Claims (2)

1. An agricultural machine containing a collecting box for cleaning stubble on a seed bed, which is characterized in that: the agro-farming machine can realize the cleaning of stubble and deep scarification of the seedbed, and comprises a tractor (1); the rear side of the tractor (1) is connected with a shell (2) through a connecting rod matched with a rotating shaft; the main body of the shell (2) is of an L-shaped structure, and a generator (3) and a hydraulic station (4) are fixedly arranged at the top of the shell (2) through bolts; a splicing shaft (5) and a side shaft (7) are rotatably arranged on the inner side of the front end of the shell (2); an L-shaped frame (8) and a motor A (9) are fixedly arranged at the outer end of one side of the front part of the shell (2) through bolts, and the motor A (9) is vertically positioned at the top of the L-shaped frame (8); a collecting frame (10) is fixedly arranged in the rear side of the shell (2) through bolts; the top of the shell (2) is rotatably provided with a lower collector (11) and an upper collector (12) through a rotating shaft; the lower collector (11) and the upper collector (12) are vertically arranged, and the outer ends of the lower collector (11) and the upper collector (12) are connected through chain synchronous transmission; a motor B (13) is fixedly arranged on one side of the shell (2) through a bolt, and the motor B (13) is provided with a bevel gear which is in transmission connection with the upper collector (12); the rear end of the shell (2) is fixedly provided with a collecting box (14) through bolts; the middle parts of the lower collector (11) and the upper collector (12) are both rotary shaft structures; the outer sides of the lower collector (11) and the upper collector (12) are uniformly provided with semi-cylindrical structures, and each semi-cylindrical structure is provided with six groups; the splicing shaft (5) further comprises a sliding frame block (501), a cultivated land frame (502) and a guide rod (503); six groups of sliding frame blocks (501) are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the splicing shaft (5); two groups of guide rods (503) are uniformly arranged in the tillage frame (502), the guide rods (503) are slidably arranged in the sliding frame block (501), pistons are fixedly arranged at the inner ends of the guide rods (503), and the pistons are slidably arranged at the inner side of the sliding frame block (501) in a sealing manner; the tillage frames (502) are sleeved on the outer sides of the sliding frame blocks (501) and are connected in a sliding manner; two sides of the splicing shaft (5) are respectively provided with a splicing structure, and the outside of the splicing structure is of a hexagonal structure; the two sides of the splicing shaft (5) can be spliced and fixed by arranging connecting buckles (6); the connecting buckles (6) are two groups of assembling structures which are buckled in pairs, and the connecting buckles (6) can be fixed through bolts; the inner sides of the connecting buckles (6) are respectively provided with a structure which is matched with the two sides of the splicing shaft (5); two sides of the splicing shaft (5) can be fixedly provided with side shafts (7) through connecting buckles (6), and the outer sides of the side shafts (7) are both in shaft end structures and are rotatably arranged in the shell (2) in cooperation with bearings; one group of side shafts (7) is of a hollow structure, the outer sides of the group of side shafts (7) are rotatably connected with the inner side of the upper surface of the L-shaped frame (8) through waterproof bearings arranged in an interference fit mode, and bevel gears are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the side shafts (7) and are in transmission connection with the motor A (9); the inside of the splicing shaft (5) is of a communication structure, and two groups of pipeline joints are arranged at one end of the splicing shaft (5); two groups of pipeline joints at one side of the splicing shaft (5) are respectively provided with two groups of pipelines which are in sealing connection with the liquid inlet and outlet ends of the hydraulic station (4); the collecting frame (10) is of a shovel structure, and the inner surface of the collecting frame (10) is provided with an arc-shaped surface; the inner angle of the front end of the front side of the collecting frame (10) and the bottom of the front end of the collecting frame (10) are all provided with arc structures; the cambered surface structure of the collecting frame (10) is arranged as a grid structure; the front end bottom of the collecting frame (10) is integrally provided with a plurality of groups of triangular blade structures; the semi-cylinder number of the lower collector (11) is consistent with the grid hole number of the collecting frame (10), and the bottom ends of the semi-cylinders are all positioned in the grid holes; the number of semi-cylinders of the upper collector (12) is one group more than that of the lower collector (11), and the semi-cylinders of the lower collector (11) and the semi-cylinders of the upper collector (12) are arranged in a staggered manner; the top of the collecting box (14) is of an inclined surface structure, and the top of the collecting box (14) is lower than the rear side of the top of the shell (2); the rear side of the shell (2) is integrally provided with a cross rod structure, the bottom end of the inner side of the collecting box (14) is fixedly arranged on the cross rod structure, and the front end of the bottom of the collecting box (14) is attached to the rear end of the collecting frame (10); the rear side of the collecting box (14) is fixedly provided with a revolving door through a hinged connection, and the revolving door is fixed at the rear side of the collecting box (14) through a bolt; both ends of the bottom of the rear side of the shell (2) are provided with sliding grooves, and sliding wheel frames (15) are arranged in the sliding grooves in a sliding manner; two groups of I-shaped wheels are rotatably arranged at two ends of the sliding wheel frame (15) through a rotating shaft; the bottom of the rear cross rod structure of the shell (2) is fixedly provided with a hydraulic cylinder (16), and the bottom telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder (16) is fixedly connected with the top of the sliding wheel frame (15); the triangular blade structure of the collecting frame (10) is lower than the ground level of the I-shaped wheel when the sliding wheel frame (15) is positioned at the upper side.

The application method of the farming machine with the collection box for cleaning the stubble on the seed bed is characterized by comprising the following steps: the farming machine according to claim 1 is adopted, the tractor (1) drives the shell (2) to walk in the field, the generator (3) is started to supply power to the hydraulic station (4), the motor A (9), the motor B (13) and the hydraulic cylinder (16), and the hydraulic cylinder (16) starts to open the sliding wheel frame (15) at the moment; when the shell (2) moves to a place requiring tillage, the hydraulic cylinder (16) is closed to shrink the sliding wheel frame (15), hydraulic liquid is conveyed into the spliced shaft (5) through the L-shaped frame (8) and the side shaft (7) by the hydraulic station (4), each group of tillage frames (502) is moved outwards by the hydraulic pressure, the tillage frames (502) are unfolded, and meanwhile, the bottoms of the tillage frames (502) are inserted into soil; the tractor (1) is driven to drive the shell (2) to move, in the moving process, the motor A (9) drives the splicing shaft (5) to continuously rotate, the tillage frame (502) is reversely allocated to tillage the ground, the subsoiling operation is completed, and meanwhile, stubbles are removed; in the process of moving the collecting frame (10), the stubble is tidied and collected, soil on the surface is filtered by grids of the collecting frame (10), and the stubble which is large and difficult to naturally decompose in a short time is discharged into the collecting box (14) by rotating the lower collector (11) and the upper collector (12); after the collection is completed, a revolving door at the rear side of the collection box (14) can be opened to clean the stubble rows in the collection box (14) for reuse.
