Claims (4)
- 一、从中药黄精中提取黄精多糖的方法,其特征是:先用通风干燥将生黄精制成黄精粉,再将黄精粉以低级醇为溶剂进行二次抽提,滤液浓缩、有机溶剂沉淀,干燥,得粗黄精多糖。将粗黄精多糖溶于20mMOL/L Tris-Hcl缓冲液上柱层析二次,再用蒸馏水进行第三次上柱层析、浓缩、冷冻干燥得黄精多糖精制品。
- 二、根据权利要求1所述的从黄精中提取黄精多糖的方法,其特征是:在提取黄精多糖粗品过程中,所使用的低级醇的浓度第一次为80-95%,第二次为40-60%,在第一次抽提时,低级醇与黄精粉的浸泡比为3~5∶1;第二次抽提时,低级醇与黄精粉固形物的体积比为7-15∶1;有机溶剂与样品液的体积比为2-4∶1。
- 三、根据权利要求2所述的从黄精中提取黄精多糖的方法,其特征是所述的低级醇为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇,所述的可与水互溶的有机溶剂为丙酮,二甲亚砜、二甲基酰胺及低级醇类。
- 四、根据权利要求1或3所述的从黄精中提取黄精多糖的方法,其特征是:精制黄精多糖的过程中,第一次抽提上柱的过滤介质为弱碱阴离子交换树脂,上样量为0.4~2倍柱床体积,第二次、第三次抽提上柱的过滤介质为聚丙烯酰胺凝胶系列,上样量均为1-2%柱床体积。
