Abstract
一种机床,它包含两个安装在支承架上的主轴箱,且主轴箱可相互独立地沿其高度和长轴线方向移动。当一个主轴箱正对工件台上的工件加工时,而另一主轴箱可移至刀具仓,从该刀具仓上获取刀具。当一个主轴箱仍在对工件加工时,带有下一把刀具的另一主轴箱已被加速至需要的工作转速,并向工件前进。这样,更换刀具所需的时间极短。
Description
本发明涉及一种对工件进行钻孔或磨削加工的机床,它包括至少两个主轴箱。
众所周知,机床中的主轴箱直接在一个固定的或可运动的刀具仓上取下或放回刀具。在这类机床中,主轴箱必须在一道加工工序结束后,移动到刀具仓。在刀具仓处,更换刀具,并且主轴箱随后被引导返回至工件处。刀具的更换需要相当长的时间,这不仅是由主轴箱的移动带来的,而且由于转动主轴的减速和加速造成的时间损耗。在更换刀具过程中,机床不能用于加工处理。
在包含许多以某一转动形式的工作主轴的机床中,一个工作主轴离开工件;然后另一工作主轴伴随着耦合和加速过程前进至工件,需要消耗相当长的时间。尽管,在一个工作主轴加工工件期间,可给另一工作主轴装上新的刀具,然而这就在工作主轴上需要高的耗费。并且,这种方式必须使用可以前进至位于其操作位置处的回转系统的刀具仓。
从日本专利JP59-69242A(日本专利摘要M-317,1984年8月15日第8卷,第177期)可以了解,由本权利要求1的前序部分构成的机床。这种机床有一个支承架,其上有两个主轴箱可沿垂直方向彼此独立移动。每一个主轴箱都有一个安装在其上的复杂的刀具仓,它们和主轴箱一起运动。通过一个旋转臂来完成将刀具从刀具仓传递到所属的主轴箱上。机床的整个支承架可沿进给方向(朝向工作的方向)移动。这种机床具有这样的优点:一个主轴箱在加工工作,而另一个主轴箱可进行刀具更换。这样,由于不需要专门时间更换刀具,可节约大量时间。
专利DD263 725A1给出的一种机床,包含有单独一个在支承架上可沿垂直方向移动的主轴箱。另外,该主轴箱可沿其长轴线方向水平移动,可以用一个刀具仓更换刀具。刀具仓安置在机床支承架前面,并在一个水平可移动的滑块上装有各种刀具;这样,每把刀具可移至主轴箱的刀具更换位置。刀具仓的导轨长度至少必须是带有刀具的刀具仓滑块的两倍长。
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简明,并且可迅速更换刀具的机床。
按照本发明,上述目的通过权利要求1中所表明的特征来实现。
在本发明的机床中,两个主轴箱可以在支承架上沿垂直导轨彼此独立地运动。并且,每个主轴箱可沿其长轴线方向水平运动。当一个主轴箱用一把刀具对工件进行时,另一主轴箱可自由地移至刀具仓,放下旧刀具,并装上新刀具。当正实施加工的主轴箱完成其操作时,将后退,而带有新刀具的主轴箱将对工件加工。按照这种方式,完成一个加工步骤后的更换刀具时间可限制到和同一加工过程中由一个操作位置换至下一个操作位置正常所需要的时间一样长。这样,更换刀具几乎不需要附加的时间或根本不需要时间。刀具更换可在大约一秒的时间内完成。工件的加工由两个主轴箱的交替操作来进行,其中,一个主轴箱加工着工件,而另一主轴箱或进行刀具更换或在备用位置等待操作。
为两个主轴箱共用的刀具仓有两个换刀位置,亦即一个位置对应一个主轴箱。通过自动控制刀具仓,可将单个刀具移至对应的各自主轴箱的刀具更换位置。将主轴箱引到刀具仓后面,通过一个简单的趋前动作,取走置于刀具更换位置的刀具。因而,在刀具仓和主轴箱之间不需要传递装置。刀具仓具有短的结构长度,但刀具存贮量高,两个主轴箱由换刀位置处于在同一个高度的循环刀具仓的水平底股供应刀具。
双主轴箱的结构提供了在加工工序(必要的操作时间)和刀具更换(辅助加工时间)间的非关联效应。通过交替使用各个装配好刀具并加速至操作转速的主轴箱,实际上,消除了非生产性辅助过程时间消耗。由于上述非关联效应,刀具更换所涉及的运动过程可在很大程度上避免加速的突变和振动冲击,尤其是在主轴箱上的工作主轴的加速和减速中,在刀具仓和刀具的夹紧过程中,以及主轴箱换刀的轴向运动中。这样,可提高机械和电气元件的寿命。
两主轴箱可设计成不同的功能规格,相应于当前的任务,由适合于上述加工过程的那个主轴箱来执行。这样,例如,一个主轴箱可设计成用大量磨削刀具的机加工,另一主轴箱设计成使用高速钻孔刀具。
本机床的另一优点在于即使一个主轴箱不能工作了,仍具有可操作性。当然,这种情况下更换刀具需要更多的时间。并且,可在一定条件下,同时平行加工两个工件。
最好,机床支承架是由两个立柱和一个横梁构成的桥式支架。在此构造中,主轴箱的导轨位于立柱相对的内侧面。或者可利用单个立柱构成的支架,其中主轴箱的滑道位于立柱相背的两外侧面。刀具仓设置在支承架前侧的伸出的位置上。
最好,刀具仓置于支承架的最上端。当然也可相反,置于支承架最下端,例如在机床的基座上。若刀具仓安装在支承架上端,其高度会使操作人员难于向刀具仓中装刀具。按照本发明的优选实施例,刀具仓可以绕着靠近其一端的枢轴转动,这样可使其另一端降低至装刀位置。
最好,机床包括一个工作台,其可沿与主轴箱的长轴线方向垂直的方向水平移动。这种类型的机床构成一个独立加工系统。通过将工件台集成化为一个自动送料线,本机床也可作为互联系统中的一个灵活的工作站。
最好,完全由数字模式控制机床,亦即,主轴箱的运动过程、刀具仓和工件台均按预先确定的程序步骤控制,并且互相协调,这样,全部运动均自动完成。
下面参照附图详细描述本发明的一个优选实施例,附图中:

如图1所示,机床包含从基座11上凸出来的支承架10。支承架10是由两个相互隔开的立柱,以及连接两立柱上端的横梁13组成的桥式支承架。
在两立柱12相对的两内侧分别布置有供对应的各滑座15沿垂直方向运动的垂直导轨14。每个滑座15包含一个水平导轨,以供相应的主轴箱16或另一主轴箱17沿其作水平运动。在主轴箱16或17内部,安装有一驱动工作主轴18的驱动系统,工作主轴18从主轴箱前端伸出来,并包括一个刀具安装部分。
在支承架10前面,一个工件台20在基座11上设置成可沿着与主轴箱16和17长度方向垂直的一个水平导向装置21移动。该工件台的移动方向是沿X轴方向,垂直方向是Y轴方向,而主轴箱16、17的长轴方向是沿Z轴方向。
在图示的实施例中,只有工件台20可沿X轴方向运动。沿Y轴方向和Z轴方向的运动由各个主轴箱完成。
工件台20可带有一个旋转工作台、一个转向装置、一个棘爪夹紧装置、一个棘爪更换装置以及类似的装置。工作台20必须能够安装工件并将工件以规定的精确方式定位。
主轴箱16、17垂直运动的驱动系统22、23安装在横梁13上。各主轴箱可彼此独立地沿Y轴方向和Z轴方向运动。例如,当主轴箱17正加工工件时,主轴箱16可移至“接收”位置,更换刀具。
刀具仓24安置在支承架10上的前置的位置(亦即在支承架前面),且在支承架10上的固定高度处。该刀具仓包含一循环输送装置,亦即链式装置,其安装成在垂直平面内循环运动,并在其上有向外凸出的刀具夹持件25。刀具仓24具有细长的形状,从其水平下股链上凸出的那些刀具夹持件上的刀具25可被主轴箱咬住。刀具夹持件25具有夹持相应一把刀具的夹臂。
如图2所示,主轴箱16可向上移至位于刀具仓24后面的“接收”位置UP。接收位置是主轴箱16在Y轴方向上的最上端位置,同时是其Z轴方向上的最后端位置。在接收位置,刀具26此时在刀具仓24的水平下股链上的更换位置WP处,主轴18在刀具26之后,且二者在同一轴线上。当主轴箱16沿Z轴方向从接收位置WP稍稍向前运动时,主轴箱16通过工作主轴18的安装部分将刀具26的后部夹住。同时,刀具26在转动主轴18中固定住。随后,主轴箱16可向下移动,而且这样做,使刀具26从刀具仓24卸下来。在刀具仓的下股链的高度处,有两个刀具更换位置。可以看出分别对应每个主轴箱。
为了便于操作人员向安置在主轴箱10上端的刀具仓24上人工安装刀具,刀具仓可绕水平枢轴30转动,枢轴30在图1中没有明确显示出来,只是示意地标明了。枢轴30安装在细长形刀具仓的一端附近。当绕枢轴30转动刀具仓时,其转动后位置如图3所示,其端部24a处已转动到下方。这样,靠近转动到下方的端24a处的刀具26,就可很容易够到了。为可绕枢轴转动刀具仓,在横梁13上安装了一个液压缸31。链状的刀具仓由数控驱动系统来驱动,以便单个刀具夹持件25能分别移至各自需要的位置。
刀具仓24上覆盖着外壳32,此外壳连在支承架10的上端,并仅在朝下方向有开口。
Claims (4)
1.一种机床,它包含一个支承架(10),其上安装有两个主轴箱(16,17),它们可沿垂直导轨(14)相互独立地移动,其特征在于,各个主轴箱(16,17)还可以在支承架(10)上沿其长轴线方向水平运动;支承架上安装有为两主轴箱共用的一刀具仓(24),该刀具仓为循环式刀具仓,它包含无穷循环输送装置;各个主轴箱(16,17)均可移至接收位置(UP),从刀具仓(24)中获取刀具(26)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,所述刀具仓(24)安装在支承架(10)上端的一个固定高度处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机床,其特征在于,所述刀具仓(24)具有细长的形状,并且可绕位于其一端的枢轴转动,以降低其另一端的位置至装刀位置。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项权利要求所述的机床,其特征在于,在支承架(10)前方安装一工件台(20),其可沿与主轴箱(16,17)的长轴方向垂直的水平方向运动。
