Abstract

本发明的空气喷枪喷涂装置,设有与手提罐式喷涂装置中的喷嘴体的外周面垂直相交的环状圆板体,在该圆板体的内侧等间隔设有贯穿其背面和前面的若干个透孔,在外侧还等间隔设有喷出压缩空气的喷嘴,喷出的压缩空气可将喷涂液包围住,环状的圆板体具有从内孔向前面呈喇叭状扩开的倾斜壁面,在该倾斜壁面上还设置有若干个透孔,相对于喷嘴体的喷涂液喷射中心线,大致呈1°~10°的倾斜角度安装喷嘴。

Description

空气喷枪喷涂装置
本发明涉及对被喷涂物进行涂料喷涂用的空气喷枪装置。
图4为现有的空气喷枪喷涂装置,其结构如下所述。11为空气喷枪的手持部,12为操作部,13为喷嘴体,在手持部11上设有压缩空气吸入口14、扳机调整钮15及压缩空气调整钮16,在操作部12上设有扳机17,另外涂料罐18通过管道19安装在喷嘴体13上,使用的时候将压缩空气管20连接在压缩空气吸入口14上,然后扳动扳机,这样压缩空气经过必要的通路从喷嘴体13的空气喷出口13a喷出,此时涂料罐18内的喷涂液借助空气的吸引效果经过管道19从中心的喷嘴13b喷射出去。
上述喷涂液的喷雾虽然有一定的喷射方向,但受到周围的风等的影响会到处乱飞,这就是使喷涂颜色不均、喷涂效率低下的原因。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的空气喷枪喷涂装置是这样构成的:在与手提罐式喷枪装置中的喷嘴体垂直相交的外周方向安装有环状的圆板体,在该圆板体的内侧,等间隔设有贯穿其背面和前面的若干个透孔,而且在外侧还等间隔设有喷出压缩空气的喷嘴,该喷嘴喷出的压缩空气可将喷涂液包围住。
因此,通过等间隔设置在圆板体外侧的若干个喷嘴,可用压缩空气包围住喷出喷雾液的外周,使即将扩散的喷雾沿直线前进,不致受到侧风(即使在无风的状态下由于操作中手的移动也会产生侧风)的影响。
所述环状圆板体,从其内孔向着前面形成喇叭状扩开的倾斜壁面,对于该倾斜壁面,另外贯穿有若干个透孔。
根据如上所述的结构,通过上述透孔,从环状圆板体的背面吸入外来空气,并使涂料喷雾的速度加快,从而提高附着效率。
另外,喷出压缩空气的喷嘴,相对于喷嘴体的喷涂液喷射中心线,大致呈1°~10°的倾斜角进行安装。
根据如上所述的结构,从环状圆板体外侧的喷嘴喷出的压缩空气形成螺旋状的气幕,因此从喷嘴体喷出的喷雾液及其扩散的喷雾一边被卷入,一边沿直线前进,从而可以有效地防止侧风的影响。
现实中,如果有数米左右的风吹来,则会使喷雾液向周边扩散,使环境受到污染,同时还会使涂料的附着率降低到50%以下。而本发明能可靠地防止上述问题的发生。
因为从中央到边缘的粒子速度分布均匀,所以喷涂面的图形形状的轮廓线很清晰,膜压分布均匀,可防止喷涂斑驳或产生滴流现象,从而提高喷涂质量。另外,除了可消除喷涂液的附着损耗、提高喷涂效率和经济性之外,还可以通过上述螺旋状气幕,解决现有装置在角落部喷涂时发生的弹回问题。
下面参考附图说明本发明的实施例。

1为本发明中使用的圆板体,其由合成树脂材料制成,形成环状。而且,其内径2与前述手提喷枪的喷嘴体13的外径相同,如后所述安装在喷嘴体13的外周。
上述圆板体1从安装有喷嘴体13的内孔2向壁厚宽度的前面(m)形成喇叭状扩开的倾斜壁面(m),而且在该倾斜壁面上还等间隔地设置有若干个从背面贯穿到前面、围住内孔2的透孔3。
圆板体1的外周面在向着壁厚宽度方向的前面形成狭窄的倾斜壁面(n),在与呈喇叭状扩开的倾斜壁面(m)汇合的地方(k)处,等间隔地设置有若干个喷出压缩空气的喷嘴4。另外,5为设置在圆板体1的背面的压缩空气导入管,6为圆板体1内的压缩空气通道。
上述喷出压缩空气的喷嘴4可相对喷嘴体13的中心线(O)的平行线晃动,而产生一定的倾斜角度,即大致呈1°~10°的倾斜角度θ。通过这种倾斜的喷嘴可将喷嘴体13喷射出的涂料喷射液7的全周从外周旋转地包住,从而能有效地防止喷涂液向外周飞散。
上述结构的圆板体1安装在空气喷枪上时,如图所示,在空气喷枪的压缩空气吸入口14设有支管8,二者通过前述压缩空气导入管5和软管9连接在一起。图中10为安装在软管上的开关阀。
在喷涂液喷雾时,一扳动操作部12上的扳机17,涂料罐18内的喷涂液就从喷嘴部13喷出,而本发明是配合上述现有操作,开放开关阀10,利用该开关阀从上述圆板体1的外周边缘的喷嘴4喷出压缩空气,将从上述喷嘴体13喷出的喷涂液的周围包围住,使喷出的喷涂液不致向周边扩散。
随着从上述喷嘴4喷出的压缩空气的喷射,外面的空气通过穿设在圆板体1上的透孔3向内流入,这不仅使从喷嘴体13喷射的涂料喷射液适当微细化,还可提高其流速及喷涂液的附着力。
另外,在本实施例中,使设置于圆板体1的外周上的喷嘴4的背面向着前方中心形成狭窄的倾斜壁面(n),是为了在各喷嘴4的后背侧不产生涡流。
上述喷嘴4的压缩空气喷出孔做成大致呈1°~10°的倾斜角度倾斜,是为了相应于从中央部喷出的喷涂液而产生旋转流,即用旋转流包住喷涂液的外周,防止喷涂液粉尘化而向四周飞散,从而使喷涂均匀,没有斑驳,喷涂作业效果良好。
另外,虽然考虑到倾斜角度θ向右倾斜或向左倾斜,但因地球自转(北半球)的关系,向左倾斜较好,设置在圆板体1的内侧的透孔3与设置在外周的喷出压缩空气的喷嘴4最好不在同一放射线上,即喷嘴4最好与透孔3错开,位于透孔3与邻接的透孔3的中央处。

Claims (8)

1.空气喷枪喷涂装置,其特征在于,在与手提罐式喷涂装置中的喷嘴体垂直相交的外周方向上,安装有环状的圆板体,在该圆板体的内侧,等间隔设有贯穿其背面和前面的若干个透孔,而且在外侧还等间隔设有若干个喷出压缩空气的喷嘴,喷出的压缩空气可将喷嘴体的喷涂液包围住。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气喷枪喷涂装置,其特征在于,环状的圆板体具有从内孔向前面呈喇叭状扩开的倾斜壁面(m),而且在该倾斜壁面上还贯穿设置有若干个透孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的空气喷枪喷涂装置,其特征在于,若干个喷出压缩空气的喷嘴,相对于喷嘴体的喷涂液喷射中心线,大致呈1°~10°的倾斜角度安装。
4.如权利要求1所述的空气喷枪喷涂装置,其特征在于,使环状圆板体的外周面在向着壁厚宽度方向的前面形成有狭窄的倾斜壁面(n)。
5.如权利要求2所述的空气喷枪喷涂装置,其特征在于,若干个喷出压缩空气的喷嘴,相对于喷嘴体的喷涂液喷射中心线,大致呈1°~10°的倾斜角度安装。
6.如权利要求2所述的空气喷枪喷涂装置,其特征在于,使环状圆板体的外周面在向着壁厚宽度方向的前面形成有狭窄的倾斜壁面(n)。
7.如权利要求3所述的空气喷枪喷涂装置,其特征在于,使环状圆板体的外周面在向着壁厚宽度方向的前面形成有狭窄的倾斜壁面(n)。
8.如权利要求5所述的空气喷枪喷涂装置,其特征在于,使环状圆板体的外周面在向着壁厚宽度方向的前面形成有狭窄的倾斜壁面(n)。
