In the development of cosmetics, although the addition amount is small, the skin feel and stability of the aqueous agent product are affected to a certain extent, and the inventor unexpectedly discovers that based on the essential oil raw materials and the composite plant extract introduced into the system, 0.5-3wt% of PPG-13-decyl tetradecyl polyether-24 can be effectively solubilized by controlling the preparation process conditions, so that the problem that the aqueous agent product is turbid at low temperature is effectively solved, and foaming, irritation and sticky feel caused by mismatching of the solubilizing agent or excessively high addition amount of the aqueous agent product in use are avoided. The inventors analyzed the cause may be: the aqueous system containing the anti-aging repairing composition has the advantages that due to the fact that essential oil is introduced into the aqueous system, compatibility among raw materials in the aqueous system is poor, the aqueous product is turbid at low temperature, the problems cannot be effectively solved under the condition of low addition amount of the conventional solubilizing agent PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, the sticky feel of the prepared product is increased, the skin feel is poor, even the penetration and absorption of skin to functional components are affected, the anti-aging repairing effect of the aqueous product is affected, the PPG-13-decyl tetradecyl polyether-24 has a longer carbon chain structure, the essential oil can be effectively solubilized, and meanwhile, the sticky feel of the product caused by a Carbomer 980 high-molecular thickening rheological agent is effectively reduced.

The inventors analyzed the cause may be: the system is simultaneously introduced with the polydimethylsiloxane and the caprylic-capric triglyceride, the repulsive force between the two types of grease is larger, the system compatibility is reduced, the emulsification process of the product is influenced, the stability of the product is influenced, the prepared product has a sticky feel which can be directly felt when in use, and by simultaneously introducing the combination of the polydimethylsiloxane, the butter tree fruit fat, the squalane and the caprylic-capric triglyceride, the good compatibility between the polydimethylsiloxane and the caprylic-capric triglyceride can be realized through the bridging effect between the polydimethylsiloxane and the caprylic-capric triglyceride, the system stability is improved, and further, the full play of the functional components in the product is ensured. Based on this, the inventors found that, under specific emulsification process conditions, a combination of polyglycerol-10 myristate and sodium stearoyl glutamate is used as an emulsifier, and in particular, the mass ratio of polyglycerol-10 myristate to sodium stearoyl glutamate is controlled to be (0.8-1.5): and 0.1, under the action of a thickener, obtaining a high-stability emulsifier product with proper viscosity and uniform emulsification. The inventors analyzed the cause may be: the small amount of sodium stearyl glutamate is introduced by compounding, ionization occurs in the system, active groups reduce surface tension to form an emulsion, sodium ions are adsorbed on the surface of liquid drops, and the stability of the emulsion system is enhanced by an electrostatic effect.
Preferably, the preparation process of the emulsifier product comprises the following steps:
s1, sequentially adding deionized water, EDTA disodium, an alcohol humectant and carbomer components in a formula amount into a sterilized and cleaned water pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, and carrying out heat preservation and stirring for 30-40min to obtain a water pot raw material;

The preparation method of the emulsifier-free milky white product comprises the following steps: adding deionized water, EDTA disodium, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol and a composite thickener according to the formula amount into a sterilized and cleaned water pot in sequence, heating to 80-85 ℃, and preserving heat and stirring for 30-40min; adding the compound grease with the formula amount into the sterilized and cleaned oil pan in sequence, heating to 70-80 ℃, preserving heat and stirring for 10-20min; pumping the raw materials of the water pot and the oil pot into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 10min, and emulsifying uniformly; cooling the emulsifying pot to 50-55deg.C, adding compound antiseptic and aminomethylpropanol, adjusting pH to 5.0-7.0, stirring, mixing, and cooling; the temperature of the stirring pot is reduced to 40-45 ℃, and the composite plant extract, the composite peptide and the essence are added into the emulsifying pot, and stirring and cooling are maintained; and (5) reducing the temperature of the stirring pot to 30-35 ℃, stopping reducing the temperature, and filtering and discharging by using a 200-mesh screen after the temperature is checked to be qualified to obtain the emulsified cosmetic.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. the invention provides a rapid anti-aging repair composition, which has excellent anti-aging repair effect and wide formula matching compatibility, can be added to the preparation of skin care products with different dosage forms, ensures the stability and skin feel of the products by optimizing a product formula system, ensures the long-term anti-aging repair effect of the products while realizing the anti-aging repair effect in a short period, and meets the use requirements of consumers.
2. The addition amount of the composite plant extract and the composite peptide in the rapid anti-aging repair composition provided by the invention can be freely adjusted according to the requirements of target clients and target consumers, and the problem of influence on the stability of a subsequent product system caused by the change of the ratio of the composite plant extract to the composite peptide is avoided, so that the composition can be widely added into skin care products in various dosage forms to realize stable and effective efficacy effect, and has high relative performance price, thus having high market value.
3. According to the aqueous solution product provided by the invention, based on essential oil raw materials and composite plant extracts introduced into the system, 0.5-3wt% of PPG-13-decyl tetradecyl polyether-24 is introduced by controlling the preparation process conditions, so that the aqueous solution product can be effectively solubilized, the problem that the aqueous solution product is turbid at low temperature is effectively solved, and foaming, irritation and sticky feel caused by mismatching of the solubilizing agent or excessively high addition amount of the aqueous solution product in use are avoided.
4. Based on the emulsifier product system provided by the invention, the composition of the polydimethylsiloxane, the shea butter, the squalane and the caprylic-capric triglyceride is simultaneously introduced as an emollient, and the mass ratio is especially controlled to be 0.5: (0.8-1.2): 0.5: (2-4) to make the provided emulsifier product have better skin feel, no stickiness and stable system.
5. The emulsifier-free milky white product prepared by adding the composition is prepared by introducing the mass ratio of (0.1-0.5) into a system: 1 and hydroxyethyl acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer together as a thickening agent can effectively solve the problems, and the analysis reason of the inventor is that the carbomer 980 and the hydroxyethyl acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer together act in the proportion, so that the oil production phenomenon caused by the movement collision of grease is limited, and the system stability is ensured.

Comparative example 4 of the present invention provides a rapid anti-aging repair composition and its use, the specific embodiment of which is the same as example 2, except that the emollient is a composition of polydimethylsiloxane, shea butter, squalane, caprylic-capric triglyceride; the mass ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane to the shea butter to the squalane to the caprylic-capric triglyceride is 1:0.1:0.5:3.

Performance test method
1. Stability: the products prepared in examples and comparative examples were subjected to conditions of-8 ℃, 5 ℃, 25 ℃, 40 ℃ and 45 ℃ for three months, and then the appearance of the products was observed and the pH was measured, and the results are recorded in table 1.

3. Efficacy testing
(1) The aqueous product provided in example 1 was used for efficacy testing, and as a result of the testing, referring to fig. 1-3, the following efficacy was found from the results by using the aqueous product provided in example 1 for 28 consecutive days for 31 subjects:
a, instrument detection results show that:
1) Compared with the water aqua product provided in the example 1 before use, the water content of the skin cuticle is obviously improved (P < 0.001) after 28 days, the improvement rate is 24.29%, and the sample has the moisturizing effect under the test condition;
2) Compared with the prior use, the water aqua product provided in the example 1 has obviously improved skin glossiness (P < 0.001) after 28 days, and the improvement rate is 9.39%; the skin elasticity R2 value is obviously improved (P < 0.001), and the improvement rate is 8.16%; the value of the skin roughness parameter SEr is obviously improved (P is less than 0.001), and the improvement rate is 22.12%; the SEsm value of the skin smoothness parameter was significantly reduced (P < 0.001), the improvement rate was 15.98%, and the sample had nourishing efficacy under the test conditions.
b subjective evaluation results of the subjects show that:
after the water aqua product provided in example 1 was continuously used by subjects for 28 days, 100.00% of the subjects had moisturizing effect after the samples were used, 90.32% of the subjects had good fragrance, 100.00% of the subjects had good ductility, 100.00% had good absorbability, 96.77% had no stickiness, 93.55% had a firmer skin after the samples were used, 96.77% had a shinier skin after the samples were used, 93.55% had a soothing effect after the samples were used, 93.55% had a dry skin after the samples were used, 93.55% had improved skin roughness after the samples were used, 100.00% had accepted the samples, and 100.00% had a mild and non-irritating effect.
c, displaying a safety evaluation result: 31 subjects did not develop adverse effects on the skin using the aqueous product provided in example 1 for 28 days.
(2) The emulsifier product provided in example 2 was used for efficacy testing, see fig. 4-5, and the following efficacy was found from the results by using the emulsifier product provided in example 2 for this test sample for 28 consecutive days in 31 subjects:
a, instrument detection results show that:
1) The skin gloss was significantly improved (P < 0.001) after 28 days using the emulsifier product provided in example 2 compared to before use, with an improvement of 14.10%; the SEsm value of the skin smoothness parameter is obviously reduced (P < 0.001), and the improvement rate is 13.97%; the value of the skin roughness parameter SEr is obviously improved (P < 0.001), and the improvement rate is 44.19%; the skin elasticity R2 value is obviously improved (P < 0.001), the improvement rate is 12.68%, and the sample has nourishing effect under the test condition.
b subjective evaluation results of the subjects show that: after the subjects continuously used the emulsifier product provided in example 2 for 28 days, 100.00% of the subjects had moisturizing effect after the samples were used, 90.32% of the subjects had good fragrance of the samples, 100.00% of the subjects had good ductility of the samples, 100.00% of the subjects had easy absorption of the samples, 96.77% of the subjects had no stickiness of the samples, 100.00% of the subjects had more elastic skin after the samples were used, 100.00% of the subjects had more glossy skin after the samples were used, 100.00% of the subjects had soothing effect after the samples were used, 100.00% of the subjects had reduced dryness of the skin after the samples were used, 96.77% of the subjects had improved roughness of the skin after the samples were used, 100.00% of the subjects had accepted the samples, and 100.00% of the subjects had considered the samples mild and no irritation.
c, displaying a safety evaluation result: none of the 31 subjects had adverse effects on the skin for 28 days using the emulsifier product provided in example 2.
(3) The emulsifier-free opalescent product provided in example 3 was used for efficacy testing, and the following efficacy was found from the results by using the emulsifier-free opalescent product of the present test sample for 28 consecutive days in 30 subjects, see fig. 6-7:
a, instrument detection results show that:
1) Compared with the prior use, the skin glossiness is obviously improved (P < 0.001) after 28 days of using the emulsifier-free milky white product, and the improvement rate is 14.02%; the SEsm value of the skin smoothness parameter is obviously reduced (P < 0.001), and the improvement rate is 12.45%; the value of the skin roughness parameter SEr is obviously improved (P < 0.001), and the improvement rate is 38.78%; the skin elasticity R2 value is obviously improved (P < 0.001), the improvement rate is 10.83%, and the sample has nourishing effect under the test condition.
b subjective evaluation results of the subjects show that:
after the subjects continuously use the emulsifier-free opalescent product for 28 days, 96.67% of the subjects have moisturizing effect after the samples are used, 90.00% of the subjects feel that the samples are good in fragrance, 93.33% of the subjects feel that the samples are good in ductility, 96.67% of the subjects feel that the samples are easy to absorb, 93.33% of the subjects feel that the samples are not sticky, 96.67% of the subjects feel that the skin is more compact and elastic after the samples are used, 96.67% of the subjects feel that the skin is more glossy after the samples are used, 96.67% of the subjects feel that the skin is comfortable after the samples are used, 96.67% of the subjects feel that the skin is dry after the samples are used, 93.33% of the subjects feel that the skin is rough after the samples are used, 96.67% of the subjects agree with the samples, and 100.00% of the subjects feel that the samples are mild and are not stimulated.
c, displaying a safety evaluation result: 30 subjects used the sample of the emulsifier-free opalescent product for 28 days, and the skin did not have adverse reaction.
(4) The aqueous product provided in comparative example 1 was used for efficacy testing, and the following efficacy was found from the results by using the aqueous product provided in comparative example 1 for 28 consecutive days for 31 subjects, see table 2: compared with the aqueous product provided in comparative example 1 before use, the skin smoothness parameter SEsm value is significantly reduced (P < 0.001) after 28 days, the improvement rate is 12.56%, and under the test condition, the sample has a nourishing effect, but the nourishing effect is lower than that of the aqueous product provided in example 1.

(5) The aqueous product provided in comparative example 1 was used for efficacy testing, and the following efficacy was found from the results by using the aqueous product provided in comparative example 2 for 28 consecutive days for 31 subjects, see table 3: compared with the aqueous product provided in the prior art, the aqueous product provided in the comparative example 2 has no significance (p=0.085) of the skin smoothness parameter SEsm value and the improvement rate is 6.66%, and under the test condition, the sample does not have nourishing effect, so that the synergistic effect of the kunzea leaf extract and the spilanthum flower extract and the compound peptide in the aqueous product provided in the example 1 is proved.

Claims (10)
1. A rapid anti-aging repair composition is characterized by comprising a compound plant extract and a compound peptide; the compound plant extract is at least two of Carnean leaf extract, spilanthum extract, honey extract, olive leaf extract, radix puerariae extract, snow tea extract and grape seed extract; the compound peptide is at least two selected from palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, tripeptide-1, hexapeptide-9, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl tetrapeptide-9, acetyl hexapeptide-8, optical glutathione, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and acetyl hexapeptide-3.
2. The rapid anti-aging repair composition of claim 1, wherein the complex plant extract is a combination of kunzea ericoides leaf extract and spilanthus spicatus extract, the mass ratio of kunzea spicata leaf extract and spilanthus spicatus extract being (0.1-60): 1.
3. the rapid anti-aging repair composition of claim 1, wherein the complex peptide comprises palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, tripeptide-1, hexapeptide-9, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl tetrapeptide-9, acetyl hexapeptide-8, and the mass ratio of palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, tripeptide-1, hexapeptide-9, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl tetrapeptide-9, acetyl hexapeptide-8 is 0.005: (0.1-0.15): 0.02:0.01:0.02:0.005.

Use of a rapid anti-ageing repair composition according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that it is applied to the additive preparation of aqueous products, emulsifier products or emulsifier-free opalescent products, wherein the amount of the compound plant extract added in the aqueous products, emulsifier products or emulsifier-free opalescent products is 0.001-20wt% and the amount of the compound peptide added is 0.001-10wt%.

The use of a rapid anti-aging repair composition according to claim 4, wherein the aqueous product is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.01-20% of composite plant extract, 0.01-10% of composite peptide, 1-10% of humectant, 0-0.2% of chelating agent, 0-1% of thickening agent, 0-0.2% of essence, 0-3% of solubilizer, 0.05-5% of preservative, 0-0.2% of pH regulator and the balance of deionized water.
6. The use of a rapid anti-aging repair composition according to claim 5 wherein the solubilising agent is an alcohol ether solubilising agent.
7. The use of a rapid anti-aging repair composition according to claim 4, wherein the emulsifier product is prepared from at least the following raw materials in mass percent: 0.01-20% of composite plant extract, 0.01-10% of composite peptide, 1-20% of alcohol humectant, 0-0.2% of EDTA disodium, 0-1% of thickener, 1-40% of emollient, 0.1-5% of antiseptic composition, 0.1-5% of emulsifier, 0-1% of neutralizer, 0-0.2% of essence and the balance of deionized water.
8. The use of a rapid anti-aging repair composition according to claim 7 wherein the emollient is a composition of polydimethylsiloxane, shea butter, squalane, caprylic-capric triglyceride; the emulsifier is a combination of polyglycerol-10 myristate and sodium stearyl glutamate.
9. The use of a rapid anti-aging repair composition according to claim 4, wherein the emulsifier-free milky white product is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.001-20% of compound plant extract, 0.001-10% of compound peptide, 2-4% of glycerin, 3-5% of 1, 3-butanediol, 0.01-0.07% of EDTA disodium, 0.1-5% of compound thickener, 0.1-10% of compound grease, 0.1-5% of compound preservative, 0.01-0.5% of aminomethylpropanol, 0-0.2% of essence and the balance of deionized water.
10. The use of a rapid anti-aging repair composition according to claim 9 wherein the composite thickener is a combination of carbomer 980 and hydroxyethyl acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer; the compound grease is a combination of isononyl isononanoate, polydimethylsiloxane and squalane.
