Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products. The invention discloses a skin care lotion for improving the child appearance and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of dissolving xanthan gum in deionized water, adding sodium hyaluronate into the deionized water, and heating to 70-85 ℃ to obtain a water phase; uniformly mixing rose essential oil, a polyhydric alcohol humectant and a plant extract, and heating to 70-85 ℃ to obtain an oil phase; adding the oil phase into the water phase, and homogenizing for the first time to obtain an emulsion matrix; cooling the emulsion matrix to below 40 ℃, adding antioxidant and olive oil, and carrying out secondary homogenization to obtain the skin care water emulsion. The skin care lotion is safe and harmless, has good moisture retention effect persistence and strong oxidation resistance, and can effectively remove free radicals and delay aging.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a V-shaped skin-care lotion for improving the beauty of children and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin covers the whole body of the human body and plays a role in protecting the human body from injury and external stimulation, and the sebum membrane on the surface layer of the skin can prevent the invasion of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and the like to the human body and plays a role in defense and protection. Skin dryness is one of the very common skin problems in daily life and can be relieved by moisturizing and moisturizing. Patent CN201810708974.3 discloses a neutral preservative-free exfoliating composition, which comprises a film forming copolymer, a pH regulator and carbomer, wherein no preservative is added, but higher contents of pentanediol and ethanol are added, and the two components have higher irritation to sensitive skin; in addition, no effective sterilization means exists in the preparation process of the product, and the reliable sterilization effect can not be achieved only by heating the material body to 80-85 ℃ and preserving the heat for 10 min.
Moreover, with the ever-increasing living standard and quality of modern society, skin care products have become an important part of people's lives. Generally, skin care products have many effects of nutrition, moisture retention, whitening, freckle removal, aging resistance and the like. In use, it acts "externally" primarily by application to the skin, thereby achieving many of the effects described above.
The skin care products sold on the market at present are mostly added with synthetic raw materials, and the skin care products are not suitable for people with sensitive skin, pregnant women and other people, thereby greatly limiting the use range of the skin care products. In view of the above problems, those skilled in the art have tried to use natural materials or food grade materials instead of the above synthetic materials, thereby expanding the population of skin care products.

The cosmetic emulsion adopts the following formula: 600.08-0.12% of span, 2.9-3.1% of behenyl alcohol, 1.4-1.6% of linseed oil, 0.4-0.6% of pomegranate seed oil, 0.08-0.12% of sodium citrate, 0.4-0.6% of potassium sorbate, 2.8-3.2% of fructo-oligosaccharide and the like. The technology adopts food-grade matrix raw materials to prepare the cosmetic emulsion which can be orally taken and externally used, so that the cosmetic emulsion can be used by various people, and the use range of the cosmetic emulsion is improved. However, the cosmetic emulsion loses water rapidly at low humidity, for example, at a relative humidity of 43%, resulting in poor moisture retention at low humidity. Therefore, the cosmetic emulsions are desired to be further improved in terms of moisture retention.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is how to provide a safe and harmless skin-care water emulsion with good moisture-preserving effect persistence and strong oxidation resistance, which can effectively remove free radicals and delay aging.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of poor moisture retention and great side effects of the existing skin care emulsion, and further provides a child-beauty-improving skin care water emulsion which is safe, good in moisture retention, high in stability, free of oil generation, layering and rancidity, and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

preferably, the polyhydric alcohol humectant comprises one or more of glycerin, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol and butylene glycol.
Preferably, the antioxidant comprises one or more of sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite and tea polyphenol.
Preferably, the plant extract comprises houttuynia cordata extract and aurantiaca extract; the adding proportion of the houttuynia cordata extract to the aurantiaca shift extract is 1: 2-3.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the skin care lotion for improving the child appearance, which comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving the xanthan gum in deionized water, adding the sodium hyaluronate, and heating to 70-85 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
2) uniformly mixing the rose essential oil, the polyhydric alcohol humectant and the plant extract, and heating to 70-85 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
3) adding the oil phase into the water phase, and carrying out primary homogenization to obtain an emulsion matrix;
4) and cooling the emulsion matrix to below 40 ℃, adding the antioxidant and the olive oil into the emulsion matrix, and performing secondary homogenization to obtain the skin care water emulsion.
Preferably, the primary homogenization has a homogenization rate of 8000-.
Preferably, the homogenization rate of the second homogenization is 8000-.
Preferably, in the step 3), the temperature of the oil phase and the temperature of the water phase are both 70-85 ℃ when the oil phase is added into the water phase.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention does not add preservative, but achieves the aims of sterilization and prolonging the shelf life by compounding the components such as sodium hyaluronate, plant extract, antioxidant and the like; the skin care emulsion prepared by the invention can not deteriorate or precipitate or delaminate after being placed at normal temperature for 2-3 years.
2. The rose essential oil, the olive oil, the sodium hyaluronate, the polyol humectant and the like are accurately analyzed and matched, so that the skin feel is very layered and attached, the absorption is very fast, in addition, the whole smell is flowery scent, the skin can emit natural gloss, slight or moderate inflammation can be slowly subsided, the skin presents matte texture, the skin gloss after use is good, the skin moisturizer not only has use safety, but also has the effects of improving the skin color, skin moisture, skin elasticity and skin tightness, and has unique fragrance and excellent moisture retention.

2) uniformly mixing the rose essential oil, the polyhydric alcohol humectant and the plant extract, and heating to 70 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
3) adding the oil phase into the water phase, and carrying out primary homogenization at a homogenization rate of 8000r/min for 2min to obtain an emulsion matrix;
4) and cooling the emulsion matrix to below 40 ℃, adding the antioxidant and the olive oil into the emulsion matrix, and carrying out secondary homogenization, wherein the homogenization rate is 8000r/min, and the homogenization time is 2min, so as to obtain the skin care water emulsion.

Example 2 preparation method of skin care lotion:
1) dissolving the xanthan gum in deionized water, adding the sodium hyaluronate, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
2) uniformly mixing the rose essential oil, the polyhydric alcohol humectant and the plant extract, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
3) adding the oil phase into the water phase, and carrying out primary homogenization at a homogenization rate of 12000r/min for 4min to obtain an emulsion matrix;
4) and (3) cooling the emulsion matrix to below 40 ℃, adding the antioxidant and the olive oil into the emulsion matrix, and carrying out secondary homogenization, wherein the homogenization rate is 12000r/min, and the homogenization time is 4min, so as to obtain the skin care water emulsion.

Example 3 preparation of skin lotion:
1) dissolving the xanthan gum in deionized water, adding the sodium hyaluronate, and heating to 80 ℃ to obtain a water phase;

Example 7
The physical and chemical indexes of the skin care emulsion prepared in the embodiments are detected, and the detection method comprises the following steps: (1) and (3) viscosity testing: the samples were thermostated to 25 ℃ and their viscosity was measured with a viscometer (BrookFIELD); (2) and (3) pH test: accurately weighing 1g of sample and 9g of pure water, placing the sample into a beaker, heating to 40 ℃, stirring for 5min to uniformly mix and dissolve the sample, adjusting the liquid temperature to 25 ℃, washing the corrected electrode of the acidimeter by the pure water, placing the electrode into a sample solution, testing twice, and taking the average reading value of the electrode within the error range of +/-0.02; (3) and (3) centrifugal experiment: putting the product into a centrifuge tube, putting the centrifuge tube into a centrifuge, centrifuging the product for 30min at 3000r/min, and observing whether the product is layered or not, wherein the corresponding test results are shown in the following table 2:
