Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cosmetic efficacy composition, in particular to a cosmetic composition with ultraviolet resistance, whitening and aging resistance.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to the nursing and the maintenance of skin. Cosmetics are receiving more and more attention, and skin aging is a hot spot of current cosmetic industry attention. Two major important sources of skin aging are endogenous aging and exogenous aging. Endogenous aging occurs along with the increase of age, which is generally attributed to the change of telomere length and the accumulation of reactive oxygen species generated by long-term oxidative metabolism, so that the human body naturally ages at a relatively stable speed. The main reason for extrinsic skin aging is that the skin is often exposed to long-wave Ultraviolet (UVA) and medium-wave Ultraviolet (UVB) radiation in the sun, causing skin damage (e.g., erythema, oxidation, etc.) and aging. The most desirable method of combating extrinsic skin aging is to prevent damage to the skin by ultraviolet light in the sun, and repair the skin after damage.
At present, three ways of preventing ultraviolet rays from damaging skin mainly comprise physical sun protection, chemical sun protection and biological sun protection. The physical sun-screening principle is that inorganic particles such as titanium dioxide are added to reflect and scatter sunlight ultraviolet rays, so that the skin is protected from being damaged by the sunlight ultraviolet rays; the chemical sunscreen mainly comprises that an absorbent such as benzophenone is used for absorbing UVA and an absorbent such as salicylate is used for absorbing UVB; the biological sunscreen is prepared by adding natural Chinese herbal medicines, plant extracts, and antioxidant components with no toxic side effect or low toxic side effect into cosmetics, and if the components have the effects of resisting oxidation and free radicals, the sun protection index can be increased by adding the components. Meanwhile, compared with the added ingredients of physical and chemical sun protection, the skin care liquid is more beneficial to skin health.
Aging of skin caused by aging and erythema, pigmentation, skin aging caused by ultraviolet rays in sunlight all make it necessary to research a composition which can resist ultraviolet rays, whiten skin and resist aging.

TABLE 2
In order to determine the effect of the above example 5, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 on the change of the skin surface and determine the improvement effect of the skin, the following relevant tests are required, and the detection method is as follows:
1. skin sensitization test in guinea pigs:
1.1. according to the skin allergy test method published in the technical Specification for cosmetic safety, 35 healthy guinea pigs were tested for skin sensitization by a topical closed skin application method. Test component 20 guinea pigs, the cosmetics provided in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention were implemented: a positive control component 10 guinea pigs, and a butanediol solution (volume fraction is 2/98) of 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene is used as a positive sensitizer; blank control component 5 guinea pigs.
1.2 induced contact test: on day 1, 0.2g of the prepared cosmetic in the above embodiment was applied to the depilated area of 2cm × 2cm on the back of the left side of the subject guinea pig, covered with 2 layers of gauze and 1 layer of cellophane, and sealed with a non-irritating adhesive tape for 6 hours. The same procedure was repeated on day 7 and day 14. The blank control group was not subjected to the contact induction test, and the positive control group was subjected to the positive control for the left-side depilated area of the back, and the contact induction method was the same as above.
1.3 stimulated contact test: the challenge contact test was performed on day 28, and the right depilated area of the guinea pig was treated in the same manner as the challenge contact, and the test substance was removed after 6 hours, immediately observed, and then the skin allergy was observed again at 24 and 48/72 hours. Application of the cosmetic positive control prepared in the specific examples of this patent to the right depilatory area of the blank control the application of the positive control to the right depilatory area of the positive control was performed as described above for the stimulation contact method.
1.4 results of skin sensitization test on guinea pigs:
as a general case, the change in weight of the guinea pigs, compared with the blank control group, can be seen that the use of the cosmetic prepared in this example did not cause the weight of the guinea pigs to decrease but slightly increased during both the induction contact and challenge contact tests; the positive control group of guinea pigs had a significant weight loss.
With regard to the test phenomena of cutaneous allergies and sensitization intensity, the positive sensitizer 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene itself acts as a very strong sensitizer, and all guinea pigs of the positive control group have developed erythema and edema during the induction of contact; within three days after the contact stimulation test, the phenomena of erythema and edema are more obvious, and the skin reaction is moderate; meanwhile, the sensitization rate reaches extremely strong strength. While the guinea pigs of the test group using the cosmetic of this patent and the placebo group did not find erythema and edema during and within three days after the induction and challenge contacts; indicating no skin allergy and no sensitization in guinea pigs.
The test shows that the cosmetics prepared in the embodiment and the comparative example are safe daily cosmetics.
2. And (3) testing the ultraviolet resistance effect:
two indexes for evaluating the ultraviolet resistance effect of the cosmetics are a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value and a PFA value respectively.
The SPF value is the ratio of the MED (minimum erythema dose) required to cause erythema on the skin protected with the sunscreen cosmetic to the MED required to cause erythema on the skin not protected, and the greater the SPF value, the better the uv protection effect.
The PFA value is a ratio of MPPD (minimum amount of permanent blackening) required to cause blackening of skin protected by sunscreen cosmetics to MPPD required to cause blackening of skin not protected, and the larger the PFA value, the better the ultraviolet protection effect.
Measured according to the test method published in technical Specification for cosmetic safety. 10 volunteers between the ages of 25 and 60 were selected. The cosmetics prepared in the embodiment 5 are applied on the skin of the tested part of each subject according to requirements, and are irradiated by an artificial light source according to requirements after 15-30min, and the SPF value and the PFA value are calculated by the following formulas. The SPF value is the MED of the sample for protecting skin/the MED of the sample without protecting skin, and the larger the SPF value is, the better the protection effect is. PFA is MPPD for protecting skin/MPPD for protecting skin of a test product, and the larger the PFA value is, the better the effect is. The results are shown in Table 3.
Table 3 test result table of sun protection value
Example 5 | Comparative example 1 | Comparative example 2
SPF value | 50.2 | 20.0 | 15.0 |
PFA value | 18.5 | 9.7 | 8.6 |
3. And (3) testing the whitening effect:
two indexes for evaluating the whitening effect of the cosmetics are a skin chromaticity L value and a skin melanin value respectively.
The L value of the skin color is measured by using a Minolta chromameter CD7000, the skin melanin value is measured by a German CK Mexameter MX18, and the whitening effect of the product is comprehensively evaluated according to the L value of the skin color and the change condition of the skin melanin value.
20 volunteers between the ages of 25 and 60 were selected. Before the test is started, the skin of the arm of each subject is detected, and the skin chromaticity L value and the skin melanin value are recorded. Each subject was applied with the cosmetic prepared in this example 5 once in the morning and once in the evening. During the period, except for normal cleaning, other cosmetics are prohibited. After two months of testing, the arm skin of each subject was again examined and the skin chroma L value and skin melanin value were recorded. The whitening degree of the skin is calculated by using the following formula: the increase rate of the skin color L value and the decrease rate of the skin melanin value (post-test value-pre-test value)/pre-test value × 100%. The larger the increase rate of the L value of the skin chromaticity is, the higher the decrease rate of the melanin value of the skin is, and the better the whitening effect is. The results are shown in Table 4.
Table 4 test results of whitening effect table
Example 5 | Comparative example 1 | Comparative example 2
L value increase of skin color% | 61.2 | 50.4 | 45.2 |
The reduction rate of skin melanin value reaches% | 22.8 | 11.7 | 12.3 |
4. Anti-aging Effect test
Two important indicators for evaluating the anti-aging effect of cosmetics are the change in skin roughness and skin elasticity.
The Korean fourth-generation intelligent magic mirror instrument is used, the five-spectrum imaging technology is used, and after data are collected, the corresponding skin roughness index numerical value is directly obtained through the cloud computing technology. The skin of the aged of 88 years is 0%, and the higher the value is, the more delicate the skin is.
The change in the elasticity value of the facial skin of the subject was measured by a German CK skin elasticity tester (MPA 580). Higher values indicate better skin elasticity.
20 volunteers between the ages of 25 and 60 were selected. Before the test is started, the skin of each subject is tested, and the values of the skin roughness index and the skin elasticity index are recorded. Each subject was applied with the cosmetics prepared in this example once in the morning and once in the evening. In addition to cleansing, other cosmetics are used for tightening the skin. After two months of testing, the skin of each subject was again examined and the values of skin roughness index and skin elasticity index were recorded. The skin aging resistance was calculated using the following formula: skin roughness index and elasticity index rise rate ═ (post-test value-pre-test value)/pre-test value × 100%. The greater the rate of rise, the better the anti-aging effect. The results are shown in Table 5.
TABLE 5 anti-aging Effect test results Table
Example 5 | Comparative example 1 | Comparative example 2
Increase in skin roughness index% | 40 | 30 | 25 |
Rate of increase in skin elasticity index% | 30 | 22 | 18 |
The test results show that the efficacy composition is a safe and excellent composition with ultraviolet resistance, whitening and aging resistance.
The composition with the ultraviolet-resistant, whitening and anti-aging effects is safe and effective, can be added into cosmetics in various dosage forms such as cream, facial mask, emulsion, essence and the like, can effectively enhance the ultraviolet-resistant, whitening and anti-aging effects of the cosmetics through tests, is safe and non-toxic, and is an ideal ultraviolet-resistant, whitening and anti-aging cosmetic effect raw material.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited thereto, and various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
