横截面视图。
如图1所示,本发明的一种典型的改进的防水膜10包括一个预制的片状防水粘合层12,该粘合层12具有靠近或直接固定在一个剥离衬片14上的第一主表面,该剥离衬片14可剥离的与膜10连接。如果需要的话,可牵拉位于剥离衬片14下面的至少一条绳16,或许多条绳,当绳离开粘合层12时,这样将剥离衬片切割成较小部分,并有选择的局部切除。最好绳16在所谓的“机加工”方向上沿膜10的长度布置,因为这样有利于膜10的制造和使用。当采用许多条绳16时,绳16应在膜10的宽度方向上间隔排开,因此通过牵拉适当的绳可以将剥离衬片14切割成不同大小的部分。
这里使用的术语“绳”指细绳,单丝,股线(包括单股或多股),或者线,甚至丝,但不限于此意义,当“绳“在离开防水粘合层的方向上牵拉时,通过操作它将剥离衬片切割或撕开。最好,绳的厚度是防水粘合层厚度(整体)的一小部分,只要用手牵拉时,绳仍能够将剥离衬片切割或撕开,那么绳的厚度可与之类似或相同。可能,细线用起来最好。因为细线能最有效的和最干净的撕开/切割剥离片。
如图1所示,一个典型的防水膜10最好包括一个承载支承片18,该承载支承片18可连接到粘合层12的一个主表面上,该主表面与粘合层12的连接与剥离衬片14的另一个主表面相对。承载支承片18也可埋置(例如用作沙罩)在粘合层12内。

而且,最好,绳16具有比防水粘合层较薄的厚度,绳应具有足够的强度和韧度,因此牵拉和撕开剥离衬片14的同时不会破坏。适当的绳的实例是钓线,例如10-25磅钓线,或牙科用纯丝线,该牙科用纯丝线可有选择地涂敷蜡,硅树脂或其它减少摩擦的材料,以便从防水粘合层12上去除或剥落。绳可包括尼龙,金属,棉,麻,玻璃或其它坚韧材料,材料的选择取决于使用的剥离衬片材料的性质。
本发明的安装防水膜10的典型方法包括提供上述膜,用绳16切割部分剥离衬片14。清除一部分剥离片,以便随后去除剥离片14的未切割部分。
在本发明的另一个典型的膜10中,可采用大量平行的绳(例如相互不接触),这些绳例如位于粘合层12和剥离衬片14之间,因此当暴露时可降低粘合层12的表面积。

Claims (20)

1.一种片状防水膜,它包括:一个预制防水粘合层,一个可剥离地与所述粘合层连接的剥离衬片,和至少一条绳,当该绳通过操作从所述粘合层上向外牵拉时,该绳切割所述剥离片。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水膜,其特征在于还包括一个承载支承片。
3.如权利要求2所述的防水膜,其特征在于所述承载支承片包括一个聚合物膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的防水膜,其特征在于所述防水粘合层包括一种橡胶改性沥青。

6.如权利要求1所述的防水膜,其特征在于还包括许多绳,通过操作该绳可切割部分所述剥离衬片。
