本发明提供一种带有倒出口的包装袋,其具备:容器主体,其收纳内容物;以及倒出口部件,其用于倒出所述容器主体内的所述内容物,所述倒出口部件具有:基部,其安装于所述容器主体;以及倒出筒部,其形成有倒出所述内容物的流路,所述容器主体由聚乙烯膜构成,所述倒出口部件是聚乙烯的成形体。

Description

带有倒出口的包装袋及带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有倒出口的包装袋及带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法。
本申请基于2020年10月30日在日本申请的日本特愿2020-182338号主张优先权,并将其内容援引于此。
背景技术
作为洗发水、护发素等的替换装容器,正在普及自立袋(standing pouch)。通常,自立袋的袋主体由层叠膜构成。层叠膜通过组合特性不同的多种原材料而对替换装容器赋予阻隔性、强度等各种功能。
近年来,从有效利用资源的观点出发,谋求使用可再利用的材料来节约石油资源。但是,多种原材料组合而成的层叠膜存在原材料的区分费工夫、难以再利用的问题。针对这样的问题,作为适于再利用的材料,研究了使用单一原材料(单材料)的膜材料的容器。
例如专利文献1中记载了一种自立袋,作为可再利用的资源,将使用了源自植物的聚乙烯的膜作为密封膜。

发明内容
技术问题
对于自立袋而言,谋求能够简单且迅速地替换内容物。例如,谋求能够用手简单地开封注入口。
但是,例如使用聚乙烯作为单一原材料的膜材料存在难以用手撕开,难以简单地开封的问题。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的在于提供一种由单一原材料的膜材料构成并容易开封且容易再利用的带有倒出口的包装袋以及所述带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法。
技术方案
即,本发明采用了以下的构成。
[1]一种带有倒出口的包装袋,其具有:容器主体,其收纳内容物;以及倒出口部件,其用于倒出所述容器主体内的所述内容物,所述倒出口部件具有:基部,其安装于所述容器主体;以及倒出筒部,其形成有倒出所述内容物的流路,所述容器主体由聚乙烯膜构成,所述倒出口部件是聚乙烯的成形体。
[2]根据[1]所述的带有倒出口的包装袋,所述聚乙烯膜由拉伸聚乙烯层和未拉伸聚乙烯层构成。
[3]根据[1]或[2]所述的带有倒出口的包装袋,所述带有倒出口的包装袋为自立袋。
[4]一种带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,该带有倒出口的包装袋具有:容器主体,其收纳内容物;以及倒出口部件,其用于倒出所述容器主体内的所述内容物,所述倒出口部件具有:基部,其安装于所述容器主体;以及倒出筒部,其形成有倒出所述内容物的流路,所述容器主体由聚乙烯膜构成,所述倒出口部件是聚乙烯的成形体,所述带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法具有:使经加热的模具与所述基部的侧面接触而仅将所述基部的周向的表面加热到所述聚乙烯的熔点以上的温度的工序;以及将加热后的所述基部插入所述容器主体,并使用模具使其热熔接的工序。
[5]根据[4]所述的带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,所述加热的工序是将与所述基部的侧面接触的所述模具的表面的温度设定为130℃以上且230℃以下,使所述模具与所述基部的侧面接触0.5秒以上且3.0秒以下的工序。
[6]根据[4]或[5]所述的带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,所述模具的与所述基部的侧面接触的面被进行脱模处理。
[7]根据[4]至[6]中任一项所述的带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,所述模具的与所述基部的侧面接触的面具有三维形状,所述加热的工序是将所述三维形状转印到所述基部的侧面的工序。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种由单一原材料的膜材料构成并容易开封且容易再利用的带有倒出口的包装袋及所述带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。应予说明,在以下说明所使用的各附图中,为了将各部件设为能够识别的大小,有时适当地变更各部件的比例尺。
图1是带有倒出口的包装袋10的整体图。
图2示出实施方式的带有倒出口的包装袋10的局部截面图。图2是倒出口部件2的基部6和倒出筒部7的俯视图。图3是倒出口部件2的基部6以及倒出筒部7的俯视图。
如图1所示,实施方式的带有倒出口的包装袋10(以下,简称为包装袋10)具备容器主体1和倒出口部件2。容器主体1例如是由平面形状彼此相同的两片主体部膜51、51和底部膜12构成的自立袋。
容器主体1在将底部膜12侧作为底部而自立时成为上部的部分的一个角部具备倾斜部30。
主体部膜51、51与底部膜12通过对周缘部进行热封从而形成为一体。例如,包装袋10具有侧端密封部11a和底部密封部12a。侧端密封部11a通过将主体部膜51、51的两侧的侧端部密封而形成。底部密封部12a通过将主体部膜51、51与底部膜12密封而形成。底部膜12夹装于主体部膜51、51之间。
能够在包装袋10的收纳部10a填充内容物。在收纳部10a内填充有内容物的包装袋10能够以底部膜12朝下的状态(正立状态)自立。虽然内容物没有特别限定,但可以列举液状物、粉体和/或颗粒体等固体、或者粘稠体、液体等、或者它们的混合物等。
作为主体部膜51和底部膜12使用的膜由聚乙烯膜构成。聚乙烯膜优选由拉伸聚乙烯层和未拉伸聚乙烯层构成。
未拉伸聚乙烯层成为热封层。容器主体1在内容物侧具有未拉伸聚乙烯层。
未拉伸聚乙烯层的厚度例如为60μm以上且180μm以下。
拉伸聚乙烯层成为与内容物接触的一侧的相反侧的最外层,可以印刷有商品名、装饰等。
拉伸聚乙烯层优选为双轴拉伸聚乙烯。
拉伸聚乙烯层的厚度例如为10μm以上且50μm以下。
作为聚乙烯膜的形成材料的聚乙烯可以仅由一种聚乙烯构成,也可以并用两种以上的聚乙烯而使用。两种以上的聚乙烯例如是等级不同的两种以上的聚乙烯。
作为聚乙烯膜的形成材料的聚乙烯,可以使用密度为0.926g/cm3以上的高密度聚乙烯或中密度聚乙烯、密度为0.925g/cm3以下的低密度聚乙烯或直链状低密度聚乙烯。
在本实施方式中,拉伸聚乙烯层优选以高密度聚乙烯作为形成材料,未拉伸聚乙烯层优选以低密度聚乙烯作为形成材料。
通过一起挤出作为拉伸聚乙烯层的形成材料的膜以及作为未拉伸聚乙烯层的形成材料的膜,能够制造聚乙烯膜。
如图1所示,倒出口部件2设置于倾斜部30。
倒出口部件2具备基部6、倒出筒部7和盖5。
如图3所示,基部6以被主体部膜51、51夹持的状态安装于容器主体1。基部6的一个侧面6c和另一个侧面6c分别熔接于主体部膜51、51的内表面。
倒出筒部7为圆筒状。倒出筒部7的一部分(图2中的上部)从基部6的第一端面6a(图2中的上表面)向Z方向(图2中的上方)突出。将倒出筒部7从第一端面6a突出的部分称为突出部分9。在图2中,6b是基部6的第二端面。
如图3所示,作为倒出筒部7的内部空间的流路8的平面形状(从Z方向观察到的形状)例如为圆形状。如图2所示,流路8能够使容器主体1的内容物从作为倒出筒部7的前端7c侧的开口的倒出口7b被倒出。在倒出筒部7的突出部分9的外周面形成有螺纹部23。7d是倒出筒部7的基端。C1是倒出筒部7的中心轴。
基部6、盖5和倒出筒部7是聚乙烯的成形体。
基部6、倒出筒部7和盖5能够通过注射成形等来制作。
倒出筒部7也可以利用3D打印机来制作。通过使用3D打印机,能够提高倒出筒部7的设计的自由度。
本发明并不限于上述的实施方式,在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内能够进行各种改变。
图1所示的包装袋10为自立袋,但能够应用于本实施方式的包装袋的袋的形态并不特别限定于此,可以采用三边密封袋、四边密封袋、角撑袋(ガゼット袋)等各种形态。其中,包装袋10优选为自立袋。
<带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法>
本实施方式是带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,所述包装袋具备:容器主体,其收纳内容物;以及倒出口部件,其用于倒出容器主体内的内容物。
首先,为了制造容器主体1,使一组主体部膜51与底部膜12热熔接,形成侧端密封部11a、底部密封部12a。
使经加热的模具100与图4(a)所示的倒出口部件2的基部6的侧面6c接触,仅将基部6的周向的表面加热到聚乙烯的熔点以上的温度。
具体而言,优选将与基部6的侧面6c接触的模具的表面的温度设定为130℃以上且230℃以下,使模具与基部6的侧面6c接触0.5秒以上且3.0秒以下。
通过该工序,仅基部6的周向的表面的聚乙烯熔融。
接着,如图4(b)所示,将仅周向的表面的聚乙烯熔融而成的基部6插入容器主体1。此时,以基部6的第二端面6b与容器主体1的倾斜部30平行的方式将基部6插入容器主体1。
插入后,如图4(c)所示,在一组主体部膜51之间夹入基部6的状态下,使用模具100将基部6的侧面6c和主体部膜51热熔接。由此,形成图1所示的热熔接部11c、接合部16。热熔接部11c是主体部膜51彼此热熔接而成的部分。接合部16是在主体部膜51之间夹入基部6的状态下将主体部膜51与基部6热熔接而成的部分。
在本实施方式中,优选将与基部6和热熔接部11c接触的模具的表面的温度设定为120℃以上且220℃以下,使模具与基部6和热熔接部11c接触0.4秒以上且3.0秒以下。
以往,在构成容器主体1的膜的表面层使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(PET膜)。聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的熔点为200℃以上,因此,即使在热熔接时在高温下进行加热,也能够在不使表面的PET膜熔融的方式与基部热熔接。
另一方面,本实施方式的带有倒出口的包装袋的容器主体1由聚乙烯膜构成。由于聚乙烯膜的熔点低至140℃以下,所以难以在不使聚乙烯膜熔融的情况下使倒出口部件热熔接。
针对这样的问题,通过使倒出口部件2的基部6与模具接触而熔融,从而能够在不使聚乙烯膜熔融的方式使倒出口部件热熔接。
在本实施方式中,主体部膜51与基部6均以聚乙烯作为形成材料。聚乙烯彼此的由加热引起的软化倾向和熔融倾向近似。因此,用于热熔接的软化熔融混合的程度容易推进,在冷却后容易形成更牢固的熔接状态。
因此,除了主体部膜各自的熔接部11a、12a、11c的良好的热熔接之外,在容器主体1与倒出口部件2之间的接合部16也能够实现牢固的热熔接。
模具优选对与基部6的侧面6c接触的面进行脱模处理。作为脱模处理的例子,优选特氟隆(注册商标)带的粘贴、或通过氟树脂系进行涂布。
模具优选与基部6的侧面6c接触的面具备三维形状。作为三维形状,例如可以列举微细的凹凸形状。
通过使用这样的模具,在加热工序中,能够将三维形状转印到基部6的侧面6c。
由于本发明的包装袋具有倒出口部件,因此容易开封,并且由于由单一材料的膜材料构成,因此容易再利用。

Claims (7)

1.一种带有倒出口的包装袋,其特征在于,具备:
容器主体,其收纳内容物;以及
倒出口部件,其用于倒出所述容器主体内的所述内容物,
所述倒出口部件具有:
基部,其安装于所述容器主体;以及
倒出筒部,其形成有倒出所述内容物的流路,
所述容器主体由聚乙烯膜构成,
所述倒出口部件是聚乙烯的成形体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有倒出口的包装袋,其特征在于,
所述聚乙烯膜由拉伸聚乙烯层和未拉伸聚乙烯层构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带有倒出口的包装袋,其特征在于,
所述带有倒出口的包装袋为自立袋。
4.一种带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述带有倒出口的包装袋具备:
容器主体,其收纳内容物;以及
倒出口部件,其用于倒出所述容器主体内的所述内容物,
所述倒出口部件具有:
基部,其安装于所述容器主体;以及
倒出筒部,其形成有倒出所述内容物的流路,
所述容器主体由聚乙烯膜构成,
所述倒出口部件是聚乙烯的成形体,
所述带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法具有:
使经加热的模具与所述基部的侧面接触而仅将所述基部的周向的表面加热到所述聚乙烯的熔点以上的温度的工序;以及
将加热后的所述基部插入所述容器主体,并使用模具使其热熔接的工序。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述加热的工序是将与所述基部的侧面接触的所述模具的表面的温度设定为130℃以上且230℃以下,并使所述模具与所述基部的侧面接触0.5秒以上且3.0秒以下的工序。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,其特征在于,所述模具的与所述基部的侧面接触的面被进行脱模处理。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的带有倒出口的包装袋的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述模具的与所述基部的侧面接触的面具备三维形状,
所述加热的工序是将所述三维形状转印到所述基部的侧面的工序。
