Abstract
本发明属于保健食品技术领域,具体涉及中药组合物在制备改善咽喉不适的清茶中的应用。本发明所述中药组合物由以下重量份数的原料制成:甘草10份,牛蒡根40份,罗汉果20份,芦根20份,百合10份,本发明以甘草、牛蒡根、罗汉果、芦根和百合为原料,经过特定的工艺制备得到的清茶清凉润肺、口感舒适,对咽炎,支气管炎,咳嗽、哮喘有一定的辅助作用,特别适合于免疫力低下,咽喉、肺不适的人群,对长期抽烟的人士效果更好。

背景技术
在现有技术中,作为中药饮茶种类繁多,疗效各异。大多数都是由众多原料组成,成本高,加工复杂,疗效一般。
据国内外调查与研究认为,病毒和细菌所引起的感染是支气管炎、咳嗽、哮喘继发感染和加剧病变发展的重要因素,粉尘、大气污染、刺激性烟雾、长期吸烟的慢性刺激是主要病因之一,气候寒冷,过敏因素也是发病的诱因。能有效地分解尼古丁及灰尘等有害物质,减弱人体对其的依赖性,此类保健茶市场迫切需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种配方合理,保健效果显著的烟霾清茶。
本发明的技术解决方案是:烟霾清茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:甘草10~15份,牛蒡根35~45份,罗汉果15~20份,芦根15~20份,百合8~10份。
优选,烟霾清茶,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:甘草10份,牛蒡根40份,罗汉果20份,芦根20份,百合10份。
烟霾清茶的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)挑选、净选:将甘草、牛蒡根、罗汉果、芦根(干)、百合分别放在工作台上,将有虫蛀、发霉、变色、腐烂、砂石、灰尘、杂质等异物彻底选出。
(2)水洗:将净选后的甘草等五味放入洗药池中进行清洗,清洗干净,无泥沙后沥净水。
(3)切制:接收水洗岗位洗好的甘草等五味分别放在切制机上分别切制,切片厚度为2~4mm。
(4)干燥:切制后的甘草、芦根、百合、罗汉果分别放入烘箱,铺盘厚度不超过3cm,先打开蒸汽旁通阀,开启蒸汽阀门缓缓通入蒸汽,关闭旁通阀,打开疏水阀,设备开始正常工作,干燥温度70~80℃,干燥2小时,干燥结束后关闭蒸汽进汽阀门。这样干燥的物料水分迅速蒸发,零污染并保持原料的色泽和固有的药香味,还避免物料在使用、贮存、运输的过程中发生霉变。
(5)烘烤:牛蒡根放入烘烤箱,铺盘厚度5cm,打开电源,温度设定为温度220-240℃,烘烤30min,结束后关闭是电源,取出。牛蒡根通过烘烤过,使得牛蒡根由高密度的片状变成低密度的蓬松状态,使其成为金黄色,经过沸水冲泡后使其有效成分易于溶于沸水中,散发出浓郁的牛蒡香气。
(6)破碎混合:将干燥后的甘草、罗汉果、芦根、百合、烘烤后牛蒡根分别放入破碎机进行破碎,筛去细粉,按1:2:2:1:4放入混合槽中混合。
(7)包装:将破碎混合后的物料使用内外袋包装机进行包装,每袋3g,检验成品,封口严密,装箱,入成品库。
烟霾清茶是一种泡袋式代用茶,原料为甘草、罗汉果、芦根(干)、牛蒡根、百合五种药食同源品种,规格为3g/袋。以上原料均是卫生部公布的《关于进一步规范保健食品原料管理的通知》中既是食品又是药品的物品名单中的品种。甘草是一种补益中草药。药用部位是根及根茎,药材性状根呈圆柱形,长25~100cm,直径0.6~3.5cm。外皮松紧不一,表面红棕色或灰棕色。根茎呈圆柱形,表面有芽痕,断面中部有髓。气微,味甜而特殊。功能主治清热解毒,祛痰止咳、脘腹等。喜阳光充沛,日照长气温低的干燥气候。甘草多生长在干旱、半干旱的荒漠草原、沙漠边缘和黄土丘陵地带。甘草入药已有悠久历史。早在二干多年前,《神农本草经》就将其列为药之上品,说其能“主五脏六腑寒热邪气,坚筋骨、长肌肉、倍力,金疮肿、解毒”。南朝医学家陶弘景将甘草尊为“国老”,国老即帝师。并言“此草最为众药之王,经方少有不用者”。甘草药性和缓,能调和诸药,因此把甘草推崇为药之“帝师”。李时珍也在《本草纲目》中记载:“诸药中甘草为君,治七十二种乳石毒,解一千二百草木毒,调和众药有功,故有‘国老’之号。”目前市场上各色采用甘草糖液浸制的甘草果品玲琅满目,脍炙人口。
甘草泡茶喝的好处是:1、甘草具有清热解毒的功效,这是其最大的功效之一。夏天的时候,人比较容易干渴、上火,喝上一杯甘草泡的茶绝对是清热解暑的理想做法。2、有的人会出现咳嗽、多痰的情况,而用甘草泡水喝有减轻这种症状的功效,能够化痰止咳,使得喉咙更加通透舒畅,缓解咽喉疼痛。对于口干的人,可以选择用甘草来泡茶喝。3、甘草泡水喝还具有补脾益气、缓解疼痛的功效,可减轻乏力、脾胃虚弱的症状。当然,适当饮用还有美容养颜的效果。
罗汉果是我国特有的珍贵葫芦科植物,素有良药佳果之称。果实中含有丰富的葡萄糖、果糖及多种维生素等,用途广泛,畅销国内外市场,在国际市场上享有很高的声誉。人们最常利用罗汉果的一种方式就是用其泡水喝,这种方式十分便捷,有不会影响它的功效,是很多人的喜欢的方式。罗汉果味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳,生津止渴的功效,适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽,百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效。罗汉果确实有清热润肺的功效,但中医文献中未记载罗汉果有养阴之功效,也无要回避何种食物的记载。现代医学研究证实,罗汉果含一种比蔗糖甜300倍的甜味素,但它不产生热量,所以是糖尿病、肥胖等不宜吃糖者的理想替代饮料。经常吸烟、饮酒,需要洗肺、护肝、养胃和洗肠清宿便者以及经常加班工作,容易上火、排毒能力减低者或者长坐办公室,呼吸不到室外新鲜空气影响肺部功能者。罗汉果都将是生活中调理身体的不错的选择。
罗汉果也是一种名贵药材,性凉味甘,功能清肺润肠.主治百日咳,痰火咳嗽,血燥便秘等症;对于治疗急性气管炎,急性扁桃体炎,咽喉火,急性胃炎都有很好的疗效,用它的根捣碎,敷于患处,可以治顽癣,痈肿,疮疖等;果毛可作刀伤药;用罗汉果少许,冲入开水浸泡,是一种极好的清凉饮料,既可提神生津,又可预防呼吸道感染,常年服用,能延年益寿。此外,人们还经常将罗汉果制作成果茶,或者与一些其他材料一起熬制,均能够起到很好的医疗保健作用。
“春暖卷帘永昼长,池塘碧艳卧鸳鸯。”这是百合花盛开的美丽。“更气两从香百合,老翁七十尚童心。”这是说百合的对人的保健作用。百合是多年生草本球根植物,味甘淡,性平,有润肺、养肺、止咳、养血安神的作用。除含有淀粉、蛋白质、钙、磷、铁等营养素外,还含有秋水仙碱等多种生物碱。这些生物碱成分具有养心安神、润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益。中医认为,百合味甘,微苦,性微寒。入心、肺二经、为清补之品。具有养阴润肺,清心安神,解热利尿,止咳平喘,理胃健脾的功效。百合也经常用于膳食调理。如人们常用的百合银耳粥,百合排骨汤等。
牛蒡是一种根茎类植物,为菊科多年生草本药食两用蔬菜。原产于北欧、西伯利亚和中国。牛蒡的形状颇似人参,因此在日本有“东洋参”之称,一直就被公认为营养价值极高的特种保健型蔬菜。享有蔬菜之王的美誉。其根粗壮,长短因品种而异,一般为40~100cm,外表面淡棕色至棕褐色,有许多明显的纵向沟纹,质地稍软且粘。在中国《现代中药学大词典》和《中药大词典》中都提出了牛蒡有抗菌、抗肿瘤生长、促进新陈代谢的药理作用。美国著名的保健专家艾尔.敏德尔博士在《抗衰老圣典》中将牛蒡形容为“是一种可以帮助人体维持良好工作状态(从幼年到老年)的温和营养药草,牛蒡可日食而无任何副作用,且对体内系统的平衡具有复原功效”。
1.牛蒡根中含有丰富的膳食纤维,膳食纤维具有吸附钠的作用,并且能随粪便排出体外,使体内钠的含量降低,从而达到降血压的目的。
2.牛蒡根中钙的含量是根茎类蔬菜中最高的,钙具有将钠导入尿液并排出体外的作用,从而达到降低血压的目的。
3.蒡根中蛋白质的含量也极高,蛋白质可以使血管变的柔韧,能将钠从细胞中分离出来,并排出体外,也具有预防慢性高血压的作用。
4.牛蒡根中所含有的牛蒡甙能使血管扩张、血压下降。
研究发现,牛蒡所含丰富的食物纤维为水溶性的,即将牛蒡泡成茶,食物纤维即溶于水中,我们很方便就能获得。
牛蒡泡水喝含丰富的膳食纤维,可以减缓食品释放出的能量,从而减弱脂肪在体内聚集,加快分解脂肪酸的速度,牛蒡泡水喝不仅降低胆固醇,促进心脏健康,而且帮助通便、排泄,快速消除并预防体内堆积的有害代谢物,牛蒡泡水喝含有丰富的蛋白质、钙、维生素,其中胡萝卜素的含量是胡萝卜的150倍。这些营养成分可促进新陈代谢,蛋白质可提高人体免疫力,促进新生细胞生长,具有驻颜抗衰老的功能。牛蒡泡水喝可以促进消化,补充营养,调节人体平衡,预防疾病。全世界最长寿的日本人就是长期使用牛蒡。牛蒡泡水喝能够帮助人们延长寿命。
芦根(干)呈扁圆柱形,节处较硬,节间有纵皱纹。其余特征与鲜芦根相同。均以条粗均匀、色黄白、有光泽、无须者为佳。
芦根传统分类在清热泻火药一节中,有清热功效。但实际上它的泻火之力是弱的,养胃生津功效反而明显。因此将芦根移入养阴药一节中。古代没有输液条件,治疗发热病的方剂放入芦根,以帮助解决伤津脱液的问题。现代各种发热病通过输液,已经纠正了水和电解质平衡,病人仍然口干、纳少、舌红、少津,芦根养胃生津,煎汤代茶饮服,夏季可以清暑热,解口渴,秋天用以润燥,不但能消除口干、食少的症状,更重要的是提高免疫功能,加速了身体康复。

烟霾茶的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)挑选:净选:将甘草、罗汉果、芦根(干)、百合、牛蒡根分别放在工作台上,将有虫蛀、发霉、变色、腐烂、砂石、灰尘、杂质等异物彻底选出。
(2)水洗:将净选后的甘草等放入洗药池中进行清洗,清洗干净、无泥沙后沥净水。
(3)切制:接收水洗岗位洗好的甘草、芦根(干)等分别放在切制机上切制,检查切制机各运动部件刀体、刀架、切刀的螺钉是否紧固,确认各系统正常,打开机器左侧的电源开关,点动龙门架中间的启动按扭,调整切片厚度为2~4mm,分别进行切制。
(4)干燥:切制后的甘草、芦根、百合、罗汉果分别放入烘箱,铺盘厚度不超过3cm,先打开蒸汽旁通阀,开启蒸汽阀门缓缓通入蒸汽,关闭旁通阀,打开疏水阀,设备开始正常工作,干燥温度70~80℃,干燥2小时,干燥结束后关闭蒸汽进汽阀门。这样干燥的物料水分迅速蒸发,零污染并保持原料的色泽和固有的药香味,还避免物料在使用、贮存、运输的过程中发生霉变。

3、经80例咽喉不适人群饮用,每日早、晚各饮用一次,每次一袋(3g/袋)。3天后喉痒、轻咳现象减轻,20天以后喉痒明显减轻或消失。
4、经56例长期吸烟人群饮用,每日早、午、晚各饮用一次,每次一袋。一个月后咽喉不适,咳喘等现象都有减轻。

具体实施方式
实施例1
烟霾清茶,由以下重量的原料制成:甘草10份,牛蒡根40份,罗汉果20份,干芦根20份,百合10份。3g/袋。
实验例2
经80例咽喉不适人群饮用,每日早、晚各饮用一次,每次一袋(实施例1配方)。三天后喉痒、轻咳现象减轻,20天以后喉痒、轻咳明显减轻或消失。
实验例3
吴女士,62岁。饮用前症状:多年咽炎,常年靠药物含片帮助。饮用烟霾清茶,每日早、晚各饮用一次。每日饮用数量:每次一袋(实施例1配方),多次冲泡。饮用后情况:三天后喉痒、轻咳现象减轻,20天以后喉痒、轻咳明显减轻,除特殊情况(如上火感冒等)基本不用含片。
实验例4
经56例长期吸烟人群饮用,每日早、午、晚各饮用一次,每次一袋(实施例1配方)。一个月后咽喉不适,咳喘等现象都有减轻。
实验例5
于先生,45岁。饮用前症状:支气管炎,总感觉咽部有异物。饮用烟霾清茶,每日早、午、晚各饮用一次。每日饮用数量:每次一袋(实施例1配方),多次冲泡。饮用后一个月,咽部有异物感消失。
根据上述内容可以看出,本发明提供的烟霾清茶能够改善咽喉不适,减轻咳喘等现象。

1.中药组合物在制备改善咽喉不适的清茶中的应用,其特征在于,所述中药组合物由以下重量份数的原料组成:甘草10份,牛蒡根40份,罗汉果20份,芦根20份,百合10份;
所述改善咽喉不适的清茶的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)挑选、净选:将甘草、牛蒡根、罗汉果、芦根、百合分别放在工作台上,将有虫蛀、发霉、变色、腐烂、砂石、灰尘、杂质等异物彻底选出;
(2)水洗:将净选后的甘草等五味放入洗药池中进行清洗,清洗干净,无泥沙后沥净水;
(3)切制:接收水洗岗位洗好的甘草等五味分别放在切制机上分别切制,切片厚度为2~4mm;
(4)干燥:切制后的甘草、芦根、百合、罗汉果分别放入烘箱,铺盘厚度不超过3cm,先打开蒸汽旁通阀,开启蒸汽阀门缓缓通入蒸汽,关闭旁通阀,打开疏水阀,设备开始正常工作,干燥温度70~80℃,干燥2h,干燥结束后关闭蒸汽进汽阀门;
