Abstract
一种用于控制空调座椅的电路,它在空调座椅的坐垫和靠垫中分别具有至少一个加热元件(H1,H2)和至少一个风扇(V1,V2),该电路具有两种运行模式,在其第一运行模式中只接通加热元件(H1,H2)而在其第二运行模式中则接通加热元件(H1,H2)和风扇。通过这种方法能够简便地实现控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于控制空调座椅、尤其是汽车空调座椅的加热元件和风扇的电路。
背景技术
在德国专利申请101 16 345.2中已经提出了一种控制空调座椅的方法,其中为了防止乘客过冷在接通送风机时也接通加热元件。因此对于乘客吹出暖气流。
这种老方法在运行中是非常令人满意的,但是要求相当昂贵的控制系统。
发明内容
因此本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提出一种空调座椅的控制系统,其中,乘客同样可以享受暖风流,但是控制系统要尽可能简单地构成。
按照本发明,这个技术问题通过一种控制空调座椅的电路来解决,该电路实现至少两种运行模式,在其第一运行模式中只接通加热元件而在第二运行模式中则接通加热元件和风扇。
风扇在第二运行模式中最好以比第一运行模式中的运行功率减小了的功率运行工作。在此加热元件最好在第一运行模式中并联而在第二运行模式中串联。
最好与通过加热元件加热的区域间隔一定距离地设置一恒温器,该恒温器至少在第二运行模式中断开流过加热元件的电流。优选将该恒温器配置在加热元件的电源电路中。
在另一个优选实施方式中一个附加的调节装置与至少一个风扇相配置,该调节装置根据车厢中的空气温度调节风扇转速。
在另一个优选实施方式中设有一个装置,该装置在第二运行模式中延迟接通加热装置。

图1为按照本发明的第一控制电路的电路图,其中风扇全接通而加热元件串联,即座椅弱加热;
图2示出断开风扇并全接通加热、即加热元件并联时的控制电路;
图3为按照本发明的第二控制电路的电路图,其中风扇全接通而加热元件串联。
具体实施方式
按照本发明电路的控制元件是一个具有两个同步驱动开关层的两极开关,其开关元件S1,S2可以接通三个工作状态:“断开”、“风扇接通,弱加热”和“全加热,风扇断开”。两个开关元件S1和S2与5个接线端子K1至K5连接。具体说来,就是开关元件S1的第一静触头通过接线端子K1接地。开关元件S1的第二静触头与开关元件S2的第一静触头通过接线端子K3接在电源电压12V上。开关元件S2的第二静触头接在空接线端子K5上。开关元件S1和S2的动触头分别通向接线端子K2及K4 。
触头K2连接一个由两个加热元件H1(坐垫)和H2(靠垫)串接而成的串联电路并通过一恒温器T2接地。与之并联的是一个由风扇V1和V2组成的并联电路,这两个风扇分别对坐垫及靠垫吹风。最后触头K4通过一恒温器T1接在两个加热元件H1和H2之间的连接点上。
对于在图1中所示的开关元件S1,S2的开关位置,接线端子K3上的驱动电压通过开关元件S1和接线端子K2输送到由加热元件H1和H2组成的串联电路以及由风扇V1和V2组成的并联电路。因此风扇全接通而加热以较低功率进行。
在图2所示的开关位置情况下,接线端子K3上的驱动电压通过开关元件S2和接线端子K4输送到两个加热元件H1和H2之间的连接点。一个加热元件通过K2,S1和K1接地而另一个加热元件通过恒温器T2接地。因此风扇断开而加热满负荷进行。
恒温器T1只能在两个加热元件H1和H2并联工作时起作用。恒温器T1保持闭合一直到温度例如达到50℃。然后断开电路。当低于30℃时恒温器T1又接通。
恒温器T2只是为了安全而在串联电路中接通。恒温器T2在温度为70℃时断开串联电路。
在一个可选择的实施方式中恒温器T2不仅起到安全作用,而且也用于正常地测取汽车内部温度。例如该恒温器可以保证在内部温度超过例如35℃时断开对座椅的加热电路。
在图3所示的实施方式中,串联电路H1,H2与恒温器T2和T3串接,其中T2负责座椅加热方面的过热保护而T3用于在环境温度过高时断开串联运行时的辅助加热。
另外有一时间继电器Z与加热元件H1,H2串联,该继电器只在串联运行时延迟地接通串联电路,而在并联运行时该时间继电器Z则保持接通。由此保证加热元件H1,H2在并联运行时立刻加热。恒温器T1只在这种并联运行模式下被激活并调节两个座椅加热元件的温度。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于控制空调座椅的电路,它在空调座椅的坐垫和靠垫中分别具有至少一个加热元件(H1,H2)和至少一个风扇(V1,V2),其特征在于,所述电路有两种运行模式,在其第一运行模式中只有加热元件(H1,H2)工作而在其第二运行模式中加热元件(H1,H2)和风扇均运行工作。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路,其特征在于,所述风扇(V1,V2)在第二运行模式中以比第一运行模式减小的功率运行工作。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电路,其特征在于,所述加热元件(H1,H2)在第一运行模式中并联而在第二运行模式中则串联。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的电路,其特征在于,与通过加热元件(H1,H2)加热的区域间隔一定距离地设置一恒温器(T2),该恒温器至少在第二运行模式中断开通过加热元件(H1,H2)的电流。
5.如权利要求4所述的电路,其特征在于,所述恒温器(T2)设置在加热元件(H1,H2)的一供电线路上。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的电路,其特征在于,一附加的调节装置与至少一个风扇(V1,V2)相配置,该调节装置根据车厢中的空气温度调节风扇(V1,V2)的转速。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的电路,其特征在于有一个装置(Z)在第二运行模式中用于延迟接通加热装置。
