针织面料是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,分经编针织布和纬编针织布,是众多面料中应用较为广泛的一种。针织布具有质地柔软、吸湿透气、排汗保暖等特性,且具备较大的延伸性和弹性,因此常被制成内衣、紧身衣和运动服等,受到广大消费者的欢迎和喜爱。
然而,现有的针织面料经常会出现不耐穿的情况,主要体现在面料内部容易发霉发臭及面料本身容易褶皱起球这两方面。面料之所以容易发霉发臭,主要是由于面料与外界水汽接触导致内部被润湿,由于水汽无法快速排干从而容易导致霉变,且在霉变的同时又容易产生大量有害的细菌,从而滋生臭味,而面料之所以容易褶皱起球,主要是由于纤维本身是有弹性的,水平受力也会使材料发生形变,而纤维回弹性没那么快,也没那么好,所以容易形成褶皱,而面料在洗涤洗涤过程中其表面频繁会与外界发生摩擦,使得内部纤维被拉伸至织物表面并形成茸毛,则茸毛缠结成球,并通过固着纤维和织物表面相连,导致面料表面起球。则由于面料发霉发臭及褶皱起球的问题存在,因此耐用性较差,影响面料的使用效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种针织面料及其制备工艺,耐用性极佳,使用效果较好。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种针织面料,包括基布层,所述基布层上表面设置有功能层,所述基布层与功能层之间通过热熔胶粘接在一起,所述功能层通过坯布浸扎防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂得到,其中,
所述防霉祛臭整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
甲醇10-12份;
三聚磷酸钠10-15份;
二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚3-6份;
海藻酸钠5-10份;
七里香6-12份;
艾草1-5份;
溶解壳聚糖10-15份;
去离子水20-40份;
所述保形整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
抗起球剂1-5份;
柔顺剂10-30份;
双氧水2-5份;
聚氨酯20-30份;
磷酸氢钙5-10份;
六偏磷酸钠1-5份;
分散剂3-5份;
余量为水。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于设置有功能层,且功能层通过坯布浸扎防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂得到,通过防霉祛臭整理剂的设置,能够起到较好的自主抑菌作用,避免面料内部滋生容易产生霉变的细菌和真菌,且使得功能层具有较好的阻隔水汽的作用,避免外界水汽渗入并润湿面料,从而避免面料内部产生霉变,起到较好的防霉效果,且通过功能层自身散发的草药气味,能有效祛除异味,起到较好的祛臭效果,通过保形整理剂的设置,赋予面料较好的抗起毛起球性能,且使得功能层不易褶皱变形,从而有效提升了面料抗皱性能,使得面料长久存放不易褶皱变形,能够保持挺括,则通过这一系列的设置,使得面料具有防霉祛臭和抗皱抗起球的效果,耐用性极佳,使用效果较好。
本发明进一步设置为:所述功能层包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,所述花型六路一循环,花型按照上针盘到下针筒的排列顺序,第一路依次为集圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织、集圈组织,第二路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第三路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第四路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第五路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第六路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织。
通过采用上述技术方案,功能层的编织结构稳固性好,不易脱线,结构强度较高,且编织结构层次分明,立体感强,使得针织面料具有较好的手感,在制成衣服并进行穿着时更为舒适。
本发明进一步设置为:所述基布层下表面涂覆有防水涂层,所述防水涂层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于在基布层下表面涂覆有防水涂层,且防水涂层为聚四氟乙烯涂层,防水效果较好,从而能够阻隔外界水汽透过基布层渗入基布层内部,进而大大延长了针织面料的使用寿命。
本发明进一步设置为:所述基布层由第一纱线和第二纱线纬编织造而成,所述第一纱线由若干莫代尔纤维加捻而成,所述第二纱线由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于基布层由第一纱线和第二纱线纬编织造而成,且第一纱线由若干莫代尔纤维加捻而成,莫代尔纤维柔软光洁,湿模量高,从而使得面料具有较好的亲肤性,第二纱线由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成,莱赛尔纤维手感滑润,悬垂性好,使得面料具有较好的质感,且舒适性较高。
一种针织面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)纱线准备:准备用于制备面料的纤维,对纤维依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵伸、加捻后再进行卷绕,制成纱线;
2)坯布织造:将经过步骤1)处理得到的纱线置于针织纬编大圆机进行织造,织造完成后进行清洗,清洗完成后进行烘干;
3)坯布检验:对经过步骤2)处理制成的坯布进行质检、翻布和缝头,检查坯布质量,检查出坯布表面的纺疵、织疵和破损,对不合格品进行作废处理;
4)浸轧处理:将防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂通过浸轧的方式施加到坯布上,处理完成后晾干;
5)面料复合:在坯布上涂抹一层热熔胶并进行复合处理,得到复合的针织面料;
6)烘干定型:将经过步骤5)处理得到的针织面料置于面料定型机内进行烘干定型,整理平整,得到成品针织面料;
7)质量终检:对经过步骤6)处理得到的成品针织面料按批次进行抽样,对样品进行质检,确定合格品和非合格品;
8)包装入库:对经过步骤7)检验合格的成品针织面料进行收卷打包,并统一入库存放。
通过采用上述技术方案,工艺流程简单,前后步骤衔接有序,生产效率高,通过坯布检验和质量终检的前后两次产品质检,能够保证针织面料的成品质量,有效降低次品率,能够符合针织面料大批量生产的需求。
本发明进一步设置为:将所述防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂通过浸轧的方法施加到所述坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)坯布准备:将待处理的坯布置于清洗机内进行清洗,清洗完成后进行紫外线杀菌消毒,最后通过烘干机进行烘干;
2)配比轧液:将防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂分别稀释得到轧液,且坯布与稀释后的轧液的浴比为1:8;
3)预处理:先将坯布置于烧毛机内,通过高温火焰烧去坯布表面的短毛,再对坯布进行浸轧生物酶、汽蒸的生物酶处理;
4)预浸:将坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的扎液中,并使用工具翻搅使其分散,进行一浸一扎;
5)二浸:将经过步骤4)处理的坯布浸置在轧液中进行二次浸轧,浸渍3-6小时,再用轧车轧一遍,进行二浸二轧;
6)清洗:将经过步骤5)处理得到的坯布放入清洗机内,通过清水进行清洗,重复1-3次,清洗后进行晾干处理;
7)烘干:将经过步骤6)处理得到的坯布置于烘干机内进行烘干,温度保持在80-90℃;
8)收纳:将经过步骤7)处理后的坯布收卷起来等待下一步工序。
通过采用上述技术方案,操作效率高,步骤有序,能够保证面料浸轧的均匀性和彻底性,从而提升了浸轧的效率和质量,进而能够保证针织面料的成品质量。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置功能层,且功能层通过坯布浸扎防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂得到,从而使得面料具有防霉祛臭和抗皱抗起球的效果,耐用性极佳,使用效果较好;
2、本发明的工艺流程简单,前后步骤衔接有序,生产效率高,通过坯布检验和质量终检的前后两次产品质检,能够保证针织面料的成品质量,有效降低次品率,能够符合针织面料大批量生产的需求。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
请参阅图1-3所示,一种针织面料,包括基布层1,基布层1由第一纱线4和第二纱线5纬编织造而成,且第一纱线4由若干莫代尔纤维加捻而成,第二纱线5由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成,在基布层1上表面设置有功能层2,且在基布层1下表面涂覆有防水涂层3,防水涂层3为聚四氟乙烯涂层,功能层2包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,花型按照上针盘到下针筒的排列顺序,第一路依次为集圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织、集圈组织,第二路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第三路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第四路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第五路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第六路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,且基布层1与功能层2之间通过热熔胶粘接在一起,功能层2通过坯布浸扎防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂得到,其中,
防霉祛臭整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
甲醇10-12份;
三聚磷酸钠10-15份;
二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚3-6份;
海藻酸钠5-10份;
七里香6-12份;
艾草1-5份;
溶解壳聚糖10-15份;
去离子水20-40份;
保形整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
抗起球剂1-5份;
柔顺剂10-30份;
双氧水2-5份;
聚氨酯20-30份;
磷酸氢钙5-10份;
六偏磷酸钠1-5份;
分散剂3-5份;
余量为水。
本发明通过设置功能层2,且功能层2通过坯布浸扎防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂得到,在防霉祛臭整理剂中通过添加溶解壳聚糖,能够起到较好的自主抑菌作用,避免面料内部滋生容易产生霉变的细菌和真菌,且在防霉祛臭整理剂中添加有三聚磷酸钠、二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚及海藻酸钠,通过二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚能够加强三聚磷酸钠和海藻酸钠的分散性和融合性,在通过浸轧的方式附着于功能层2表面时,使得功能层2具有较好的阻隔水汽的作用,避免外界水汽渗入并润湿面料,从而避免面料内部产生霉变,起到较好的防霉效果,且在防霉祛臭整理剂中添加有七里香和艾草,通过其自身散发的草药气味,能有效祛除异味,起到较好的祛臭效果,在保形整理剂中通过添加抗起球剂,同时通过柔顺剂、双氧水添加进行配合,有效降低了功能层2内部基团的活性,减少了功能层2起球的概率,从而赋予面料较好的抗起毛起球性能,且在保形整理剂中添加有聚氨酯、磷酸氢钙及六偏磷酸钠,再通过分散剂进行辅助,使得功能层2不易褶皱变形,从而有效提升了面料抗皱性能,使得面料长久存放不易褶皱变形,能够保持挺括,则通过这一系列的设置,使得面料具有防霉祛臭和抗皱抗起球的效果,耐用性极佳,使用效果较好。
由于功能层2包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,这样的编织结构稳固性好,不易脱线,结构强度较高,且编织结构层次分明,立体感强,使得针织面料具有较好的手感,在制成衣服并进行穿着时更为舒适。
由于在基布层1下表面涂覆有防水涂层3,且防水涂层3为聚四氟乙烯涂层,防水效果较好,从而能够阻隔外界水汽透过基布层1渗入基布层1内部,进而大大延长了针织面料的使用寿命。
由于基布层1由第一纱线4和第二纱线5纬编织造而成,且第一纱线4由若干莫代尔纤维加捻而成,莫代尔纤维柔软光洁,湿模量高,从而使得面料具有较好的亲肤性,第二纱线5由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成,莱赛尔纤维手感滑润,悬垂性好,使得面料具有较好的质感,且舒适性较高。
请参阅图4、图5所示,一种针织面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)纱线准备:准备用于制备面料的纤维,对纤维依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵伸、加捻后再进行卷绕,制成纱线;
2)坯布织造:将经过步骤1)处理得到的纱线置于针织纬编大圆机进行织造,织造完成后进行清洗,清洗完成后进行烘干;
3)坯布检验:对经过步骤2)处理制成的坯布进行质检、翻布和缝头,检查坯布质量,检查出坯布表面的纺疵、织疵和破损,对不合格品进行作废处理;
4)浸轧处理:将防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂通过浸轧的方式施加到坯布上,处理完成后晾干;
5)面料复合:在坯布上涂抹一层热熔胶并进行复合处理,得到复合的针织面料;
6)烘干定型:将经过步骤5)处理得到的针织面料置于面料定型机内进行烘干定型,整理平整,得到成品针织面料;
7)质量终检:对经过步骤6)处理得到的成品针织面料按批次进行抽样,对样品进行质检,确定合格品和非合格品;
8)包装入库:对经过步骤7)检验合格的成品针织面料进行收卷打包,并统一入库存放。
其中,将防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂通过浸轧的方法施加到坯布上的具体步骤如下:

本发明采用纱线准备、坯布织造、坯布检验、浸轧处理、面料复合、烘干定型、质量终检、包装入库的制备工艺流程,工艺流程简单,前后步骤衔接有序,生产效率高,通过坯布检验和质量终检的前后两次产品质检,能够保证针织面料的成品质量,有效降低次品率,能够符合针织面料大批量生产的需求,其中,本发明采用坯布准备、配比轧液、预处理、预浸、二浸、清洗、烘干、收纳的浸轧方式流程,操作效率高,步骤有序,能够保证面料浸轧的均匀性和彻底性,从而提升了浸轧的效率和质量,进而能够保证针织面料的成品质量。

1.一种针织面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1),所述基布层(1)上表面设置有功能层(2),所述基布层(1)与功能层(2)之间通过热熔胶粘接在一起,所述功能层(2)通过坯布浸扎防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂得到,其中,
所述防霉祛臭整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
甲醇10-12份;
三聚磷酸钠10-15份;
二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚3-6份;
海藻酸钠5-10份;
七里香6-12份;
艾草1-5份;
溶解壳聚糖10-15份;
去离子水20-40份;
所述保形整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
抗起球剂1-5份;
柔顺剂10-30份;
双氧水2-5份;
聚氨酯20-30份;
磷酸氢钙5-10份;
六偏磷酸钠1-5份;
分散剂3-5份;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料,其特征在于:所述功能层(2)包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,所述花型六路一循环,花型按照上针盘到下针筒的排列顺序,第一路依次为集圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织、集圈组织,第二路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第三路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第四路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第五路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第六路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)下表面涂覆有防水涂层(3),所述防水涂层(3)为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)由第一纱线(4)和第二纱线(5)纬编织造而成,所述第一纱线(4)由若干莫代尔纤维加捻而成,所述第二纱线(5)由若干莱赛尔纤维加捻而成。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任意一项所述针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)纱线准备:准备用于制备面料的纤维,对纤维依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵伸、加捻后再进行卷绕,制成纱线;
2)坯布织造:将经过步骤1)处理得到的纱线置于针织纬编大圆机进行织造,织造完成后进行清洗,清洗完成后进行烘干;
3)坯布检验:对经过步骤2)处理制成的坯布进行质检、翻布和缝头,检查坯布质量,检查出坯布表面的纺疵、织疵和破损,对不合格品进行作废处理;
4)浸轧处理:将防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂通过浸轧的方式施加到坯布上,处理完成后晾干;
5)面料复合:在坯布上涂抹一层热熔胶并进行复合处理,得到复合的针织面料;
6)烘干定型:将经过步骤5)处理得到的针织面料置于面料定型机内进行烘干定型,整理平整,得到成品针织面料;
7)质量终检:对经过步骤6)处理得到的成品针织面料按批次进行抽样,对样品进行质检,确定合格品和非合格品;
8)包装入库:对经过步骤7)检验合格的成品针织面料进行收卷打包,并统一入库存放。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:将所述防霉祛臭整理剂和保形整理剂通过浸轧的方法施加到所述坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)坯布准备:将待处理的坯布置于清洗机内进行清洗,清洗完成后进行紫外线杀菌消毒,最后通过烘干机进行烘干;
