Abstract

一种轧机设备的运行方法。该轧机设备包括一架或多架粗轧机,一紧凑式精轧机组通过一条连接辊道和一台横向推钢机紧接在此粗轧机后,该紧凑式精轧机组相对该粗轧机横向设置,而且它包括第一架万能轧机和第二架万能轧机以及设置在这两架万能轧机之间的轧边机。从连铸机中出来的粗制钢坯被直接供给该轧机设备或经过中间储存后被供给该轧机设备。根据由轧制计划预定的奇数次轧制或偶数次轧制有选择地从一输入侧或另一输入侧将由粗轧机轧入的粗轧坯供给紧凑式精轧机组。

Description

轧机设备的运行方法
本发明涉及一种轧机设备的运行方法,该轧机设备包括一架或多架粗轧机,一相对粗轧机横向设置的紧凑式精轧机组通过一条连接辊道和一台横向推钢机紧接在此粗轧机后,该紧凑式精轧机组包括第一架万能轧机和第二架万能轧机或两辊轧机以及设置在这两架万能轧机之间的轧边机,其中从连铸机中出来的粗制钢坯被直接供给该轧机设备或经过中间储存后被供给该轧机设备。
原则上如此运行该轧机设备,由粗轧机轧入的粗轧坯在紧凑式精轧机组中在奇数次轧制过程中被轧制。但早有人提议:如此实现在紧凑式精轧机组中的偶数次轧制过程,即在相对连铸机的粗轧机相应布置结构中,沿与轧制方向相反的方向将粗制钢坯送入粗轧机中,随后利用轧坯尾端将粗轧坯引入紧凑式精轧机组中。
在上述两架万能轧机式布置结构中的紧凑式精轧机组中,例如必须再各进行两次轧制过程以完成四次主要轧制。然而只进行一道轧制或两道轧制就已使紧凑式精轧机组占地过长。在这种现代轧机设备中,使紧凑式精轧机组的布置形式与提供粗轧件的粗制钢坯的连铸机的生产能力相匹配,这对设备的总生产能力来说是一个基本因素。这种匹配是这样实现的,即轧机设备的生产能力总是稍微大于连铸机的生产能力。在整套设备中,这种匹配可以避免在连铸机和轧机设备之间的中间冷储存铸坯。
已经认识到,设置在紧凑式精轧机组前的、大多数情况下是加工粗轧坯用的立式轧边机或水平轧机的粗轧机需要的轧制时间大大短于后续的紧凑式精轧机组需要的轧制时间,因此,首先必须提高紧凑式精轧机组的生产能力,以便满足上述生产能力的要求。
本发明的任务在于提高紧凑式精轧机组的生产能力,以便能根据紧凑式精轧机组实际需要的轧制次数确定最佳的粗轧坯轧制过程次数和轧制顺序。
该任务是这样解决的,即根据由各自的轧制计划预定的道次数有选择地从一输入侧或另一输入侧将由粗轧机轧入的粗轧坯供给紧凑式精轧机组。
在公知方法中,轧制道次数是根据在紧凑式精轧机组同一侧的开轧道次而选定的,例如如果还要轧一道的话,则不可避免的要有附加的四道轧制或四道空轧,在本发明的方法中,与实际轧制要求相应地选择最佳的轧制道次数,于是实现了紧凑式精轧机组的生产能力的显著提高。
如本发明进一步所示,该轧机设备是这样设计的,即在两架万能轧机或两辊轧机后装有第二台横向推钢机,第二台推钢机通过从粗轧机伸向第一台横向推钢机的连接辊道的延伸段与第一台横向推钢机相连。
结合附图中示出的实施例来详细描述本发明。在附图中:
图1以主视图示意地示出了轧机设备和轧制道次序列表;
图2示出了轧机设备的另一种布置形式;
图3示出了轧机设备的又一种布置形式。
如从图1中看到的那样,在一种公知的轧机设备中,从未示出的连铸机中出来的、同样未示出的粗制钢坯沿箭头E方向在粗轧机SVG(在该位置也可有许多粗轧机)中经过粗轧道次V1的粗轧,接着经过随后的逆轧道次R1和另一粗轧道次V2的加工,然后再沿箭头E方向被送到横向推钢机QT处,由其横移,再沿箭头E方向被移到由万能轧机UG1、轧边机STZG和万能轧机UG2构成的紧凑式精轧机组,可以在该精轧机组中进行道次1、随后的逆轧道次和终轧道次3的轧制,即在总共轧三道后,轧制过程可以沿由断续线表示的箭头A3方向轧出轧件。如果继续轧制粗轧坯,则轧制过程可以在另一逆轧道次和终轧道次5后沿箭头A5方向轧出轧件或在另一逆轧道次和道次7后沿箭头A7方向轧出轧件。
在另一种同样公知的如图2所示的轧机设备中,以与图1所示的生产方式相同的方式对沿箭头E方向进入粗轧机组SVG的粗制钢坯按顺序加工。随后,预加工后的轧坯以与图1所示生产方式不同的方式通过与紧凑式精轧机组UG1、STZG、UG2平行相隔的辊道R传输给横向推钢机QT,在横向推钢机上经横移沿与箭头E相反的方向即沿RE方向送入紧凑式精轧机组中。接着,轧坯或是经过一道轧制和随后的一道逆轧即总共两道精轧,或是再经过一道轧制和随后的一道逆轧即总共四道精轧,或者再经过一道轧制和一道逆轧即总共六道精轧。在如图1所示的布置中,奇数次轧制序列3、5、7可用于终轧,在图2所示的实施例中,偶数次轧制序列2、4、6可用于终轧。
在按照本发明如图3所示的轧机设备布局中,粗轧机组SVG与紧凑式精轧机组UG1、STZG、UG2横向错开,中间布置一横向推钢机QT1,紧接在该横向推钢机QT1后平行于紧凑式精轧机组UG1、STZG、UG2设有水平辊道并紧接在该辊道后设有第二台横向推钢机QT2。利用这种布置形式能有选择地进行如图1所示的奇数次轧制序列或如图2所示的偶数次轧制序列。通过横向推钢机QT1或横向推钢机QT2将经过粗轧的轧坯供给紧凑式粗轧机组UG1、STZG、UG2,这正如由属于此横向推钢机QT1和QT2的两种轧制道次序列表中得知的那样。

Claims (2)

1.一种轧机设备的运行方法,该轧机设备包括一架或多架粗轧机,一相对粗轧机横向错开的紧凑式精轧机组通过一条连接辊道和一台横向推钢机紧接在此粗轧机后,该紧凑式精轧机组包括第一架万能轧机和第二架万能轧机或两辊轧机以及设置在这两架万能轧机之间的轧边机,其中从连铸机中出来的粗制钢坯被直接供给该轧机设备或经过中间储存后被供给该轧机设备,其特征在于,根据由轧制计划预定的奇数次轧制或偶数次轧制有选择地从一输入侧或另一输入侧将由粗轧机(SVG)轧入的粗轧坯供给紧凑式精轧机组(UG1,STZG,UG2)。
2.一种实施如权利要求1所述的方法的轧机设备,其特征在于,该轧机设备还具有第二台设置在紧凑式精轧机组(UG1,STZG,UG2)后、同样相对该紧凑式精轧机组横向错开的横向推钢机(QT2),该第二台横向推钢机(QT2)通过从粗轧机(SVG)伸向第一台横向推钢机(QT1)的连接辊道的延伸段在入口侧与第一台横向推钢机(QT1)相连。
