本发明提供一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:80-150份浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末、500-1000份清水、2-10份枸杞子、5-20份红枣、5-20份枇杷、5-20份桂圆、5-15份蜂蜜和2-8份酸度调节剂。
优选地,所述酸度调节剂为柠檬酸,抗坏血酸,葡萄糖酸和L-苹果酸中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将新鲜枸杞子、红枣、枇杷和桂圆洗净,将红枣、枇杷和桂圆去核取其果肉,分别切成小块分装备用;
S2、取80-150份预制的浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末倒入压力锅内,加入500-1000份清水,0.15-0.3MPa压力下煮沸30-60分钟,得到鳄鱼骨肽水;
S3、将煮沸后的鳄鱼骨肽水进行过滤,去除其中的骨渣和杂质;
S4、向过滤后的鳄鱼骨肽水加入步骤S1制备的小块枸杞子2-10份、红枣5-20份、枇杷5-20份和桂圆5-20份,充分搅拌均匀,0.15-0.3MPa压力下煮沸10-40分钟,自然降至常温,加入5-15份蜂蜜和2-8份酸度调节剂,得到鳄鱼骨肽饮品;
S5、对制备好的鳄鱼骨肽饮品进行蛋白质含量检测,并根据含量指标值进行调配;
S6、对调配好的鳄鱼骨肽饮品进行紫外线灭菌,并将灭菌后的鳄鱼骨肽饮品分装在包装容器中,密封储存。
优选地,所述步骤S2中预制的浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末的制备方法如下:

实施例1
本实施例提供一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:80份浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末、500份清水、2份枸杞子、5份红枣、5份枇杷、5份桂圆、5份蜂蜜和2份酸度调节剂,其中酸度调节剂为葡萄糖酸。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:150份浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末、1000份清水、10份枸杞子、20份红枣、20份枇杷、20份桂圆、15份蜂蜜和8份酸度调节剂,其中酸度调节剂为柠檬酸。
实施例3
参考图1,本实施例提供一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将新鲜枸杞子、红枣、枇杷和桂圆洗净,将红枣、枇杷和桂圆去核取其果肉,分别切成小块分装备用,去核能够保持果肉的纯度,在后续煮沸过程中不易影响风味;
S2.1、选取新鲜的鳄鱼骨头冲洗干净,去除表面的沙子和血迹,加入清水中浸泡数小时,去除软组织和脂肪后,切成1-5厘米的小块,得到鳄鱼骨头块;
S2.2、将鳄鱼骨头块放入电解容器中,加入清水没过鳄鱼骨头块,再加入电解质氯化钠和碳酸钠,搅拌均匀后,加入蛋白酶,通电进行水解反应,水解温度为50℃,水解时间为1小时,然后进行离心过滤,去除酶解物中的沉淀和杂质,得到鳄鱼骨肽原液;加入电解质,可以提高水的电导率,电解水的过程中,加入电解质后,当电流通过水体时,阳极会吸引阴离子,阴极会吸引阳离子,因此在水中会产生大量的氢氧离子、氧气和羟基自由基等活性物质,这些物质可以促进骨胶原的离解、胶原蛋白的酶解以及骨骼中的鉴定和碳酸骨化等反应。同时,电解水中的氢氧离子、氧气和羟基自由基等物质也可以起到抗菌、抗氧化等作用,保护鳄鱼骨肽不受到外部环境的影响;
S2.3、将过滤后的鳄鱼骨肽原液通过浓缩器进行浓缩,使其浓度增加;
S2.4、将浓缩后的鳄鱼骨肽原液进行喷雾干燥,制成浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末;
S3、取80份预制的浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末倒入压力锅内,加入500份清水,0.15MPa压力下煮沸30分钟,得到鳄鱼骨肽水;
S4、将煮沸后的鳄鱼骨肽水进行离心过滤,去除其中的骨渣和杂质;
S5、向过滤后的鳄鱼骨肽水加入步骤S1制备的小块枸杞子2份、红枣5份、枇杷5份和桂圆5份,充分搅拌均匀,0.15MPa压力下煮沸10分钟,自然降至常温,加入5份蜂蜜和2份酸度调节剂,得到鳄鱼骨肽饮品;
S6、对制备好的鳄鱼骨肽饮品用紫外分光光度计进行蛋白质含量检测,并根据含量指标值进行调配,可通过添加鳄鱼骨肽水及其他原料的份量,以使蛋白质含量达到预设指标值;
S7、对调配好的鳄鱼骨肽饮品进行紫外线灭菌,并将灭菌后的鳄鱼骨肽饮品分装在包装容器中,密封储存。
本发明方法制备的鳄鱼骨肽饮品具有提高人体免疫力的功效,饮品富含鳄鱼骨肽、多种维生素和氨基酸等营养成分,口感良好,易于吸收。

Claims (8)
1.一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:80-150份浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末、500-1000份清水、2-10份枸杞子、5-20份红枣、5-20份枇杷、5-20份桂圆、5-15份蜂蜜和2-8份酸度调节剂。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品,其特征在于,所述酸度调节剂为柠檬酸,抗坏血酸,葡萄糖酸和L-苹果酸中的至少一种。
3.一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将新鲜枸杞子、红枣、枇杷和桂圆洗净,将红枣、枇杷和桂圆去核取其果肉,分别切成小块分装备用;
S2、取80-150份预制的浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末倒入压力锅内,加入500-1000份清水,0.15-0.3MPa压力下煮沸30-60分钟,得到鳄鱼骨肽水;
S3、将煮沸后的鳄鱼骨肽水进行过滤,去除其中的骨渣和杂质;
S4、向过滤后的鳄鱼骨肽水加入步骤S1制备的小块枸杞子2-10份、红枣5-20份、枇杷5-20份和桂圆5-20份,充分搅拌均匀,0.15-0.3MPa压力下煮沸10-40分钟,自然降至常温,加入5-15份蜂蜜和2-8份酸度调节剂,得到鳄鱼骨肽饮品;
S5、对制备好的鳄鱼骨肽饮品进行蛋白质含量检测,并根据含量指标值进行调配;
S6、对调配好的鳄鱼骨肽饮品进行紫外线灭菌,并将灭菌后的鳄鱼骨肽饮品分装在包装容器中,密封储存。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中预制的浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末的制备方法如下:
S2.1、选取新鲜的鳄鱼骨头冲洗干净,去除表面的沙子和血迹,加入清水中浸泡数小时,去除软组织和脂肪后,切成1-5厘米的小块,得到鳄鱼骨头块;S2.2、将鳄鱼骨头块放入电解容器中,加入清水没过鳄鱼骨头块,再加入电解质,搅拌均匀后,加入蛋白酶,通电进行水解反应,水解温度为50-60℃,水解时间为1-3小时,然后过滤去除酶解物中的沉淀和杂质,得到鳄鱼骨肽原液;
S2.3、将过滤后的鳄鱼骨肽原液通过浓缩器进行浓缩,使其浓度增加;
S2.4、将浓缩后的鳄鱼骨肽原液进行干燥,制成浓缩鳄鱼骨肽粉末。
5.根据权利要求书3所述的一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述蛋白质含量用紫外分光光度计进行检测。
6.根据权利要求书3所述的一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述过滤方式为离心过滤。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2.4中的干燥方式为喷雾干燥。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高人体免疫力的鳄鱼骨肽饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述电解质为氯化钠和碳酸钠中的至少一种。
