Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a synergistic composition containing eugenol for preventing and treating papaya aphids.
Background
The aphid is one of the main insect vectors of papaya ringspot mosaic disease and mainly comprises green peach aphid and cotton aphid; adult and nymphs of aphids feed on the juice of tender shoot young leaves, so that new leaves shrink and twist, and honeydew discharged by the aphids can cause soot diseases; more serious, the pathogenic virus of the papaya ringspot mosaic virus can be transmitted, the papaya ringspot mosaic virus is absorbed into aphids along with juice, aphids become aphid with virus, when the aphids with virus eat healthy plants, the virus is transmitted to the healthy plants, and the loss caused by the transmitted virus is far more serious than the direct damage of the virus. Chemical agents are one of the most commonly used means for preventing and controlling papaya aphids, but long-term application of a single chemical agent is easy to cause drug resistance of pests, and simultaneously, a plurality of problems such as pesticide residue, environmental pollution and the like are caused.
Essential oil is an important secondary metabolite existing in different tissues of plants, and has the effects of fumigating, contact killing, feeding inhibition and growth and development inhibition on insects. Eugenol, chemical name is 4-allyl-2-methoxyphenol, chemical formula is C 10 H 12 O 2 Are important components of many essential oils. Four kinds of eugenol, cinnamon oil, citronella oil and alpha-terpineol are researchedThe biological activity of the plant essential oil components on the Gossypium barbarum shows that the eugenol in the four plant essential oil components has the strongest poisoning effect on the Gossypium barbarum adult aphids, and the plant essential oil components are found to have the inhibition effect on the acetylcholinesterase and the adenosine triphosphate enzyme activity of the Gossypium barbarum.
Compounding the effective components of the pesticide with different action mechanisms is an effective and rapid way for developing new products of the pesticide and preventing and treating resistant plant diseases and insect pests at present. After different pesticide active ingredients are compounded, three action types can be shown: additive action, synergistic action and antagonistic action. The inventor finds that eugenol and thiacloprid, imidacloprid or guadipyr show synergistic effect on papaya aphid when being compounded in a certain mass ratio range through a large number of indoor biological activity tests, and related compounding reports are not seen at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a synergistic composition containing eugenol for preventing and treating papaya aphids, which aims to solve the problem of long-term use of a single chemical agent.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a synergistic composition for preventing and treating papaya aphids and containing eugenol is prepared by compounding eugenol and thiacloprid, cycolcothrin or guadipyr.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the eugenol to the thiacloprid is 1-30:30-1;
preferably, the mass ratio of the eugenol to the epoxy imidacloprid is 1-15:40-1;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The two effective components in the synergistic composition show obvious synergistic effect when compounded, can improve the control effect on papaya aphids, further reduce the application amount of pesticides, reduce pesticide residues and relieve environmental stress; meanwhile, the drug resistance risk caused by using a single chemical agent can be reduced.
(2) The synergistic composition disclosed by the invention has good biological activity on the papaya aphids, and can provide support for developing a novel chemical medicament for preventing and treating the papaya aphids.

1. Preparing a single-dose mother liquor from the raw medicines, setting a plurality of groups of ratios, and preparing 7 gradient mass concentrations by using a 0.1% Tween-80 solution to mix the single-dose mother liquor and each group of ratios according to an equal ratio method, wherein each mass concentration is 50mL;

checking the death condition of aphid after 3.24h, respectively recording the total number of aphids and the number of dead aphids, calculating the corrected death rate of each treatment, processing and analyzing the test data by DPS software, and calculating the LC of each medicament 50 And calculating the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) of the mixture according to the Sun Yunpei method.
P 1 = (K/N) × 100, where P 1 For mortality (%),k is the number of dead insects, and N is the total number of treated insects;
P 2 =(P t -P 0 )/(1-P 0 ) In which P is 2 To correct for mortality (%), P t To address mortality (%), P 0 Blank control mortality (%);
actually measured virulence index (ATI) = (standard pharmaceutical LC) 50 Test agent LC 50 )×100;
Theoretical virulence index (TTI) = a agent virulence index x percent of a in the mixture + B agent virulence index x percent of B in the mixture;
co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) = [ measured toxicity index (ATI)/theoretical toxicity index of the mixture (TTI) ] × 100;
criteria are divided according to joint action: the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) is more than or equal to 120, which shows a synergistic effect; the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) is less than or equal to 80, and the antagonism is shown; 80< co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) <120 showed additive effect, and the experimental results are shown in tables 1-3.
