Abstract
一種滑台裝置,包含一底座單元、一滑動單元,及一蓋板。該滑動單元包括二軌道、複數個滑塊,及一滑座。每一滑塊具有至少一注油孔。該滑座具有一主體部、二安裝該等滑塊的固定部,及二形成於該等固定部的導引部。該主體部具有一連通外部的主流通道。每一固定部具有一連通該主流通道的連接通道。每一導引部具有一連通個別的固定部的連接通道的導引通道。每一滑塊的該至少一注油孔連通對應的導引部的導引通道。該蓋板遮蓋該主體部的部分頂端。該主流通道連通外部處未被該蓋板遮蓋,使操作人員可方便進行注油,以對該等滑塊進行上油保養。
Description
本發明是有關於一種自動化設備,特別是指一種滑台裝置。
現有一種多動子滑台模組(中國專利公開號CN113315303A),包括一底座、二間隔地設置於該底座的滑軌、二滑動地設置於該等滑軌的滑動單元,及一安裝於該底座頂端的防護蓋板。每一滑動單元具有數個設置於該等滑軌的滑塊組,及一安裝於該等滑塊組的滑座。
其中,上述滑塊組的結構如台灣專利公開號TW202126925A所揭示,包含一滑塊,及二設置於該滑塊兩相反端的端蓋。該滑塊能藉由其內部設置的數個滾動元件而在該滑軌上滑動運行。每一端蓋具有數個能供該等滾動元件作往復的循環位移的循環溝槽,及一貫穿地設置並連通該循環溝槽的注油孔。該注油孔可供注油以對該滑塊與該等滾動元件進行上油保養,且該注油孔在不需注油保養時會使用一油嘴來進行密封,以避免異物進入。
然而,該現有的多動子滑台模組在進行日常保養時操作人員需先將該防護蓋板拆除,接著將封閉該注油孔的該油嘴取下,並使用注油槍對準該注油孔進行注油,在操作上較不便利,且在使用注油槍進行注油時,若未對準該注油孔則可能使油流至該滑軌或其他元件上,可能影響機台的運作。
因此,本發明的目的,即在提供一種方便注油保養的滑台裝置。
於是,本發明滑台裝置,包含一底座單元、一滑動單元,及一蓋板。該底座單元沿一長軸向延伸。該滑動單元包括二沿該長軸向延伸並間隔地設置於該底座單元的軌道、複數個可滑動地設置於該等軌道的滑塊,及一坐置於該等滑塊上的滑座。每一滑塊具有至少一注油孔。該滑座具有一主體部、二自該主體部向下延伸並分別安裝該等滑塊的固定部,及二分別形成於該等固定部並分別抵接該等滑塊的導引部。該主體部具有一連通外部的主流通道。每一固定部具有一連通該主流通道的連接通道。每一導引部具有一連通於個別的固定部的連接通道的導引通道。每一滑塊的該至少一注油孔連通對應的導引部的導引通道。該蓋板沿該長軸向延伸並蓋設於該底座單元頂端,並遮蓋該主體部的部分頂端。其中,該主流通道連通外部處形成於該主體部未被該蓋板遮蓋處。
本發明的功效在於:藉由在該主體部設有連通外部的該主流通道、該等固定部分別設有連通該主流通道的該連接通道、該等導引部分別設有連通該等連接通道與該等滑塊的該至少一注油孔的該導引通道,操作人員可自未被該蓋板遮蓋的該主流通道連通外部處將潤滑油注入,使潤滑油依序於該主流通道、該連接通道與該導引通道內流通並注入該等滑塊各自的該至少一注油孔,便能對該等滑塊進行上油保養,而能達到方便注油保養的目的。
參閱圖1至圖3,本發明滑台裝置1的一第一實施例,包含一底座單元2、一滑動單元3、一線性馬達單元4,及一蓋板5。
該底座單元2包括一沿一長軸向X延伸的座本體21、二沿該長軸向X設置於該座本體21兩相反端的端座22,及二設置於該座本體21且分別相鄰該等端座22的防撞模組23。
該滑動單元3包括二沿該長軸向X延伸並間隔地設置於該座本體21的軌道31、四個分別倆倆可滑動地設置於該等軌道31的滑塊32,及一坐置於該等滑塊32上的滑座33。
每一滑塊32具有二沿該長軸向X設置於兩相反端的注油孔321(見圖7),及一連通該等注油孔321並設置有數個滾動元件(圖未示)的循環溝槽(圖未示)。
參閱圖3至圖4,該滑座33具有一主體部34、二自該主體部34沿一垂直該長軸向X的縱軸向Z向下延伸的固定部35、二分別形成於該固定部35底端的導引部36,及一由該主體部34與該等固定部35配合界定出朝上凹陷的容槽37。
參閱圖4至圖6,該主體部34具有一被該蓋板5(見圖1與圖2)遮蓋並連接該等固定部35的遮蓋段341、二連接於該遮蓋段341沿一垂直該長軸向X與該縱軸向Z的橫軸向Y的兩相反側並露出於該蓋板5外的外露段342、一形成於其中一外露段342之側面並連通外部的插孔343、一連通該插孔343並沿該橫軸向Y朝另一外露段342穿伸該遮蓋段341的主流通道344,及一可插拔地設置於該插孔343的油嘴345。
參閱圖3、圖6與圖7,該等固定部35沿該橫軸向Y間隔地連接於該遮蓋段341下方。每一固定部35具有一自該遮蓋段341向下延伸的連接段351、一自該連接段351沿該橫軸向Y朝外延伸並供二該滑塊32鎖固的靠抵段352,及一沿該縱軸向Z穿伸該連接段351與該靠抵段352並連通該主流通道344的連接通道353。該等固定部35的連接段351與該遮蓋段341配合界定出朝上凹陷的該容槽37。
參閱圖4、圖6與圖7,每一導引部36形成於對應的該固定部35的靠抵段352底面並抵接於對應的二該滑塊32之間,並具有一沿該長軸向X貫穿並連通該連接通道353且兩端連通該等滑塊32各自的其中一注油孔321的導引通道361,及二分別設置於該導引通道361沿該長軸向X的兩相反端並分別抵接對應的滑塊32的密封件362。該等密封件362用於防止該導引通道361與該等注油孔321之間漏油。
值得說明的是,在本實施例中,每一滑塊32在沿該長軸向X的兩相反端皆設置有一注油孔321,但不以此為限,在其他實施態樣中,每一滑塊32可以僅在抵接於對應的導引部36之一端設置一連通該導引通道361的注油孔321,亦能達成同樣目的。
參閱圖2與圖3,該線性馬達單元4包括一沿該長軸向X設置於該座本體21並位於該等軌道31之間的定子模組41,及一安裝於該容槽37內部並鎖固於該遮蓋段341的動子42。該定子模組41可使鎖固於該動子42的滑座33帶動該等滑塊32於該等軌道31上滑動。
參閱圖1至圖3,該蓋板5沿該長軸向X延伸並蓋設於該等端座22頂端,並遮蓋該主體部34的該遮蓋段341。該主體部34的該等外露段342未被該蓋板5遮蓋,該插孔343位於其中一外露段342側面,因此亦未被該蓋板5遮蓋,操作人員可在不拆除該蓋板5與任何元件的情況下,將潤滑油自該插孔343注入該主流通道344內。
參閱圖3、圖6與圖7,當該滑台裝置1要進行日常保養,而欲對該等滑塊32內的該等滾動元件進行上油時,操作人員先將設置於該插孔343的該油嘴345拔出,並使用注油槍對準該插孔343並注入潤滑油,使潤滑油於該主流通道344內流通,當經過該主流通道344與該等連接通道353連通處時,向下流通至該等連接通道353內,接著,自該連接通道353向下流通至該等導引通道361內,最後於該導引通道361內沿該長軸向X流通至該等滑塊32的注油孔321內,以對該等滾動元件進行上油。上油保養結束後,操作人員再將該油嘴345堵住該插孔343,以封閉該主流通道344,如此,便完成日常保養的操作。
綜上所述,本發明滑台裝置1,藉由該插孔343形成於未被該蓋板5遮蓋的其中一外露段342側面,操作人員欲對該等滑塊32進行日常保養的上油動作時無須將該蓋板5或任何元件拆除,也不須對每一滑塊32逐一上油,僅需將注油槍對準該插孔343進行注油,使潤滑油經由該主流通道344、該等連接通道353與該等導引通道361,進入該等滑塊32的注油孔321,便能對該等滑塊32內的滾動元件上油,對於操作人員來說進行日常保養的操作方便許多,故確實能達成本發明的目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明的實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施的範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (6)
- 一種滑台裝置,包含:一底座單元,沿一長軸向延伸;一滑動單元,包括二沿該長軸向延伸並間隔地設置於該底座單元的軌道、複數個可滑動地設置於該等軌道的滑塊,及一坐置於該等滑塊上的滑座,每一滑塊具有至少一注油孔,該滑座具有一主體部、二自該主體部向下延伸並分別安裝該等滑塊的固定部,及二分別形成於該等固定部並分別沿該長軸向抵接該等滑塊的導引部,該主體部具有一連通外部的主流通道,每一固定部具有一連通該主流通道的連接通道,每一導引部具有一沿該長軸向穿伸並連通該連接通道且兩端連通該等滑塊各自的該至少一注油孔的導引通道,及二分別設置於該導引通道沿該長軸向的兩相反端並分別抵接對應的滑塊的該至少一注油孔的密封件;及一蓋板,沿該長軸向延伸並蓋設於該底座單元頂端,並遮蓋該主體部的部分頂端,其中,該主流通道連通外部處形成於該主體部未被該蓋板遮蓋處。
- 如請求項1所述的滑台裝置,其中,該主體部還具有一被該蓋板遮蓋並連接該等固定部的遮蓋段、二連接於該遮蓋段沿一垂直該長軸向的橫軸向的兩相反側並露出於該蓋板外的外露段,及一形成於其中一外露段之端面並連通外部與該主流通道的插孔,該主流通道自該插孔沿該橫軸向朝另一外露段穿伸該遮蓋段,每一固定部的連接通道沿一 垂直該長軸向與該橫軸向的縱軸向穿伸並連通該主流通道。
- 如請求項2所述的滑台裝置,其中,該主體部還具有一可插拔地設置於該插孔以用於封閉該主流通道的油嘴。
- 如請求項1所述的滑台裝置,其中,該底座單元包括一座本體、二沿該長軸向設置於該座本體兩相反端的端座,及二設置於該座本體且分別相鄰該等端座的防撞模組。
- 如請求項2所述的滑台裝置,其中,每一固定部還具有一自該遮蓋段向下延伸的連接段,及一自該連接段沿該橫軸向朝外延伸並供對應的滑塊鎖固的靠抵段,每一導引部形成於對應的該固定部的靠抵段底面並抵接於對應的滑塊,該滑座還具有一由該等連接段與該遮蓋段配合界定出朝上凹陷的容槽。
- 如請求項5所述的滑台裝置,還包含一線性馬達單元,該線性馬達單元包括一沿該長軸向設置於該底座單元並位於該等軌道之間的定子模組,及一安裝於該容槽內部並鎖固於該遮蓋段的動子。
