A rotary tillage device for planting crops in mountainous and hilly areas comprises a connecting plate 1, a rotary tillage rake 2 arranged at the lower part of the connecting plate 1, a conveying device 3 arranged at one side of the rotary tillage rake 2 and a collecting box 4 arranged at the lower part of one side of the conveying device 3, one side of the connecting plate 1 is provided with a traction frame 101, the traction frame 101 is connected with a traction machine, such as a walking tractor, etc., the other end of the connecting plate 1 is provided with a lug 102, the lower part of the connecting plate 1 is provided with a first hanger plate 103, two ends of the rotary tillage rake 2 are movably mounted on the first hanging plate 103 through bearings, the rotary tillage rake 2 comprises a first rotating shaft 201 and a plurality of rake rods 202 arranged on the first rotating shaft 201, a first gear 203 is arranged at one end of the first rotating shaft 201, a second gear 204 meshed with the first gear 203 is arranged at one side of the first gear 203, the second gear 204 is connected with the first hanging plate 103 through a fixed shaft, and a first belt pulley 205 is arranged at one side of the second gear 204; the conveying device 3 comprises a second rotating shaft 302, a third rotating shaft 305 and chain wheels 307 arranged at two ends of the second rotating shaft 302 and the third rotating shaft 305, two ends of the second rotating shaft 302 and the third rotating shaft 305 are fixedly arranged at the lower part of the connecting plate 1 through a second hanging plate 309, the chain wheels 307 at the same side are connected through a transmission chain 301, and a plurality of stone blocking rods 304 are connected between the transmission chains 301; a second belt wheel 303 is arranged at one end of the second rotating shaft 302, the second belt wheel 303 is connected with the first belt wheel 205 through a belt, and a third belt wheel 306 is arranged at one end of the third rotating shaft 305; the collecting box 4 is mounted on the supporting plate 5, the upper part of the supporting plate 5 is provided with a motor 504, one side of the motor 504 is provided with a storage battery (not shown in the figure), an output shaft of the motor 504 is connected with a fourth belt pulley 509, the third belt pulley 306 is connected with the fourth belt pulley 509 through a belt pulley, two sides of the lower part of the supporting plate 5 are provided with wheels 503, two sides of the front end of the supporting plate 5 are provided with supporting plates 501, and the supporting plates 501 are connected with the lugs 102.
When the rotary tillage machine is used, the motor 504 or a traction machine is utilized to drive the third rotating shaft 305 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 305 drives the second rotating shaft 302 to rotate through chain transmission, so that the stone blocking rod 304 on the chain is driven to rotate, the second rotating shaft 302 drives the first belt wheel 205 to rotate through belt transmission, the first belt wheel 205 drives the first rotating shaft 201 to rotate through gear transmission, so that the rotary tillage rake 2 is driven to rotate, the rake rod 202 on the rotary tillage rake 2 carries out rotary tillage on soil, meanwhile, gravels in the farmland are pushed to the stone blocking rod 304 of the conveying device 3, in addition, foreign matters such as mulching films and the like in the farmland are inserted to be cleaned while the rake rod 202 carries out rotary tillage, and the residual mulching films are prevented from being retained in the farmland; when the stone blocking rod 304 rotates, gravel on the upper portion of the stone blocking rod is conveyed to the collecting box 4, and when the farmland is subjected to rotary tillage, gravel in the farmland is cleared, water and soil loss of the farmland in mountainous areas is avoided, and emergence and growth of crops are guaranteed.
In this embodiment, the supporting plate 501 is movably connected with the lug 102 through a pin, one side of the upper portion of the supporting plate 5 is provided with a first oil cylinder 508, the other end of the first oil cylinder 508 is hinged with the connecting plate 1, and the first oil cylinder 508 is matched with a traction machine to adjust the angle of the connecting plate 1, so that the rotary tillage depth of the rotary tillage rake 2 is adjusted.
In this embodiment, be equipped with a plurality of raking knives 308 on stone blocking rod 304, and raking knives 308 are irregularly arranged, and conveyor 3 carries out the secondary rotary tillage to the farmland when carrying the gravel, has guaranteed the effect of farmland rotary tillage, and in addition, raking knives 308 play the effect of blockking the gravel, rolls down from conveyor 3 when having avoided the gravel to carry, has guaranteed the clearance effect of gravel.
In this embodiment, a guide plate 401 is disposed on one side of the collection box 4, so that gravel can accurately fall into the collection box 4; openings are formed in one side and the lower portion of the collecting box 4, soil leaking holes 502 corresponding to the openings are formed in the supporting plate 5, and a soil screening box 403 formed by connecting a plurality of steel pipes at intervals is arranged inside the collecting box 4; the soil screening box 403 facilitates screening of soil adhered to the gravel, and avoids soil loss.
In this embodiment, the upper ends of both sides of the collecting box 4 are provided with a clamping block 402, the clamping block 402 is provided with a clamping groove, and the upper ends of both sides of the soil sieving box 403 are provided with clamping plates 404 which are in sliding fit with the clamping groove, so that the soil sieving box 403 can be conveniently taken out and cleaned in time after gravel in the soil sieving box 403 is fully piled.
In this embodiment, two sides of the collecting box 4 are provided with a plurality of connecting seats 408, the lower parts of the connecting seats 408 are connected with a support 406 through a damping spring 407, the support 406 is installed on the supporting plate 5, and two sides of the collecting box 4 are provided with a plurality of vibrating motors 405; the vibration motor 405 generates an exciting force to shake the collection box 4, so that soil attached to the gravel is shaken off, and further soil loss is avoided.
In this embodiment, a leveling roller 6 is disposed on one side of the lower portion of the supporting plate 5, the leveling roller 6 includes a hollow cylindrical structure formed by connecting a plurality of steel pipes, a bracket 601 is connected to one side of the leveling roller 6, one end of the bracket 601 is movably connected to the supporting plate 5 through a plurality of hinges, a second oil cylinder 602 is connected to the upper portion of the bracket 601 through a hinge support 406, and the other end of the second oil cylinder 602 is movably connected to the lower portion of the supporting plate 5; leveling operation is carried out to the farmland after rotary tillage is completed by leveling roller 6, the effect of rotary tillage of the farmland is guaranteed, and after the whole rotary tillage operation of the farmland is completed, leveling roller 6 is lifted up by contraction of second oil cylinder 602, so that the bottom of leveling roller 6 is prevented from being supported when a rotary tillage device walks.
In this embodiment, 5 lower part one sides of layer board are equipped with ridging mould 7, ridging mould 7 is the big little trapezium structure of rear end opening of front end opening, and 7 upper portions of ridging mould are connected with layer board 5 through a plurality of first connecting rods 701, and to the crop that needs ridging to plant, ridging operation is carried out with the soil after the rotary tillage to ridging mould 7, has improved crop planting's efficiency.
In this embodiment, one side of the lower portion of the supporting plate 5 is provided with the film covering device 8, the film covering device 8 comprises a second connecting rod 802 connected to two sides of the supporting plate 5 and an inserting rod 801 arranged at one end of the second connecting rod 802, two ends of the mulching film are sleeved outside the inserting rod 801, and the film covering device 8 covers the farmland after rotary tillage synchronously, so that the crop cultivation efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, 5 both sides of layer board are equipped with support arm 505, support arm 505 one end lower part is equipped with triangular prism shape's covering shovel 507, and covering shovel 507 upper portion is connected with support arm 505 through a plurality of pole settings 506, and covering shovel 507 is convenient for in time earthing to the plastic film, has avoided the plastic film to be blown up by wind, has reduced the intensity of labour of artifical earthing simultaneously, has improved the intensity of tectorial membrane, for the convenience of adjustment covering shovel 507's height to the thickness of adjustment earthing, pole setting 506 is the threaded rod, and pole setting 506 and support arm 505 threaded connection, and support arm 505 both ends are equipped with the adjusting nut that adjustment pole setting 506 stretches out length.

Claims (10)

1. A rotary tillage device for planting crops on mountainous and hilly areas comprises a connecting plate, a rotary tillage rake arranged at the lower part of the connecting plate, a conveying device arranged at one side of the rotary tillage rake and a collecting box arranged at the lower part of one side of the conveying device, wherein a traction frame is arranged at one side of the connecting plate and is connected with a traction machine, and lugs are arranged at two ends of the other side of the connecting plate; the conveying device comprises a second rotating shaft, a third rotating shaft and chain wheels arranged at two ends of the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft, the two ends of the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft are fixedly arranged at the lower part of the connecting plate through second hanging plates, the chain wheels at the same side are connected through transmission chains, and a plurality of stone blocking rods are connected between the transmission chains; one end of the second rotating shaft is provided with a second belt wheel, the second belt wheel is connected with the first belt wheel through a belt, and one end of the third rotating shaft is provided with a third belt wheel; the collecting box is installed on the supporting plate, a motor is arranged on the upper portion of the supporting plate, a storage battery is arranged on one side of the motor, a fourth belt wheel is connected to an output shaft of the motor, the third belt wheel is connected with the fourth belt wheel through a belt pulley, wheels are arranged on two sides of the lower portion of the supporting plate, supporting plates are arranged on two sides of the front end of the supporting plate, and the supporting plates are connected with the lugs.

The rotary tillage device for planting crops on mountains and hills as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support plate is movably connected with the lug through a pin shaft, a first oil cylinder is arranged on one side of the upper portion of the support plate, and the other end of the first oil cylinder is hinged with the connecting plate.
3. The rotary cultivator attachment for planting crops on mountains and hills as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of blades are provided on the stone blocking rod, and the blades are arranged irregularly.

The rotary tillage device for planting crops on mountains and hills as claimed in claim 1, wherein a guide plate is arranged on one side of the collection box; the soil screening device is characterized in that openings are formed in one side and the lower portion of the collecting box, soil leaking holes corresponding to the openings are formed in the supporting plate, and a soil screening box formed by connecting a plurality of steel pipes at intervals is arranged in the collecting box.

The rotary cultivator attachment for planting crops on mountains and hills as claimed in claim 4, wherein the collection box is provided with a locking block at the upper end of both sides, the locking block is provided with a locking groove, and the soil screening box is provided with a locking plate at the upper end of both sides which is slidably matched with the locking groove.

A rotary tillage device for planting crops on mountains and hills as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein the collection box is provided with a plurality of connecting seats on both sides, the lower parts of the connecting seats are connected with supports through damping springs, the supports are mounted on a supporting plate, and the collection box is provided with a plurality of vibration motors on both sides.

A rotary tillage apparatus for planting crops in mountains and hills as claimed in claim 1, wherein a leveling roller is provided at one side of a lower portion of the supporting plate, the leveling roller comprises a hollow cylindrical structure formed by connecting a plurality of steel pipes, a bracket is connected to one side of the leveling roller, one end of the bracket is movably connected to the supporting plate through a plurality of hinges, a second oil cylinder is connected to an upper portion of the bracket through a hinge support, and the other end of the second oil cylinder is movably connected to the lower portion of the supporting plate.

The rotary cultivator attachment for planting crops on mountains and hills as claimed in claim 1, wherein a ridging mold is provided on one side of the lower portion of the supporting plate, the ridging mold is of a trapezoidal structure with a large front opening and a small rear opening, and the upper portion of the ridging mold is connected with the supporting plate through a plurality of first connecting rods.

The rotary tillage device for planting crops on mountains and hills as claimed in claim 1, wherein a film covering device is arranged on one side of the lower portion of the supporting plate, the film covering device comprises a second connecting rod connected to two sides of the supporting plate, and an insert rod arranged at one end of the second connecting rod, and two ends of the mulching film are sleeved outside the insert rod.

A rotary cultivator attachment for planting crops on mountains and hills as claimed in claim 9, wherein arms are provided on both sides of the supporting plate, a soil covering shovel of triangular prism shape is provided on a lower portion of one end of each arm, an upper portion of the soil covering shovel is connected with the arm through a plurality of vertical rods, the vertical rods are threaded rods, the vertical rods are in threaded connection with the arm, and adjusting nuts for adjusting the extending lengths of the vertical rods are provided on both ends of the arm.
