技术领域
本发明涉及对缠绕呈卷筒状的薄膜实施包装袋制作,进而在这种包装袋内部填充入诸如液态状物体、粉未状物体或粘稠状物体等的内装物用的填充包装机用加热密封装置。
背景技术
可以对诸如液态状物体、粉末状物体或粘稠状物体等的内装物实施填充包装作业的若干种填充包装机,已经由日本专利公开第153410/1989号公报、日本专利公开第4626/1990号公报和日本专利公开第32929/1990号公报等所公开。目前已知的这类填充包装机,通常是对连续传送着的薄膜实施折叠,使该薄膜的折叠侧边缘相重叠并利用纵向密封用机械组件实施纵向密封,在该纵向密封后的薄膜内填充入内装物,并且在由横向密封用机械组件对该薄膜实施横向密封而制作成袋形制品之后,通过切断用机械组件对位于横向密封部分中的中央部处实施切断以分离成单个的袋形制品并实施输出,或是在由横向密封用机械组件实施横向密封而制作成袋形制品之后,将一个个连接着的、呈连续状态的袋形制品连续输出并打捆包装在收装箱内的。下面参考图5对其中的一个实例进行说明。
在附图5中,参考标号1表示的是机器底盘,在其侧向方向处设置有保持用框架2,在该保持用框架2上以可拆装方式安装着卷绕成卷筒状的薄膜筒卷R,在机器底盘1的上部处还设置有薄膜导向部3和薄膜折叠部4,在机器底盘1的前面处还从上流侧起依次配置有纵向密封用机械组件5、第一和第二横向密封用机械组件6、7,以及切断用机械组件8。可以由一个呈卷筒状的薄膜筒卷R处引导出薄膜F,并通过薄膜导向部3而由薄膜折叠部4处引导出该薄膜F,通过该薄膜折叠部4可以使薄膜F沿着纵向方向对折。纵向密封用机械组件5中相对且成对设置的纵向密封轧辊9,对薄膜F的折叠端部部位实施彼此间的热密封并将其输出,薄膜F由于形成有该纵向密封部位FH而成形为筒状薄膜。第一横向密封用机械组件6中相对且成对设置的横向密封轧辊10沿横向方向对薄膜F实施热密封,并利用该横向密封部位FS而形成为包装袋的底部,进而通过填充机构组件J,将诸如调味汁等液体构成的内装物W,填充至该形成有底部的筒状薄膜F之内。对薄膜F实施进一步传送,再次利用第一横向密封用机械组件6中相对且成对设置的横向密封轧辊10,对薄膜F上的袋口侧部位实施横向密封,以封装住内装物W。这种横向密封部位FS由成对设置在第二横向密封用机械组件7处的横向密封轧辊10A实施再次密封,从而对薄膜F实施三侧密封而制作成袋形制品P。随后利用切断用机械组件8对形成袋形制品P用的横向密封部位FS的中央部处实施切断,并将其作为单个的袋形制品P而输出。也可以在用横向密封用机械组件6、7实施横向密封以制作成袋形制品P之后,使切断用机械组件8处于动作停止状态,并连续地将袋形制品P呈一个个连接着的形式输出。
而且,在制作沿三侧密封着的袋形制品P时还可以如图6所示,利用纵向密封轧辊9对薄膜F的折叠端部部位实施彼此间的热密封,而制作成纵向密封部位FH,并且利用横向密封轧辊10、10A沿着与薄膜F的纵向方向相垂直的方向实施热密封,而制作成横向密封部位FS,进而形成填充有内装物W的袋形制品P。
而且还可以如图7所示,通过图中未示出的两个纵向密封轧辊,分别对薄膜F上的折叠端部部位和对边折叠后所形成的袋状边缘部位实施热密封,以制作出纵向密封部位FH1、FH2,并利用图中未示出的横向密封轧辊沿着与薄膜F的纵向方向相垂直的方向实施热密封,而制作成横向密封部位FS,进而使薄膜F形成为四侧密封着的袋形制品P。
而且还可以如图8所示,对由两个薄膜构成的薄膜F1、F2实施重合并导向引出,通过图中未示出的两个纵向密封轧辊分别对两个薄膜F1、F2的两侧边缘部位实施热密封,以通过两个纵向密封部位FH1、FH2而制作成筒状薄膜,随后利用图中未示出的横向密封轧辊沿着与薄膜F的纵向方向相垂直的方向实施热密封,而制作成横向密封部位FS,进而使薄膜F形成为四侧密封着的袋形制品P。
而且还可以如图9所示,将一个薄膜F在对折状态下实施导向引出,利用图中未示出的两个纵向密封轧辊分别对该呈对折状态的、位于折叠后的端部部位和折叠后的薄膜F的中央部位实施热密封,以通过这种由热密封形成的纵向密封部位FH1、FH2而制作成呈两列形状的筒状包装袋。各列单位分别填充入诸如调味汁和蛋黄酱,或是酱油和菜油等的内装物W1、W2,随后利用图中未示出的横向密封轧辊沿着与薄膜F的纵向方向相垂直的方向实施热密封,以利用通过这一热密封形成的横向密封部位FS和所述的纵向密封部位FH1、FH2,而制作出呈两列形式且并排密封包装着的袋形制品P。
然而当按照如图7至图9所示的方式制作袋形制品P时,对于包装用袋形制品P的宽度尺寸或纵向密封位置需要改变的场合,通常是如图10所示,使与薄膜F的宽度尺寸或纵向密封位置相吻合的、固定安装在纵向密封用机械组件5的转动轴5A处的纵向密封轧辊9、9A中的至少一个,比如说纵向密封轧辊9A相对于所述转动轴5A实施移动调整,从而设定出与袋形制品P的宽度尺寸相吻合的纵向密封部位FH2。
对于这种场合,可以将纵向密封轧辊9A贯穿配置在转动轴5A的外侧周部处,并且通过诸如固定螺栓等固定组件,将该纵向密封轧辊9A固定安装在转动轴5A上的预定位置处。
然而在填充包装机中,还需要在转动轴5A处内装有图中未示出的加热器,由这一加热器产生的热量通过转动轴5A传递至纵向密封轧辊9、9A处,进而由纵向密封轧辊9、9A实施加热操作,但现有的加热器是相对于转动轴5A固定设置的,所以具有与相对于转动轴5A的加热器的安装位置相对应的预定温度分布,一般说来沿着加热器的纵向方向,在加热器的中央部位附近处的温度为最高,而且温度由加热器中央部位朝向端部逐步降低。因此对于这种场合,移动后的纵向密封轧辊9A和未移动的纵向密封轧辊9相比,加热器与这两个纵向密封轧辊9、9A间的距离将产生变化,所以设置在两个纵向密封轧辊9、9A中的密封部处的表面温度将有所不同,进而会使纵向密封部位FH1和纵向密封部位FH2处的密封状态有所不同。
因此,如果纵向密封部位FH1和纵向密封部位FH2之间的间隔是与比较窄小的袋形制品相对应的,那么当纵向密封部位FH1和纵向密封部位FH2之间的间隔被扩大而与比较大的袋形制品相对应时,就会产生明显的温度差,从而使一个纵向密封部位可以实施适当的密封操作时,另一个纵向密封部位处的薄膜可能已经被过度熔融,或是熔融不足而使密封强度比较弱,由此会产生密封不良的现象。
而且,两对纵向密封轧辊9、9A彼此间的形状、体积不同,使得热容量和热传导方式、特别是放热状态均不相同,因此当进行使体积和形状相吻合的热力学计算时,需要依据诸如加热器的线圈缠绕密度沿加热器纵向方向的差异等,按照使设置在两对纵向密封轧辊9、9A中的密封部处的表面温度相一致的方式实施设计和制作,所以还存在有设计成本和制作成本比较高的问题。
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构构成简单,而且通过使沿着转动轴轴向方向按预定间隔设置的两对纵向密封轧辊中的密封部处的表面温度大体相等的方式,还可以使纵向密封部位处的密封状态保持稳定的填充包装机用加热密封装置。
发明概述
为此,本发明提供了一种填充包装机用加热密封装置,它利用纵向密封用机械组件对连续传送着的薄膜实施纵向密封而使其形成为筒状薄膜,并利用横向密封用机械组件实施横向密封而形成为包装袋的底部,向该形成有底部的筒状薄膜之内填充入内装物,而且在对所述薄膜实施进一步传送时,利用横向密封用机械组件对位于所述薄膜上的袋口侧部位实施横向密封,以连续包装制作出袋形制品,所述纵向密封用机械组件具有两对纵向密封轧辊,所述的纵向密封轧辊具有以可转动方式内装有加热器的一对转动轴,以及沿着该转动轴的轴向方向按具有预定间隔的方式成对设置的、其外侧周边部位呈凸状突出的密封部;所述转动轴由中空轴构成,所述中空轴内设置所述加热器,其中,所述加热器以沿着所述转动轴的轴向方向可移动的方式设置。
而且,根据本发明构造的填充包装机用加热密封装置,还可以使所述的转动轴由中空轴构成,在这种中空轴的内部处还插入有所述的加热器,而且所述加热器以可以移动的方式设置在所述中空轴的内部处。采用这种构成形式,便可以通过加热器对由中空轴构成的转动轴实施加热,进而通过该转动轴对设置在其外侧周部处的两对所述的纵向密封轧辊实施加热。而且在这时,内装在转动轴处的加热器是以可以沿着转动轴轴向方向移动的方式设置的,从而可以按照使设置在两对纵向密封轧辊中的密封部处的表面温度大体保持相等的方式,在中空轴的内部相对于两对纵向密封轧辊的位置,对加热器的位置实施移动调整,因此可以使分别成对配置的纵向密封轧辊的温度大体保持一定。
而且,根据本发明构造的填充包装机用加热密封装置,还可以在所述加热器端部处设置有间隔部件,并且通过所述间隔部件对所述加热器实施挤压而使所述加热器可以移动的方式实施设置。采用这种构成形式,便可以在通过间隔部件在由中空轴构成的转动轴的内部,相对于两对纵向密封轧辊的位置对加热器的位置实施移动调整时,利用间隔部件对加热器实施保护,从而还可以防止使加热器受到损坏。
而且,根据本发明构造的填充包装机用加热密封装置,还可以使至少一个所述的纵向密封轧辊,以可以相对于所述转动轴沿所述转动轴的轴向方向移动的方式设置。采用这种构成形式,便可以沿着转动轴的轴向方向,简单地调整移动与袋形制品的宽度尺寸和纵向密封位置相吻合的纵向密封轧辊的安装位置,并且还可以对与实施过所述调整移动的纵向密封轧辊的位置相吻合的加热器实施调整移动,从而使其可以按照使分别成对设置的纵向密封轧辊处的表面温度大体相等的方式实施设定,因此可以获得稳定的密封状态。
而且,根据本发明构造的填充包装机用加热密封装置,还可以在所述的纵向密封轧辊处设置有温度检测组件。采用这种构成形式,便可以利用所述的温度检测组件对纵向密封轧辊处的温度实施检测,从而可以使纵向密封轧辊处的表面温度大体保持一定,并且使通过分别成对配置的纵向密封轧辊形成的密封部位处的密封程度相吻合,因此可以使纵向密封轧辊处的密封状态保持稳定。

实施发明用的最佳实施例
下面结合附图,对本发明的最佳实施例进行说明。图1至图4示出了本发明的一个实施例,在填充包装机用机器底盘11的侧向方向处设置有一个保持用框架12,在该保持用框架12上以可拆装更换方式安装着卷绕成卷筒状的薄膜筒卷R,并且可以由被该保持用框架12支撑着的薄膜筒卷R处导向引出薄膜F。
在机器底盘11的上部处还设置有由防止薄膜松弛用机构构成的薄膜导向部13,穿过该薄膜导向部13后的薄膜F被引导移动至薄膜折叠部14处,在薄膜折叠部14处设置有可以相应于薄膜F的宽度尺寸实施移动调整用的调整机构组件15,并且以下垂方式设置有对薄膜F的折叠部分实施导向、支撑用的棒状导向杆16。
填充机构组件17与该导向杆16并列设置,而且在填充机构组件17处还以下垂方式并列设置有两个喷嘴18、18A,从而可以通过各喷嘴18、18A对诸如调味汁、蛋黄酱和酱油等的内装物W1、W2实施填充。
在位于薄膜折叠部14下方处的机器底盘11的前方侧,还从上流侧起依次配置有纵向密封用机械组件19,以及第一、第二横向密封用机械组件20、21和切断用机械组件22。通过该切断用机械组件22的动作便可以将包装后的制品切断成单个的袋形制品P,并将这种袋形制品P通过向外输出用机械组件23而传送出,或是在切断用机械组件22停止动作的状态下,将由横向密封用机械组件20、21密封制作出的袋形制品P,呈一个个连续连接着的袋形制品P而由向外输出用机械组件23处传送出。
根据本发明构造的纵向密封用机械组件19还在机器底盘11的前面处,安装有轴承座24、24A,从而使设置在纵向密封用机械组件19上的一对转动轴25,能够以可自由转动的方式枢轴支撑在这些轴承座24、24A之间,并且以夹持着所述导向杆16和喷嘴18、18A的方式,成对地平行配置该转动轴25。在一个转动轴25和另一个转动轴25处,还固定安装有彼此啮合着的斜齿轮26,而且在其中一个斜齿轮26处还整体设置有从动型伞齿轮27,该从动型伞齿轮27与主动型伞齿轮29相啮合,而该主动型伞齿轮29是由设置在机器底盘11内部处的驱动装置28实施驱动的。
在这一对转动轴25处还分别贯穿配置有一对第一纵向密封轧辊31,这一对第一纵向密封轧辊31在外侧周边部位处具有呈凸状突出的密封部30,以便可以对由薄膜折叠部14实施折叠后的薄膜F上的折叠端部边缘实施重叠热密封。同时,这些纵向密封轧辊31是分别通过固定用螺母32固定安装在转动轴25上的。
对于制作、密封如图9所示的袋形制品P的场合,还可以在第一纵向密封轧辊31处设置有沿着纵向方向,对折叠后薄膜F的中央部实施热密封用的另一热密封机构组件,而且在本实施例中,是还设置有贯穿各转动轴25的安装孔33,进而还按照可以沿着转动轴25的轴向方向移动的方式,安装有第二纵向密封轧辊34,这种第二纵向密封轧辊34的外侧周边部位可用于对所述折叠后薄膜F的中央部实施纵向密封。
这种第二纵向密封轧辊34按照沿着转动轴25的轴向方向,与第一纵向密封轧辊31相距预定间隔的方式设置,并且在外侧周边部位处配置有呈凸状突出的密封部35,以便可以通过相对设置的第二纵向密封轧辊34的转动,而对折叠供给出的薄膜F的中央部实施挤压和热密封。
在第二纵向密封轧辊34的侧部处,还形成有其内侧具有锥形面36的环形沟槽37,而且通过该环形沟槽37还在所述安装孔33侧处形成有呈环状的锥形薄壁部38。与环形沟槽37的形状大体相同的锥形环状体39被嵌入设置在环形沟槽37处。通过在将锥形环状体39嵌入配置在第二纵向密封轧辊34中的环形沟槽37内之后,将安装用螺栓40插入至设置在第二纵向密封轧辊34处的螺栓插入孔41和设置在锥形环状体39处的螺栓安装孔42中,并对安装用螺栓40实施旋转固定的方式,便可以使设置在螺栓安装孔42处的螺纹部42A与安装用螺栓40上的螺纹部40A相互螺纹连接,而且通过这种螺纹连接方式,还可以沿着设置在第二纵向密封轧辊34处的环形沟槽37的深度方向,即沿着转动轴25的轴向方向对锥形环状体39实施嵌入设置,同时使设置在第二纵向密封轧辊34处的锥形薄壁部38以朝向转动轴25的外侧周面直径缩小的方式,实施抵接固定,从而可以使其相对于第一纵向密封轧辊31,按照沿着转动轴25的轴向方向具有预定间隔的方式固定在转动轴25上的预定位置处。
采用这种构成形式,纵向密封用机械组件19便可以按照沿着转动轴25的轴向方向具有预定间隔的方式,成对地设置有在外侧周边部位处分别配置有呈凸状突出的密封部30、35的两对纵向密封轧辊31、34。
而且,所述的一对转动轴25、25由中空轴构成,在这种中空轴的内部处还分别配置有加热器H,从而可以利用这种加热器H对转动轴25实施加热,进而使第一纵向密封轧辊31和第二纵向密封轧辊34可以通过加热后的转动轴25实施加热操作。
内装在转动轴25处的加热器H是以可以沿着转动轴25的轴向方向移动的方式设置的,所以可以按照使分别由第一纵向密封轧辊31和第二纵向密封轧辊34构成的两对纵向密封轧辊31、34中的各自密封部30、35处的表面温度大体相等的方式,在中空轴的内部对加热器H相对于两对纵向密封轧辊31、34的位置实施位置移动调整。
如果具体的说就是,可以在转动轴25处设置有从一侧至另一侧贯通的中空部43,将其外部尺寸比该中空部43的内径尺寸略小的棒状加热器H插入至该中空部43之中,并且通过在加热器H的两个端部处配置有间隔部件44的方式,对这种间隔部件44同时实施插入。随后可以利用图中未示出的挤压棒,通过间隔部件44对加热器H实施挤压操作,将其一直插入至转动轴25的内部深处,同时通过由位于一侧或另一侧的开口部处插入挤压棒的方式,使挤压棒与间隔部件44相抵接,进而将加热器H设定在适当位置处。
在实施这种位置设定的过程中,可以使加热器H处于通电状态,从而可以按照使第一和第二纵向密封轧辊31、34中的密封部30、35处的表面温度大体相等的方式,实施这种设定。通过采用这种设定方式,便可以使由第一和第二纵向密封轧辊31、34形成的密封部位FH1、FH2处的密封程度彼此吻合,从而可以使纵向密封部位FH1、FH2处的密封状态保持稳定。
换句话说就是,通过使第一和第二纵向密封轧辊31、34中的密封部30、35处的温度能够保持平衡的方式,便可以通过温度设定方式由加热器H进行适当的密封,进而可以使密封状态保持稳定。
而且,由于设置有间隔部件44,所以当通过挤压棒对加热器H实施抵接挤压时,并不是直接与加热器H相抵接,而是通过间隔部件44与加热器H相抵接,因此还具有可以防止加热器H被损坏的效果。
在如上所述的实施例中,这种填充包装机可以对由缠绕成卷筒状的薄膜筒卷R供给的薄膜F实施导向引出,并通过薄膜导向部13将连续引导出的薄膜F送入至薄膜折叠部14处,使薄膜F沿着设置在薄膜折叠部14处的导向杆16实施两边对叠,并且在两边对叠状态下将其传送至纵向热密封用机械组件19,使折叠后薄膜F的折叠侧边缘相重叠,并且通过第一纵向密封轧辊31沿纵向方向实施纵向密封,同时由第二纵向密封轧辊34对折叠薄膜F的中央部位沿纵向方向实施纵向密封,所以如图9所示,利用由第一和第二纵向密封轧辊31、34实施纵向密封而形成的纵向密封部位FH1、FH2,薄膜F将构成为呈两列形状的筒状薄膜。随后通过第一横向密封用机械组件20中相对且成对设置的横向密封轧辊20A,对薄膜F沿着横向方向实施横向密封,由该横向密封部位FS形成包装袋的底部,进而可以通过设置在填充机构组件17处的两个喷嘴18、18A,向这种形成为两列的、具有底部的筒状薄膜F内填充入诸如液体等的内装物W1、W2。随后进一步对薄膜F实施传送,并通过第一横向密封用机械组件20中的横向密封轧辊20A对位于薄膜F的袋口处的部位实施横向密封,以封装住内装物W1、W2。由第二横向密封用机械组件21中的横向密封轧辊21A对这种封装后的横向密封部位FS实施再次处理,使薄膜F形成为三侧密封的袋形制品P。随后再通过切断用机械组件22对这种形成为袋形制品P的横向密封部位FS中的中央部实施切断,而制作出单个的袋形制品P,进而通过向外输出用机械组件23对切断后的袋形制品P实施输出。也可以在切断用机械组件22停止动作的状态下,通过向外输出用机械组件23输出呈一个个连接着的连续状袋形制品P。
在如上所述的实施例中,对于在对填充有内装物W1、W2的袋形制品P实施成型制作时,需要使包装出的袋形制品P的宽度尺寸或纵向密封位置有所不同的场合,通常是以由所述薄膜折叠部14折叠后并被导向传送的薄膜F的折叠侧边缘位置为基准,使对该薄膜F的折叠侧边缘实施重合并实施纵向密封用的第一纵向密封轧辊31的安装位置保持不动,即固定保持在转动轴25处,同时依据所述袋形制品P的宽度尺寸和纵向密封位置的不同,沿着转动轴25的轴向方向对第二纵向密封轧辊34的安装位置实施调整移动。
这种场合是一种可以通过调整机构组件15,对与薄膜F的宽度尺寸相对应的、支撑着薄膜F的折叠部分用的导向杆16实施移动调整,同时对沿着纵向方向对折叠后薄膜F的折叠部位和薄膜F的折叠侧边缘的中央部实施热密封用的第二纵向密封轧辊34实施位置调整的场合,所以可以通过释放各安装用螺栓40中的螺纹部40A与设置在锥形环状体39的螺栓安装孔42处的螺纹部42A间的螺纹连接力的方式,使锥形环状体39沿着与设置在第二纵向密封轧辊34处的环形沟槽37的深度方向相反的方向,即打开方向产生作用,进而打开锥形环状体39与设置在第二纵向密封轧辊34处的环形沟槽37间的嵌入状态,由此解除由锥形环状体39施加在位于第二纵向密封轧辊34处的锥形薄壁部38上的结合力,使通过直径缩小方式抵接固定在转动轴25的外侧周面上的锥形薄壁部38,可以沿着转动轴25的轴向方向移动,进而可以对与折叠后薄膜F上的中央部处的纵向密封位置相吻合的第二纵向密封轧辊34实施位置移动调整。通过在调整之后对安装用螺栓40实施螺纹连接,使锥形环状体39嵌入至位于第二纵向密封轧辊34上的环形沟槽37处的方式,还可以通过锥形环状体39而使设置在第二纵向密封轧辊34处的锥形薄壁部38,以径向缩小方式抵接固定在转动轴25的外侧周面处。
对于采用这种方式,对与袋形制品P的宽度尺寸和纵向密封位置相吻合的第二纵向密封轧辊34的安装位置,沿着转动轴25的轴向方向实施移动调整的场合,还可以使挤压棒插入至转动轴25上的中空部43处,通过由一侧或另一侧处相抵接的方式对加热器H实施位置调整移动,并且可以按照使设置在第一和第二纵向密封轧辊31、34处的密封部30、35的表面温度大体相等的方式,使加热器H相对于移动后的第二纵向密封轧辊34实施位置定位设定。
如果举例来说,纵向密封轧辊31、34中密封部30、35处的表面温度,可以通过图中未示出的、配置在各纵向密封轧辊31、34处的、诸如热电偶等的温度检测组件实施测定。
而且在上述实施例中,是以对一个薄膜F呈对折状态实施导向引出,通过两个纵向密封轧辊31、34对该呈对折状态的、折叠后的折叠侧边缘和折叠后薄膜F的中央部沿纵向方向实施热密封,以制作出呈两列形式的筒状包装袋的场合为例进行说明的,然而对于采用如图7所示的薄膜F,制作出呈四边密封型袋形制品P的场合,和对于如图8所示的、对由两个薄膜构成的薄膜F1、F2实施重合并导向引出,通过两个纵向密封轧辊31、34对两个薄膜F1、F2的两侧边缘,沿纵向方向实施热密封而制作出呈四边密封型的袋形制品P的场合,也可以采用与纵向密封轧辊31、34的位置调整机构组件相吻合的、可以对加热器H的设定位置实施调整的位置调整机构组件,所以也可以获得与所述实施例相类似的作用和效果。
而且,本发明并不仅限于所述的这些实施例,还可以在不脱离本发明主题的范围内实施种种变形,如果举例来说,还可以不使用在转动轴处安装有图中未示出的挤压棒的这种构成形式,而是在端部处设置螺纹部,进而通过转动该螺纹部而由外部对加热器的设置位置实施微调。
而且,第一和第二纵向密封轧辊也可以不象所述实施例中描述的那样,呈分别设置的构成形式,而是使第一和第二纵向密封轧辊整体设置而构成为一个纵向密封轧辊。
正如上面所详细描述的那样,本发明的结构构成简单,而且还可以通过使沿着转动轴轴向方向按预定间隔设置的各纵向密封轧辊中的密封部处的表面温度大体相等的方式,使由各个纵向密封轧辊中的密封部形成的各纵向密封部位处的密封状态相吻合,从而提供出一种可以使纵向密封部位处的密封状态保持稳定的填充包装机用加热密封装置。
而且,对于需要沿着转动轴的轴心方向,对与袋形制品P的宽度尺寸和纵向密封位置相吻合的纵向密封轧辊的安装位置实施移动调整的场合,还可以对加热器实施移动调整,从而还可以按照使设置在第一和第二纵向密封轧辊处的密封部的表面温度大体相等的方式,使加热器相对于移动后的纵向密封轧辊实施位置设定,所以还可以获得更好的技术效果。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明涉及的是对缠绕成卷筒状的薄膜实施包装袋制作,进而在这种包装袋内部填充入诸如液态状物体、粉末状物体或粘稠状物体等的内装物用的填充包装机用加热密封装置,而且在这种加热密封装置中还配置有当通过与包装出的包装袋的大小和宽度尺寸相吻合的方式,由加热密封装置中的纵向密封用机械组件将薄膜形成为筒状包装体时,可以对成对设置在纵向密封用机械组件处的纵向密封轧辊实施位置移动调整用的机构组件;特别是对于需要对若干个成对设置的纵向密封轧辊改变其间隔的场合,这种加热密封装置还可以用于消除由加热器产生的所述纵向密封轧辊处的加热温度偏差。

Claims (4)

1.一种填充包装机用加热密封装置,它利用纵向密封用机械组件对连续传送着的薄膜实施纵向密封而使其形成为筒状薄膜,并利用横向密封用机械组件实施横向密封而形成为包装袋的底部,向该形成有底部的筒状薄膜之内填充入内装物,而且在对所述薄膜实施进一步传送时,利用横向密封用机械组件对位于所述薄膜上的袋口侧部位实施横向密封,以连续包装制作出袋形制品,所述纵向密封用机械组件具有两对纵向密封轧辊,所述的纵向密封轧辊具有以可转动方式内装有加热器的一对转动轴,以及沿着该转动轴的轴向方向按具有预定间隔的方式成对设置的、其外侧周边部位呈凸状突出的密封部;所述转动轴由中空轴构成,所述中空轴内设置所述加热器,其特征在于,所述加热器以沿着所述转动轴的轴向方向可移动的方式设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的填充包装机用加热密封装置,其特征在于在所述加热器端部处还设置有间隔部件,并且通过所述间隔部件对所述加热器实施挤压而使所述加热器以可以移动的方式实施设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的填充包装机用加热密封装置,其特征在于至少一个所述的纵向密封轧辊,以可以相对于所述转动轴沿所述转动轴的轴向方向移动的方式设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的填充包装机用加热密封装置,其特征在于在所述的纵向密封轧辊处还设置有温度检测组件。
