Abstract

合成树脂制容器
技术领域
本发明是具有通过各种热可塑性合成树脂吹塑成型而形成的长筒形筒部的大容量(例如,内容量约2升)的筒状容器,涉及用手指握持而使用的合成树脂制容器的筒部构造的改良。
背景技术
在以往的这种大型容器中,一般在筒部周壁形成变形吸收区和加强肋,以防止内压增减而产生的筒部周壁的变形,并且,在筒部侧面突设握持用手柄,使容器使用方便。
可是,筒部侧面突设的握持用手柄,即使是与筒部连续一体地吹塑形成的构造,还是组装有另体的手柄的构造,构造都复杂,不仅每个容器的树脂用量增加,而且对所述内压的增减所产生的筒部周壁的变形吸收区的形成部位和变形吸收功能也产生制约等问题。
发明内容
本发明是有筒部的容器,在包含相对容器筒部中中心线成为对称面的筒部左右侧面的筒部中心的区域,吸收、缓和因容器内压变化所引起的筒部周壁的变形的变形吸收用凹陷部形成为相似形。该变形吸收用各凹陷部的底面,在周壁的母线方向和周向的至少一方形成大致平缓的凹弧面,在所述凹陷部的上下端,使凸出高度从筒部周面向凹陷底部底面慢慢减少,同时使横宽从所述上下缘向底面慢慢减少,并且形成加强部,其正面形状形成大致三角形的凸出面。
是一种包括相对容器中心轴线为对称的左侧面和右侧面的筒部的合成树脂制容器,在该左侧面和右侧面的各侧面,在包括筒部中央的区域,形成有与容器内压变化相对应的变形吸收用的凹陷部。该左侧面的凹陷部和右侧面的凹陷部是相似形,同一尺寸。该凹陷部各自含有上缘、下缘和底面,该底面在周壁的母线方向与周向的至少一方形成大致平缓凹弧面。在各个凹陷部的上部和下部形成凸出面的加强部,该加强部具有从凹陷部上缘及下缘向底面慢慢减少的凸出高度,而且有从上缘和下缘向底面慢慢减少的横宽,因此,加强部具有大致三角形的正面形状。
也可在凹陷部的底面形成纵向凸肋,作为指头防滑。
也可在所述底面的中央部分,沿周向形成凸肋。
本发明由于作成上述构成,故通过用单手手指、手掌从前侧或后侧握住容器筒部的大致中央,则不管是容量大、重量大的容器,都能安全而可靠地握持。
由于变形吸收用的凹陷部形成如前所述的特殊的曲面的结构,故具有与耐高压容器封板同样的功能,能够防止容器内压变动所引起的容器筒部的变形和握住时的极端变形,因不必附设手柄,故可减少树脂用量。
因不形成手柄部,可获得恒定容量的容器外形,并且没有突出的把手部,可获得容器的贮藏空间的狭小化。

具体实施方式
图1~图4是实施本发明的一例子,是2升容量的PET树脂制双轴延伸的吹塑成形瓶。
图示例子的容器主体1由长筒状的筒部2、设在筒部上的肩部3、设在该肩部上的口颈部4、及设在所述筒部下的底部5构成,这些筒部2、肩部3、口颈部4的具体构造与本发明的要部不直接相关,与众所周知的合成树脂制瓶的筒部、肩部、口颈部置换也可理解。
筒部2,具有相对容器中心轴线0-0为对称的左侧面6A和右侧面6B。左侧面6A中,于包括筒部中央区域的范围7形成变形吸收用的凹陷部9,在右侧面6B,于包括筒部中央区域的范围8形成变形吸收用的凹陷部10。将比常温高的内容液装入容器,将容器密封后,若内容液的温度下降,则容器内的压力下降。容器内的压力下降时,凹陷部9、10各自可向内方挠曲,由此吸收、缓和容器内压的变化所引起的筒部周壁的变形。另外,口颈部4也可热晶化处理,以能与高温充填对应。筒部的凹陷部9和凹陷部10是相似形,具有同一尺寸。凹陷部9、10各自有上缘14、下缘15,左缘20和右缘21。在图示实施例中,由该上缘14、下缘15、右缘20和右缘21围着的凹陷部9、10各自形成纵长的矩形,但本发明不限于此,也可是椭圆形等。
变形吸收用凹陷部9、10各自具有底部13。底面13的横截面如图3所示,在周向整体形成大致平缓圆弧面11,筒部母线方向截面如图4所示,形成大致平面12。
凹陷部9、10的上缘14、下缘15各自形成有加强部18、19。加强部18、19各自具有大致三角形的正面形状,且向外侧鼓出,具有凸出高度H和横宽W。加强部18、19各自的所述凸出高度H,从筒部周面16、17向凹陷部9、10的底面13逐渐减少。加强部18、19的各自横宽W,从所述上缘或下缘15向凹陷部9、10的底面13逐渐减少。
凹陷部9、10的右缘20和左缘21,各自是具横截面为小凸圆弧的肋。大人用单手掌在所述凹陷部9、10握住容器筒部2时,在手根骨(日文:手根骨)和中手骨(日文:中手骨)关节相当部的手掌部分朝着凹陷部9、10内的位置,分别设定左缘20和右缘21。
所述凹陷部9、10的底面13各自在纵向形成多条高度较低的凸肋22、23,防止握住时指头滑动。
在各个所述底面13的中央,沿周向形成凸肋24。
所述凸肋22、23及凸肋24的个数不限于图示例子、也不限于图示例子的形状。凸肋22、23若能够防止握住时指头的滑动,则无论怎样的形状、凸出高度都可以,凸肋24若能对凹陷9、10的底面13加强,则任何形状、凸出高度都可以。
本发明的凹陷部9、10的底面,至少在周壁的母线方向和周向的至少一方形成大致平缓的凹弧面。而且,从凹陷部9、10的各自的上、下缘14、15到底面形成有向外方突出的凸出面18、19。从而,凹陷部9、10具有与耐高压容器封板同样的耐压强度。从而,凹陷部9、10保有容器内压的变化与手掌握住的外压充分相对的强度。
所述实施例的容器是PET树脂制的,本发明不限于PET树脂制容器,用其他聚酯树脂、聚烯烃树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂等众所共知的树脂制造也可以。本发明的容器可以是单层的所述树脂,也可是多层的。例如,本发明的容器也可是PET树脂与MDX-6尼龙树脂,乙烯乙烯醇共聚树脂等含氧绝缘材料的多层容器。也可将所述含氧绝缘材料混合成众所周知的树脂。也可用再生PET等。
在图3和图4中,容器的厚度绘成实物壁厚的数倍以上的厚度,以明示构造,图示的容器壁厚与所述强度无直接关系。而且,在图2中,用虚线表示的纵截面形状是沿图1中B-B线切断时的形状。

Claims (6)

1.一种合成树脂制容器,包括具有相对容器中心轴线为对称的左侧面和右侧面的筒部,其特征在于:在该左侧面和右侧面的各个侧面,在包含筒部中央区域的范围内形成与容器内压变化相对应的变形吸收用的凹陷部;左侧面的凹陷部和右侧面的凹陷部是相似形,同一尺寸;该凹陷部各自含有上缘、下缘和底面;该底面在周壁的母线方向和周向的至少一方形成平缓的凹弧面;在各个凹陷部的上部和下部形成凸出面的加强部;该加强部具有从凹陷部上缘和下缘向底面逐渐降低的高度,而且具有从上缘和下缘向底面逐渐减少的横宽,由此,加强部具有三角形的正面形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的合成树脂制容器,其特征是,在所述底面,在所述上加强部和下加强部之间形成纵向的凸肋。
3.如权利要求2所述的合成树脂制容器,其特征是,所述底面上形成有横向的凸肋,所述纵向凸肋被上下一分为二。
4.如权利要求2所述的合成树脂制容器,其特征是,所述各个凹陷部具有左缘和右缘,该左缘和右缘各自形成肋,其横截面为小凸圆弧,大人单手掌握住该凹陷时手根骨和中手骨的关节相当部的手掌部分配置有左缘和右缘,以成为面对凹陷部内的位置。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的合成树脂制容器,其特征是,在内装液体温度下降、容器内压降低时,所述凹陷部各自向内方挠曲。
6.如权利要求5所述的合成树脂制容器,其特征是,所述容器具有口颈部,该口颈部被热晶化处理。
