本发明涉及封入有润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承,特别涉及在伺服马达及检测旋转轴的旋转角、旋转速度的旋转编码器、其他不喜欢周边环境的污染的部位处支承旋转轴的滚动轴承。
背景技术
就以电动马达为代表的电力机械的旋转支承部中使用的轴承而言,一般采用在内部封入润滑脂、使用在铁板或心轴(芯金)将橡胶材料硫化粘接的橡胶密封等密封板将该润滑脂进行密封的形式。例如,就配置在伺服马达的伺服机构侧的轴承、支承光学式旋转编码器的旋转轴的轴承而言,有可能因从轴承产生的发尘(発塵)而损害其功能。这样,特别是在不喜欢周边环境污染的使用部位,要求提高润滑脂的低发尘性能、提高密封板的密封性能。
就发尘而言,由于与滚动轴承的旋转所相伴的发热和轴承内部的压力上升,润滑脂的一部分蒸发或飞散,向轴承外部放出而产生。因此,为了抑制来自轴承的发尘,认为使润滑脂成为低稠度、使用高粘度且表面张力大的基础油是有效的。
以往,研究了各种以低发尘性为目的的润滑脂组合物。例如,在专利文献1中,提出了包含40℃下的运动粘度为30mm2/s~180mm2/s且配合了选自合成烃油及醚油中的至少1种的基础油、和由脲化合物构成的增稠剂、进而将仅含非金属元素的添加剂配合润滑脂总量的0.1~1重量%而成的润滑脂组合物。
另外,关于密封板,根据密封构件的内径唇部和设置在内圈的密封沟槽的位置关系,大致分为两种。具体而言,内径唇部在密封沟槽内部进行接触的形式称为接触型(参照图2),内径唇部与密封沟槽内部形成迷宫式间隙,非接触的形式称为非接触型(参照图4)。在不喜欢周边环境的污染的部位,一般考虑到密封性而使用接触型的密封构件。作为维持密封性且降低由接触型的密封构件引起的转矩损失的技术,例如已知专利文献2的技术。在专利文献2的滚动轴承中,在同一轴承内并用接触型的密封构件和非接触型的密封构件、在不特别污染的一侧配置接触型的密封构件

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
近年来,随着马达的小型化、高输出化,其轴承的使用环境变为高温的情况增加,在不利于发尘的环境中的使用增加。在专利文献1中记载的润滑脂组合物为在半导体制造设备等的洁净室内使用的滚动装置用,对高温下的发尘性没有进行研究,在这些方面令人担忧。另外,就专利文献2中记载的橡胶密封而言,在高温下橡胶材料劣化,由于磨损,有可能确保规定的密封性变得困难。
在此,就润滑脂组合物的发尘性而言,除了基础油的粘度以外,认为选择比基础油更容易蒸发的防锈剂、抗氧化剂等添加剂也变得重要。特别是,由于防锈剂作用于基础油而减小表面张力,因此含有大量防锈剂的润滑脂的发尘有可能增加。如果考虑到发尘,则优选不添加防锈剂,但能可能润滑脂自身的防锈性显著降低。
另一方面,由于润滑脂的蒸发、飞散部分向轴承外部放出受到抑制,因此对密封构件要求高密封性。为了提高密封性,采用接触型的密封构件,但在高温环境下使用的情况下,在橡胶材料中添加的增塑剂蒸发,橡胶的固化、橡胶本来的柔软性丧失,耐磨损性降低,有可能磨损粉发生粉尘化。其结果,密封构件与内圈的接触部磨损,不能确保规定的密封性,有可能助长来自轴承内部的发尘、成为增塑剂的蒸发量和密封构件的磨损粉也发尘而污染周围的一个原因。
本发明是鉴于这样的情况而完成的,其目的在于提供维持润滑脂的防锈性能且抑制发尘、且能够长期维持密封构件的密封性、能够实现低发尘性的滚动轴承。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的滚动轴承是具有内圈;外圈;介于该内圈及外圈间的多个滚动体;固定于上述内圈及外圈中的一者的构件、与作为另一者的构件的配对构件接触、密封轴承内空间的密封构件;和封入到上述轴承内空间的润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承,其特征在于,上述润滑脂组合物含有基础油、增稠剂和酯系防锈剂,相对于上述基础油和上述增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有0.2质量份~0.6质量份的上述酯系防锈剂,上述密封构件具有与上述配对部件的滑动面接触的橡胶部,该橡胶部由含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的丁腈橡胶形成。
其特征在于,上述酯系防锈剂是选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯及琥珀酸酯中的至少一种。
其特征在于,上述基础油是选自合成烃油及醚油中的至少一种。
其特征在于,上述增稠剂是脂肪族二脲化合物及脂环式二脲化合物的混合物,该增稠剂中的脂肪族二脲化合物的含量比脂环式二脲化合物的含量多。
其特征在于,上述润滑脂组合物不含在分子结构内含硫及磷的添加剂。
其特征在于,上述滚动轴承是旋转电力机械用轴承。
发明的效果
本发明的滚动轴承含有基础油、增稠剂和酯系防锈剂,相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有0.2质量份~0.6质量份的酯系防锈剂,因此能够保持润滑脂自身的防锈性能、且抑制发尘量的增大。另外,上述酯系防锈剂与应用于密封构件的橡胶部的丁腈橡胶的亲和性高,因此能够抑制该橡胶部的磨损。进而,通过使用低挥发性的偏苯三酸酯类增塑剂作为橡胶部的增塑剂,抑制增塑剂自身的蒸发,能够提高作为轴承的低发尘性。由此,能够维持润滑脂的防锈性能且抑制发尘,且能够长期维持密封构件的密封性,能够实现低发尘性。

具体实施方式
封入到本发明的滚动轴承中的润滑脂组合物含有基础油、增稠剂和酯系防锈剂。作为基础油,通常,只要是用于滚动轴承的基础油,就可以没有特别限制地使用。例如,可列举出石蜡系矿物油、环烷系矿物油等矿物油、聚-α-烯烃油(PAO油)、烷基苯油等合成烃油、酯油、醚油、硅油、氟油等。这些基础油可以单独使用,也可以并用2种以上。其中,基础油优选为选自合成烃油和醚油中的至少一种,更优选为合成烃油和醚油的混合油。
作为合成烃油,更优选PAO油。PAO油为α-烯烃或异构化的α-烯烃的低聚物或聚合物的混合物。作为α-烯烃的具体实例,可列举出1-辛烯、1-壬烯、1-癸烯、1-十二碳烯、1-十三碳烯、1-十四碳烯、1-十五碳烯、1-十六碳烯、1-十七碳烯、1-十八碳烯、1-十九碳烯、1-二十碳烯、1-二十二碳烯、1-二十四碳烯等,通常使用它们的混合物。
作为醚油,例如,可以举出聚苯醚油、烷基二苯基醚油、烷基三苯基醚油、烷基四苯基醚油等。其中,从高温下的耐久性的方面考虑,优选烷基二苯基醚油。作为烷基二苯基醚油,可以举出单烷基二苯基醚油、二烷基二苯基醚油、多烷基二苯基醚油等。
作为基础油的运动粘度(混合油的情况下为混合油的运动粘度),优选40℃下为120mm2/s以上。更优选为120mm2/s~160mm2/s,进一步优选为125mm2/s~140mm2/s。
本发明的润滑脂中使用的增稠剂没有特别限定,可以使用通常在润滑脂领域中使用的一般的增稠剂。例如,可以使用金属皂、复合金属皂等皂系增稠剂、膨润土、硅胶、二脲化合物、三脲化合物、四脲化合物、脲-氨基甲酸酯化合物等非皂系增稠剂。作为金属皂,可以举出钠皂、钙皂、锂皂等,作为复合金属皂,可以举出复合锂皂等。其中,作为增稠剂,优选使用二脲化合物。
二脲化合物是使二异氰酸酯成分与单胺成分反应而得到的。作为二异氰酸酯成分,可以举出苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、联苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、十八烷二异氰酸酯、癸烷二异氰酸酯、己烷二异氰酸酯等。作为二脲化合物,使用脂肪族二脲化合物、脂环式二脲化合物、芳香族二脲化合物,它们根据使用的单胺成分的取代基的种类而划分。在脂肪族二脲化合物的情况下,作为单胺成分使用脂肪族单胺(己胺、辛胺、十二胺、十六胺、十八胺、硬脂胺、油胺等)。在脂环式二脲化合物的情况下,作为单胺成分使用脂环式单胺(环己胺等)。在芳香族二脲化合物的情况下,作为单胺成分使用芳香族单胺(对甲苯胺等)。
作为增稠剂,优选使用脂肪族二脲化合物和脂环式二脲化合物的混合物。该增稠剂是使二异氰酸酯成分与脂肪族单胺及脂环族单胺反应而得到的脲化合物。另外,此时,从发尘量的观点考虑,更优选该增稠剂中的脂肪族二脲化合物的含量大于脂环式二脲化合物的含量,相对于脂环式二脲化合物的含量的脂肪族二脲化合物的含量以质量比计,进一步优选为1.5倍~2倍。
在基础油中配合二脲化合物作为增稠剂而得到基础润滑脂。就以二脲化合物为增稠剂的基础润滑脂而言,在基础油中使二异氰酸酯成分与单胺成分反应而制作。相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有12质量份~15质量份的增稠剂。
在上述润滑脂组合物中,相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有0.2质量份~0.6质量份的酯系防锈剂。作为酯系防锈剂,可以举出山梨糖醇酐、山梨糖醇、季戊四醇、蔗糖、甘油等多元醇与油酸、月桂酸等羧酸的部分酯、琥珀酸半酯等。这些酯系防锈剂可以单独使用,也可以并用2种以上。
酯系防锈剂与后述的密封构件的橡胶部中使用的丁腈橡胶的亲和性高,因此能够抑制橡胶部的磨损。具体而言,认为:丁腈橡胶吸收挥发的酯系防锈剂、作为增塑剂发挥作用,由此能够维持橡胶部的耐磨损性。
在上述酯系防锈剂中,优选使用选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯和琥珀酸半酯中的至少一种。作为山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯,可以举出山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯、山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯、山梨糖醇酐三油酸酯等。另外,作为琥珀酸半酯,可以举出烷基琥珀酸半酯、烯基琥珀酸半酯等。
上述润滑脂组合物能够进一步含有抗氧化剂。作为抗氧化剂,能够使用胺系抗氧化剂、酚系抗氧化剂、硫系抗氧化剂等,其中优选使用胺系抗氧化剂,例如,可列举出苯基-1-萘胺、二苯基对苯二胺、二吡啶基胺、吩噻嗪、N,N’-二异丙基对苯二胺、N-苯基-N’-异丙基对苯二胺、二烷基二苯胺(DDPA)等。
另外,在上述润滑脂组合物中,根据需要,可以添加其他添加剂。例如,可以添加有机酸金属盐。有机酸金属盐为有机羧酸、烷基苯磺酸等有机磺酸、烷基硫酸等有机硫酸、烷基膦酸等有机膦酸、烷基次膦酸等有机次膦酸等具有取代基的脂肪族化合物或芳香族化合物与金属离子的盐。有机酸金属盐的熔点优选超过20℃,优选为100℃以上。通过添加有机酸金属盐,不影响基础油的表面张力,且在基础油的供给不足、担心磨损的情况下,期待有机酸金属盐熔融、作为极压剂来保护钢表面。
作为有机酸金属盐,具体而言,可以举出醋酸、丙酸、丁酸、己酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸等碳数2~18的有机羧酸的钠盐、钙盐等。更具体而言,特别优选使用醋酸钠(熔点324℃)、醋酸钙(熔点160℃)、硬脂酸钠(熔点220℃)、硬脂酸钙(熔点179℃)等。就有机酸金属盐的配合量而言,相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,优选为0.5质量份~5质量份,更优选为0.5质量份~3质量份,进一步优选为1质量份~3质量份。
另外,本发明中使用的润滑脂组合物优选不含在分子结构内含有磷原子、硫原子的添加剂。如后述的实施例所示,通过含有这些添加剂,得到基础油的表面张力降低的结果,其结果,有可能发尘量增大。作为这样的添加剂,例如,可以举出磷酸三甲苯酯等磷酸酯、亚磷酸三甲苯酯等亚磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯、硫代亚磷酸酯、烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP)、烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDTC)等极压剂。
在考虑了发尘的情况下,尽量降低润滑脂组合物的混合稠度(JIS K 2220)是有效的。即,增加增稠剂、减少基础油是有效的,但如果过度增加增稠剂,则会影响轴承的旋转转矩、润滑性能,因此需要适当量。从这样的观点考虑,润滑脂的混合稠度优选在200~240的范围。
基于图1对封入上述润滑脂组合物而成的滚动轴承进行说明。图1是深沟球轴承的剖视图。就滚动轴承1而言,同心地配置在外周面具有内圈轨道面2a的内圈2和在内周面具有外圈轨道面3a的外圈3,在内圈轨道面2a和外圈轨道面3a之间配置多个滚动体4。该滚动体4由保持器5保持。另外,内、外圈的轴向两端开口部8a、8b由密封构件6密封,至少在滚动体4的周围封入上述的润滑脂组合物7。内圈2、外圈3及滚动体4由铁系金属材料构成,润滑脂组合物7夹在与滚动体4的轨道面,进行润滑。
在滚动轴承1中,构成内圈2、外圈3、滚动体4、保持器5等轴承构件的铁系金属材料是作为轴承材料而一般使用的任意的材料,例如,可列举出高碳铬轴承钢(SUJ1、SUJ2、SUJ3、SUJ4、SUJ5等;JIS G 4805)、渗碳钢(SCr420、SCM420等;JIS G 4053)、不锈钢(SUS440C等;JIS G 4303)、高速钢(M50等)、冷轧钢等。
使用图2对图1的滚动轴承的密封构件进行说明。如图2中所示,密封构件6由通过对冷轧钢板(JIS标准的SPCC系等)进行冲压加工而形成的圆板状的心轴10和与该心轴10一体地被硫化粘接的橡胶部9构成。就橡胶部9而言,在内圈2侧的端部,具有:前端分支成两股状而形成的主唇部9a、和位于比该主唇部9a更靠轴承外部侧的防尘唇部9b。密封构件6经由橡胶部9而被嵌装在外圈3的端部内周的密封沟槽中,使该橡胶部9与形成于内圈2的端部外周的截面呈大致U字形的密封沟槽直接滑接。这样,密封构件6是接触型的密封构件。予以说明,在滚动轴承中,就密封构件而言,也可以是被嵌装于内圈的端部外周的密封沟槽、使橡胶部与形成在外圈的端部内周的密封沟槽直接滑接的形态。
在本发明中,密封构件6的橡胶部9由含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的丁腈橡胶形成。偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂由下式(1)表示。

在式(1)中,R1、R2、R3可以相同也可以不同。优选相同。另外,R1、R2、R3优选为碳数为7~9的脂肪族1元醇残基。该脂肪族1元醇残基可以是直链状烷基,也可以是支链状烷基。具体而言,可以举出偏苯三酸三正辛酯、偏苯三酸三-2-乙基己酯等。作为偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂,可以使用レオルーブLTM、レオルーブTM10(FMC制)等。在橡胶部9中,作为增塑剂,除了偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂以外,还可以含有其他公知的增塑剂,优选偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂为主要成分(50质量%以上),更优选仅为偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂。
在橡胶部9中,除了上述增塑剂之外,根据需要还可以配合阻燃剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、填充剂、发泡剂、抗氧化剂、加工助剂、中和剂、紫外线吸收剂、颜料、抗静电剂、分散剂、增粘剂、金属劣化防止剂、防霉剂、流动调节剂等公知的各种添加剂。
在图1和图2中,作为轴承例示了球轴承,但本发明的滚动轴承也可以作为圆筒滚子轴承、圆锥滚子轴承、自动调心滚子轴承、针状滚子轴承、推力圆筒滚子轴承、推力圆锥滚子轴承、推力针状滚子轴承、推力自动调心滚子轴承等使用。另外,就密封构件而言,不限于如图1及图2中所示的金属板与橡胶成型体的复合体,也可以是单独的橡胶成型体、橡胶成型体与塑料板或陶瓷板的复合体。
通过图3说明将本发明的滚动轴承应用于伺服马达的构成。如图3中所示,伺服马达11具有转子12、定子13、轴14、及在轴14的反负载侧读取转子12的角度的编码器15。轴14由配置在负载侧的滚动轴承16和配置在反负载侧的本发明的滚动轴承1支承。就本发明的滚动轴承1而言,虽然配置在编码器15的附近,但由于来自轴承的发尘量受到抑制,所以能够防止编码器15引起的检测精度的降低。
本发明的滚动轴承不限于伺服马达,也使用于要求低发尘性的其他旋转电力机械。例如,可以举出发电机、主轴马达、步进马达、风扇马达等伺服马达以外的电动机。
实施例
分别制备表1和表2中所示组成的润滑脂组合物。表1和表2中,基础油、增稠剂和添加剂的各含量表示相对于基础润滑脂(基础油+增稠剂)的含有率(质量%)。予以说明,表1的实施例1~6的润滑脂组合物仅配合酯系防锈剂作为添加剂。另外,表1下述的1)~6)和a)~e)在表2中也相同。
<发尘试验>
将各润滑脂组合物分别封入具备接触型的密封构件的深沟球轴承6900(内径10mm×外径22mm×宽度6mm),制作试验用轴承。在实施例1~6和比较例5~11的密封构件的橡胶部中,使用含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂(レオルーブLTM、FMC制、40℃下的运动粘度53mm2/s)的NBR,在比较例1~4的密封构件的橡胶部中,使用含有邻苯二甲酸酯系增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己酯)的NBR。使得到的试验用轴承在气氛温度120℃、6000min-1、200小时下内圈旋转。在试验用轴承的轴向两端配置玻璃板,使从轴承飞散的润滑脂组合物附着。通过从试验后的玻璃板的重量减去试验前的玻璃板的重量来求出发尘量。关于发尘量的评价,将0.6mg以下用◎标记表示,将大于0.6mg且1mg以下用○标记表示,将大于1mg且2mg以下用△标记表示,将大于2mg用×标记表示,在表1及表2中一并记载。
<生锈试验>
按照ASTM D 1743中规定的生锈试验法,在对生锈更苛刻的条件下进行了试验条件。预先通过有机溶剂进行脱脂,在干燥的圆锥滚子轴承30204的轨道面封入约2.0g的各润滑脂组合物后,施加约98N的轴向载荷,以每分钟1800转进行1分钟的惯性运转。接着,在1重量%食盐水中浸渍后,将该轴承放入40℃下达到饱和水蒸气压的密封高湿容器中,在40℃下放置48小时后,调查生锈状况。就生锈状况而言,将外圈花边沿周向进行32等分,计算有锈的区间,计算生锈概率(百分率%)。关于生锈概率的评价,将30%以下记作◎标记,将大于30%且60%以下记作○标记,将大于60%且90%以下记作△标记,将大于90%记作×标记,在表1及表2中一并记载。
<密封构件的磨损评价>
用肉眼观察上述发尘试验后的密封构件的橡胶部(密封唇部)的外观。关于磨损评价,将无磨损记为○标记,将有轻微磨损记为△标记,将磨损大的情形记为×标记,在表1及表2中一并记载。

予以说明,关于表1及表2中的发尘量的评价,实施例2~4及比较例10的发尘量为0.2mg以下,与其他◎标记的试验例(实施例1、5)相比,在发尘性方面成为了更优异的结果。
如表1和表2中所示,就将含有规定量的酯系防锈剂的润滑脂组合物与具有由含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的丁腈橡胶所形成的橡胶部的密封构件组合的实施例1~6而言,在所有试验中都显示了良好的结果。
比较各实施例和比较例3及比较例6可知,相对于酯系防锈剂,Ba磺酸盐等磺酸盐的防锈性能降低。另外,就酯系防锈剂的添加量而言,为了维持润滑脂的防锈性能,相对于基础油和增稠剂的合计量100质量份,需要0.2质量份以上(比较例1、5、10~11),另一方面,如果为0.7质量份以上,则成为发尘量增加的结果(比较例4、7~9)。
另外,在橡胶部的增塑剂中使用了偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的情况下,与使用了邻苯二甲酸酯系增塑剂的情况(比较例1~4)相比,橡胶部的磨损大幅度得到改善,另外,发现了发尘量减少的倾向。认为:与邻苯二甲酸酯系增塑剂相比,偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂为低挥发性(高沸点),其结果,抑制增塑剂自身的蒸发,抑制橡胶部的劣化,并且发尘量减少。另外,在使用了偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的基础上,在润滑脂组合物中添加0.2质量份以上的酯系防锈剂,由此进一步改善了橡胶部的磨损(比较例5、10~11)。由此可知,酯系防锈剂不仅赋予防锈性能,还有助于橡胶部的耐磨损性的提高。
另外,关于润滑脂组合物的增稠剂,在增稠剂为脂肪族二脲化合物和脂环式二脲化合物的混合物的情况下,发现:脂肪族二脲化合物的含量越大于脂环式二脲化合物的含量,则发尘性越提高的倾向(比较例10~11)。进而,对于脂肪族二脲化合物,就脂肪族胺而言,发现了与辛胺相比硬脂胺的发尘性提高的倾向(实施例1~6)。
予以说明,另外,进行了依据JIS K 2241的表面张力试验,结果,40℃下的运动粘度为47mm2/s的PAO油单独的表面张力为29.8mN/m,相对于此,对于该PAO油添加了2质量%的ZnDTP的试验油的表面张力为26mN/m。因此,在考虑了低发尘性的情况下,可以说优选在润滑脂组合物中不含在分子结构内含有磷原子、硫原子的添加剂。
综上所述,实施例1~6涉及的滚动轴承对润滑脂的低发尘性有效,除了适用于低稠度、高粘度、表面张力大的基础油之外,通过将适量配合了山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯等特定的酯系防锈剂的润滑脂组合物与配合有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的密封构件组合,能够维持防锈性能、且强化轴承的低发尘性能。
产业上的可利用性
就本发明的滚动轴承而言,维持润滑脂的防锈性能且抑制发尘,并且能够长期维持密封构件的密封性,实现低发尘性,因此,能够优选利用于特别是配置在伺服马达的伺服机构侧的轴承、支承光学式旋转编码器的旋转轴的轴承等特别是在不喜欢周边环境污染的使用部位使用的滚动轴承。

Claims (6)
1.滚动轴承,是具有内圈;外圈;介于该内圈及外圈间的多个滚动体;固定于所述内圈及外圈中的一者的构件、与作为另一者的构件的配对构件接触、将轴承内空间密封的密封构件;和被封入到所述轴承内空间的润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承,其特征在于,
所述润滑脂组合物含有基础油、增稠剂和酯系防锈剂,相对于所述基础油和所述增稠剂的合计量100质量份,含有0.2质量份~0.6质量份的所述酯系防锈剂,
所述密封构件具有与所述配对部件的滑动面接触的橡胶部,该橡胶部由含有偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂的丁腈橡胶形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述酯系防锈剂是选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯及琥珀酸酯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述基础油是选自合成烃油及醚油中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述增稠剂是脂肪族二脲化合物及脂环式二脲化合物的混合物,该增稠剂中的脂肪族二脲化合物的含量比脂环式二脲化合物的含量多。
5.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述润滑脂组合物不含在分子结构内含硫及磷的添加剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,所述滚动轴承是旋转电力机械用轴承。
