Abstract
本发明公开了一种可对几种液体或液体与物体进行加热调合的物品方便调合袋,它主要包括一个外包装袋和设在该外包装袋内的至少一个以上物品包装袋,在物品包装中至少有一个液体物品包装袋,通过加热使液体包装袋中的液体外流,并与其它物品包装袋中的物品相互接触或混合,来实现调合利用。加热方法可采用微波炉等外用加热装置,也可采用置于液体包装袋中的加热器内置加热,利用两种物质发生的化学反应发生的热量加热。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种调味品及饮用品加热调合装置,特别是一种可对几种液体或液体同物体进行加热调合的物品方便调合袋。
背景技术
过去在对几种液体物品或液体与物体进行加热调合时,往往需将存放在各自容器中的液体物品或物体一一取出,然后放入一个加热器具中进行加热调合,加工工序多,费时费力,如果事先将几种不同品种的液体或是液体和物体混合后存放备用,时间一长可使该混合物质量下降,对食品来说在影响味觉的同时还会缩短保质期。对经冷冻的食品来说需要解冻的同时,也会影响食品味道。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种加热即可饮用的物品方便调合袋,可有效保证饮用(调味)品的质量及味道的纯正,而且加工方便。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的:它包括一个抗热外包装袋,在该外包装袋内至少设有一个以上物品包装袋,在物品包装袋中至少有一个液体物品包装袋。利用微波炉等对外包装袋进行加热时,液体物品包装袋内的液体由于其内部的压力而流出来,并由其浸泡和加热其它物品包装袋中的物体食品,即在一个袋内即可对几种液体物品和液体与物体的调合加工。外包装袋内的物品包装袋中可以有多个是液体包装袋或者全部为液体包装袋(此时为几种液体的调合)。
外包装袋的上部所设有的蒸汽压力释放口和下部所设的热水释放口以及液体物品包装袋上设有的液体流出口均是各自被加热后形成的孔,其在加热之前均被用密封盖密封。各孔的密封盖剥落的时间不同,所以,蒸汽的释放时间可根据不同的加热条件、盖的强度及材质的不同进行任意设定。
作为加热外包装袋的方法,除了上述利用微波炉加热外,还可采用内置加热方法,即在上述的液体物品包装袋内设置一个由化学反应发热的加热器。至少使用两种物质,利用外部压力使其混合发生化学反应产生的热量。
根据本发明的物品方便调合袋,包括:一个外包装袋;一个在所述外包装袋内的第一内包装袋,所述第一内包装袋中装有液体,所述液体被加热后使所述第一内包装袋中的压力升高,所述第一内包装袋具有耐水性,并且设有蒸汽释放口,所述蒸汽释放口被密封并且在所述第一内包装袋中的压力升高到一预定值时打开,以便使所述液体从所述第一内包装袋中排出;一个在所述外包装袋内的第二内包装袋,所述第二内包装袋中装有要与所述液体混合的物品,所述第二内包装袋至少部分具有渗透性,以便使所述被加热的液体在从所述第一内包装袋中排出后,进入所述第二内包装袋,加热所述第二内包装袋中的物品并与其混合;所述外包装袋具有蒸汽释放口,所述外包装袋的蒸汽释放口在所述外包装袋的顶部形成并且被密封,当所述外包装袋中的压力升高到一预定值时,所述外包装袋的蒸汽释放口打开,在所述外包装袋的底部还设有一个液体释放口。
本发明的优点是利用微波炉等类似加热器即可完成对饮食品或调味品的调合,对于多种液体和物体的调合可以保证质量稳定,味道纯正,另外,内置加热器,不需要微波炉等加热装置,可使加工程序更加简便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,此物品方便调合袋包括外包装袋1,液体物品包装袋3,饮食品等包装袋7和加热器6。每个袋都由两层合成树脂制成,具有高度的耐热性,并且其外部还安有保热封口。在外包装袋1的顶部,安有一个蒸汽压力释放口4,在外包装袋的底部还安有一个热水释放口5,它们都安有密封盖。由于外包装袋1内部的压力加强,这些加固封盖被传送到顶口外部和底部的内侧,所以这些出口不会发生泄漏了。蒸汽压力释放调节盖被传送到上部。蒸汽压力释放调节盖由泡沫聚脂纤维、聚氨脂泡沫或类似的材料制成,这些材料的耐水性、透气性和弹性都很强,厚度为2mm-5mm。
液体物品包装袋3也由两层类似的合成树脂材料制成,类似于外包装袋1,其外部也带有一个保热封口,其形状也为袋状,在其里面盛装液体。在液体物品包装袋3里的液体由于受热而从袋里流出,但流出的液体温度可根据出口位置进行调节。在图示中,液体流出口2被安在顶部,这样液体变成气体从出口放出,此口也可安放在底部。当出口安在底部时,液体物品包装袋3中的蒸汽压应被封住,这样当它打开的时候,才能有更高的蒸汽压,这一蒸汽压比出口在顶部的蒸汽压高。图2描述的是液体从液体物品包装袋3中流出的情形,图3描述的是蒸汽释放口4上安有自由伸展显示器,这样就能看见外包装袋1中蒸汽膨胀的情况了。两个图示都是描述的加热器6被安放在液体物品包装袋3中的情形,但是当有微波炉进行加热时,加热器6就不必要安装在液体物品包装袋3中了,在图3中,装有一个加热时间显示器8,其用来显示蒸汽释放时间。这样就能防止危险情况的发生。
在饮用品包装袋7里,大家喜爱的饮料,如红茶、日本茶、乌龙茶等类似的饮品都可进行冲调。此袋由两层合成树脂材料的非织品制成。此材料抗热性和抗冷性都很强。其材质厚度为5mm-10mm。包装袋7也起到过滤袋的作用。当调冲带有沉淀物的咖啡豆时,此袋被用作饮用品包装袋7,在包装袋7中沉淀的咖啡豆被上面和下面的过滤纸所过滤。在饮用品包装袋7的底部,装有0.5mm厚的合成树脂网线,以便热红茶或咖啡迅速、顺利地通过,此网线也在饮用品调节袋中起到使压力调节作用顺利进行的作用。饮用品包装袋7被传送到外包装袋1的内部底端,此外包装袋带有保热封口。
关于安装在液体里的加热器6,它有双重构造来进行化学反应,在其里面,一部分使用油性物,另一部分使用类似于钙和碳化合物,当它们发生反应时可产生高的温度。
Claims (13)
1.一种物品方便调合袋,其特征在于包括:
一个外包装袋;
一个在所述外包装袋内的第一内包装袋,所述第一内包装袋中装有液体,所述液体被加热后使所述第一内包装袋中的压力升高,所述第一内包装袋具有耐水性,并且设有蒸汽释放口,所述蒸汽释放口被密封并且在所述第一内包装袋中的压力升高到一预定值时打开,以便使所述液体从所述第一内包装袋中排出;
一个在所述外包装袋内的第二内包装袋,所述第二内包装袋中装有要与所述液体混合的物品,所述第二内包装袋至少部分具有渗透性,以便使所述被加热的液体在从所述第一内包装袋中排出后,进入所述第二内包装袋,加热所述第二内包装袋中的物品并与其混合;
所述外包装袋具有蒸汽释放口,所述外包装袋的蒸汽释放口在所述外包装袋的顶部形成并且被密封,当所述外包装袋中的压力升高到一预定值时,所述外包装袋的蒸汽释放口打开,在所述外包装袋的底部还设有一个液体释放口。
2.如权利要求1所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,所述第一内包装袋中具有一加热器用于加热所述液体,所述液体被加热后以蒸汽的形式从所述第一包装袋中排出。
3.如权利要求1所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,所述物品方便调合袋和其中的液体可以用微波炉加热。
4.如权利要求1所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,所述物品包括至少一种固体或液体食品。
5.如权利要求1所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,所述液体可以食用。
6.如权利要求1所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,所述第二内包装袋位于所述外包装袋的底部。
7.如权利要求1所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,外包装袋上的蒸汽释放口在未被加热时被密封盖封住,此密封盖具有蒸汽释放时间调节功能。
8.如权利要求7所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,还包括一个加热时间显示器,用来显示蒸汽释放时间。
9.如权利要求1所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,还包括一个压力指示器,用于显示外包装袋内的压力。
10.如权利要求2所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,所述加热器包含至少两种可以彼此发生化学反应并产生热量的物质,所述的物质分别存在并与所述液体分隔开。
11.如权利要求1所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,在所述第一内包装袋周围还有多个第二内包装袋。
12.如权利要求11所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于,至少部分的所述第二内包装袋和其中所装的物品位于所述第一内包装袋的蒸汽释放口的下面。
13.如权利要求12所述的物品方便调合袋,其特征在于:
所述部分的第二内包装袋位于所述外包装袋的底部;
所述加热器产生足够的热量,使所述第一内包装袋中的液体作为蒸汽从所述第一内包装袋中排出,所述蒸汽的量足以冲调所述部分的第二内包装袋中的物品。
