Abstract
本发明提供一种换向阀用集成块,在集成块1的前端面与底面分别形成孔面21及孔面22,在这些孔面21及孔面22分别形成都与输出流路14a、14b连通的输出口23a、23b,同时,可以选择安装具有与该输出口23a、23b连通的输出孔A、B的孔块26和用于闭塞该输出口23a、23b的闭塞板27。
Description
本发明涉及搭载换向阀进行使用的换向阀用集成块。
例如,在集中控制用于切换压缩空气等工作流体的流路的多个换向阀的场合,通过将这些换向阀一起搭载在可搭载多个换向阀的单体型集成块上,或个别地搭载在分体型的集成块上然后将多个集成块相互连接,从而进行集成化。
在上述集成块形成输出孔,在该输出孔接续与气缸等促动器相连的配管,一般情况下,在单体型集成块的场合,与各换向阀对应的输出孔集中地设在主体的前端面,另外,在分体型集成块的场合,连接使用在前端面具有输出孔的同一构造的集成块。
然而,在很多场合,由于集成块的设置姿势和促动器的设置位置等不同,与其相适应的配管的方向也不同,在这样的场合,不能使用输出孔的方向完全相同的上述现有单体型集成块。另一方面,在分体型集成块的场合,由于必须选用具有沿必要的方向设置的输出孔而且具有可与孔方向不同的其它集成块接合的构成的集成块,所以,安装作业非常麻烦,对于在途中改变配管接续方向的场合,由于必须将该集成块与配管方向不同的集成块交换,所以,其作业更麻烦。
本发明的技术课题就在于提供一种换向阀用集成块,即使对于每个换向阀的配管方向不同的场合,即使对于在途中改变配管方向的场合,该集成块也可以简单而且可靠地对应这些状况。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的特征在于:在集成块形成方向不同的2个孔面,在该2个孔面的两方设有与输出流路连通的输出口,同时,可在该两孔面选择性地安装具有输出口的孔块和闭塞上述输出口的闭塞板。
具有上述构成的本发明集成块通过在任何一方的孔面安装孔块,同时在另一方的孔面安装闭塞板,可以在2个方向的任何一方选择连接配管。因此,即使每个换向阀的配管方向不同,即使在途中改变配管方向,该集成块也可以简单而且可靠地对应这些状况。
另外,对于在两方的孔面分别安装孔块的场合,可以同时在不同的2方向连接配管。
按照本发明的具体的构成形式,上述2个孔面的一方形成于主体的前端面,另一方形成于主体的底面。
上述2个孔面最好具有相同的形状及相同的构造。
按照本发明的其它具体的构成形式,上述集成块为连接多个使用的分体型集成块,具有通过接合与其它集成块连通的通用的供给流路和排出流路。
图1为示出本发明集成块一实施例的使用状态的透视图。
图2为示于图1中的集成块在换向阀搭载状态下的剖视图。
图3为改变图2中集成块输出孔方向的场合的剖视图。
图1例示出本发明的一实施例,其中,通过连接多个搭载了换向阀的分体型集成块形成换向阀集成体,符号1为集成块,符号2为搭载于该集成块1的换向阀,符号3、4为从两侧夹着上述集成块1进行配置的左右端块,这些端块3、4与各集成块1由贯通其中的接合螺栓5相互夹紧而接合成一体。
如图2所示,上述集成块1具有长方体形的主体10,其断面为纵长形。在该主体10于上面形成用于载置上述换向阀2的阀载置面11,同时,在内部形成压缩空气给排用的一个供给流路12、第1及第2两个排出流路13a、13b、以及第1和第2两个输出流路14a、14b。这些各流路分别连通到在上述阀载置面11上开口的供给用连通孔16、第1和第2两个排出用连通孔17a、17b、以及第1及第2两个输出用连通孔18a、18b。
上述供给流路12及两个排出流路13a、13b朝宽度方向贯通主体10,如沿宽度方向连接多个集成块1,则与邻接的集成块的流路相互连通,同时,与形成于一方的端块3的供给孔P及排出孔EA、EB连通。
另一方面,两个输出流路14a、14b在与邻接的集成块1之间不相互连通地形成,从阀载置面11上的输出用连通孔18a、18b朝主体10的底面延伸后,通过连通路24a、24b分别与形成于主体10端面的第1孔面21上的两个输出口23a、23b连通,同时,还分别与形成于主体10底面的第2孔面22上的两个输出口23a、23b连通。通过这样形成两个输出流路14a、14b,可以增大流路的断面积,获得大的流量。
上述第1孔面21及第2孔面22用于沿不同的方向形成配管接续用输出孔,它们具有相同的形状及相同的构造,在孔面21、22选择性地安装具有输出孔A、B的孔块26及用于闭塞上述输出口23a、23b的闭塞板27。即,在这些两个孔面21、22相互保持相同位置关系地开设上述第1输出口23a和第2输出口23b,同时,在相同位置形成用于安装上述孔块26和闭塞板27的螺钉孔28,与此相应,在上述孔块26和闭塞板27相互保持同样位置关系地设置用于插入固定用螺钉30的安装孔31和用于密封各输出口23a、23b周围的密封构件32。
如图2所示,在第1孔面21安装孔块26,同时,在第2孔面22安装闭塞板27,则可以从集成块1的前面方向接续配管;如图3所示,在第2孔面22安装孔块26,同时,在第1孔面21安装闭塞板27,则可以从集成块1的下面方向接续配管。或者,在第1孔面21和第2孔面22两方安装孔块26,则还可以从集成块1的前面和下面两方向接续配管。
因此,在如图1所示那样的换向阀集成体中,即使对于一部分换向阀2的配管方向不同的场合,即使对于在途中改变配管方向的场合,只需在第1孔面21和第2孔面22选择性地安装上述孔块26及闭塞板27,不用更换集成块1即可简单而且可靠地对应这些情况。
形成于主体10底面的上述第2孔面22形成为凹坑,该凹坑的深度形成得与闭塞板27的厚度大体相同,这样,可以在该第2孔面22将闭塞板27安装于与主体10的底面相同的高度。
搭载于上述集成块1的换向阀2为电磁先导式的5孔换向阀,具有用于切换工作流体的主阀部34和用于切换该主阀部34的电磁操作式先导阀部35。上述主阀部34具有:个别地与上述集成块1的阀载置面11上的各连通孔对应的1个供给用连通孔36、2个排出用连通孔37a、37b、及2个输出用连通孔38a、38b,这些各连通孔向其开口的阀孔39,以及可自由滑动地收容在该阀孔39内的滑柱式阀构件40。通过由从上述先导阀部35供给的先导流体切换上述阀构件40,从而切换上述各连通孔间的流路,从上述集成块1的输出孔A、B输出工作流体。
由于上述换向阀2的构成与本发明的要旨无关,所以省略关于该换向阀2的更多的说明。
图中符号41为安装在集成块1后端面的配线箱,通过从端块3的配线口42导入到该配线箱41内的配线,向上述换向阀2的先导阀部35供电。
在图示实施例中,集成块具有用于搭载5孔换向阀的构成,但本发明也适用于用于搭载例如3孔换向阀或4孔换向阀那样的其它孔数的换向阀的集成块。在该场合,该集成块当然具有与各换向阀的孔数对应的连通孔和流路、输出口或输出孔等。
本发明不仅适用于上述实施例所示那样的分体型集成块,而且也适用于可搭载1个以上换向阀的单体型的集成块。
这样,按照本发明,在集成块形成方向不同的2个孔面,在这些孔面可以选择性地安装具有输出孔的孔块和闭塞输出口的闭塞板,所以,即使对于在多个换向阀之间配管方向不同的场合,即使对于在途中改变配管方向的场合,通过选择性地安装上述孔块和闭塞板,不更换集成块就可以简单而且可靠地对应这些状况。
Claims (6)
1.一种换向阀用集成块,具有:用于搭载换向阀的阀载置面,在该阀载置面开口的多个连通孔,与这些各连通孔相连的工作流体用供给流路、排出流路及输出流路,以及方向不同的2个孔面;其特征在于:上述2个孔面分别具有都与上述输出流路连通的输出口,可以选择性地安装具有与该输出口连通的输出孔的孔块和闭塞该输出口的闭塞板。
2.如权利要求1所述的集成块,其特征在于:上述2个孔面的一方形成于主体的前端面,另一方形成于主体的底面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的集成块,其特征在于:上述2个孔面具有相同的形状及相同的构造。
4.如权利要求3所述的集成块,其特征在于:形成于主体底面的孔面为凹坑,该凹坑的深度与上述闭塞板的厚度实质上相等。
5.如权利要求1、2、4中任何一项所述的集成块,其特征在于:该集成块为连接多个使用的分体型集成块,具有通过连接而与其它集成块连通的通用供给流路及排出流路。
6.如权利要求3所述的集成块,其特征在于:该集成块为连接多个使用的分体型集成块,具有通过连接而与其它集成块连通的通用供给流路及排出流路。
