Abstract

塑料冲孔装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在由塑料制成的智能卡中形成插件冲孔的装置。
背景技术
用于形成智能卡的插件(plug-in)冲孔的冲孔装置已经出现一段时间了。已知的装置具有一个与支撑部或冲模台板配合的冲压冲头,籍此,待冲孔的塑料(即智能卡)放置在冲压冲头和冲模台板之间。冲压冲头用现有的装置形成,使得其具有所需的插件冲孔的外形,常采用90°的冲孔角来将插件从智能卡上冲下。
现有的插件环冲孔具有一缺点,即墨缝(ink crack)尤其在被冲压的边的上侧出现。此外,在插件被冲压的边的下方可看到毛刺的形成,且在下方保留有孔屑。对于冲孔装置,由于非常高的冲孔压力,在支撑部(即冲模台板)上出现墨印(ink deposit)。
国际申请WO-A96/31427公开了一种切割塑料的装置,该装置包括一个其上放置待切割塑料的支撑部。在塑料的背离支撑部的侧面上,放置楔形切刀,使得该塑料被切穿。同样地,通过将楔形切刀用作支撑部,并将这些切刀设置得在切割过程中它们彼此不相接触(即保留下依然将插件与剩余的卡体相连的窄的芯部),该切割边的质量得以提高,该连接使得易于将该插件从卡体上取下。
此装置减小了上述缺点,但是,通常需要或要求在大的面积上将插件完全从剩余的卡体上取下,以至于仅存在少量的条状件,该条状件将插件可拆卸地固定在卡体上。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种插件冲孔装置,该装置允许将插件自由地冲下,而没有些许的条状件,同时避免了现有冲孔装置的缺点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种在由塑料制成的智能卡中形成插件冲孔的装置,该装置包括环形冲头形式的冲压冲头,该环形冲头包括中断,以获得将插件与卡体连接的条,籍此,冲压冲头与冲模台板或支撑部配合,且待冲孔的塑料设置在冲压冲头和支撑部或冲模台板之间,冲压冲头的切割边具有小于90°的冲孔角。
根据本发明,提出为了插件冲孔(籍此,从ID-1形式的智能卡上制出ID-000形式的小型智能卡),使用与支撑部或冲模台板配合的冲压冲头,即籍此,待冲孔的智能卡放置在冲模台板上,且用冲压冲头形成插件形式的空冲孔(free punching)。根据本发明,冲压冲头的切割边具有小于90°的冲孔角。
本发明装置具有如下优点,即现在在边缘处具有准刀刃的冲压冲头的形式允许精确的分离。这避免了墨缝在被冲压边上发生或毛刺在插件被冲压边的下侧上形成。
根据本发明的优选实施例,冲孔角为45°。此角度已经形成了足够尖锐的刀刃,且冲出的材料被压出,并能轻易地从冲头上除去。
根据本发明的再一个优选实施例,提出该冲压冲头的横截面为圆形或半椭圆形,而不是具有固定的小于90°的切割角(根据前述优选实施例,切割角为45°),即为总体上呈V形的横截面。在这些实施例中,更加尖锐的角使得切割边更为精确,冲出的材料也是易于去除的。
根据本发明的再一个优选实施例,提出该切割边具有波浪形。这样,当冲压冲头压入智能卡材料中时,压力不会在整个区域上同时增大,而是开始时作用在波浪形具有其最大值的点上,并缓慢增大,直到冲压冲头的整个切割部分穿入材料内。

具体实施方式
图1示出了智能卡1,其优选地具有符合ID-1形式的尺寸。包含在其中的是小型智能卡2,即ID-000形式的插件。通过冲孔3,插件大部分与智能卡1的剩余卡体分离。仅存在通过条状件5与卡体的连接。插件2自身包括具有接触面的集成电路4。除了接触表面外,或取代接触表面,在插件2中当然还可设置用于非接触数据传输的线圈或其它天线。
图2示出了用于形成图1的空冲孔3的冲压冲头的横截面。与现有技术相反,根据本发明的冲压冲头具有小于90°的冲孔角,优选地为45°。这形成了切割点6和7,它们使得冲孔各边没有墨缝或者没有毛刺的形成。该横截面是具有角8的V形。45°角的优选实施例不仅具有高质量的冲孔各边,还使得冲出的材料易于脱出。
图3示出了环形冲头的仰视图。冲孔点6和7用实线表示,而冲压冲头的内部点8用虚线表示。环形冲头包括中断51,以获得图1所示的将插件2与卡体1连接的条状件。
图4示出了冲压冲头10的横截面的其它实施例。图4示出了切割边区域中的半圆形横截面。此横截面使得冲孔角度在点6和7处变得更尖锐,而不必具有过于尖削的凹形横截面,使得冲出的材料仍然可轻易地排出。如果取代半圆形横截面,半椭圆形选作横截面,则更为尖锐的角可根据图5得到。
最后,图6示出了其中的切割点7、6具有波浪形的冲孔工具的侧视图。这有利地允许冲孔工具接连地穿入该材料中,使得其通过利用图3所述的环形冲头而切割。这使力的分布更均匀,并提高了切割效能或空冲孔的质量。
在上述实施例中,参照了插件冲孔,但并不限制其广泛性。

Claims (5)

1.一种在由塑料制成的智能卡(1)中形成插件冲孔的装置,该装置包括环形冲头形式的冲压冲头(10),该环形冲头包括中断,以获得将插件(2)与卡体(1)连接的条,籍此,冲压冲头(10)与冲模台板或支撑部配合,且待冲孔的塑料(1)设置在冲压冲头(10)和支撑部或冲模台板之间,其特征在于,冲压冲头(10)的切割边具有小于90°的冲孔角。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在冲孔工具(10)的横截面为V形形状的情况下,冲孔角为45°。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,冲压冲头的横截面在切割边缘区为半圆形。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,冲压冲头(10)的横截面在切割边缘区内具有半椭圆形状。
5.如权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,冲压冲头(10)的切割点(6、7)为波浪形。
