Experimental results show that the anti-inflammatory repair composition containing glycol salicylate has anti-inflammatory repair effect, and the irritation is obviously reduced compared with the comparative example representing the prior art, and the anti-sensitivity effect of the product can be improved by adding the white flower chamomile oil.
The anti-inflammatory repair composition containing glycol salicylate, which is disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of obvious curative effect, no toxic or side effect, good stability and convenience for patients to use, and is proved by an oxidation resistance test and a relaxation test of vegetable oil measured by a chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test and a DPPH free radical method. The invention improves the irritation when the concentration is higher than the optimal proportion, so the invention verifies that the product has no irritation and free radical scavenging capability in the optimal concentration through repeated experiments.
In combination with all the above examples, the anti-inflammatory repair composition containing glycol salicylate in the invention can prove to have symptoms and mechanisms of skin inflammation through a plurality of verifications such as chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test, DPPH free radical method measurement, relaxation test and the like, and the anti-inflammatory repair composition can effectively cope with various specific skin inflammation problems by adopting an active phase containing dog rose-hip oil, ethylhexyl ferulate, grape seed oil, glycol salicylate and white flower chamomile oil and mixing a base oil phase formed by mixing olive fruit oil and jojoba seed oil with the active phase.

Claims (9)
1. An anti-inflammatory repair composition comprising glycol salicylate, comprising the following components:
the essential oil phase comprises, by weight, 50-95 parts of olive fruit oil and 10-50 parts of jojoba seed oil;
the active phase comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of Rosa canina fruit oil, 0.1-2.5 parts of ethylhexyl ferulate, 0, 3 or 4 parts of grape seed oil, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol salicylate, and 0.1-9 parts of white flower chamomile oil.
2. An anti-inflammatory repair composition comprising glycol salicylate according to claim 1 wherein the active phase further comprises dimethylmethoxy chromanol.
3. An anti-inflammatory repair composition comprising glycol salicylate according to claim 1 wherein the active phase further comprises BHT.
4. An anti-inflammatory repair composition comprising glycol salicylate according to claim 1, wherein the active phase further comprises tocopherol.
5. An ethylene glycol salicylate-containing anti-inflammatory repair composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein the ethylene glycol salicylate-containing anti-inflammatory repair composition is capable of complexing any one or more of retinol, retinal, phytosterols, ceramides, HPR.
6. An ethylene glycol salicylate-containing anti-inflammatory repair composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein the ethylene glycol salicylate-containing anti-inflammatory repair composition is capable of compounding any one or more of ferulic acid, ethyl ferulate, 4-butylresorcinol, phenethylresorcinol, glycyrrhetinic acid esters.
7. A process for the preparation of an anti-inflammatory repair composition comprising glycol salicylate according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
pre-dispersing ethylhexyl ferulate with Rosa canina oil to obtain a first phase;
mixing the white flower chamomile oil with glycol salicylate to obtain a second phase;
mixing olive fruit oil with jojoba seed oil to obtain a third phase;
mixing grape seed oil into a first phase;
mixing the first phase with the second phase and the third phase to obtain the anti-inflammatory repair composition containing glycol salicylate.
8. An anti-inflammatory repair cream comprising glycol salicylate, characterized in that the anti-inflammatory repair cream comprising glycol salicylate comprises:
emulsifying agents including cetostearyl alcohol, cetostearyl glucoside, water, PEG-100 stearate, glycerol;
a co-emulsifier comprising cetostearyl alcohol;
an emollient comprising polydimethylsiloxane, isohexadecane;
a cooling agent comprising menthol and menthol lactate;
a solvent comprising water;
a thickener comprising carbomers, xanthan gum, acacia gum;
a preservative comprising propyl paraben;
a chelating agent comprising disodium EDTA;
a humectant comprising glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol;
an anti-inflammatory repair composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. The anti-inflammatory repair cream of claim 8, wherein the anti-inflammatory repair cream is capable of formulating a moisturizing agent, a emollient lipid, the moisturizing agent comprising sodium hyaluronate, panthenol; the skin caring cream comprises isononyl isononanoate, butter fruit tree fruit cream and squalane.
