Abstract

本发明涉及一种由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,是在铸型(10)具有特定形态的铸槽(10a)中注入热固材料层(11),在其已硬化的表面涂抹有色相的热固材料,在已硬化的色相层(12)表面涂抹热固材料,形成连接层(13),在连接层(13)硬化之前涂抹热可塑性树脂,形成热接触剂层(15)。热固材料层(11)和色相层(12)可表现多彩的色相,体现美观、高品位的标签,同时热固连接层(13)在硬化前覆盖热接触剂层(15),使之共同硬化,坚固性好,提高了热固材料层(11)的粘合力。

Description

一种由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸及其制造方法,本方法使标签更具立体感,而且该标签用热交换纸因热接触而附着。
背景技术:
以往,热固材料用于标签时,为使其具有立体感,用一次性油粘纸进行热交换。这种方法是通过热接触剂往毛料渗透过程中成型,从而缓冲了毛料的收缩或伸展,使标签不易变型。但是,往热固材料上覆盖热接触剂时,因热固材料含有油性成份,从而粘合力显著下降;尤其是加热标签时随着热接触剂的融化渗入到毛料中,使热固材料和热接触剂之间裂缝,热固材料易从热接触剂层分离出来,而且热固材料标签虽有一定的缓冲性和立体感,但不能表现多彩色相,不能体现装饰美及高品位。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,是为解决以上技术存在的缺点,能使热固材料和接触剂层粘合坚固,表现多彩色相,体现装饰美及高品位。
本发明提供的方法是:在铸型10具有特定形态的铸槽10a中注入热固材料,形成热固材料层11;在已硬化的热固材料层11表面薄薄涂抹有色相的热固材料,形成色相层12;在已硬化的色相层12表面薄薄涂抹热固材料,形成连接层13;在连接层13硬化之前涂抹热可塑性树脂,形成热接触剂层15,而且要共同硬化连接层13和热接触剂层15以提高粘合力。
上述的由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,在连接层13硬化之前,涂抹热可塑性树脂同系物,从而使连接层13和热接触剂层15之间更多地含有热硬化性树脂14。
上述的由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,色相层12也可在热固材料层11之间形成。
上述的由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,往热接触剂层15表面覆盖具有粘着层16a的剥离纸16,将标签从铸型10分离出来后,翻过面来,往热固材料层11表面粘贴有粘着层17a的剥离纸17。
上述由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法生产的热交换纸,由铸型10表现特定形态的热固材料层11,在其另一面薄薄涂抹色相层12,往色相层12另一面薄薄涂抹一层热固连接层13,连接层13在硬化之前覆盖由热可塑性树脂组成热接触剂层15。
本发明的优点是:因热固材料11和另一面的色相层12可表现出多彩色相,外形美观,品位高档,而且在连接层13硬化前涂抹热接触剂层15,同时硬化,粘合坚固,最大限度地提高热固材料11的粘合力。

图1a~图1h为剖面图,依次代表着由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸的制造过程。
图2a~图2e为剖面图,代表着往热交换纸粘接已覆盖粘着层的剥离纸,及附着毛料的过程。
图3是由本发明制造的标签附着在毛料的状态示意图。
图中主要部分的说明:标签1、铸型10、铸槽10a、热固材料层11、色相层12、连接层13、热固性树脂层14、热接触剂层15、剥离纸16、粘着层16a、剥离纸17、粘着层17a、毛料18、热压力机20。
具体实施方式:
下面参照示意图,详细说明本发明的实施例,如图1a及图1b所示,往铸槽10a注入热固材料形成热固材料层11,铸槽10a为标签所需的文字或图案。该方法与印刷方法比较,外形线美观、整洁。如图1c所示,注入铸槽10a的热固材料层11硬化时,在其表面薄薄涂抹含有颜料的有色热固材料,形成色相层12。该色相层12采用印刷方法呈现与热固材料层11相应的图形。即可根据图形所需反复印刷,也可根据需要在热固材料层11之间即文字或图案突出部位形成色相层12,见图1d。色相层12硬化后,在色相层12表面薄薄涂抹热固材料形成连接层13,见图1e。在连接层13硬化之前涂抹热可塑性树脂形成热接触剂层15,见图1g。在连接层13硬化之前涂抹热可塑性树脂,使热接触剂层15和连接层13同时硬化,热接触剂层15和连接层13粘合得非常坚固。热固材料经硬化,就不易粘接其它物质,但硬化之前涂抹热接触层15共同硬化,热固材料粘合得非常坚固。
另外,可根据需要在连接层13和热接触剂层15之间,可形成热硬化性树脂层14,见图1f。即在连接层13硬化之前,涂抹热可塑性树脂或同系物,形成热硬化性树脂层14,经硬化后,在其上面涂抹热可塑性树脂,形成热接触剂层15。
上述热硬化性树脂层14在硬化前涂抹在连接层13表面,同时硬化,坚固地粘合在连接层13,而且与在其表面形成的热接触剂层15成为一系列。即使热接触剂层15因热压力机而融化,使其一部分渗入到毛料中减弱粘合力,热硬化性树脂层14和热接触剂层15也能维持很强的接触力,避免了标签脱落的缺点。
见图1h、图2a、图2b,由此形成标签1后,往热接触剂层15表面覆盖具有粘着层16a的剥离纸16,标签1由铸型分离出来后,翻过面来,往热固材料11表面粘贴已涂抹耐热性粘着层17a的剥离纸17,最终完成标签用热交换纸。
使用已涂抹粘着层16a、17a的剥离纸的理由是,可将多个文字或图案一次性覆盖在毛料18上;而一个文字或一个图案的标签则无需使用上述剥离纸16、17,可直接从铸型10分离出标签1。
见图2c、图2d、图2e,由上述方法制造的标签用热交换纸,分离出粘着在热接触剂层15的剥离纸16后,将热接触剂层15移到衣料或皮革之类的毛料18上,在剥离纸17上面用电熨斗或热压力机加压即可。此时热接触剂层15因热压力机的150~200℃热温融缩,渗入到毛料18,坚固地粘合在热固材料层11上。当热固材料层11坚固粘合后,分离出剥离纸17,标签1牢固地粘合在毛料18上,见图3。此时得到的标签1色彩多样,而且有立体感,外形线美观,品味高,很好地解决了以往的缺点。而且,即使因热固材料11的柔韧性导致毛料收缩或伸展,也不会使标签脱落,洗涤或熨烫也不会使标签1变形,保持标签1的原样。

Claims (4)

1、一种由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,其特征是:在铸型(10)具有特定形态的铸槽(10a)中注入热固材料,形成热固材料层(11);在已硬化的热固材料层(11)表面薄薄涂抹有色相的热固材料,形成色相层(12);在已硬化的色相层(12)表面薄薄涂抹热固材料,形成连接层(13);在连接层(13)硬化之前涂抹热可塑性树脂,形成热接触剂层(15),而且要共同硬化连接层(13)和热接触剂层(15)以提高粘合力。
2、根据权利要求1所述的由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,其特征是:在连接层(13)硬化之前,涂抹热可塑性树脂同系物,从而使连接层(13)和热接触剂层(15)之间更多地含有热硬化性树脂(14)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,其特征是:色相层(12)也可在热固材料层(11)之间形成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的由热固材料组成的标签用热交换纸制造方法,其特征是:往热接触剂层(15)表面覆盖具有粘着层(16a)的剥离纸(16),将标签从铸型(10)分离出来后,翻过面来,往热固材料层(11)表面粘贴有粘着层(17)的剥离纸(17a)。
