Abstract
本发明涉及一种前叉铲车,在其车底盘上位于前侧升降装置—搬运单元和用于安装电池或驱动部件并作为配重的后机箱之间设置驾驶位置,它具有绕垂直轴线摆动的驾驶座单元,包括下述特征:基本垂直的柱设置在后机箱前侧的前面且其下端区域可转动支承在装在车底盘上的转动轴承上,在柱的上端向后高于后机箱地设置驾驶座,在柱的下区域而位于转动轴承之上设置操纵/踏板单元,摆动驾驶座单元设置用于操纵铲车轮或控制升降—搬运单元起作用的操纵和控制元件。
Description
本发明涉及一种具有摆动驾驶座单元的前叉铲车。
本发明特别涉及一种用于库房的前叉铲车,为了提高在窄小空间中的机动性,其结构要小,易于驾驶,且结构要紧凑。另外,在至今的这些前叉铲车中,在前侧设置的升降装置一搬运单元和占有整个车宽度的后机箱之间的驾驶位置的可支配利用的空间是很小的,所述的后机箱用于盛放电池和/或其它驱动部件,并同时作为配重。至今一般的驾驶座刚性设置在后机箱盖上。
由于承放的重物常常挡住了驾驶员前方的视线,在多数载重运输时要注意后面,这样,坐在刚性驾驶座上的驾驶员必须常常转动,增加背和颈部的负担,从而引起疲劳,导致健康问题。很希望其驾驶座是可摆动的。
1969年3月的杂志“机械装卸”的第73页上公开了一种大型前叉铲车,在升降装置和后机箱之间的空间设置整个驾驶座单元,它包括设置在转盘上的驾驶座和转向操作架,其转盘不仅要绕提升轴转动,而且要在车底盘的车宽度范围内工作。但由于位置原因,对于需要结构紧凑的铲车的这些结构进行变化是不可能的。
DE-OS 3042956公开了一种前叉铲车,可以设置包括驾驶座和转向操作架绕180°摆动的驾驶座单元,其中前后各具有一组分开的踏板,其需要根据驾驶座单元的位置操作。驾驶位置几乎以车宽度的一半在整个车长度上延伸,而电池箱设置在车宽度的另一半上。大致设置在车宽中部的摆轴因位于摆动路径上的电池箱不能使驾驶座单元摆动,当然至少其实施例的方案不能起作用。所公知的方案不实用,另外,不能使具有在整个车宽上延伸的后机箱的铲车结构紧凑。
另外,还公知一种在实际工作中应用的结构紧凑的前叉铲车(Fa.Linde,TypE25“panorama”),其中驾驶座借助设置在座面下面的转架绕提升轴摆动45°。设置在驾驶座上搬运单元的操作架摆动,使转向盘定位,在一个或另一驾驶座位置上提供了两组差别,其结构的主要缺陷是,由于位置原因,驾驶座刚性高出地设置在中间盖上,以便能转动,这种公知的铲车不仅很重,而且由于相对高的摆点其翻转稳定性很小,驾驶者的脚要踏很多踏板,而在两个座位置位中无一个转向盘的位置是最佳的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有摆动的驾驶座单元的结构紧凑的前叉铲车,其至少基本不需要升高座的位置。
本发明的任务是由权利要求1和其从属权利要求进一步有益结构实现的。
具有直接在后机箱前壁的前面设置的摆动柱、在其摆动柱上侧设置的向后直接高于后机箱的驾驶座和在摆动柱下区域设置的脚架的本发明结构包括具有所有由驾驶员操作的以全部摆动单元的形式构成的转向和操作元件的驾驶座,其摆动单元根据惯用结构的紧凑前叉铲车的位置状况确定,并且由于摆动柱高于后机箱且后机箱与驾驶座的直接距离很小,因此,不需特别升高座的位置。
下面参照附图对本发明前叉铲车的实施例作进一步详细描述,其中:
图1示出了本发明前叉铲车的侧视图;
图2示出了图1前叉铲车的摆动驾驶座单元;
图3a、3b和3c示出了图1前叉铲车的俯视图,其中示出了处于标准位置或摆向一侧或另一侧的位置。
图中示出的铲车10包括具有带摆动设置的驾驶座单元34的车驾驶室14的车底盘12和具有升降装置和升降叉的设置在前侧的搬运单元16。在车底盘12上还设置两前轮18,两驱动后轮20和一个具有翻盖24的后机箱22。铲车10借助电机(未示出)驱动,其电机的能量由电池26提供,电池26装在后机箱22中,此外,可用作由搬运单元16承载的载重的配重。
图2中示出了设置在车驾驶室14中的可摆动驾驶座单元34的细节,首先,它具有一垂直柱32,它设置在后机箱22前壁38的前面并在车底盘12上形成的凹口42中可在具有滚珠轴承50的轴承支架52中绕轴线68转动。在柱32的上端,一驾驶座30设置在向后并高于后机箱22的盖24的座架58上。座架58可绕铰接件56的水平轴抬起(如图1虚线所示),以便打开盖24维修电池26。
在座架58上,在扶手的左侧区域设置控制轮的转向盘74而在扶手的右侧区域设置控制搬运单元16的操纵杆76,转向盘74和操纵杆76具有产生电子或液压控制信号的信号发生器。
在柱32的下区域具有行进踏板82和制动踏板80的脚架设置在柱32上,柱32为空心柱,并用作线路安装管以在转向盘74、操纵杆76、踏板80和82以及相关转向控制元件之间安装电或液线路。在空心柱32下端的旋转装置54将布置在空心柱32中的液压线路与位置固定的液压线路连接。另外,液压线路特别是制动踏板80的液压线路可以直接再安装,其中必须提供一个在旋转区域可能存在的柔性线路的循环线路。在图2中装入空心柱32的转向盘74和操纵杆76的线路用示意点划线表示并用标记77表示。
从俯视图图3a中可看出,摆动驾驶座单元34相对铲车10的纵中线90约向右错位,其驾驶座单元处于标准位置,即与铲车10的纵中线90平行。通过驾驶座单元的侧错位特别是柱32的转轴68与铲车纵中线90的错位使得驾驶座单元34沿逆时针摆动一小角度92(图3b)而沿顺时针方向摆动一大角度93(图3c),各处不会超出外轮廓。为了使各摆角达到最大,扶手具有倾斜部分94。
摆动驾驶座单元可以被锁定在图3a、3b和3c所示的转动位置,柱32上的制动杆84(见图2)用于将其从各制动位置释放。
Claims (6)
1、一种前叉铲车,在其车底盘(12)上位于前侧升降装置一搬运单元(16)和用于安装电池或驱动部件并作为配重的后机箱(22)之间设置驾驶位置(14),它具有绕提升轴线(68)摆动的驾驶座单元(34),包括下述特征:
——基本垂直的柱(32)设置在后机箱(22)前壁(38)的前面且其下端区域转动支承在装在车底盘(12)上的转动轴承(36、50)上,
——在柱(32)的上端向后高于后机箱(22)地设置驾驶座(30、58),
——在柱(32)的下区域而位于转动轴承(36、50)之上设置脚架/踏板单元(78),
——摆动驾驶座单元(34)上设置用于铲车轮转向或控制升降一搬运单元(16)的转向和控制元件(74、76)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的前叉铲车,其特征在于:柱(32)是空心柱并用于作为在摆动驾驶座单元(34)上设置的踏板、转向和控制元件以及铲车的其它部件之间的电和/或液压线路的线路安装管。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的前叉铲车,其特征在于:转向和/或控制元件(74、76)分别设置在驾驶座(30、58)的侧面。
4、根据权利要求1-3之一所述的前叉铲车,其特征在于:驾驶座(30、58)的前棱区域通过具有水平铰接轴的铰接件(56)可上摆地设置在柱(32)上。
5、根据权利要求1-4之一所述的前叉铲车,其特征在于:在规定位置具有用于释放锁定摆动驾驶座单元(34)的释放锁定件(84)。
6、根据权利要求1-5之一所述的前叉铲车,其特征在于:柱(32)相对前叉铲车和驾驶座(30、58)的纵中线(90略侧向错开设置,并且驾驶座单元相对中间位偏向一侧和另一侧的摆角是不同的。
