The invention also provides a preparation method of the eye anti-aging and brightening composition, which comprises the following steps:
1) Premixing the marble glue and butanediol, adding deionized water into the mixture, and stirring to uniformly disperse the marble glue to prepare a component A;
2) Sequentially adding the extract of the monocotyledonous hawthorn flowers, the extract of the chicory roots and the extract of the sesame seeds into the component A, and uniformly stirring to prepare the composition for resisting the aging and brightening eyes.
Further, in the step 1), the stirring speed is 150-250r/min, and in the step 2), the stirring speed is 200-300r/min.
Further, in the step 2), the ratio of the total mass of 3 raw materials of the monocotyledonous haw flower extract, the chicory root extract and the sesame seed extract to the mass of the raw material of the component A is 1:2-4.5.
Further preferably, the ratio of the total mass of 3 raw materials of the monocotyledonous haw flower extract, the chicory root extract and the sesame seed extract to the mass of the component A raw material is 1:4.
The invention also provides application of the eye anti-aging and brightening composition, the composition is used in a skin care product, and the weight percentage of the composition in the skin care product is 20-50%. Further, the skin care product comprises 20-50% of an eye anti-aging lightening composition, based on the total weight of the skin care product; and 50-80% of conventional auxiliary materials in the field of skin care products.

Further, the conventional auxiliary materials comprise a surfactant, a thickener, a conditioner, a humectant, a preservative, a chelating agent, essence and deionized water.

1) Premixing sodium hyaluronate, EDTA disodium and glycerin, adding deionized water and antiseptic, stirring at 100-200r/min to disperse uniformly, and heating at 80-90deg.C for 10-15min to obtain phase A material;
2) And (3) cooling the phase A raw material to below 40-45 ℃, adding the eye anti-aging and brightening composition, stirring for 5-10min at 100-150r/min, cooling to 36-38 ℃, and subpackaging to obtain the eye anti-aging and brightening eye essence.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) The composition for resisting and brightening eyes is specially designed for weak skin around eyes, and simultaneously comprises a monocotyledonous haw flower extract, a chicory root extract and a sesame seed extract, and has the effects of reducing dark circles, improving tension through instant effect, resisting oxidation and reducing wrinkles when being used in combination.
2) The eye anti-aging and brightening composition provided by the invention can keep the stability of the efficacy components in the preparation process, is fresh and easy to absorb, does not cause burden to eye skin, and does not form eye fat particles.
3) The invention can not cause anaphylactic reaction, has mild and safe properties, is easy to be added into the formulation system of various dosage forms of the eye skin care product, has simple preparation method and saves production time, thereby having important practical significance and wide market prospect.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, based on the examples herein, which are within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims, will be within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
The invention discloses an eye anti-aging and brightening composition, which is prepared by taking monocotyledonous haw flower, chicory root extract, sesame seed extract, marble glue, butanediol and water as raw materials and combining the raw materials in a proper weight ratio.
Wherein the extract of the monocotyledonous hawthorn flowers, the chicory roots and the sesame seeds are effective components, and the specific steps are as follows:
① Extract of monocotyledonous haw flower
The extract of the monocotyledonous haw flower is mainly used as a skin conditioner in cosmetics, has good inhibition effect on tyrosinase, lightens eye circles by reducing melanin synthesis, and can be used as a skin whitening agent; the extract is rich in flavonoid compounds, has the function of scavenging hydroxy free radicals and superoxide free radicals, and increases the action intensity with the increase of the percentage concentration of the extract; has effects in inhibiting metalloproteinase, reducing protein saccharification, and improving eyesight.
② Chicory root extract
Chicory root mainly contains triterpene components, and its fleshy root contains inulin, also called inulin, which is first-line inulin-type fructopolysaccharide. The chicory root extract has the antioxidant property and the moisture retention property, is widely used as a conditioning aid, and is more used for anti-aging and antioxidant skin care products.
③ Sesame seed extract
The sesame seed contains proteins, fats, lignans (such as sesamin, episesamin, sesamol, etc.), and compounds such as lecithin, wherein the lignans are the highest. The sesame seed extract has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, scavenging free radicals, inhibiting lipid peroxidation, protecting skin cells, enhancing skin moisture, improving wrinkle and skin condition, and inhibiting tyrosinase, and can be used as whitening agent in cosmetics.
The composition for resisting and brightening eyes can reduce synthesis of melanin and saccharification of protein of skin of eyes and improve microcirculation of eyes through different action mechanisms of the components; the chicory root extract has good antioxidant and moisture retention properties, reduces the loss of water in eyes and slows down the aging of eyes; the sesame seed extract can promote natural body function and improve eye wrinkles. The components are mutually synergistic, the marble glue is used as a thickening agent, the butanediol is used as a humectant, and the finally prepared eye anti-aging and brightening composition has the effects of reducing dark circles, improving and tightening instant effect, resisting oxidation and reducing wrinkles.
In the following examples, the unit of parts by weight may be g or kg. All raw material components of the invention are commercial products. The extract of the flower of Mongolian hawthorn, the extract of the root of chicory and the extract of sesame seed are all purchased from Shanghai Bo-but-practice company, and the marble glue is purchased from Xianting trade company.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an eye anti-aging and brightening essence, and the raw material components of the eye essence comprise:
50% of an eye anti-aging and brightening composition, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05% of EDTA disodium, 10% of glycerin, 1% of preservative (a mixture of acyl ketone and hexanediol in a mass ratio of 1:1) and 38.85% of deionized water.
The eye anti-aging and brightening composition comprises the following raw material components in total weight of essence:
2.5% of monocotyledonous haw flower extract, 5% of chicory root extract, 2.5% of sesame seed extract, 0.15% of dolomite glue, 7.5% of butanediol and 32.35% of deionized water.
The eye anti-aging and brightening composition is prepared by the following method:
1) Premixing the marble glue and butanediol, adding deionized water into the mixture, and stirring the mixture to uniformly disperse the marble glue, wherein the stirring speed is 200r/min to prepare a component A;
2) Sequentially adding the extract of the monocotyledonous hawthorn flowers, the extract of the chicory roots and the extract of the sesame seeds into the component A, uniformly stirring, and stirring at the speed of 250r/min to obtain the composition for resisting aging and brightening eyes.
The preparation method of the eye anti-aging and brightening essence comprises the following steps:
1) Premixing sodium hyaluronate, EDTA disodium and glycerin, adding deionized water and antiseptic (mixture of 1:1 mass ratio of acyl ketone and hexanediol), stirring at 150r/min to disperse uniformly, and heating at 85deg.C for 10min to obtain phase A material;
2) The A phase raw material is cooled to below 45 ℃, the eye anti-aging and brightening composition is added, stirring is carried out for 10min at 100r/min, and sub-packaging is carried out when the temperature is reduced to 37 ℃, so that the eye anti-aging and brightening eye essence is obtained.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an eye anti-aging and brightening essence, and the raw material components of the eye essence comprise:
40% of an eye anti-aging and brightening composition, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05% of EDTA disodium, 10% of glycerin, 1% of a preservative (a mixture of acyl ketone and hexanediol in a mass ratio of 1:1) and 48.85% of deionized water.
The eye anti-aging and brightening composition comprises the following raw material components in total weight of essence:
2% of monocotyledonous haw flower extract, 4% of chicory root extract, 2% of sesame seed extract, 0.12% of marble glue, 6% of butanediol and 25.88% of deionized water.
The eye anti-aging and brightening composition is prepared by the following method:
1) Premixing the marble glue and butanediol, adding deionized water into the mixture, and stirring the mixture to uniformly disperse the marble glue, wherein the stirring speed is 200r/min to prepare a component A;
2) Sequentially adding the extract of the monocotyledonous hawthorn flowers, the extract of the chicory roots and the extract of the sesame seeds into the component A, uniformly stirring, and stirring at the speed of 250r/min to obtain the composition for resisting aging and brightening eyes.
The preparation method of the eye anti-aging and brightening essence comprises the following steps:
1) Premixing sodium hyaluronate, EDTA disodium and glycerin, adding deionized water and antiseptic (mixture of 1:1 mass ratio of acyl ketone and hexanediol), stirring at 150r/min to disperse uniformly, and heating at 85deg.C for 10min to obtain phase A material;

20% of an eye anti-aging and brightening composition, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05% of EDTA disodium, 10% of glycerin, 1% of a preservative (a mixture of acyl ketone and hexanediol in a mass ratio of 1:1) and 68.85% of deionized water.
The eye anti-aging and brightening composition comprises the following raw material components in total weight of essence:
1% of monocotyledonous haw flower extract, 2% of chicory root extract, 1% of sesame seed extract, 0.06% of marble glue, 3% of butanediol and 12.94% of deionized water.
The eye anti-aging and brightening composition is prepared by the following method:
1) Premixing the marble glue and butanediol, adding deionized water into the mixture, and stirring the mixture to uniformly disperse the marble glue, wherein the stirring speed is 200r/min to prepare a component A;
2) Sequentially adding the extract of the monocotyledonous hawthorn flowers, the extract of the chicory roots and the extract of the sesame seeds into the component A, uniformly stirring, and stirring at the speed of 250r/min to obtain the composition for resisting aging and brightening eyes.
The preparation method of the eye anti-aging and brightening essence comprises the following steps:

Comparative example
The comparative example differs from example 1 in that in the comparative example, the raw materials of the composition for anti-aging and brightening eyes do not contain both the extract of monocotyledonous haw flower, the extract of chicory root, and the extract of sesame seed.
The specific composition settings of the repair and moisturizing finishing liquids of comparative examples 1 to 6 are shown in table 1.

The preparation process was as described in example 1 above.
Blank example 1
The blank example 1 differs from example 1 only in that the eye anti-aging and brightening essence has different raw material components, and the essence in the blank example does not contain an eye anti-aging and brightening composition, and the raw material components comprise: sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, EDTA disodium 0.05%, glycerol 10%, preservative 1% and deionized water balance. The other operations were the same as in example 1.
Effect verification test example
1. Safety test-skin patch test
Test object: the eye antisenescence, brightening essence and blank essence obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6.
Number of tests: 100 persons, male and female, each half, are aged between 20 years and 55 years, and all meet the standards of the subjects.
The test process comprises the following steps: the number of the tested persons meeting the test subject standard is 100, and the tested persons are randomly divided into 10 groups, wherein the eye antisepsis, the brightening essence and the blank essence are respectively obtained in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-6 of the tested subjects, and each group comprises 10 persons.
The essence in the test subjects was placed into the plaque laboratory with a dosage of about 0.020mL to 0.025mL.
The patch test tape (manufacturer: shanghai medical apparatus (group) limited company sanitary materials factory, patch test tape product number: 09000251116) with the test object is applied to the back or forearm curved side of the subject, and applied to skin with palm light pressure for 24 hr; the skin reaction was observed 30min, 24h and 48h after removal of the plaque tester, and the observations were recorded as shown in Table 2, the grading criteria are shown in Table 2, and the test results are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the eye antisenescence and lightening extracts obtained in examples 1-3 and the extracts obtained in comparative examples 1-6 and blank example 1 of the present invention were free from skin irritation.
2. Efficacy testing
1) Efficacy analysis experiment for removing black eye
The anti-aging and brightening essence of eyes obtained in examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 6 and blank example 1 were subjected to a black eye removing effect test.
1. The tester: 100 healthy females (30-45 years old) are divided into 10 groups of 10 individuals each; each group used the products of examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-6 and blank 1.
2. Test area: lower eyelid and outer corner (left eye blank example 1 sample, right eye examples 1-3 or comparative examples 1-6 or blank example 1 sample).
3. The method comprises the following steps: the medicine is applied once after washing the face in the morning and evening every day, and is used for 4 weeks.
4. Test instrument: delfin SkinColorCatch (Finland).
5. The effect index is as follows: the change in color brightness (Δita°), ita° (color individual type angle) in the present invention, was measured and mainly used as an index.
(2): ITA degree (representing the overall change in chromaticity, the greater the ITA degree value, the shallower the skin tone.)

The test results are shown in table 5 below.

As can be seen from Table 5, the anti-aging and brightening essence for eyes obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6 of the present invention can effectively lighten dark under eyes and lighten skin colors of eyes, while the essence without the anti-aging and brightening composition for eyes obtained in blank example 1 cannot lighten dark under eyes. The eye brightening effect is ordered as example 1> comparative examples 4, 5 and 6> comparative examples 1,2 and 3, and the eye anti-aging and brightening composition has better eye anti-aging effect than a single one or two-component combination through the synergistic effect of the components. Fig. 2 is a graph showing the effect of removing dark under the eyes of a test subject before using the anti-aging and brightening essence of the test example 1 and after using the anti-aging and brightening essence for 4 weeks, and it can be seen from the graph that the dark under the eyes of the test subject can be obviously reduced after using the anti-aging and brightening essence of the test example 1 for 4 weeks.
2) Anti-wrinkle effect test
The anti-aging and brightening essence of eyes obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6 were subjected to wrinkle removal effect test.
100 Subjects, 10 subjects in each group, and after the subjects cleaned the faces every day in the morning and evening, the eye antisenility and brightening essence obtained in example 1 and comparative examples 1-6 were smeared around the eyes, and the eyes were massaged and absorbed for 4 weeks.
Skin wrinkles were measured using a viSia 7 facial photographing system. The results are shown in Table 6 below:

As can be seen from the experimental data in table 6, the eye anti-aging and brightening essence obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6 can effectively reduce wrinkles, and the anti-wrinkle effect is ordered as examples 1> comparative examples 4, 5 and 6> comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, which proves that the eye anti-aging and brightening composition has better eye anti-aging effect than a single one or two component combination.
3) Antioxidant efficacy test
Photon energy of ultraviolet rays is absorbed by atoms or molecules of cells, and electronic energy level states of the atoms are changed, so that a large amount of free radicals are generated, normal development of the cells is hindered, metabolism of the cells is disturbed, mitochondria in the cells are damaged, and the like. The product of the invention has the antioxidation effect, can resist ultraviolet rays, and is tested as follows:
the testing method comprises the following steps: using Organotypical skin models Skin model the eye antisenility and lightening essence obtained in experimental examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-6 and blank example 1 of the invention were pretreated, irradiated with ultraviolet rays of different intensities (10-20 mJ/cm 2 UVB intensity), and the oxygen radical inhibition percentage was measured, and the results are shown in Table 7.

As can be seen from the experimental data in table 7, the eye anti-aging and brightening essence obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6 can effectively inhibit oxygen free radicals, and the inhibition effect is ordered as comparative examples 1> 4,5 and 6> comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, which proves that the eye anti-aging and brightening composition has better anti-oxidation effect through the synergistic effect between the components than the single one or two component combination.
3. Human trial evaluation experiment
The experimental method comprises the following steps: eye anti-aging and lightening essences prepared in examples 1,2 and 3 and blank 1 were selected as experimental samples and tested and evaluated by volunteers.
80 Volunteers aged 30-50 were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups of 20 persons each. The essences prepared in examples 1, 2, 3 and blank 1 were used by 4 groups of volunteers, respectively. The using method comprises the following steps: after the face is cleaned, the face-washing liquid is used once in the morning and evening around eyes every day, is subjected to massage absorption and is continuously used for 4 weeks, and sensory evaluation is carried out according to the improvement conditions of dark circles and wrinkles of eyes: each group of volunteers scored by sense, and the average value of each group of scores was taken (5 points full score, 3 points and above were effective). The results obtained for each group are shown in table 8:

As can be seen from Table 8, the anti-aging and brightening essence for eyes obtained in examples 1-3 of the present invention can effectively remove dark circles and wrinkles on eyes, and the effect is superior to that of the essence without the anti-aging and brightening composition for eyes in blank example 1.
In conclusion, the eye anti-aging and brightening composition provided by the invention is specially designed for weak skin around eyes, and has the effects of fading dark circles, improving and tightening transient effects, resisting oxidation and reducing wrinkles.

3. A method of preparing an ophthalmic anti-aging and lightening composition as claimed in claim 2 comprising the steps of:
1) Premixing the marble glue and butanediol, adding deionized water into the mixture, and stirring to uniformly disperse the marble glue to prepare a component A;
2) Sequentially adding the extract of the monocotyledonous hawthorn flowers, the extract of the chicory roots and the extract of the sesame seeds into the component A, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition for resisting the aging and brightening eyes.
4. A method of preparing an ocular anti-aging and brightening composition according to claim 3, wherein in step 1) the stirring speed is 150-250r/min and in step 2) the stirring speed is 200-300r/min.
5. The method for preparing an eye anti-aging and brightening composition according to claim 3, wherein in the step 2), the ratio of the total mass of 3 raw materials of the monocotyledonous haw flower extract, the chicory root extract and the sesame seed extract to the mass of the raw material of the component A is 1:2-4.5.
6. Use of an anti-aging and lightening composition according to claim 2, wherein the composition is used in a skin care product, the composition being present in an amount of 20 to 50% by weight of the skin care product.
7. The use of an anti-aging and brightening composition according to claim 6, wherein the skin care product comprises eye cream, eye essence or eye patch.
8. The use of the composition for anti-aging and brightening eyes according to claim 6, wherein the skin care product further comprises conventional auxiliary materials, and the conventional auxiliary materials comprise surfactants, thickeners, conditioning agents, moisturizers, preservatives, chelating agents, fragrances and deionized water.
9. The use of the composition for resisting aging and brightening eyes according to claim 6, wherein the skin care product is eye essence, and the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 20-50% of an eye anti-aging and brightening composition, 5-20% of a humectant, 0.01-1% of a chelating agent, 0.1-1% of a preservative and the balance of deionized water.
