Abstract
The invention provides a whitening sunscreen lotion and a preparation method thereof. The whitening sun-screening isolation emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by total mass: emulsifier: 1.0-4.0%, preferably 1.5-3.0%; and (3) an emollient: 3.0-15.0%, preferably 5.0-13.0%; moisture retention component: 3.0-10.0%, preferably 5.0-8.0%; sunscreen ingredients: 20.0 to 43.0%, preferably 20.0 to 35.0%; skin feel modifier: 2.0-10.0%, preferably 4.0-9.0%; whitening components: 4.0-10.0%, preferably 5.0-8.0%; wherein the whitening component comprises rhodiola root extract, apple seed extract and salicylic acid derivative. The sun-screening emulsion disclosed by the invention has a high sun-screening index, can achieve a daily indoor protection effect and can resist sunburn and suntan of ultraviolet rays under outdoor sunlight irradiation, and meanwhile, the formula is fresh and not greasy through the design of adding steel balls in a packing material.

Whitening products have been a pursued by more women. The water-moistening, brightening and whitening sun screen comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-4% of squalane, 5-7% of vitamin E, 15-19% of vegetable oil, 1-1.5% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 4-6% of hyaluronic acid, 1.5-2.5% of rosmarinic acid, 3-5% of tea tree essential oil, 1-2% of titanium dioxide, 1-3% of matrine, 3-5% of barbaloin, 2-5% of silk fibroin and 40-61.5% of deionized water. However, the sun-screening cream has a common sun-screening effect and a common whitening effect, and the sun-screening effect is poor when the sun-screening cream preparation is used outdoors in summer.

The whitening effect of the makeup base cream is general, and the melanin pigmentation caused by ultraviolet rays cannot be effectively solved. And it also contains various high-cost effective components.
In conclusion, it is a technical problem in the art to research a sunscreen lotion with whitening effect that can solve the facial skin problems such as pigmentation caused by ultraviolet rays, thereby causing color spots and uneven skin color.

In view of the technical problems in the prior art, the invention firstly provides a whitening sunscreen lotion which can inhibit the generation of melanin, repair horny cells on the outermost layer of the skin, promote the smooth discharge of the melanin and prevent the excessive deposition of the melanin.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a preparation method of the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion, which is simple and feasible, has easily controlled reaction conditions and is suitable for mass production.
Means for solving the problems
The invention provides a whitening and sun-screening isolation emulsion, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The sun-screening emulsion disclosed by the invention has a high sun-screening index, can achieve a daily indoor protection effect and can resist sunburn and suntan of ultraviolet rays under outdoor sunlight irradiation, and meanwhile, the formula is fresh and not greasy through the design of adding steel balls in a packing material.
Furthermore, the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion can also provide a concealer function, and achieves the daily makeup bare effect.
Furthermore, the preparation method of the whitening sunscreen emulsion is simple and easy to implement, reaction conditions are easy to control, and the whitening sunscreen emulsion is suitable for mass production.

First aspect
The invention provides a whitening sunscreen emulsion, which comprises the following components:
emulsifier: 1.0-4.0%, preferably 1.5-3.0%;

On one hand, the whitening sun-proof isolation emulsion disclosed by the invention is added with rhodiola rosea root extract and apple seed extract as plant whitening components, and the generation of melanin is inhibited through different channels, so that the skin whitening effect is achieved; on the other hand, the salicylic acid derivative is added to further repair the damaged cuticle, promote the peeling of epidermal melanin and achieve the effect of brightening the skin.

In the present invention, the emulsifier used includes a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsifier. Water-in-oil emulsifiers can disperse water in the form of small droplets in an oil, the water phase being the internal or dispersed phase and the oil being the external or dispersion medium. The water-in-oil emulsifier molecule is generally composed of a nonpolar, oleophilic hydrocarbon chain part and a polar, hydrophilic group, and has the dual properties of hydrophilicity and lipophilicity. The invention can greatly reduce the tension of an oil/water interface by adding the emulsifier, and form an interface film by absorbing on the interface, thereby ensuring the stability of the emulsion to a certain extent.
In some specific embodiments, in the present invention, the water-in-oil emulsifier may be a water-in-oil type silicone emulsifier. Specifically, PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane may be used as the emulsifier of the present invention. The PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane has good compatibility with different grease, and the skin feel is fresh and non-greasy, so that the PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane is an ideal water-in-oil emulsifier.
Because the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion contains the physical sunscreen agent, the powder dispersing agent is required to be added so as to well disperse the powder in the formula. The PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane can be used for preparing the water-in-silicone oil isolation emulsion with fresh skin feeling, and a large amount of powder can be dispersed in the silicone oil with low content, so that the oil content required by the dispersed powder can be greatly reduced.
In addition, the packaging design of the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion is a product which is added with steel balls and is used by shaking, the requirement on the stability of a formula system is low, so that the PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane with low content can disperse a large amount of powder, and can also provide transient stability for the formula system.
In the invention, the addition amount of the emulsifier is 1.0-4.0%, preferably 1.5-3.0% of the total mass of the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion. When the adding amount of the emulsifier exceeds 4.0%, the skin feeling effect is sticky; when the amount of the emulsifier added is less than 1.0%, the powder is difficult to disperse and the stability does not satisfy the above requirements. Specifically, the emulsifier may be added in an amount of 1.2%, 1.8%, 2.0%, 2.2%, 2.5%, 2.8%, 3.2%, 3.5%, 3.8%, etc.
The whitening sunscreen lotion has fresh skin feeling, the packaging material is added with steel balls, the use method is the design of shaking uniformly before use, the dosage of the emulsifier can be reduced, the greasy feeling of the formula is relieved, and the stimulation effect of the emulsifier on the skin can be reduced.

The specific composition of the emollient is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be any of those commonly used in the art. Specifically, the emollient may include one or a combination of two or more of isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, diisopropyl sebacate, octyldodecanol, dimethicone, cyclopentadecyldimethicone, and dimethicone. Preferably, in the present invention, the emollient comprises one or a combination of two or more of propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, isopropyl myristate, and polydimethylsiloxane.
Further, in the invention, the addition amount of the moisturizing component is 3.0-15.0%, preferably 5.0-13.0% of the total mass of the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion. Specifically, the amount of the moisturizing component added may be 4.0%, 6.0%, 7.0%, 8.0%, 9.0%, 10.0%, 11.0%, 12.0%, 14.0%, or the like.

The specific composition of the moisturizing ingredient in the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be any of those commonly used in the art. Specifically, the moisturizing component can include one or more of sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, oat glucan, glyceryl polyether-26, PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether, and the like. In some specific embodiments, the moisturizing component comprises one or a combination of two or more of sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, and PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether.
Wherein, sodium hyaluronate is a component inherent in human body, is a dextran aldehyde acid, has no species specificity, is widely present in tissues such as placenta, amniotic fluid, crystalline lens, articular cartilage, skin dermis and the like, and exogenous sodium hyaluronate is used for supplementing endogenous sodium hyaluronate of skin. The relative humidity of the surrounding environment has less effect on its moisturizing properties than other moisturizing ingredients.
Further, in the invention, the addition amount of the moisturizing component is 3.0-10.0%, preferably 5.0-8.0% of the total mass of the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion. When the addition amount of the moisturizing component is less than 3.0%, the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion cannot achieve a good moisturizing effect. When the amount of the moisture-retaining component added is more than 10.0%, the skin feels heavy and the use effect is poor. Specifically, the amount of the moisturizing component added may be 4.0%, 4.5%, 6.0%, 7.0%, 7.5%, 9.0%, or the like.

The whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion has a sunscreen effect by adding the sunscreen component. For sunscreen ingredients, physical sunscreens and/or chemical sunscreens may be used in the present invention.
In some specific embodiments, the sunscreen component comprises a physical sunscreen agent and a chemical sunscreen agent, wherein the physical sunscreen agent is added in an amount of 8.0-18.0% and the chemical sunscreen agent is added in an amount of 12.0-25.0% by weight of the total whitening sunscreen lotion. Specifically, the physical sunscreen may be added in an amount of 9.0%, 10.0%, 11.0%, 12.0%, 13.0%, 14.0%, 15.0%, 16.0%, 17.0%, etc.; the chemical sunscreen may be added in amounts of 14.0%, 15.0%, 16.0%, 18.0%, 20.0%, 21.0%, 22.0%, 23.0%, 24.0%, etc.
In particular, the physical sunscreen of the present invention may comprise zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide. In addition, the average particle size of the physical sunscreen agent of the present invention is preferably 60 to 150 nm. The physical sunscreen agent of the present invention is ultra-fine, such as ultra-fine zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, and is applied to the skin very uniformly, and can reflect and scatter ultraviolet rays, thereby preventing ultraviolet rays from directly contacting the skin. In addition, the physical sunscreen agent does not need to be absorbed by the skin, the burden on the skin is small, the band of the ultraviolet spectrum which can be reflected and scattered is wide, and the sunscreen capability is strong. In addition, the titanium dioxide in the physical sun-screening agent can provide excellent sun-screening performance, and the physical sun-screening agent has good concealing effect, good skin-adhering property and smooth texture. Therefore, the titanium dioxide can provide sun protection and concealer effects, and can play an immediate covering role after being smeared, and has the functions of whitening and homogenizing skin color.
Further, the chemical sunscreen agent of the present invention may include ethylhexyl salicylate, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, ethylhexyl triazone, methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate. Wherein, the ethylhexyl salicylate and the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate are chemical sunscreen agents with fresh skin feeling. Not only provides the sun protection index of the barrier milk, but also dissolves solid chemical sunscreens such as: ethylhexyl triazone, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, and the like.
The invention selects the physical sun-screening agent and the chemical sun-screening agent to be matched for use, and can play a role in high sun-screening. Specifically, the whitening sunscreen emulsion has high SPF value and PA value, can effectively prevent the damage of sunlight and other equipment capable of generating ultraviolet light sources to the skin by adding a chemical sunscreen agent and a physical sunscreen agent, and can solve the problem of tanning caused by external environment.
In addition, based on the total mass of the whitening sunscreen lotion, the addition amount of the sunscreen component is 20.0-43.0%, preferably 25.0-35.0%, when the addition amount of the sunscreen agent is less than 20.0%, the sunscreen effect is poor, and when the addition amount of the sunscreen agent is more than 43.0%, the skin feel is sticky. Specifically, the sunscreen agent may be added in an amount of 23.0%, 20.0%, 27.0%, 30.0%, 33.0%, 35.0%, 37.0%, 39.0%, 41.0%, etc.

The whitening component of the present invention comprises rhodiola root extract, apple seed extract and salicylic acid derivative. According to the invention, the mild rhodiola root extract and the apple seed extract are added, so that the generation of melanin is inhibited from different channels, and the skin whitening effect is achieved mildly; in addition, for the problem of melanin pigmentation caused by skin stratum corneum damage under ultraviolet irradiation, the salicylic acid derivative is added in the skin whitening cream, so that the skin stratum corneum can be repaired, the normal peeling of melanin on the epidermis is promoted, the smooth discharge of the melanin is promoted, the accumulation of the melanin is prevented, and the effects of brightening the skin and whitening the skin are achieved. By using the synergistic effect of the rhodiola root extract, the apple seed extract and the salicylic acid derivative, the excellent whitening effect is further obtained.
Rhodiola rosea is a wild plant of the genus rhodiola of the family Crassulaceae, called 'plateau ginseng', and the rhodiola rosea extract contains rhodiola rosea and rhodiola rosea gylcol, 35 trace elements, 18 amino acids, vitamins A, D, E and other chemical components through chemical analysis, and rhodiola rosea glycoside and rhodiola rosea gylcol in the rhodiola rosea extract have strong antioxidation and can inhibit the damage effect on skin tissues caused by free radicals induced by ultraviolet rays. The salidroside can inhibit melanin a-MSH (a-melanocyte stimulating hormone), block melanin formation, prevent melanin pigmentation, whiten skin, reduce skin inflammation caused by ultraviolet irradiation, and prevent skin redness under sunlight irradiation.
The apple seed extract contains active ingredients such as isoflavone, phytosterol, ellagic acid and the like, wherein the ellagic acid in the apple seeds can inhibit the proliferation of melanoblast cells, complex copper ions in a neuraminidase molecule, inhibit the activity of the neuraminidase, reduce the generation of melanin and achieve the effect of whitening skin. The interaction of the two mild plant extracts can reduce the formation of melanin from different channels and whiten the skin. The skin looks dark due to the excessive presence of melanin, which is increased in the cells in the bottom layer of the epidermal muscle, and normal skin maintains normal skin color by smoothly discharging melanin in a state where the cornification process is good.
As for the salicylic acid derivative, the salicylic acid derivative can coordinate cutin metabolism, correct abnormal hyperplasia of epidermis, promote discharge of melanin, and achieve the purposes of smoothing and whitening skin. In some specific embodiments, the salicylic acid derivative comprises 4-methoxy potassium salicylate. When the skin is irradiated by ultraviolet rays, the horny layer is disordered to generate abnormal keratinization, so that black spots are formed, and the 4-methoxy potassium salicylate can repair the horny cells on the outermost layer of the skin, promote the smooth discharge of melanin, prevent the excessive accumulation of the melanin and brighten the skin.
Based on the total mass of the whitening and sun-screening emulsion, the adding amount of the rhodiola root extract is 1.5-3.0%, the adding amount of the apple seed extract is 1.5-4.0%, and the adding amount of the salicylic acid derivative is 1.0-3.0%; when the added amounts of the rhodiola root extract and apple seed extract and the salicylic acid derivative are within the above ranges, the synergistic effect thereof can be more effectively exerted. Specifically, the addition amount of the rhodiola root extract can be 1.8%, 2.0%, 2.2%, 2.5%, 2.8%, etc.; the addition amount of the apple seed root extract can be 1.8%, 2.0%, 2.2%, 2.5%, 2.8%, 3.0%, 3.2%, 3.5%, 3.8% and the like; the salicylic acid derivative may be added in an amount of 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2.0%, 2.2%, 2.5%, 2.8%, etc.
In some specific embodiments, the mass ratio of the rhodiola root extract to the apple seed extract to the salicylic acid derivative is 1: 1-2: 0.5-1.5; when the mass ratio of the rhodiola root extract to the apple seed extract to the 4-methoxy potassium salicylate is 1: 1-2: 0.5-1.5, the whitening effect is optimal under the synergistic effect of the rhodiola root extract and the apple seed extract.
In the invention, the addition amount of the whitening component is 4.0-10.0%, preferably 5.0-8.0% of the total mass of the whitening sunscreen lotion. Specifically, the whitening component may be added in an amount of 4.5%, 4.8%, 5.2%, 5.5%, 5.8%, 6.0%, 6.2%, 6.5%, 6.8%, 7.0%, 7.5%, 7.8%, etc.

In the invention, the selected skin feel conditioning agents are spherical microspheres, the microspheres provide a roll ball effect, endow the finished product with elegant silk texture, have a certain oil absorption value, can absorb oil of the product, and endow the finished product with smooth texture. Meanwhile, the microsphere powder can absorb grease, has thickening and matte effects and brings soft feeling to skin.
Specifically, in the present invention, the skin feel modifier includes one or a combination of two or more of silica, vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer, HDI/trimethylolhexyllactone crosspolymer, and polymethylsilsesquioxane.
In some preferred embodiments, the skin feel modifier component of the present invention comprises silica and a vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer. Preferably, the adding amount of the silica is 1.0-6.0% of the total mass of the whitening sunscreen lotion; preferably 3.0 to 6.0%, and the vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer is added in an amount of 1.0 to 4.0%, preferably 1.0 to 3.0%. When the silica and the vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer are added in an amount within the ranges set forth above, the combination absorbs oil and provides a fresh, non-greasy skin feel. Specifically, the silica may be added in an amount of 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5%, 3.0%, 3.5%, 4.0%, 4.5%, 5.0%, 5.5%, etc.; the vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer may be added at 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2.0%, 2.2%, 2.5%, 2.8%, 3.2%, 3.5%, etc.
In the invention, the addition amount of the skin feeling modifier is 2.0-10.0%, preferably 4.0-9.0% of the total mass of the whitening sunscreen lotion. If the addition amount of the skin feel regulator is less than 2%, the product is difficult to apply and is greasy; if the amount of the skin-feel modifier added is more than 9%, a phenomenon of rubbing with mud may occur. Specifically, in the present invention, the skin feel modifier may be added in an amount of 2.7%, 3.0%, 3.5%, 4.3%, 5.0%, 5.7%, 6.5%, 7.3%, 8.2%, etc.

The whitening sunscreen lotion can also be added with other components which do not influence the functions of the invention. For example: solvents, and the like. The solvent is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be a solvent commonly used in the art, for example: water, and the like. The amount of the solvent to be added may be adjusted as required.

The isolation emulsion has a high-efficiency sun protection value, can achieve a daily indoor protection effect and can resist the sunburn and suntan problems of ultraviolet rays under outdoor sunlight irradiation, and meanwhile, the isolation emulsion can be uniformly used by adding steel balls into a packaging material and shaking the packaging material before use, is fresh and cool and is not greasy, otherwise, a large amount of emulsifier is required to be added, and the formula is sticky and greasy. Therefore, after the sunscreen cream is applied, the skin can be prevented from being tanned under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays, so that the effect of whitening the skin is achieved.
Second aspect of the invention
A second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the whitening sunscreen lotion according to the first aspect of the invention, which comprises a step of mixing the components of the whitening sunscreen lotion.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding phase A (moisture keeping component) into water phase pot, heating to 80-85 deg.C, stirring to dissolve completely, and keeping the temperature for 5-15 min.
(2) Adding the phase C (emulsifier, part of emollient and physical sunscreen agent) into a three-roller machine, grinding, mixing uniformly, and refining without particles for later use; then adding phase B (part of chemical sunscreen agent and the rest of emollient) into oil phase pan, stirring, heating to 80-85 deg.C, keeping the temperature, and stirring for 5-15min to dissolve completely; adding phase C (emulsifier, part of emollient and physical sunscreen agent) into phase B (part of chemical sunscreen agent and the rest of emollient), stirring, heating to 80-85 deg.C, and stirring for 5-15 min.
(3) Pumping the uniformly mixed phase B (part of chemical sunscreen agent and the rest of emollient) and phase C (emulsifier, part of emollient and physical sunscreen agent) into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, slowly pumping the phase A (moisturizing component) under high-speed stirring, keeping the temperature at 80-85 ℃, uniformly stirring at high speed for 5-10min, continuously stirring and cooling, adding the well mixed phase D (rest of chemical sunscreen agent), phase E (skin feel regulator, optionally preservative and optionally essence) and phase F (whitening component) at 45-55 ℃, uniformly stirring, cooling to 30-40 ℃, stopping stirring, and defoaming in vacuum to complete the preparation.
The preparation method is simple and easy to implement, convenient to operate and suitable for mass production.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
Examples
The whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion is prepared according to the content (mass percentage) of each component in the formula of the whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion of the examples and the comparative examples in the following tables 1, 3 and 5 according to the following production process steps.
The production process comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the water phase A into a water phase pot, heating to 85 deg.C, stirring to dissolve completely, and maintaining the temperature for 10 min.
(2) Grinding the phase C in a three-roller machine, uniformly mixing, and refining without particles for later use; adding phase B into oil phase pan, stirring, heating to 85 deg.C, stirring for 10min to dissolve completely, adding phase C into phase B, stirring, heating to 85 deg.C, stirring for 10 min.
(3) Pumping the uniformly mixed phase B and phase C into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, slowly pumping the phase A under high-speed stirring, keeping the temperature at 80-85 ℃, uniformly stirring for 10min under stirring, continuously stirring and cooling, adding the well-mixed D, E, F phase at 50 ℃, uniformly stirring, cooling to 35 ℃, stopping stirring, and defoaming in vacuum to finish the preparation.

2. The working principle of skin melanin and haematochrome is as follows: based on the principle of spectral absorption (RGB), the content of melanin and heme in skin is determined by measuring the reflection of light with specific wavelength on human skin. The test probe of the pigment detector consists of a light source emitter and a light source receiver, and a spring is additionally arranged to keep the pressure on the skin constant during detection. The emitter of the probe emits light with three wavelengths of 568nm, 660nm and 880nm to the skin surface, and the receiver measures the light reflected from the skin. Because the quantity of emitted light is constant, the quantity of light absorbed by skin can be measured, and the contents of melanin and heme in skin can be measured
3. Testing the population: and selecting 28 volunteers for trial, wherein the patients are 25-40 years old, the symptoms are mainly manifested as the phenomenon of uneven and dim complexion of the face, the 28 subjects are randomly divided into 4 groups, and each group respectively uses the whitening sunscreen emulsion of one embodiment or the comparative example.
4. The experimental method comprises the following steps: after cleansing the face every morning and evening, 1g of the whitening sunscreen lotion was applied to the face and the skin melanin in the test area was tested for 1 day and 30 days, respectively, with the results shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from table 2, after the whitening sunscreen isolation milks of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are used, the difference of melanin test in the test area is significant, and the difference of example 1 is larger, which indicates that the whitening sunscreen isolation milks of example 1 have excellent whitening efficacy, and thus the three whitening components of the present application can be obtained to have synergistic effect.

Test of sun protection value
The principle is as follows: the SPF refers to the sun protection coefficient, is a performance index of the sunscreen cream for preventing from being exposed to the sun and protecting the skin, and shows the sun protection effect; PA is the ability to inhibit skin aging caused by UVA, collagen loss, and skin cancer initiation, more plus signs indicate stronger defense, PA defense is classified into three stages, i.e., PA + + +, PA + for light sun protection, PA + + for moderate sun protection, PA + + + for intense sun protection, and more plus signs indicate stronger UVA protection.
The test method comprises the following steps: the sun protection factor was calculated by the SPF simulator of basf and the SPF and PA values of examples 1-4 were calculated, and the results are shown in table 4. The identification of the protection effect of the long-wave Ultraviolet (UVA) should be based on the actual measurement result of the PFA value, and the UVA protection grade PA is identified on the product label.
When the PFA value is less than 2, the UVA protection effect cannot be identified; when the PFA value is 2-3, marking as PA +; when the PFA value is 4-7, marking as PA + +; when the PFA value is 8-15, marking as PA + + +; when the PFA value is 16 or more, it is marked as PA + + +.
The indication of the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) should be based on the SPF value actually measured for the product. When the actually measured SPF value of the product is less than 2, the sun-screening effect cannot be marked; when the actual measurement SPF value of the product is 2-50 (including 2 and 50, the same below), identifying the actual measurement SPF value; when the measured SPF value of the product is greater than 50, it should be identified as SPF50 +.

As can be seen from table 4, the whitening sunscreen lotion of example 1 was identified as SPF50+, PA + + + + +, and the sunscreen effect was most excellent. Therefore, the whitening sunscreen lotion of example 1 can effectively inhibit skin aging caused by UVA, collagen loss, skin cancer initiation ability and defense ability. In addition, the whitening sunscreen lotion of examples 2-4 was superior in sunscreen as compared to the fruit.

And selecting more than 10 qualified volunteers as subjects to participate in the test through volunteer screening. The subjects used the standard facial cleanser to clean the arm areas, 1g of the whitening sunscreen lotion of example 1, example 5 and example 6 was applied to the face after drying, the skin feel was evaluated, the evaluation of the comprehensive score was from low to high of 0 to 10 points, the higher the value, the fresher the skin was, and the results are shown in table 6:

As can be seen from table 6, the evaluation average of 10 consumers was the highest in example 1, and it was confirmed that the skin feel of example 1 was the cleanest, and the skin feel of examples 5 and 6 was also cleanier.

Claims (10)
1. The whitening sunscreen isolation emulsion is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
emulsifier: 1.0-4.0%, preferably 1.5-3.0%;
and (3) an emollient: 3.0-15.0%, preferably 5.0-13.0%;
moisture retention component: 3.0-10.0%, preferably 5.0-8.0%;
sunscreen ingredients: 20.0 to 43.0%, preferably 20.0 to 35.0%;
skin feel modifier: 2.0-10.0%, preferably 4.0-9.0%;
whitening components: 4.0-10.0%, preferably 5.0-8.0%;
wherein the whitening component comprises rhodiola root extract, apple seed extract and salicylic acid derivative.
2. The whitening and sun-blocking lotion according to claim 1, wherein the rhodiola root extract is added in an amount of 1.5-3.0%, the apple seed extract is added in an amount of 1.5-4.0%, and the salicylic acid derivative is added in an amount of 1.0-3.0% based on the total mass of the whitening and sun-blocking lotion.
3. The whitening sunscreen emulsion according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the salicylic acid derivative comprises potassium 4-methoxysalicylate.
4. The whitening sunscreen emulsion according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the emulsifier comprises a water-in-oil emulsifier; preferably, the water-in-oil emulsifier comprises PEG-9 dimethiconoethyl dimethicone, lauryl PEG-8 dimethicone, preferably the water-in-oil emulsifier is PEG-9 dimethiconoethyl dimethicone.
5. The whitening sunscreen emulsion according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the emollient comprises one or a combination of two or more of isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, diisopropyl sebacate, octyldodecanol, dimethicone, cyclopentadecyldimethicone, and dimethicone.

The whitening sunscreen emulsion according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the sunscreen ingredients comprise a physical sunscreen agent and a chemical sunscreen agent, the physical sunscreen agent being added in an amount of 8.0 to 18.0%, and the chemical sunscreen agent being added in an amount of 12.0 to 25.0%.

The whitening sunscreen emulsion of claim 6, wherein the physical sunscreen comprises zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide; the chemical sunscreen agent comprises one or the combination of more than two of ethylhexyl salicylate, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, ethylhexyl triazone, methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol and diethyl amino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate.
8. The whitening sunscreen emulsion according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the moisturizing component comprises one or a combination of two or more of glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether.
9. The whitening sunscreen emulsion according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein the skin feel modifier comprises one or a combination of two or more of silica, vinyl dimethicone/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer, HDI/trimethylolhexyllactone crosspolymer, polymethylsilsesquioxane; preferably, the skin feel modifier comprises silica and a vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer; more preferably, the silica is added in an amount of 1.0-6.0%, preferably 3.0-6.0%, based on the total mass of the whitening sunscreen lotion; the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer is added in an amount of 1.0 to 4.0%, preferably 1.0 to 3.0%.
10. A method of preparing the whitening sunscreen lotion according to any of claims 1 to 9, comprising the step of mixing the components of the whitening sunscreen lotion.
