Abstract

The invention discloses a milk skin care emulsion and a preparation method thereof. Vegetable oil, an emulsifier, an antioxidant, a thickening agent, milk and a preservative are adopted, and the mixture ratio of the raw materials is reasonably prepared, so that the raw materials are synergistic and effective, and the moisture retention of the milk skin-care emulsion can be obviously improved; according to the method, the water phase and the oil phase are heated to a specific temperature, so that the components are dissolved sufficiently, the emulsion matrix is cooled to below 40 ℃, the problems of volatilization, denaturation and the like of subsequently added raw materials are avoided, and the stability of the product is ensured. Tests show that the milk skin care emulsion has no phenomena of oil generation, layering and rancidity after standing for 90 days at 45 +/-1 ℃, 25 +/-1 ℃ and-10 +/-1 ℃; after being placed in an environment with the relative humidity of 43 percent for 6 hours, the water loss rate is lower than-0.12 percent, which shows that the moisture retention of the environment with low humidity is better.

Description

Milk skin care emulsion and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetic preparation, and particularly relates to a milk skin care emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard and quality of modern society, skin care products become an important part of people's life. Generally, skin care products have many effects of nutrition, moisture retention, whitening, freckle removal, aging resistance and the like. In use, it acts "externally" primarily by application to the skin, thereby achieving many of the effects described above.
The skin care products sold on the market at present are mostly added with synthetic raw materials, and the skin care products are not suitable for people with sensitive skin, pregnant women and other people, thereby greatly limiting the use range of the skin care products. In view of the above problems, the skilled person tries to replace the synthetic raw materials with natural or food grade raw materials, thereby expanding the population of skin care products.
For example, chinese patent document CN103381136A discloses an edible cosmetic and a preparation method thereof. The cosmetic emulsion adopts the following formula: 600.08-0.12% of span, 2.9-3.1% of behenyl alcohol, 1.4-1.6% of linseed oil, 0.4-0.6% of pomegranate seed oil, 0.08-0.12% of sodium citrate, 0.4-0.6% of potassium sorbate, 2.8-3.2% of fructo-oligosaccharide and the like. The technology adopts food-grade matrix raw materials to prepare the cosmetic emulsion which can be orally taken and externally used, so that the cosmetic emulsion can be used by various people, and the use range of the cosmetic emulsion is improved.
However, the cosmetic emulsion loses water rapidly at low humidity, for example, at a relative humidity of 43%, resulting in poor moisture retention at low humidity. In most cases, the cosmetic is used in a dry environment, that is, in a low humidity environment, and therefore, the cosmetic emulsion is required to be further improved in terms of moisture retention.

Test example 2
The moisturizing effect of the skin care emulsions prepared in the above examples and comparative examples was tested by the following method:
(1) and (3) moisture absorption rate test: accurately weighing 5g of sample in a weighing bottle, placing the sample in a dryer, controlling the relative humidity to be 43% and the temperature to be 25 ℃, weighing the mass of each sample at intervals of 1h, recording the change of the mass of each sample, and calculating and comparing the moisture absorption rate, wherein the calculation formula is as follows: moisture absorption rate (m)i-m0)/m0x 100% where miSample mass determined at hour i, g; m is0G is the original mass of a sample to be tested, as shown in fig. 1, after the skin care emulsion prepared by the embodiment of the invention is placed for 6 hours in an environment with the relative humidity of 43%, the water loss rate is lower than-0.12%, which indicates that the skin care emulsion has better moisture retention in a low-humidity environment; the skin care lotion prepared by the comparative example had a water loss rate of greater than-1.5%.
(2) Skin use test: skin stratum corneum hydration test: the capacitance test method has the working principle that the capacitance value of the skin can be measured based on the fact that water has high dielectric constant, the water content of the stratum corneum of the skin can be reflected by measuring the change of the capacitance value of the skin, and the higher the water content of the stratum corneum is, the higher the capacitance is. The instrument was a Cor neometer CM 825. The moisturizing effect of the cosmetic is evaluated by measuring the change of the water content of the stratum corneum by measuring the change of the capacitance of the stratum corneum of the skin before and after the product is used. The corresponding method comprises the following steps:
marking out 5X 5cm on the bent side of the left and right forearms of the person to be tested2In a square experiment area with the size, a Corneometer CM825 is used for measuring blank values of a tested part, 5 points are fixedly measured in the area according to a certain sequence, and the average value of the points is obtained; then 0.2g of the test sample was applied to the test area, the subject was allowed to sit still for 8 hours in a constant environment (temperature 20 ℃ C., relative humidity 50%), the moisture content of the stratum corneum after 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, and 8 hours using the product was measured with a Cor neometer CM825, 5 points were fixedly measured in the area in a certain order to obtain the average value, the hydration rate was calculated by the hydration rate (test average-blank average) × 100%, and the calculation results are shown in table 2 below:
