Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a synergistic composition containing eugenol for controlling papaya aphids. The effective component of the synergistic composition is compounded by eugenol and thiacloprid, epoxy imidacloprid or pendipyryl guanidine. The synergistic composition of the invention has obvious synergistic effect when two effective components are compounded, and can improve the control effect on papaya aphids, thereby reducing the pesticide application amount, reducing the pesticide residue and relieving the environmental pressure; and simultaneously, the drug resistance risk brought by using a single chemical agent can be reduced. In addition, the synergistic composition has good biological activity on papaya aphids, and can provide support for developing novel chemical agents for preventing and controlling the papaya aphids.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a synergistic composition containing eugenol for controlling papaya aphids.
Background
Aphids are one of the main insect media of papaya ringspot mosaic disease, and mainly consist of myzus persicae and cotton aphids; adults and nymphs of aphids ingest the juice of young leaves of the young buds, causing new She Zhousu and tortuosity, the honeydew that they discharge can cause soot disease; more serious, the disease of the papaya ringspot mosaic virus can be transmitted, and the pathogenic virus of the papaya ringspot mosaic virus is sucked into aphids along with juice, so that the aphids become the aphids with viruses, and when the aphids with viruses are removed from healthy plants, the viruses are transmitted to the healthy plants, and the loss caused by the transmitted viruses is far more serious than the direct damage of the aphids. The chemical agent is one of the most common means for preventing and controlling papaya aphids, but long-term application of a single chemical agent easily causes drug resistance of pests, and simultaneously causes a plurality of problems such as pesticide residues, environmental pollution and the like.
Essential oil is an important secondary metabolite existing in different tissues of plants, and has the effects of fumigating, contact killing, inhibiting feeding and preventing growth and development of insects. Eugenol, chemical name 4-allyl-2-methoxyphenol, chemical formula C 10 H 12 O 2 Is an important component of many essential oils. The biological activity of four plant essential oil components such as eugenol, cinnamon oil, citronella oil and alpha-terpineol on the cotton aphid of medlar has been studied, and the results show that the eugenol has the strongest poisoning effect on the cotton aphid of medlar among the four plant essential oil components, and the plant essential oil components have the inhibition effect on the acetylcholinesterase and the ATPase activity of the cotton aphid of medlar.
The compounding of pesticide active ingredients with different action mechanisms is an effective and quick way for developing new pesticide products and preventing and controlling pest and disease resistance at present. After the different pesticide active ingredients are compounded, three action types are shown: additive action, synergistic action and antagonistic action. The inventor discovers that eugenol and thiacloprid, epoxy imidacloprid or pendipyr have synergistic effect on papaya aphids when being compounded within a certain mass ratio range through a large number of indoor biological activity tests, and no report of related compounding is found at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a synergistic composition containing eugenol for preventing and controlling papaya aphids, which solves the problem of long-term use of a single chemical agent.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the effective component of the synergistic composition is compounded by eugenol and thiacloprid, epoxy imidacloprid or pendipyryl guanidine.
Preferably, the mass ratio of eugenol to thiacloprid is 1-30:30-1;
preferably, the mass ratio of eugenol to epoxy insect is 1-15:40-1;
preferably, the mass ratio of eugenol to pentosan guanidine is 1-9:9-1.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The synergistic composition of the invention has obvious synergistic effect when two effective components are compounded, and can improve the control effect on papaya aphids, thereby reducing the pesticide application amount, reducing the pesticide residue and relieving the environmental pressure; and simultaneously, the drug resistance risk brought by using a single chemical agent can be reduced.
(2) The synergistic composition has good biological activity on papaya aphids, and can provide support for developing novel chemical agents for preventing and controlling the papaya aphids.
