Abstract

一种滑台装置,包含底座单元、滑动单元,及盖板。所述滑动单元包括两个轨道、多个滑块,及滑座。每一个滑块具有至少一个注油孔。所述滑座具有主体部、两个安装所述滑块的固定部,及两个形成于所述固定部的导引部。所述主体部具有连通外部的主流通道。每一个固定部具有连通所述主流通道的连接通道。每一个导引部具有连通对应的固定部的连接通道的导引通道。每一个滑块的所述至少一个注油孔连通对应的导引部的导引通道。所述盖板遮盖所述主体部的部分顶端。所述主流通道连通外部处未被所述盖板遮盖,使操作人员能方便进行注油,以对所述滑块进行上油保养。

技术领域
本发明是有关于一种自动化设备,特别是涉及一种滑台装置。
背景技术
现有一种多动子滑台模组(中国专利公布号CN113315303A),包括一个底座、两个间隔地设置于所述底座的滑轨、两个滑动地设置于所述滑轨的滑动单元,及一个安装于所述底座顶端的防护盖板。每一个滑动单元具有多个设置于所述滑轨的滑块组,及一个安装于所述滑块组的滑座。
其中,上述滑块组的结构如中国台湾专利公开号TW202126925A所公开,包含一个滑块,及两个设置于所述滑块两相反端的端盖。所述滑块能通过其内部设置的多个滚动组件而在所述滑轨上滑动运行。每一个端盖具有多个能供所述滚动组件作往复的循环位移的循环沟槽,及一个贯穿地设置并连通所述循环沟槽的注油孔。所述注油孔能供注油以对所述滑块与所述滚动组件进行上油保养,且所述注油孔在不需注油保养时会使用一个油嘴来进行密封,以避免异物进入。
然而,所述多动子滑台模组在进行日常保养时操作人员需先将所述防护盖板拆除,接着将封闭所述注油孔的所述油嘴取下,并使用注油枪对准所述注油孔进行注油,在操作上较不便利,且在使用注油枪进行注油时,若未对准所述注油孔则可能使油流至所述滑轨或其他组件上,将影响机台的运作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便注油保养的滑台装置。
于是,本发明滑台装置,包含底座单元、滑动单元,及盖板。所述底座单元沿长轴向延伸。所述滑动单元包括两个沿所述长轴向延伸并间隔地设置于所述底座单元的轨道、多个能滑动地设置于所述轨道的滑块,及坐置于所述滑块上的滑座。每一个滑块具有至少一个注油孔。所述滑座具有主体部、两个自所述主体部向下延伸并分别安装所述滑块的固定部,及两个分别形成于所述固定部并分别抵接所述滑块的导引部。所述主体部具有连通外部的主流通道。每一个固定部具有连通所述主流通道的连接通道。每一个导引部具有连通对应的所述固定部的连接通道的导引通道。每一个滑块的至少一个注油孔连通对应的所述导引部的导引通道。所述盖板沿所述长轴向延伸并盖设于所述底座单元顶端,并遮盖所述主体部的部分顶端。其中,所述主流通道连通外部处形成于所述主体部未被所述盖板遮盖处。
本发明的滑台装置,所述主体部还具有被所述盖板遮盖并连接所述固定部的遮盖段、两个连接于所述遮盖段沿垂直所述长轴向的横轴向的两相反侧并露出于所述盖板外的外露段,及形成于其中一个外露段的端面并连通外部与所述主流通道的插孔,所述主流通道自所述插孔沿所述横轴向朝另一个外露段穿伸所述遮盖段,每一个固定部的所述连接通道沿垂直所述长轴向与所述横轴向的纵轴向穿伸并连通所述主流通道,每一个导引部的所述导引通道沿所述长轴向穿伸并连通所述连接通道与对应的所述滑块的至少一个注油孔。
本发明的滑台装置,所述主体部还具有能插拔地设置于所述插孔以用于封闭所述主流通道的油嘴。
本发明的滑台装置,每一个导引部还具有至少一个设置于所述导引通道与对应的所述滑块的至少一个注油孔间的密封件。
本发明的滑台装置,所述底座单元包括座本体、两个沿所述长轴向设置于所述座本体两相反端的端座,及两个设置于所述座本体且分别相邻所述端座的防撞模块。
本发明的滑台装置,每一个固定部还具有自所述遮盖段向下延伸的连接段,及自所述连接段沿所述横轴向朝外延伸并供对应的所述滑块锁固的靠抵段,每一个导引部形成于对应的所述固定部的靠抵段的底面并抵接于对应的所述滑块,所述滑座还具有由所述连接段与所述遮盖段配合界定出朝上凹陷的容槽。
本发明的滑台装置,还包含线性马达单元,所述线性马达单元包括沿所述长轴向设置于所述底座单元并位于所述轨道间的定子模块,及安装于所述容槽内部并锁固于所述遮盖段的动子。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过在所述主体部设有连通外部的所述主流通道、所述固定部分别设有连通所述主流通道的所述连接通道、所述导引部分别设有连通所述连接通道与所述滑块的所述至少一个注油孔的所述导引通道,操作人员能自未被所述盖板遮盖的所述主流通道连通外部处将润滑油注入,使润滑油依序于所述主流通道、所述连接通道与所述导引通道内流通并注入所述滑块各自的所述至少一个注油孔,便能对所述滑块进行上油保养,而能达到方便注油保养的目的。

具体实施方式
参阅图1至图3,本发明滑台装置1的一个实施例,包含一个底座单元2、一个滑动单元3、一个线性马达单元4,及一个盖板5。
所述底座单元2包括一个沿长轴向X延伸的座本体21、两个沿所述长轴向X设置于所述座本体21两相反端的端座22,及两个设置于所述座本体21且分别相邻所述端座22的防撞模块23。
所述滑动单元3包括两个沿所述长轴向X延伸并间隔地设置于所述座本体21的轨道31、四个分别俩俩能滑动地设置于所述轨道31的滑块32,及一个坐置于所述滑块32上的滑座33。
每一个滑块32具有两个沿所述长轴向X设置于两相反端的注油孔321(见图7),及一个连通所述注油孔321并设置有多个滚动组件(图未示)的循环沟槽(图未示)。
参阅图3至图4,所述滑座33具有一个主体部34、两个自所述主体部34沿垂直所述长轴向X的纵轴向Z向下延伸的固定部35、两个分别形成于所述固定部35底端的导引部36,及一个由所述主体部34与所述固定部35配合界定出朝上凹陷的容槽37。
参阅图4至图6,所述主体部34具有一个被所述盖板5(见图1与图2)遮盖并连接所述固定部35的遮盖段341、两个连接于所述遮盖段341沿垂直所述长轴向X与所述纵轴向Z的横轴向Y的两相反侧并露出于所述盖板5外的外露段342、一个形成于其中一个外露段342的侧面并连通外部的插孔343、一个连通所述插孔343并沿所述横轴向Y朝另一个外露段342穿伸所述遮盖段341的主流通道344,及一个能插拔地设置于所述插孔343的油嘴345。
参阅图3、图6与图7,所述固定部35沿所述横轴向Y间隔地连接于所述遮盖段341下方。每一个固定部35具有一个自所述遮盖段341向下延伸的连接段351、一个自所述连接段351沿所述横轴向Y朝外延伸并供两个所述滑块32锁固的靠抵段352,及一个沿所述纵轴向Z穿伸所述连接段351与所述靠抵段352并连通所述主流通道344的连接通道353。所述固定部35的连接段351与所述遮盖段341配合界定出朝上凹陷的所述容槽37。
参阅图4、图6与图7,每一个导引部36形成于对应的所述固定部35的靠抵段352底面并抵接于对应的两个所述滑块32间,并具有一个沿所述长轴向X贯穿并连通所述连接通道353且两端连通对应的所述滑块32各自的其中一个注油孔321的导引通道361,及两个分别设置于所述导引通道361沿所述长轴向X的两相反端并分别抵接对应的滑块32的密封件362。所述密封件362用于防止所述导引通道361与所述注油孔321间漏油。
值得说明的是,在本实施例中,每一个滑块32在沿所述长轴向X的两相反端皆设置有一个注油孔321,但不以此为限,在其他实施态样中,每一个滑块32能以仅在抵接于对应的导引部36的一端设置一个连通所述导引通道361的注油孔321,也能达成同样目的。
参阅图2与图3,所述线性马达单元4包括一个沿所述长轴向X设置于所述座本体21并位于所述轨道31间的定子模块41,及一个安装于所述容槽37内部并锁固于所述遮盖段341的动子42。所述定子模块41能使锁固于所述动子42的滑座33带动所述滑块32于所述轨道31上滑动。
参阅图1至图3,所述盖板5沿所述长轴向X延伸并盖设于所述端座22顶端,并遮盖所述主体部34的所述遮盖段341。所述主体部34的所述外露段342未被所述盖板5遮盖,所述插孔343位于其中一个外露段342侧面,因此也未被所述盖板5遮盖,操作人员能在不拆除所述盖板5与任何组件的情况下,将润滑油自所述插孔343注入所述主流通道344内。
参阅图3、图6与图7,当所述滑台装置1要进行日常保养,而欲对所述滑块32内的所述滚动组件进行上油时,操作人员先将设置于所述插孔343的所述油嘴345拔出,并使用注油枪对准所述插孔343并注入润滑油,使润滑油于所述主流通道344内流通,当经过所述主流通道344与所述连接通道353连通处时,向下流通至所述连接通道353内,接着,自所述连接通道353向下流通至所述导引通道361内,最后于所述导引通道361内沿所述长轴向X流通至所述滑块32的注油孔321内,以对所述滚动组件进行上油。上油保养结束后,操作人员再将所述油嘴345堵住所述插孔343,以封闭所述主流通道344,如此,便完成日常保养的操作。
综上所述,本发明滑台装置1,通过所述插孔343形成于未被所述盖板5遮盖的其中一个外露段342侧面,操作人员欲对所述滑块32进行日常保养的上油动作时无须将所述盖板5或任何组件拆除,也不须对每一个滑块32逐一个上油,仅需将注油枪对准所述插孔343进行注油,使润滑油经由所述主流通道344、所述连接通道353与所述导引通道361,进入所述滑块32的注油孔321,便能对所述滑块32内的滚动组件上油,对于操作人员来说进行日常保养的操作方便许多,所以确实能达成本发明的目的。

1.一种滑台装置,其特征在于:包含
底座单元,沿长轴向延伸;
滑动单元,包括两个沿所述长轴向延伸并间隔地设置于所述底座单元的轨道、多个能滑动地设置于所述轨道的滑块,及坐置于所述滑块上的滑座,每一个滑块具有至少一个注油孔,所述滑座具有主体部、两个自所述主体部向下延伸并分别安装所述滑块的固定部,及两个分别形成于所述固定部并分别抵接所述滑块的导引部,所述主体部具有连通外部的主流通道,每一个固定部具有连通所述主流通道的连接通道,每一个导引部具有连通对应的所述固定部的连接通道的导引通道,每一个滑块的至少一个注油孔连通对应的所述导引部的导引通道;及
盖板,沿所述长轴向延伸并盖设于所述底座单元顶端,并遮盖所述主体部的部分顶端,其中,所述主流通道连通外部处形成于所述主体部未被所述盖板遮盖处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑台装置,其特征在于:所述主体部还具有被所述盖板遮盖并连接所述固定部的遮盖段、两个连接于所述遮盖段沿垂直所述长轴向的横轴向的两相反侧并露出于所述盖板外的外露段,及形成于其中一个外露段的端面并连通外部与所述主流通道的插孔,所述主流通道自所述插孔沿所述横轴向朝另一个外露段穿伸所述遮盖段,每一个固定部的所述连接通道沿垂直所述长轴向与所述横轴向的纵轴向穿伸并连通所述主流通道,每一个导引部的所述导引通道沿所述长轴向穿伸并连通所述连接通道与对应的所述滑块的至少一个注油孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滑台装置,其特征在于:所述主体部还具有能插拔地设置于所述插孔以用于封闭所述主流通道的油嘴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滑台装置,其特征在于:每一个导引部还具有至少一个设置于所述导引通道与对应的所述滑块的至少一个注油孔间的密封件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滑台装置,其特征在于:所述底座单元包括座本体、两个沿所述长轴向设置于所述座本体两相反端的端座,及两个设置于所述座本体且分别相邻所述端座的防撞模块。
6.根据权利要求2所述的滑台装置,其特征在于:每一个固定部还具有自所述遮盖段向下延伸的连接段,及自所述连接段沿所述横轴向朝外延伸并供对应的所述滑块锁固的靠抵段,每一个导引部形成于对应的所述固定部的靠抵段的底面并抵接于对应的所述滑块,所述滑座还具有由所述连接段与所述遮盖段配合界定出朝上凹陷的容槽。
