本发明公开了一种管道支承固定件,其承托管道的下面弯曲夹板,在两螺杆之间连成一体形成单块弯曲夹板,压紧管道上面弯曲夹板由一对组合式弯曲夹板构成,组合式弯曲夹板在两螺杆的中间部位形成锁脱扣,组合式弯曲夹板可在两螺杆上各自呈自由转动的相互自由锁脱,组合式弯曲夹板中部为圆弧夹板部,其纵向一端为开设可动孔的固紧板,纵向另端为设可相互自由锁脱的锁脱扣部,组合式弯曲夹板可绕螺杆转动,提高管道敷设操作效率。

Description

管道支承固定件
本发明涉及一种建筑物中敷设管路所用的附件,特别是一种水平固定件。
传统在建筑物地面上敷设排水管时,使用水平固定件,这种水平固定件是在建筑物构架固定用的底板上,竖设二螺杆,以螺母固紧一副对面设置的弯曲夹板,该夹板从外围夹紧支承管道,并架设在二螺杆上,管子从二螺杆之间穿过。这时对面配置的弯曲夹板分别在上述两根螺杆之间连为一体,成单块的夹板,即由圆弧面的夹板部分和在其纵向两侧钻有螺杆孔的固紧板所组成。上述结构存在的问题是敷设管路的操作很烦琐,其工作效率也不高。因为在这种管道支承固定件中,其管子从两螺杆之间穿过,以架设在二螺杆上对面设置的弯曲夹板,对管道进行夹紧支持,通常固定件出厂和运送至现场时,是将弯曲夹板装在二螺杆上,用螺母固紧,构成固定状态,因此,在敷设管路现场,为了把管道安放在二螺杆之间,至少要从螺杆上取下上面的一对固紧螺母和上方的弯曲夹板,安装管道后,要重复上述工序固紧。通常螺杆长度为10~15cm,在此较长螺杆上取下螺母和再套上拧紧,需费较长时间,影响操作效率。
本发明的目的是要提供一种管道支承固定件,它能提高管道敷设操作的效率。
发明是这样实现的:管道支承固定件包括有螺母、弯曲夹板和螺杆,其特点是,承托管道的下面弯曲夹板,在两螺杆之间连成一体形成一单块弯曲夹板,压紧管道的上面弯曲夹板由一对组合式弯曲夹板构成,组合式弯曲夹板在两螺杆的中间部位形成锁脱扣,组合式弯曲夹板可在两螺杆上各自呈自由转动的可相互自由锁脱。
单块弯曲夹板有圆弧面夹板部和设通孔的固紧板,组合式弯曲夹板中部为圆弧夹板部,纵向一端为固紧板另端设锁脱扣部;组合式弯曲夹板以螺杆为轴心旋转;组合式弯曲夹板锁脱扣部由二重叠部构成,二重叠部上分别设突起部和凹孔。
本发明的组合式弯曲夹板能以螺杆为轴心进行转动,并设置能自由锁紧或脱开的锁脱扣,安装时,保持上下对面配置的弯曲夹板装设在二螺杆之间状态不变,也不必将紧固螺母卸下或再拧上,而能起到直接夹紧支持管道的作用,在必要时,又能很方便地松开并取出管道,从而提高了管路敷设作业效率;仅旋转组合式弯曲夹板,即能方便地将组合式弯曲夹板脱开,可进一步改善作业效率;将以往的一侧弯曲夹板分设成组合式,并在其自由端设锁脱扣部,就可构成结构简单、操作方便、形状美观的部件;组合式弯曲夹板作为单一形状的共用构件,以达共用性和低成本;组合式弯曲夹板的锁紧和脱开方向和螺母拧紧方向一致时,其突起部与凹孔的嵌合,可防止其跟随旋转或互相间脱开。
发明的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图给出。

图4是图2中一对组合式弯曲夹板相互关系轴测示意图。
参照图1、2、3,A是水平管道支承固定件,它包括底板1、螺母20、弯曲夹板5、组合式弯曲夹板9、螺杆4。螺母20固紧一副对面设置的弯曲夹板,该弯曲夹板支承管道B,以架设在二螺杆4之间,下面弯曲夹板5为整体式,上面弯曲夹板为组合式弯曲夹板9,它在二螺杆4的中间部位可相互自由锁紧或脱开;整体式弯曲夹板5由圆弧面夹板部6和两端设通孔2的拧紧板7组成,组合式弯曲夹板9由中部圆弧夹板部10、带可动孔12的拧紧板11和锁脱扣部13组成。
弯曲夹板5可用25mm宽的具一定厚度的钢板冲压成型,弯曲夹板5由1/2或小于1/2的圆弧形成的半圆状夹板部6,和在其纵向两端带有通孔8的水平固紧板7组成,通孔8在其纵向制成长孔,使螺杆4能自由倾斜、拧紧或卸下。组合式弯曲夹板9可用25mm宽的具一定厚度的钢板冲压成型,分别由1/4或小于1/4圆弧形成的1/4圆状夹板部10、在其纵向一端设可动孔12的水平固紧板11、在其纵向另一端设有可相互自由锁紧或脱开的锁脱扣部13三部分组成;可动孔12是纵向长孔,螺杆4可在其中自由倾斜、拧紧和卸下,它和上述弯曲夹板5的通孔8为同一尺寸。
组合式弯曲夹板9以螺杆4为轴心转动,在组合式弯曲夹板的转动方向上设可自由锁紧或脱开的旋转锁脱扣部13,达到组合式弯曲夹板9能自由锁紧或脱开。其结构自夹板部10起向同心圆的圆弧外侧隆起(如图4),形成弯曲的台阶式重叠部14,从台阶式重叠部14起,在夹板部10的圆弧面延长面上复原,在重叠部14的下方,形成和它重叠的插入式重叠部15,在上述两个重叠部14和15之间的宽向同一侧,开设深度为1/2宽度的切口17,从而构成一对可分开的组合式弯曲夹板9的共用构件;在上述一对组合式弯曲夹板9的台阶式重叠部14和插入式重叠部15上,一方设有突起部18,而另一方设有可嵌入突起部18的凹孔19或凹洞,用以使旋转锁脱扣部13在锁紧时相互嵌合,以防止位置偏移。
上述台阶式重叠部14和插入式重叠部15之间设切口17,其切口宽度大于组合式弯曲夹板9的厚度,即冲压成型的钢板厚度;切口开在横向同一侧(图4示),即在装上组合式弯曲夹板9后拧紧螺母时的旋转方向同一侧,使一对组合式弯曲夹板9成左右对面配置,通过旋转从上述切口17嵌入,分别使另一侧的台阶式重叠部14和插入式重叠部15相结合的部分呈交叉状(X字状)。
在二重叠部14、15的中间部位,如长方形、方形的对角线交叉点,设置防止位置偏移设施,重叠部14设置向下突起部18,其高度等于或小于上述钢板厚度,重叠部15上开设口径可嵌入突起部18的凹孔19或凹洞,这些设置不损害组合式弯曲夹板9的强度,又能防止锁脱扣部13的偏移。
安装时,对向配置的弯曲夹板仍保持套装在螺杆4上,也可按需要稍放松固紧螺母20,使一对组合式弯曲夹板9能转动,将组合式弯曲夹板9在二螺杆4之间打开,将单块的弯曲夹板5安放并调整至设定位置,放上管道B,弯曲夹板5承托管道B;随后,将组合式弯曲夹板9转回在管道B上,并使旋转锁脱扣部13嵌合锁紧压住管道B,突起部18嵌合于凹孔19防止位置偏移;然后拧紧螺母20,即可使弯曲夹板牢固地夹紧夹持管道B。
图2所示,底板1设固定通孔2,用膨胀螺栓等固定件21将底板1固定在建筑物构架上,并能竖立二螺杆4,为防止锤击膨胀螺栓等固定件21时损伤螺杆4,在底板1上设螺母3,以便能承放后安装的二螺杆4的下端。
图4所示,在一对组合式弯曲夹板9的插入式重叠部15上,削制成顶端棱角16,以确保插入式重叠部15能确切地插进台阶式重叠部14。
本发明的另一实施例是,在建筑物构架上垂直竖立二螺杆时,可不使用上述底板,而直接用地脚螺栓,或每根螺杆下设一块底板,二螺杆伸设在地面外的建筑物构架上,如需水平设置的构架等,将组合式弯曲夹板偏置在二螺杆的中间位置,特别偏于一侧的螺杆位置时,为使其锁脱扣部能自由锁或脱,须用不同长度的各专用构件组成,使组合式弯曲夹板的锁脱扣部作同样转动时,一方能压紧在另一方上相互锁紧,只要略向上抬起就可旋转脱开,并通过上下嵌合,使锁脱扣部同时具有防止位置偏移的作用。还可使弯曲夹板的弯曲半径扩大,以广泛适用于各种管道。包括在弯曲夹板内侧附加缓冲材料等在内,对螺杆、螺母、单块弯曲夹板、组合式弯曲夹板及其固紧板、锁脱扣部等各构件使用的具体材料、形状、结构、它们之间的关连及各种附件等,只要不违背上述发明要点,均可设计成各种式样。

Claims (5)

1、一种管道支承固定件,由螺母固紧一副对面设置的弯曲夹板,夹板从外围夹紧支承管道,架设在两螺杆之间,管道从两螺杆之间穿设,其特征在于:承托管道的下面弯曲夹板,在两螺杆之间连成一体形成一单块弯曲夹板,压紧管道的上面弯曲夹板由一对组合式弯曲夹板构成,组合式弯曲夹板在两螺杆的中间部位形成锁脱扣,组合式弯曲夹板可在两螺杆上各自呈自由转动的可相互自由锁脱。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管道支承固定件,其特征是单块弯曲夹板的中部为圆弧面夹板部,两端为开设穿置螺杆的通孔的固紧板,组合式弯曲夹板中部为圆弧夹板部,其纵向一端为开设穿置螺杆可动孔的固紧板,纵向另一端为设可相互自由锁脱的锁脱扣部。
3、根据权利要求2所述的管道支承固定件,其特征是组合式弯曲夹板可以螺杆为轴心旋转,在组合式弯曲夹板的转动方向上设可自由锁紧或脱开的旋转锁脱扣部。
4、根据权利要求3所述的管道支承固定件,其特征是组合式弯曲夹板的锁脱扣部分别从夹板部起向同心圆的圆弧外侧隆起,形成弯曲的台阶式重叠部,从台阶式重叠部起,在夹板部的圆弧面延长面上复原,在台阶式重叠部的下方,形成和它重叠的插入式重叠部,在上述两重叠部之间的宽向同一侧,开设深度为1/2宽度的切口,构成一对组合式弯曲夹板的共用构件。
5、根据权利要求4所述的管道支承固定件,其特征是在组合式弯曲夹板的台阶式重叠部和插入式重叠部上,一方设有突起部,另一方设有可嵌入突起部的凹孔或凹洞。
