Test example 1 detection of adverse skin reactions
Subject: 30 persons in total, 10 persons in male, 20 persons in female, age 35-59 years old
The spot test method comprises the following steps: selecting a qualified spot tester, applying 0.020-0.025ml of a tested object into the spot tester by a closed spot test method, externally applying a special adhesive tape to the back of the tested object, removing the tested object after 24 hours, observing skin reactions respectively at 0.5, 24 and 48 hours after removal, and recording the results according to the skin reaction grading standard in the cosmetic hygiene Specification (2007 edition).
Test results
The result of the skin patch test of the human body shows that 0 of 30 people have adverse skin reactions.
Test example 2 PFA value detection
And (3) standard reference substances: PFA value of 3.75 +/-1.01, prepared according to a daily JCIA standard formula
Subject: the total of 10 people, 9 men and 1 woman, the age of 19-35 years, and the average age of 26.60 +/-5.25 years.
Light source: a daylight simulator xenon arc lamp.
The detection method comprises the following steps: the detection is carried out according to the specific requirements of a method for measuring the long-wave ultraviolet protection index (PFA value) of the sunscreen cosmetics. The subject was positioned in the anteversion and irradiated on his back. The minimum amount of blackening (MPPD value) of the skin of the subject to the ultraviolet irradiation is predicted 24 hours before the detection, and the ultraviolet irradiation amount is adjusted according to the prediction result for detecting the sample. Firstly, selecting a normal skin area not smaller than 30cm2 on the back of a subject, and uniformly coating a sample to be detected or a standard control substance in the area according to the dosage of 2mg/cm2 of the sample; then, the appropriate UVA irradiation amount is selected, and irradiation is carried out in three cases: (1) subject skin is not smeared with sample; (2) coating a standard reference substance; (3) and coating a sample to be tested. And observing the experimental result after 2-4 hours, and respectively recording the MPPD values under three conditions.
PFA is MPPD value of protected skin/MPPD value of unprotected skin
Test results
The results of the human tests showed that the PFA value of the samples tested was 8.
Test Experimental example 3 SPF value test
And (3) standard reference substances: 8% homosalate (trimethylcyclohexyl salicylate), SPF 4.47. + -. 1.297
Subject: total 10, 7 men and 3 women, age 20-60 years.
The minimum erythema dose (MED value) of the skin of the subject irradiated with ultraviolet rays is predicted 24 hours before the test, and the ultraviolet irradiation dose is adjusted according to the prediction result to be used for testing the sample. The results were observed after 2-4 hours and the MED values were recorded for each of the three cases.
SPF-MED value of skin protective/MED value of unprotected skin
Test results
The human body test result shows that the SPF value of the tested sample is 30+
Effect experimental example 1 after-sun repair effect verification
60 volunteers who did not coat sun-screening cream and played outdoors for one day were used to verify the efficacy of the sunscreen cream of examples 1-3 of the present invention, and the sunscreen cream of the present invention was applied on the second day after sun-screening, and the effect was observed after two weeks.
The after-sun repair effect is divided into three grades:
the effect is obvious: the skin turns obviously from black to white, becomes tender and restores the skin state before the sun.
The effect is general: the skin has whitening effect, but the skin state before sunburn is not recovered
No effect is achieved: the skin did not whiten, there was no change in moisturization, but there was no sign of darkening.
The results of the effect experiments are shown in the following table:
TABLE 3
Is obvious | In general | Is free of | |
Example 1 | 13 | 7 | 0 |
Example 2 | 12 | 6 | 2 |
Example 3 | 10 | 9 | 1 |
As can be seen from Table 3, the effective rate of the sunscreen cream after-sun repair effect reaches more than 90%.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the description is only for the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the present invention should be covered by the present patent.
