Abstract

传输装置有一个自身特有的风动抬起装置,用于抬起或降下一个用于传输模件(5)的台式支座(2),在这模件里使电气元件进入到一个取件位置。因此就能够迅速而方便地更换这传输单元。

Description

把电气部件传输给自动配装机的装置
本发明涉及一种把电气元部件传输给一个自动配装机以便将元部件插装在印刷电路板上的一种装置。
通常将元部件镶嵌在传送带里,后者作为卷绕起的卷盘提供。这些卷盘根据需要可装在一个传输单元里并相互成列。每个卷盘配有一个合适的传输模件,部件传送带就进入这传输模件里。传输模件以与卷盘相同的配置型式相互排成列并被固定在传输单元的一个台式支座上。自动配装机和这支座配有交替布置的对中元件,这些元件可以使传输模件准确地配置于自动配装机。传输单元可解开地配置给自动配装机。它可以与卷盘和传输模件一起在一个工序内更换,因此调整改装时间相应较短。
以前通常是借助一个带升降平台的小车来运输这种机架形的传输单元。这种小车可以使台状支座从上面降低到自动配装机的一个接收装置上,同时借助对中元件使其准确地对中。
本发明的任务就在于使传输单元的操纵简化。这项任务是通过本发明根据权利要求1来完成的。
由此可以与其它辅助装置无关地来输送和操作此传输装置。抬起装置可以使支座带着传输模件单独地升起,并且例如通过自动配装机的接收装置的向上突起的对中销来完成。通过降低这抬起装置那么就使支座放置在接收装置上,同时对中元件就相互啮合。通过这种方法就可以放弃这干扰的带升降平台的小车,并使这调整改装的时间缩短。
本发明的有利的其它结构形式其特征见从属权利要求。
按权利要求2的囊式气缸是一种可以简单而容易操作和控制的驱动元件,通过这种驱动元件可以使支座带着模件以简单的方式降低和抬起。有压风接头状可以直接利用自动配装机上的压风源用于抬起过程。此外这囊式气缸可向其本身侧面偏转,因此对中元件可以有一个与降低前对向的偏移,而为此这囊式气缸不需要铰接支承。
通过权利要求3所述的另外的结构型式可以使传输装置以较小的精确度在自动配装机上定位。支座的浮动支承可以使支座精确地在自动配装机上对中。
通过权利要求4所述的止动装置就可以使台状支座和模件固定在其最高的位置,而为此不需要一个外界的作用。用这种方式可以将准备下降的传输装置连接到自动配装机上。将囊式气缸连接到自动配装的压风输送装置上并通上压风用于抬升。台式支座因而保持在上部位置处,从而使卸载的止动装置不费力地松开。排风阀可以使支座缓缓地下降到自动配装机的接板装置上,同时对中元件进入相对侧的啮合。
为了更换传输单元用以压风使囊式气缸充气,并使支座抬起至它的最高位置,在此位置上就能够容易地使止动元件进入其止动位置。然后使囊式气缸排气,并与压风输送装置松开。台式支座然后就通过止动装置而保持在其高位置上。传输装置那么就能与自动配装机脱开并且用另外一个备用的传输装置以相同的方式来替换。
权利要求5和6所述的其它结构形式可以使操作简单,尤其能够方便地通过滑动手把操作这止动装置。
以下按照图示的实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
图1将电气元部件传输至自动配装机的传输装置的侧视图。
图2按图1的装置的另外一个侧视图。
按图1和图2传输装置用来将电气元部件传输给一个自动配装机,作成手推车式并装有形成一个可以操纵的行走装置的轮子1。台式支座2设置在传输装置的一个机架上,机架上装有一个用于支座的可伸缩式抬起装置。电气元部件都储存在传送带3里,这些传送带是作为彼此可以排成列的卷盘4而随时准备好的。在台式支座2上可以如卷盘4相同的配置型式使传输模件5相互紧挨着固定在保持和对中元件15上。传送带3穿过这传输模件5,在这模件里这些元部件被剥离开并准备好通过自动配装机上的一个抓手被取下。
在台式支座2和传输装置的一个固定的支撑件6之间安装了一个囊式气缸7,它可以通过压风使支座2抬起和降下。该支座在传输装置的可伸缩式的垂直导向装置14里具有侧向间隙地活动导向。这里支座2位于一个上部抬起位置并通过一个止动装置的一个止动定位器8而锁定住。支座2位于自动配装机的接收装置9的上面。支座和接收装置9装置配有交替布置的对中定位销10和对中孔11,当支座2降下到接收装置9上时它们就相互无间隙地啮入,因此确保使传输模件5准确配置于自动配装机。
用于运动传输装置的滑动手把12可移动地支承在传输装置的机架上,而且可以通过一个推杆13操作可摆转的止动定位器8。
囊式气缸7可以临时地通过一个压风接头与自动配装机的压风输送装置相连接并可以通过一个控制阀操作。它可以使支座2降下和抬起,而操作容易并不费力。囊式气缸的优点是它没有铰接支承而可以在所有方向上实现侧向的偏转。因此当支座2降下到接收装置9上时就容易在此对中,而不需要为此使传输装置准确地布置到自动配装机。

Claims (6)

1.把电气元部件传输至一个自动配装机以便将元部件插装到印刷电路板上去的传输装置,此处该传输装置具有一个用于传输模件(5)的台式支座(2),借助这些装置可以使元部件从储存库输送至一个取件位置;同时该支座(2)可以借助于对中元件(例如10,11)通过其下降而固定在自动配装机的一个接收装置(9)上的一个规定位置,其特征在于,传输装置具有一个自身特有的抬起装置(例如7);传输装置在可操纵的轮子(1)上是可以移动的。
2.按权利要求1所述的传输装置,其特征在于,抬起装置设计成囊式气缸(7),它布置在支座(2)的下侧面和传输装置的一个静止支撑件(6)之间;传输装置有一个压风接头,这个接头可以与自动配装机的一个压风输送装置相连接。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的传输装置,其特征在于,支座(2)在传输装置的一个垂直导向装置(14)内具有侧向间隙地导向活动。
4.按权利要求1,2,或3所述的传输装置,其特征在于,传输装置有一个止动装置(例如8),用于使支座(7)保持在一个高的抬起位置上。
5.按前面权利要求之一所述的传输装置,其特征在于,传输装置作成手动可操作的小车,车上有一个滑动手把(12)。
6.按权利要求5所述的传输装置,其特征在于,滑动手把是可伸缩地支承在传输装置上,并且至少操作止动装置的一个止动定位器(8)。
