Abstract
提供能够抑制耐磨损性、寿命的降低且能够实现低发尘性的润滑脂组合物以及封入有该润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承。润滑脂7含有基础油和增稠剂,基础油为含有合成烃油和醚油、40℃下的运动粘度为120mm2/s以上的混合油,增稠剂为脂肪族二脲化合物及脂环式二脲化合物,相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有12质量份~15质量份,根据JIS K 2220测定的混合稠度为200~240,含有在20℃下为固体的有机酸金属盐。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂组合物及封入有该润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承,特别涉及用于伺服马达、编码器等旋转电力机械用滚动轴承的润滑脂组合物及其滚动轴承。
背景技术
伺服马达具备位置、速度等的检测器,可进行高精度的定位、细致的旋转速度控制,因此以机床、机器人用途为中心,需求在增加。其中,面向机器人的伺服马达多用于关节部的驱动,为了提高关节部的轴速度、可调速度,要求小型、高输出。为了实现小型化,在滚动轴承的附近配置检测器、制动器,但如果轴承内部的润滑脂的一部分飞沫附着于检测器、制动器,则会招致检测精度、制动性的降低,因此要求润滑脂具有低发尘性。
就发尘(発塵)而言,由于与滚动轴承的旋转所相伴的发热和轴承内部的压力上升,润滑脂的一部分蒸发或飞散,向轴承外部放出而产生。为了抑制发尘,提高润滑脂的基础油的粘度而增大表面张力、减少润滑脂中的基础油的量是有效的。但是,其相反面,基础油向滚动面、滑动面的供给(旋入)容易变得不充分,有可能招致轴承的过于升温、滚动面或滑动面的表面粗糙、磨损等损伤。
以往,研究了各种以低发尘性为目的的润滑脂组合物。例如,在专利文献1中提出如下的润滑脂组合物:40℃下的运动粘度为30mm2/s~180mm2/s,且含有配合了选自合成烃油和醚油中的至少1种的基础油和由脲化合物构成的增稠剂,进而将仅包含非金属元素的添加剂配合润滑脂总量的0.1~1重量%而成。
另外,在专利文献2中记载:在组装于正反旋转的马达的滚动轴承单元中,配设在编码器附近的滚动轴承将含有由选自合成烃油和醚油中的至少一种构成、且40℃下的运动粘度为80mm2/s~120mm2/s的基础油的润滑脂组合物封入而成。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
近年来,随着马达的小型化、高输出化,其轴承的使用环境变为高温的情况增加,在不利于发尘的环境中的使用增加。另外,在要求低发尘性的滚动轴承中,也要求耐磨损性、润滑脂寿命这样的耐久性。就专利文献1中记载的润滑脂组合物而言,为在半导体制造设备等的洁净室内使用的滚动装置用,对高温下的发尘性、耐久性没有进行研究,在这些方面令人担忧。另外,就专利文献2中记载的润滑脂组合物而言,用于正反旋转的马达用的轴承单元,若仅单纯地规定基础油及其运动粘度,认为在耐磨损性、润滑脂寿命方面有时不充分。
本发明是鉴于这样的情况而完成的,其目的在于提供能够抑制耐磨损性、寿命的降低且能够实现低发尘性的润滑脂组合物、及封入有该润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的润滑脂组合物是含有基础油和增稠剂的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,上述基础油为含有合成烃油和醚油、40℃下的运动粘度为120mm2/s以上的混合油,就上述增稠剂而言,为脂肪族二脲化合物及脂环式二脲化合物,相对于上述基础油和上述增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有12质量份~15质量份,上述润滑脂组合物的根据JIS K2220所测定的混合稠度为200~240,含有在20℃下为固体的有机酸金属盐。
其特征在于,上述有机酸金属盐是钠盐或钙盐。另外,其特征在于,上述有机酸金属盐是碳数2~18的有机羧酸的金属盐,上述润滑脂组合物不含在分子结构内含有硫及磷的添加剂。
其特征在于,上述润滑脂组合物还含有胺系抗氧化剂,该胺系抗氧化剂为N-苯基-N’-异丙基-对苯二胺(PIPA)。
本发明的滚动轴承是具有内圈、外圈、介于该内圈及外圈之间的多个滚动体;设置于上述内圈及外圈的轴向两端的开口部的密封构件;和封入到轴承内空间的润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承,其特征在于,上述润滑脂组合物是本发明的润滑脂组合物。
其特征在于,上述密封构件由含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的丁腈橡胶形成。
其特征在于,所述滚动轴承是旋转电力机械用轴承。
发明的效果
就本发明的润滑脂组合物而言,基础油为含有合成烃油和醚油、40℃下的运动粘度为120mm2/s以上的混合油,就增稠剂而言,为脂肪族二脲化合物及脂环式二脲化合物,相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有12质量份~15质量份,混合稠度为200~240,包含20℃下为固体的有机酸金属盐,因此能够抑制耐磨损性、寿命的降低,且实现低发尘性。具体而言,认为:通过对规定的基础油和规定的增稠剂的组合添加在20℃下为固体的有机酸金属盐,不影响基础油的表面张力,且在基础油的供给不足、担心磨损的情况下,有机酸金属盐熔融,能够作为极压剂来保护钢表面。
就本发明的滚动轴承而言,由于本发明的润滑脂组合物被封入到轴承内空间,因此,例如,适合用于伺服马达等旋转电力机械的轴承,能够有助于该旋转电力机械的小型化、高输出化,导致高功能化。
另外,由于密封构件由含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的丁腈橡胶形成,因此通过使用低挥发性的偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂作为增塑剂,增塑剂自身的蒸发受到抑制,能够进一步提高作为轴承的低发尘性。

具体实施方式
本发明的润滑脂组合物的特征在于,含有具有规定的运动粘度的基础油、规定的增稠剂和添加剂,该添加剂含有在20℃下为固体的有机酸金属盐。
本发明的润滑脂组合物中使用的基础油为含有合成烃油和醚油、40℃下的运动粘度为120mm2/s以上的混合油。该运动粘度是混合油的运动粘度,在40℃下优选120mm2/s~160mm2/s,更优选125mm2/s~140mm2/s。
作为合成烃油,更优选聚-α-烯烃油(PAO油)。PAO油为α-烯烃或异构化的α-烯烃的低聚物或聚合物的混合物。作为α-烯烃的具体实例,可列举出1-辛烯、1-壬烯、1-癸烯、1-十二碳烯、1-十三碳烯、1-十四碳烯、1-十五碳烯、1-十六碳烯、1-十七碳烯、1-十八碳烯、1-十九碳烯、1-二十碳烯、1-二十二碳烯、1-二十四碳烯等,通常使用它们的混合物。
作为醚油,例如,可以举出聚苯醚油、烷基二苯基醚油、烷基三苯基醚油、烷基四苯基醚油等。其中,从高温下的耐久性的方面考虑,优选烷基二苯基醚油,更优选含有基础油(混合油)整体的50质量%以上的烷基二苯基醚油。作为烷基二苯基醚油,可以举出单烷基二苯基醚油、二烷基二苯基醚油、多烷基二苯基醚油等。
用于本发明的基础油可以是仅合成烃油和醚油的混合油,也可以是进一步添加了其他油的混合油。作为其他油,通常,只要是用于滚动轴承的油,就可以没有特别限制地使用。例如,可以举出石蜡系矿物油、环烷系矿物油等矿物油、酯油、硅油、氟油等。
本发明的润滑脂组合物中使用的增稠剂是脂肪族二脲化合物及脂环式二脲化合物的混合物。该增稠剂是使二异氰酸酯成分与脂肪族单胺及脂环族单胺反应而得到的脲化合物。脂肪族二脲化合物由作为单胺成分的脂肪族单胺和二异氰酸酯成分得到,脂环式二脲化合物由作为单胺成分的脂环式单胺和二异氰酸酯成分得到。作为二异氰酸酯成分,可以举出苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、联苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、十八烷二异氰酸酯、癸烷二异氰酸酯、己烷二异氰酸酯等。作为脂肪族单胺,可以举出己胺、辛胺、十二烷基胺、十六烷基胺、十八烷基胺、硬脂胺、油胺等。作为脂环式单胺,可以举出环己胺等。本发明中使用的增稠剂中的脂肪族二脲化合物的含量优选大于脂环式二脲化合物的含量。
在基础油中配合二脲化合物作为增稠剂而得到基础润滑脂。就以二脲化合物为增稠剂的基础润滑脂而言,在基础油中使二异氰酸酯成分与单胺成分反应而制作。相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有12质量份~15质量份的增稠剂。
本发明的润滑脂组合物中使用的有机酸金属盐是有机羧酸、烷基苯磺酸等有机磺酸、烷基硫酸等有机硫酸、烷基膦酸等有机膦酸、烷基次膦酸等有机次膦酸等具有取代基的脂肪族化合物或芳香族化合物与金属离子的盐。就上述有机酸金属盐而言,只要在20℃下为固体,即熔点超过20℃即可,构成有机酸金属盐的有机酸、金属离子可以适当选择。有机酸金属盐的熔点优选为100℃以上,更优选为150℃以上。
作为构成有机酸金属盐的金属,只要能够与上述有机酸形成盐即可,可以使用锂、钠、钾、镁、钙、钡、锌、铝等。作为金属盐,优选为钠盐或钙盐,更优选为钠盐。
构成有机酸金属盐的上述有机酸也可以在分子结构中的脂肪族基团或芳香族基团具有卤素基、羟基、氨基、烷基、烷氧基、环氧基等取代基。另外,上述有机酸优选在分子结构内不含硫原子及磷原子,更优选构成原子为选自碳原子、氢原子、氮原子及氧原子中的原子。作为这样有机酸,例如,可以举出醋酸、丙酸、丁酸、己酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸等碳数2~18的有机羧酸,其中优选碳数10~18的有机羧酸,进而,更优选不具有取代基的直链状有机羧酸。
作为本发明中使用的有机酸金属盐,具体而言,可以使用醋酸钠(熔点324℃)、醋酸钙(熔点160℃)、硬脂酸钠(熔点220℃)、硬脂酸钙(熔点179℃)等。
就润滑脂组合物中的有机酸金属盐的配合量而言,相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,优选为0.5质量份~5质量份,更优选为0.5质量份~3质量份,进一步优选为1质量份~3质量份。
本发明的润滑脂组合物优选进一步含有抗氧化剂作为添加剂。作为抗氧化剂,可以使用胺系抗氧化剂、酚系抗氧化剂、硫系抗氧化剂等,其中优选使用胺系抗氧化剂,例如,可列举出苯基-1-萘胺、二苯基对苯二胺、二吡啶基胺、吩噻嗪、N,N’-二异丙基对苯二胺、N-苯基-N’-异丙基对苯二胺、二烷基二苯胺(DDPA)等。
另外,在润滑脂组合物中,根据需要,可以添加防锈剂、酯、醇等油性剂这样的其他添加剂。例如,为了确保润滑脂自身的防锈性能,优选添加防锈剂。作为防锈剂,没有特别限定,优选酯系防锈剂。作为酯系防锈剂,可以举出山梨糖醇酐、山梨糖醇、季戊四醇、蔗糖、甘油等多元醇与油酸、月桂酸等羧酸的部分酯、琥珀酸半酯等。酯系防锈剂的配合量相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,更优选含有0.2质量份~0.6质量份。
本发明的润滑脂组合物优选不含在分子结构内含有磷原子、硫原子的添加剂。如后述的实施例所示,由于含有这些添加剂,得到基础油的表面张力降低的结果,其结果,有发尘量增大的倾向。作为这样的添加剂,例如可以举出磷酸三甲苯酯等磷酸酯、亚磷酸三甲苯酯等亚磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯、硫代亚磷酸酯、烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP)、烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDTC)等极压剂。
本发明的润滑脂组合物的混合稠度(JIS K 2220)在200~240的范围内。从抑制发尘量的观点考虑,混合稠度优选在200~220的范围内。
基于图1对封入本发明的润滑脂组合物而成的滚动轴承进行说明。图1是深沟球轴承的剖面图。就滚动轴承1而言,同心地配置在外周面具有内圈轨道面2a的内圈2和在内周面具有外圈轨道面3a的外圈3,在内圈轨道面2a和外圈轨道面3a之间配置多个滚动体4。该滚动体4由保持器5保持。另外,内、外圈的轴向两端开口部8a、8b由密封构件6密封,至少在滚动体4的周围封入上述的润滑脂组合物7。图1的密封构件6是内径唇部在密封沟槽内部接触的接触型的密封构件。内圈2、外圈3及滚动体4由铁系金属材料构成,润滑脂组合物7夹在与滚动体4的轨道面,进行润滑。
在滚动轴承1中,就构成内圈2、外圈3、滚动体4、保持器5等轴承构件的铁系金属材料而言,是作为轴承材料而一般使用的任意的材料,例如,可列举出高碳铬轴承钢(SUJ1、SUJ2、SUJ3、SUJ4、SUJ5等;JIS G 4805)、渗碳钢(SCr420、SCM420等;JIS G 4053)、不锈钢(SUS440C等;JIS G 4303)、高速钢(M50等)、冷轧钢等。
另外,密封构件6可以为单独的橡胶成型体或金属制,或者也可以是橡胶成型体与金属板、塑料板或陶瓷板的复合体。从耐久性、固接的容易性考虑,如图1中所示,优选橡胶成型体与金属板的复合体。作为橡胶成型体的材质,使用丁腈橡胶(NBR)、丙烯酸类橡胶、硅橡胶、氟橡胶等,在橡胶成型体中含有增塑剂。
增塑剂可以从公知的增塑剂中适当选择来使用,优选使用酯系增塑剂。作为酯系增塑剂,例如,可以举出邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯等邻苯二甲酸酯系增塑剂、己二酸酯系增塑剂、偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂、均苯四甲酸酯系增塑剂等酯化合物。其中,从抑制发尘量的观点考虑,更优选偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂。偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂由下式(1)表示。

在式(1)中,R1、R2、R3可以相同也可以不同。优选相同。另外,R1、R2、R3优选为碳数为7~9的脂肪族1元醇残基。该脂肪族1元醇残基可以是直链状烷基,也可以是支链状烷基。具体而言,可以举出偏苯三酸三正辛酯、偏苯三酸三-2-乙基己酯等。作为偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂,可以使用レオルーブLTM、レオルーブTM10(FMC制)等。
在橡胶成型体中,除了上述增塑剂之外,根据需要还可以配合阻燃剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、填充剂、发泡剂、抗氧化剂、加工助剂、中和剂、紫外线吸收剂、颜料、抗静电剂、分散剂、增粘剂、金属劣化防止剂、防霉剂、流动调节剂等公知的各种添加剂。
在图1中,作为轴承例示了球轴承,但本发明的滚动轴承也可以作为圆筒滚子轴承、圆锥滚子轴承、自动调心滚子轴承、针状滚子轴承、推力圆筒滚子轴承、推力圆锥滚子轴承、推力针状滚子轴承、推力自动调心滚子轴承等使用。
通过图2说明将本发明的滚动轴承应用于伺服马达的构成。如图2中所示,伺服马达11具有转子12、定子13、轴14、和在轴14的反负载侧读取转子12的角度的编码器15。轴14由配置在负载侧的滚动轴承16和配置在反负载侧的本发明的滚动轴承1支承。就本发明的滚动轴承1而言,虽然配置在编码器15的附近,但由于来自轴承的发尘量受到抑制,因此能够防止编码器15引起的检测精度的降低。
本发明的滚动轴承不限于伺服马达,也用于要求低发尘性的其他旋转电力机械。例如,可以举出发电机、主轴马达、步进马达、风扇马达等伺服马达以外的电动机。
实施例
分别制备表1和表2所示组成的润滑脂组合物。表1和表2中,基础油、增稠剂和添加剂的各含量表示相对于基础润滑脂(基础油+增稠剂)的含有率(质量%)。予以说明,表1的实施例1~8的润滑脂组合物仅配合有机酸金属盐和胺系抗氧化剂作为添加剂。予以说明,表1和表2中的DDPA使用二辛基二苯胺。另外,表1下述的1)~9)在表2中也相同。
<发尘试验>
将各润滑脂组合物分别封入到具有接触形密封构件的深沟球轴承6900(内径10mm×外径22mm×宽度6mm),制作试验用轴承。在实施例8以外的密封构件中,使用含有邻苯二甲酸酯系增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己酯)作为增塑剂的NBR,在实施例8的密封构件中,使用含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂(レオルーブLTM、FMC制、40℃下的运动粘度53mm2/s)作为增塑剂的NBR。使得到的试验用轴承在气氛温度120℃、6000min-1、200小时下内圈旋转。在试验用轴承的轴向两端配置玻璃板,使从轴承飞散的润滑脂组合物附着。通过从试验后的玻璃板的重量减去试验前的玻璃板的重量来求出发尘量。对于发尘量的评价,将3mg以下用◎标记表示,将大于3mg且4mg以下用○标记表示,将大于4mg且6mg以下用△标记表示,将大于6mg用×标记表示,在表1及表2中一并记载。
<微振磨损试验>
使用球盘型往复运动试验机对各润滑脂组合物进行磨损试验。在钢材平板(20mm见方,厚度5mm)型试验片涂布各润滑脂组合物,以98N的载荷抵靠SUJ2制的1个钢球(7/16英寸),以0.47mm的振幅、30Hz的振动频率进行8小时的微小往复滑动。测定该试验后的钢材平板的磨损深度(μm)。对于磨损深度评价,将3μm以下用◎标记表示,将大于3μm且5μm以下用○标记表示,将大于5μm且10μm以下用△标记表示,将大于10μm用×标记表示,在表1及表2中一并记载。
<润滑脂寿命试验>
将各润滑脂组合物1.8g分别封入到深沟球轴承6204(内径20mm、外径47mm、宽度14mm)中,制作试验用轴承。在轴承外圈的外径部温度180℃、轴向载荷67N、径向载荷67N的条件下,使得到的试验用轴承以10000min-1的旋转速度进行旋转,测定到烧结为止的时间。对于润滑脂寿命时间的评价,将300小时以上用◎标记表示,将230小时以上且小于300小时用○标记表示,将150小时以上且小于230小时用△标记表示,将小于150小时用×标记表示,在表1及表2中一并记载。

应予说明,对于表1中的发尘量的评价,实施例8的发尘量为2mg以下,与其他◎标记的试验例相比,在发尘性方面成为了更优异的结果。
如表1和表2中所示,就将含有PAO油及醚油、具有规定的运动粘度的基础油、含有脂肪族二脲化合物及脂环式二脲化合物的增稠剂、和有机酸金属盐组合而成的实施例1~8而言,在所有试验中都显示出良好的结果。与比较例2、比较例6相比,可知有机酸金属盐特别有助于提高耐磨损性、润滑脂寿命。认为这是因为,通过添加在20℃下为固体的有机酸金属盐,不影响基础油的表面张力,且在基础油的供给不足、担心磨损的情况下,有机酸金属盐熔融,作为极压剂而保护钢表面。作为有机酸金属盐,在发尘量方面,硬脂酸金属盐显示出更良好的结果(实施例1、4、6、7),在耐磨损性方面,钠盐显示出更良好的结果(实施例4、5)。
就添加了ZnDTP作为添加剂的比较例1、比较例4、比较例10而言,虽然耐磨损性、润滑脂寿命比较良好,但结果是发尘量增大。另外,进行了依据JIS K 2241的表面张力试验,结果,40℃下的运动粘度为47mm2/s的PAO油单独的表面张力为29.8mN/m,相对于此,对于该PAO油添加了2质量%的ZnDTP的试验油的表面张力为26mN/m。由该结果,作为发尘量因添加ZnDTP而增大的原因,认为是表面张力的减小。在TCP的情况下,也同样认为表面张力减小,结果,发尘量增大(比较例3)。
另外,作为密封构件,使用了含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的NBR的情形下(实施例8),与使用了含有邻苯二甲酸酯系增塑剂的NBR的情形(实施例3)相比,发尘量减少。与邻苯二甲酸酯系增塑剂相比,偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂为低挥发性(高沸点),其结果,增塑剂自身的蒸发受到抑制,发尘量减少。这样,通过耐热NBR的密封构件,低发尘性提高。
综上所述,就本发明的润滑脂组合物而言,在规定的基础油和规定的增稠剂的组合,具体而言,在耐热性优异、表面张力大的基础油、规定的增稠剂、成为低挥发/离油的组合中,添加在20℃下为固体的有机酸金属盐,由此不影响基础油的表面张力,且在基础油的供给不足、担心磨损的情况下,有机酸金属盐熔融,能够作为极压剂来保护钢表面。
产业上的可利用性
就本发明的润滑脂组合物而言,由于能够抑制耐磨损性、寿命的降低,且能够实现低发尘性,因此特别适合用于要求低发尘性的伺服马达、编码器等旋转电力机械用滚动轴承。

1.润滑脂组合物,是含有基础油和增稠剂的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,
所述基础油为含有合成烃油和醚油、40℃下的运动粘度为120mm2/s以上的混合油,
所述增稠剂为脂肪族二脲化合物及脂环式二脲化合物,相对于所述基础油及所述增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有12质量份~15质量份,
所述润滑脂组合物的根据JIS K 2220测定的混合稠度为200~240,含有在20℃下为固体的有机酸金属盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述有机酸金属盐是钠盐或钙盐。

4.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑脂组合物还含有胺系抗氧化剂,该胺系抗氧化剂为N-苯基-N’-异丙基-对苯二胺。
5.滚动轴承,是具有内圈、外圈、介于该内圈及外圈间的多个滚动体、设置于所述内圈及外圈的轴向两端的开口部的密封构件、和封入轴承内空间的润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承,其特征在于,
所述润滑脂组合物是权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述滚动轴承是旋转电力机械用轴承。
