一般情况下,适量饮酒能够缓解疲劳,促进血液循环,可以在一定程度上预防心血管疾病,但是过量喝酒可能会导致肝功能下降、酒精性肝硬化、肝衰竭等影响,具体分析如下:1.肝功能下降:在饮酒后,酒精主要是在肝脏进行代谢,如果过量饮酒,可能会加重肝脏负担,并且在分解的酒精过程中会产生代谢产物乙醛,对于肝脏功能有一定损伤,从而导致肝功能下降。
而某些特定场合人们往往被动过量饮酒,过量的酒精在短时间内对肝脏造成极大负担,这就需要解酒药物,解酒药的原理是通过药物成分加速酒精的代谢与排出,从而起到一定的解酒作用,服用解酒药后可以促进身体内的酒精进行分解,加速排出体外,降低对人体造成伤害的可能性,解酒药具有一定的副作用,长期或大量服用,容易产生副作用,如离子紊乱、疲劳、频繁排尿等,另外还可能会增加对肾脏的损害,并导致人体水分的流失等。
随着现代养生健康理念的兴起人们开始重视酒精带来的危害,并研发出无副作用的解酒饮料,通过和酒精进行短暂的结合,从而延缓酒精被人体吸收的速度,如公开号为(CN 105380051 B)的一种解酒护肝饮料及其制备方法,能够有效降低血液中的乙醇浓度。乙醇所引起的肝损伤会导致的血清谷丙转氨酶含量升高,本发明所提供的解酒护肝饮料能修复肝细胞。
但是该技术方案只适用于短期醒酒护肝,其中包含的蜂蜜等物质,这些物质大多可以凭借其酸甜美味的口感,使得胃肠道分泌功能在酒精的刺激下也尽可能维持正常,从而使得醉酒后恶心呕吐的不适感觉减少,蜂蜜等物质被肠道消化后饮酒者仍会受到酒精刺激,而其中的护肝成分虽然有效但是长期饮用的话配方中的红景天虽然是药用价值极高的中药材,但它也含有多种微量成分,这些微量成分当中有不少都是天然过敏原,很多的人服用之后会出现过敏反应,会造成很大影响,而茯苓使用不当可能会产生尿频、口干,因此该配方只能暂时醒酒,无法长期引用达到护肝效果。

步骤三、将混合物干燥后进行臭氧杀菌;
步骤四、混合物加入酵母进行送入发酵罐低温发酵;
步骤五、从发酵罐取出发酵混合物并送入锅炉熬煮;
步骤六、混合液依次添加果葡糖浆、葡萄糖、食盐、谷氨酸钠和果胶糖;
步骤七、将混合液和辅料再次入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,即可得成品。
优选的,所述清洗池清洗沙棘、葛根、山楂、陈皮、乌梅、槡甚、菊花、肉豆蔻、枳棋子、黄精和姜黄原料时间为10-30min,所述臭氧杀菌总臭氧浓度应≥60mg/m3,相对湿度≥70%,作用时间60min-120min。
优选的,所述发酵罐发酵温度为25-35摄氏度,所述发酵持续时间为1-2小时,所述熬煮温度为表尊大气压下100摄氏度,所述熬煮时间为45min。

1、本发明通过添加沙棘、蜂蜜和黄精,利用沙棘促进受损肝细胞加快愈合,降低转氨酶,保护肝脏,蜂蜜中含有大量的果糖,这种果糖可以加速乙醇的代谢,也可以快速分解体内的酒精,达到解酒的目的,同时蜂蜜中含有大量的维生素和矿物质,能够很好缓解醉酒后头晕、恶心等不适症状,达到了脾虚体质的饮酒者也能很好的解酒醒酒的有益效果。
2、本发明通过利用沙棘和蜂蜜作为主料,沙棘对肝脏的主要作用是促进受损肝细胞加快愈合,降低转氨酶,保护肝脏,同时对于肝脏多余的脂肪具有消除的作用,对于急慢性肝病,酒精肝,脂肪肝肝硬化等都有明显的缓解作用,富含多种维生素及黄酮,具有抗疲劳,增加免疫力,改善胃肠粘膜,降低胆固醇,防止高脂血症和动脉硬化等功效,平时可以适当食用,达到了护肝效果更好可以长期饮用而无副作用的有益效果。
3、本发明通过谷氨酸钠是国内外应用最为广泛的鲜昧剂,与食盐共存时可增强其呈味作用,同时配合果葡糖浆、葡萄糖,葡萄糖具有良好的还原性,具有特有的风味,而果葡糖浆的甜度与蔗糖相当,又有其特性,从而使得饮料风味鲜美酸甜独特,达到了饮料味道鲜美远超市面同类型饮料的有益效果。

通过上述技术方案,利用沙棘和蜂蜜作为主料,沙棘对肝脏的主要作用是促进受损肝细胞加快愈合,降低转氨酶,保护肝脏,同时对于肝脏多余的脂肪具有消除的作用,对于急慢性肝病,酒精肝,脂肪肝肝硬化等都有明显的缓解作用,其主要原因为沙棘中含有苹果酸,草酸等有机酸具有缓解药物毒性的作用,沙棘除了保护肝脏以外还可以抗癌提高抵抗力,沙棘中含有丰富的维生素及多种纤维素,对于癌变组织有明显的抗癌活性和作用,对于身体内的癌细胞有一定的抑制和杀伤作用,沙棘中的一些物质还可以增加人体的免疫力,还可以对于肾经衰弱及面色晦暗无光起到一定的调理美容的效果,沙棘还可以改善脾胃,如果平时有脾胃功能虚弱及咳嗽咳痰等症状时,可以适当食用沙棘改善,沙棘是植物的成熟的果实,富含多种维生素及黄酮,具有抗疲劳,增加免疫力,改善胃肠粘膜,降低胆固醇,防止高脂血症和动脉硬化等功效,平时可以适当食用,更进一步的蜂蜜蜂蜜中含有大量的果糖,这种果糖可以加速乙醇的代谢,也可以快速分解体内的酒精,达到解酒的目的,同时蜂蜜中含有大量的维生素和矿物质,能够很好缓解醉酒后头晕、恶心等不适症状,而黄精等药材在背景技术中对比文件已经公开,在此不多做介绍。

1.一种沙棘植物饮料配方,其特征在于,包括以下原料和辅料:所述原料组分及重量份数配比为:纯净水20-30%、沙棘7-10%、葛根6-10%、山楂3-10%、陈皮5-8%、乌梅2-5%、槡甚2-5%、菊花3-5%、肉豆蔻2-5%、枳棋子3-5%、黄精5-10%、姜黄5-10%和蜂蜜10-20%;
所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:果葡糖浆1-2%、葡萄糖1%、食盐0.1-0.5%、食用酵母1%、谷氨酸钠0.1-0.5%和果胶糖1-2%。

步骤二、混合物送入清洗池初步清洗;
步骤三、将混合物干燥后进行臭氧杀菌;
步骤四、混合物加入酵母进行送入发酵罐低温发酵;
步骤五、从发酵罐取出发酵混合物并送入锅炉熬煮;
步骤六、混合液依次添加果葡糖浆、葡萄糖、食盐、谷氨酸钠和果胶糖;
步骤七、将混合液和辅料再次入搅拌罐搅拌均匀,即可得成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种沙棘植物饮料配方,其特征在于:所述清洗池清洗沙棘、葛根、山楂、陈皮、乌梅、槡甚、菊花、肉豆蔻、枳棋子、黄精和姜黄原料时间为10-30min,所述臭氧杀菌总臭氧浓度应≥60mg/m3,相对湿度≥70%,作用时间60min-120min。
