Description

本发明与扁平材制成的绝缘穿孔接线装置有关,该装置至少有两个夹腿,在两个夹腿之间形成一个沿绝缘穿孔接线装置的纵向伸展的夹口,可将绝缘连线压在其中而导致接触,所述夹口在其自由端有一凸出部,用于夹持夹口中的连线。
这种绝缘穿孔接线装置已经在例如DE    2708841C2中披露,根据该专利,在其中一个夹腿上紧挨自由端处运用挤压形成一个伸入夹口的小圆形凸出部,这凸出部使连线难于被拉出,否则连线仅仅依靠摩擦固定。尤其是,该凸出部防止连线在发生振动等情况下的自动松脱。
这种绝缘穿孔接线夹需要,(例如)大量地用于端子板。执行挤压功能的该细冲头会受到高度的磨损,这需要频繁更换冲头以及重新调整变形深度。用较硬材料制造的冲头相应就更脆,非常容易断裂。
本发明依据的目的在于简化绝缘穿孔接线装置的制造工艺和增大它的夹持力。
这一目的是通过依照权利要求1的发明而达到的,即,夹口的锯齿形状是按照剪切工具的相同形状加工而成,因此无需接着进行伴随高度磨损的挤压工序。两个夹腿的偏移可视夹子类型以不同的方法实现,这就在夹口上产生缩紧和展宽部分,使连线牢固地被夹住。锋利的锯齿缘远比圆形凸出部更能防止连线被拉出。夹口可以用简单的剪切加工,以凸出部向内展宽而成,以使压入的连线被支承在所产生的斜坡上。当拉出连线时,就会产生抵消拉出力的力的分量,并使它增大。
在权利要求2至9中表示了本发明的进一步的有利发展。
依照权利要求2的进一步的发展,由锯齿缘引起的夹腿的附加弯曲被保持在较小,而不减小其拉出力。
依照权利要求3的进一步的发展,凹口的外斜边相对于凸部向内偏移,以使它至少部分地靠在凸部内斜边上。该夹口在有双斜度的这个区域内是缩紧的,因而可靠地防止连线例如由于振动而自动滑出。例如为了使连线松开,需要化一定的力度去操作邻近的绝缘穿孔接线装置时,这种可察觉的不是故意的影响是不能不加以注意的。
依照权利要求4的绝缘穿孔接线装置尤其适用于批量生产,其目的在于产量高。剪切的夹口可用冲床加工,这比切开的夹口的加工容易,加工切开的夹口需用相当细的剪切冲头。在本工艺中,依照权利要求5该珠状弯出部的加工损耗很小。然而,在相对于垂直于扁材平面方向延伸受到空间限制的情况下,依照权利要求6,其中一个夹腿的延伸是最佳的方案,因为其结果维持了绝缘穿孔接线装置的薄细度。
依照权利要求7的双弯曲头,该夹腿的缩短可以与在连接线方向的该夹腿错开组合在一起。这能改善接触特性,改善的接触特性是由在剪切面上增加边缘效应引起的。
利用依照权利要求8的进一步发展,夹腿精确地定位在绝缘材料支座中,因此确保了绝缘穿孔接线装置几何尺寸的规定条件。尤其是,防止夹腿在垂直于扁材平面方向向外张开过大,因为其结果是凹口和凸部之间的交错效果会遭受破坏。
利用依照权利要求9的进一步发展,两根绝缘连线可以相互独立地与该绝缘穿孔接线装置相连接,而只需要一个单独的弯曲部。

依照图1,扁平的绝缘穿孔接线装置1有两个夹腿2,两个夹腿借助中央剪切而相互分离,该剪切线形成锯齿形伸展的夹口3。因此,在其中一个夹腿2上形成锯齿凸部,另一夹腿中有与其相对的相应凹口5。锯齿轮廓线以简单方法加工而成,只要将下料冲模和切板成形为相应的形状。
依照图2和2a,绝缘穿孔接线装置1的有锯齿凸部4的夹腿2在其脚部有压痕18,因此夹腿2伸长大约一个锯齿凸部4的高度,凸部4以钝角倾斜。在这种情况下,两个夹腿相互错开,更易于压紧。两个夹腿在向外的邻近凸部4的顶处靠得更紧。在相反方向,夹口以凸部4处两个夹腿的斜角之和而展宽。
依照图3和3a,两个夹腿2之间的错开是通过在有凹口5的夹腿2的脚部加工有珠状弯曲部而达到的。绝缘连线6被压入夹口3中,直至凹口5在凸部4的顶处后面。夹口3从连线6向外为锥口形,因此当有按箭头方向A的拉力作用在连线6上时,就产生由夹腿的弹力所引起并有轴向分量的力。该轴向分量抵消拉出力,并在存在的摩擦力之外使它增加。在此情况下,连线6被牢固地夹持在夹口中。
依照图4、5和6,一种不同的绝缘穿孔接线装置8插入在绝缘元件10的塞孔9中。该装置8有中央夹腿和两个外夹腿12,在这些夹腿之间构成两条夹口3,用以压入和连接到连线6。
中央夹腿11在其脚端部13处以直角双弯头弯出扁材平面之外大约一个该接线装置板材的厚度。塞孔腔9有供中央夹腿11横向地固定在其内的凹座14。因此,两个外夹腿12根据它们的弹簧效果而被分开,它们的弹簧效果是独立的,即与连接一根连线,还是二根连线无关。外夹腿12以这样方式插入塞孔腔9中。便得它们只能在扁材平面内展宽。
而且,在绝缘元件10的塞孔腔9的两侧面上形成有供连线6定位的定位槽15。定位槽15有肋样夹片16,夹片16以消除拉伸应力的方式压住连线6的绝缘层,并由于附加摩擦力的作用又增大其拉出力。
当连线6被推入夹口3时,借助夹口3的端侧的切割刃17除去连线的绝缘层,以使夹腿可以进入而与连线6的金属芯相接触。图4的左半图示出左侧夹腿12以及在插入夹口3以前的连线6(以虚线表示)和压入夹口3后的连线6。图4的右半图示出没有连线时的该接线装置。这里,可以看到中央夹腿11通过在其脚端13的双弯曲头而比外夹腿12短。锯齿凸部4位于外夹腿12上,而相应的凹口5位于中央夹腿11上。该凹口5相对于凸部4朝向其脚端13错开。因为夹腿11、12是通过在两个平面上伸展的剪切速率而相互分开的。当中央夹腿11向外弯曲时,夹腿11,12不被压离,正如在图22中实例所示。由于其纵向错开,在锯齿边缘区域中存在部分搭接处。
压入的连线6的芯线是通过外夹腿12的凸部4的顶处推开,并被锁定在中央夹腿11的凹口5中。这里连线6的芯线压在凸部4的内腿和凹口5的外腿上。若要拉出连线6时,则该接线装置在这一点的夹持力K就发挥作用。由于到这点的斜度,就产生轴向分力P,该轴向分力抵消拉出力,并相加而形成总反作用力2P。反作用力2P可以有这样的大小,使得将连线拉出夹口3要用相当大的力才可能达到。因此所述连线能克服偶然来临的松动而特别牢靠地被固定。

Claims (9)

1、由扁平材料制成的绝缘穿孔接线装置(48),,有至少两个夹腿(2.11.12),在两个夹腿之间形成一个沿该接线装置的纵向伸展的夹口(3),绝缘连线(6)可被推入该夹口中以便产生接触,至少一个夹腿在其自由端部有朝向对侧夹腿的凸出部(4),所述装置的特征在于夹口(3)在其自由端附近以钝角锯齿形伸展,在其中一个夹腿(2,12)上形成锯齿形凸部(4),而在另一夹腿(2,11)上形成相应的锯齿凹部(5);所述凸部(4)和凹部(5)在纵向相互错开;以及连线(6)可被推入夹口(3)中,直到压在凸部(4)的顶下。
2、依照权利要求1的绝缘穿孔接线装置,其特征在于凸部(5)的高度小于绝缘穿孔线接装置(1)的厚度。
3、依照权利要求1或2的绝缘穿孔接线装置,其特征在于所述凹部(5)离夹口自由端的距离比凸部(4)离夹口自由端的距离较远。
4、依照权利要求1、2或3的绝缘穿孔接线装置,其特征在于两个夹腿(2,11,12)通过简单的剪切而相互分离;又通过缩短和/或延伸使夹腿的两个端部互相错开。晟
5、依照权利要求4的绝缘穿孔接线装置,其特征在于:所述缩短的夹腿(2)有珠状弯曲部(7)。
6、依照权利要求4的绝缘穿孔接线装置,其特征在于:所述较长的夹腿(2)有厚度变薄的压痕(18)。
7、依照权利要求4的绝缘穿孔接线装置,其特征在于:所述较短的夹腿在它的脚端部(13)有以直角弯曲方式形成的短的双弯头,并被弯曲而超出该材料平面以外约等于材料厚度的距离。
8、依照上述权利要求之一的绝缘穿孔接线装置,其特征在于:该绝缘穿孔接线装置(8)以这样方式插入和导入绝缘元件(10)的塞孔腔(9)内,以使当连线(6)被压入时,夹腿(12)只能在材料平面内被展宽。
9、依照权利要求8的绝缘穿孔接线装置,其特征在于:所述接线装置(8)有三条夹腿(12.11)和二个夹口(3),每个夹口供一条连线(6)用;一个中央夹腿(11)在其脚端(13)有双弯头或珠状弯曲部,而外夹腿(12)仍在所述接线装置的材料主平面内。
